Dratzo! We return! Our Earth allies have issued many orders to begin the final implementation of the transformation of your reality. The major governments of your world are busily putting together 'quick fixes' with which they hope to continue delaying what is now underway. However, a series of legal decisions has recently been handed down by several international courts which permit a rapid change of government, but these major governments' legal counselors are pursuing a quick appeal process, as a way of doing their part in staving off the inevitable. This flurry of sudden activity is another indication of how close you are to the changes long promised you by our Earth allies. The last dark cabal is in full panic mode. It has seen its once formidable empire whittled away by court decisions, which now threaten its very existence. Those who, in the past, were able to use their power to hammer all opposition are in full retreat, bringing disclosure ever nearer. Our liaison teams and those of the Agarthans are meeting to discuss in detail how best to announce our presence and help the new governments.
Disclosure, for us, is the cornerstone of why we are here. The time has come for your societies to put aside their childish behavior and accept the broad mantle of maturity. This one act banishes wars and distrust from your inventory and replaces them with Love and cooperation. Societies in limited consciousness often make the mistake of following models that are either dysfunctional or that were foisted on them by a supposedly superior and wiser group of individuals. In your case, you were literally drowned in the 'advice' of the Anunnaki and led astray by the ill-advised decisions of those minions placed in power long ago. You now have the opportunity for a major global course correction, which not only reverses the misfortunes of war and avarice but also heads you into prosperity and a joyous reunion with your spiritual and space families. We have watched, over the millennia, as you blundered into one misfortune after another, most of which were craftily arranged by a handful of beings who were given power over you by the Anunnaki.
The transformations you are now passing through will enable you to get a truer picture of the reality you reside in. This information becomes the basis for collective decisions that can quickly resolve any problems that come up. We have known these things for what seems like forever to us. Think about the wisdom you are about to acquire as a huge resource that is easily accessed whenever you need it. Our task is simply to assist you in taking up the wondrous garb called full consciousness and mentor you judiciously in the use of the 'user manual'. Then your natural capabilities will kick in, providing you with the insights that characterize and illuminate this most amazing tool which was given to us in such Loving grace by the Creator. You are destined to be a most beloved member of this Galactic Federation of Light. We look forward to your advice and the coming skill of your Science and Exploration teams. Your Agarthan kin is keen to meet you and teach you the history and wisdom that was lost in the fog of your amnesia.
Over the millennia, the Anunnaki and their minions literally sold you a 'bill of goods,' and the Agarthans' primary task is to set the record straight by relating to you your true off-world origins and your long history as a member of this Galactic Federation. The Anunnaki's perfidy has burdened you with half-baked fallacies concerning your origins and the birth of your numerous societies. You would also benefit from a complete study of how life functions and survives in your realm. Much of what you are taught is based on principles that are only partially true. The Agarthans would like to remedy this and offer you a life science that can prepare you for what lies ahead: full consciousness. This end game you are going through needs a quick primer on physical life and information of how the energy of your soul enters and maintains your beingness. The new connections that are almost ready to manifest are to change how you are presently put together, which is why it is essential to give you the understanding that can easily banish the remaining uneasiness about your transformation into full-conscious Beings of Light.
Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! Everywhere, this reality, forged long ago by the dark and its Earth minions, is collapsing. This shows how strong the need within you is to regain full consciousness. Within this energy lie the means by which you can finally throw off the yoke that you were saddled with some 13 millennia ago. The dark sees what is happening yet remains in a sort of prophylactic shock, unable to accept the inevitable.
Your work to bring in your Soul Force is succeeding. You are a remarkable group of Beings! The energy you have put into this effort has helped to fuel others to keep moving forward with their demands to transform the governance of this world. As this pressure continues, the programs set in motion by our associates are ready to manifest. The realm of the dark has held you in check ever since your fall just before the last days of Atlantis. Do You Like The Idea of Living In Your Dream House Where No Money Changes Hands? No Need For Doctors? Time Doesn't Exist? and Traveling is Simple?
Thank you SaLuSa and Mike for reminding me EXACTLY what I'm working so hard for (and these reminders are JUST THE BEGINNING of our new life). It's most refreshing and exciting to remember the reality we currently live is short-term and will soon be over... I thank God/dess!

By now, you will have a good idea of what to expect as you pass through the final days of duality. Out of the chaos and uncertainty will come changes that will set the scene for what follows after Ascension. All will eventually be lifted up to a higher dimension, where you will have a degree of perfection not presently found on Earth. Indeed anything that is not of the same vibration will be unable to enter it, and will be attracted to its appropriate level. Now you will understand why there is so much emphasis on your individual development. It is up to you whether you ascend or not, but if you choose to... there is not that much required from you to reach the higher level. It is largely a matter of intent and living your understanding of what it is to be at One with All That Is. It is love in action, and it will take you all the way to and beyond Ascension. You do not have to belong to any sect or particular group, as it is something very personal and within your capabilities.
There is no experience quite like finding your true Self, and living out your beliefs in the face of many distractions and attempts to divert you off your path. Your power lies within your ability to stand fast, when others around you are failing to overcome the challenge from the dark Ones that is always present and designed to see you fail. Love is the gentle energy that is the supreme energy, that cannot be destroyed and remains all-powerful. It is the energy of what you call miracles, and can be applied even now and achieve results. It is God given and never taken away from you.
We have previously mentioned those souls who have departed the Earth, will have exactly the same opportunity to ascend as those of you still on it. What you may not be aware of is those who are of the higher vibration, will at some stage be able to meet you again when the Earth raises its vibration. The veil between the dimensions will no longer exist, and there will be some amazing re-unions with those who never thought they would see each other again. However, you will not be permanently together until the Ascension process has fully taken place. We do know some of you visit the higher dimensions when out of the body, whether by chance or intent. There are in fact laws that govern entry into the Astral regions, and not every one would be allowed to go into them. For example, souls leaving their physical body in near-death-experiences are usually met before they can enter such realms. The result is most of them return to their physical bodies, when they understand their time on Earth has not finished.
There is so much to learn about your future lives, and it is all beautiful, happy and most harmonious. In your wildest dreams, you have been unable to capture the feeling of Oneness that exists in the higher dimensions. It is truly a heavenly existence where you want for nothing, because you have your own creative powers. How do you like the idea of being where no money changes hands, where there is no need for a health service or doctors for that matter? Where your lives are not run by how much time you have, where travelling is no longer a chore, and you can live in your dream house? This really gives you something to aim for, and makes the effort you put in to succeed so worthwhile.
Understand all souls in your Universe are progressing through the same levels and onto the Source. For you, Ascension is the first major step that will lift you up to levels, where you can meet with extraordinary numbers of different souls. Distance is of little consequence as you will move by thought, and could if necessary negotiate wormholes into other Universes. You will of course be given the necessary tuition so that you can safely travel around. When you reflect on what we have told you to expect in your future experiences, you will understand they are perfectly normal. It is your present life experiences that are peculiar to the third dimension and duality, and were never intended to be permanent. That is why the solar cycle was planned to complete in 2012, thus giving every soul the opportunity rise up out of it.
Since you do not carry long-term memories of your previous lives, you have no feeling of having been in the lower realms for such a long time. If you did, to be present now would be so much more exciting as like any long trek, it is a great feeling when you reach the end of the journey. However, as you begin to learn about your true past and how you came to be in existence, a whole new picture emerges. We are all in it together and a wonderful union of souls will take place, that will see us travelling the wide beyond in one adventure after another. We of the Galactic Federation are made up of units of Beings that often stay together for thousands of years. That is why we can speak from experience where you past history is concerned. Bear in mind, we do not age such as you do, and changing from one body to another is by choice and is just like you putting on a new suit of clothes.
Dear Ones, can you see now how important the power of thought is, which is why you should try to develop it at the same time as learning to control its use? Have no fears however, as there will be much help available to you as you acquire such skills. It is why even in your dimension, thoughts are considered to carry the same responsibility as actions. The reason is both carry energy with them, which can be misused if care is not taken. We create by the power of thought, sometimes individually or in groups depending on what is in mind. Where you are concerned we can heal you by thought alone, read your mind and transfer our thoughts to you. That is something you ALL do also, although you are not necessarily aware you are doing it. So you can see Dear Ones, you are a much more complicated Being than you probably imagined, and have a huge potential you can now start to develop.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and it is wonderful to be with you at a time when you are so much more receptive to the truth. Hitherto, your minds have been infiltrated by false beliefs and information intended to mislead you. The dark Ones STILL use the media to poison your minds, and cause fear amongst you. However, you are becoming wise to their methods, and they do not have the same power over you anymore. Stay in your love centre and live from the heart, and you will be doing a service to other souls by sharing it with them.

There Is NOWHERE We Can Escape For Safety and Comfort Except By Resting In Our Spirit and In the Spiritual Practices We Engage

If you ask any spiritual teacher or shaman for his or her assessment of what is going on today, you will get the answer that human beings are so out of balance that everything around us is happening in extremes.
Getting back into balance is key to healing the planet and ourselves.
For years, I have written humans have become disconnected from nature causing emotional and physical illness as well as planetary problems.
We have become so dependent on science and technology that we have moved our energy into a mental/rational arena. We live in our thinking minds instead of in our bodies.
I have written about reconnecting once again with nature and the elements � earth, air, water, and fire-- all of which give us life. And together we have been working with connecting with the heart, wisdom, and light of the earth.
We are also the earth and all the elements. It is time to stop trying to understand life, and time to live life! We need to move away from being focused on concepts, theories, and the rational, which in turn, has caused many of us to create too much separation between the mind and the body.
Many have separated our spiritual practices from our physical lives, yielding an imbalance in this area also. We meditate, do yoga, chi gung, journey into the invisible realms, etc. and then go about our day without connecting the spiritual power we just manifested into our minute-to-minute lives.
It is time for us to fully embody earth wisdom, and to stop thinking about spiritual practices but live them. And to do this we must be embodied. We need to stop �going� to spiritual realities. Instead we need to experience our spirit in every cell of our being.
The term I want to focus on this month is embodiment. Allow yourself to feel spiritual energies in your body. Drink water, eat food, breathe air, absorb the sun-- � absorb nurturance and life into every cell of your body.
Feel your intuition and your light pulsing through your body and flowing through you.
If you work with helping guardian spirits feel their spiritual power within you.
A Hopi friend of mine shared with me once that when the Hopi journey, they take their bodies with them. Shamanism is not an out-of-practice. For shamanic practices have always taught how to live a harmonious life connected with nature, and you must be embodied to do this, meaning you must be present in your physical body.
Don't just let your mind travel when you do spiritual work, rather make it a full body experience.
The planet is reflecting back our extreme imbalance and states of separation in all areas of our lives.
You are body, mind, and spirit, and it time to reconnect with yourself again. You cannot connect with the deep earth wisdom or with nature until you reconnect with your own body.
Reflect on how you have been separating what you learn conceptually with bringing the knowledge into your body awareness. Reflect on whether you connect or if you separate your spiritual life from your body and physical life.
Take time, reflect and ask yourself: How can I embody all I have learned? How can I embody spirit so each of my cells pulses with the light and the vitality of my inner spirit? How do I connect my heartbeat ...with the heartbeat of the earth? How do I embody my spirit?
The next step is to embody the answers and live them. You already know how to do this: In this way, we breathe spirit and light through our presence with each step we take in the world.
We become sacred ourselves, and all life reflects our sacredness (instead of reflecting our separateness, as it's doing now). We bless ourselves and all of life. And all that we bless blesses us in return.
Of utmost importance: This is not a time to let your light go out or dissipate into the world. We must retain our energy and all ride the waves of change and transition right now. And it is important to ride the waves with grace by keeping your inner light burning bright and shining through you. We must become a stronger presence in the world.
This is a time to really focus on your transfiguration practice as discussed in Medicine for the Earth and How to Thrive in Changing Times. And make sure you are embodying your light!
As we continue to experience so much change to the earth due to climate changes, it is important for us to shift our perspective about what is happening. We continue to see much deterioration happening on political and economic levels.
Over the years, I have been writing about the change in consciousness and evolution that humans are going through. Using the principle of Oneness: All of life --all species and the earth herself-- are going through a change and a death. It is important to remember death is not an end, rather a transition and a rite of passage into something new.
All of life is part of a collective dream. As spiritual practitioners, we must acknowledge how the current dream is dissolving and something new will be reborn, which is beyond what we can consciously imagine.
I have explained when a person is diagnosed with an illness, then it's necessary to perceive the person in his/her divine light. For we want to feed the energy of divine perfection that creates healing, rather than feeding the power of the illness: What we give energy and focus our attention on, we also give life.
We must focus on the light of the earth. We need to surrender to the changes that are happening, because we don't know what will be born.
Yet at the same time it is important to create a path where beauty can flow by continuing to envision a dream for the earth --and all of life-- which embraces love, light, balance, harmony, beauty, peace, equality, and abundance.
There is nowhere we can escape for safety and comfort except by resting in our spirit and in the spiritual practices we engage.
The landscape of the earth is evolving and changing just like it has done throughout time. Land masses have changed over time and will continue to do so.
The destruction we experience is hard on the people and animals who suffer loss of home and lives.
And at the same time, we must recognize the earth is evolving and changing into new landscapes just like human consciousness is evolving into a new landscape.
The key is to continue to perceive the earth in her spiritual aspect and divine spiritual light.
The key is for all of us to continue to build a beautiful and strong spiritual field of light with all the spiritual work we do together.
The full moon is July 15. Let us continue weaving a human web of light by embodying this light and shining our light pulsing together as we connect with our global spiritual community. Let us do this throughout the day, and start to move this from a monthly practice to a daily practice.

It is important to remember death is not an end, rather a transition and a rite of passage into something new.
All of life is part of a collective dream. As spiritual practitioners, we must acknowledge how the current dream is dissolving and something new will be reborn, which is beyond what we can consciously imagine.
I have explained when a person is diagnosed with an illness, then it's necessary to perceive the person in his/her divine light. For we want to feed the energy of divine perfection that creates healing, rather than feeding the power of the illness: What we give energy and focus our attention on, we also give life.
We must focus on the light of the earth. We need to surrender to the changes that are happening, because we don't know what will be born.
Yet at the same time it is important to create a path where beauty can flow by continuing to envision a dream for the earth --and all of life-- which embraces love, light, balance, harmony, beauty, peace, equality, and abundance.
There is nowhere we can escape for safety and comfort except by resting in our spirit and in the spiritual practices we engage.
The landscape of the earth is evolving and changing just like it has done throughout time. Land masses have changed over time and will continue to do so.
The destruction we experience is hard on the people and animals who suffer loss of home and lives.
And at the same time, we must recognize the earth is evolving and changing into new landscapes just like human consciousness is evolving into a new landscape.
The key is to continue to perceive the earth in her spiritual aspect and divine spiritual light.
The key is for all of us to continue to build a beautiful and strong spiritual field of light with all the spiritual work we do together.
The full moon is July 15. Let us continue weaving a human web of light by embodying this light and shining our light pulsing together as we connect with our global spiritual community. Let us do this throughout the day, and start to move this from a monthly practice to a daily practice.

The Awakened Christian is Aware All Attempts to Categorize and Judge ANY Facet of God's Creation as Off-limits & Evil Are Operating Outside of Truth
Thank you Nancy for your own awakening as a fellow Christian and for having the courage to step outside your comfort zone by mentioning issues with which many many Christians experience as an internal struggle between the Christian doctrines we've been taught and what our own intuition is telling us... there's a distinct discrepancy here!
Being raised Roman Catholic, I can attest this article is a good stepping stone for a community dialogue for all Christians, because it mentions some of the most blatant contradictions within the Christian dogma: Eternal punishment in hell; believing in a fearful God rather than a loving and forgiving God; disbelief and condemnation of the sciences of astrology, numerology, and astronomy; and last ...but certainly not least, one of the biggest self-serving and hypocritical aspects of Christianity (in my opinion): The encouragement of each individual church and accompanying preacher to INTERPRET the words of the Bible to however THEY see fit finding relevance within their congregation. This is basically a license to change the meaning of the biblical message to meet their personal pressing needs. In other words, to make it up as they go ..."as in the mighty words of Jesus Christ: 'If any of you wants to be my follower, you must turn from your selfish ways, take up your cross, and follow me. If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake and for the sake of the Word of God, you will save it... If anyone is ashamed of me and my message in these adulterous and sinful days, the Son of Man will be ashamed of that person when he returns in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.'” (Mark 8:34-38)
From my loving & forgiving God/dess to your condemning, judging, unforgiving, fearful fire & brimstone God, I send you much love, forgiveness and COMPASSION on your journey! See you --eventually-- in the 5th dimension!

THE AWAKENED CHRISTIAN
For seventeen hundred years, the Christian religion has abided by a set of doctrines created by men dedicated to standardizing the acceptable beliefs concerning the nature of the Source of our being and of Jesus. The resulting codified religion leaves little or no room for Christians to seek Truth on their own. Reprimands, accusations of heresy, excommunication, and loss of job, family, and/or friends hover in the shadows ready to pounce on anyone daring to explore our magnificent world by going outside the traditional Christian doctrines. Fear stifles our innate curiosity to learn more about the Source of our being and where we, as humans, fit into the divine scheme of cosmic life.
Christians are taught to read the Bible as the Word of God and to interpret it in accordance with the codified church doctrines. A literal interpretation of the Scriptures results in a multitude of horrifying teachings concerning the nature of our Source and of human beings. Little do we realize that our concept of God and ourselves forms the philosophical foundation for our relationship to each other and to our planet. We have created a God in our own misguided image of self and it is not a pretty sight. This God is a warrior who fights on one side or the other, is bloodthirsty and without compassion when it comes to killing the enemy including women and children. We have created a God who is far less than the average human being. This God is unforgiving and plans eternal punishment for those who do not abide by the accepted doctrines of "Christianity." Human beings created a God separate from self, a God to whom we pray and can only hope He hears. If He does hear, we never know how He will respond. We do not know the meaning of the Apostle Paul’s statement to the Greeks in Athens: "In him, we live and move and have our being." (Acts 17:28)
The writer of I John reveals our Source of being: "God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them…. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts our fear; for fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in love. We love because he first loved us. The commandment we have from him is this: those who love God must love their brothers and sisters also." (I John 4:16, 18-19, 21)
These few verses of Scripture are the building blocks on which the Awakened Christian acquires Truth. We are to know the Truth: We live and move and have our being within the energy of Divine Love—the Source of our being. Neither exceptions nor middle ground are permitted when the Awakened Christian lives in love. Anything contrary to Love is not Truth. Fear is not possible when we live and move and have our being within the energy of Divine Love. Punishment is not of Love. Punishment must be distinguished from discipline in that the art of self-discipline is required in order to evolve spiritually. Discipline is written into the universal law "we reap what we sow." (Galatians 6:7) A God of Love cannot and will not punish. God as Love allows us to develop the very advanced art of self-discipline by harvesting whatever type seeds we have planted and learning the lessons involved by means of the reaping process.
With Divine Love as the foundation, the awakened Christian is set free of the chains of orthodoxy to explore Universal Truth. Gone is the fear that we might lose our faith if this or that is true; or, if I ask too many questions. Evaporated is the fear that God will sentence us to eternal punishment if we do not hold fast to church doctrines and to the literal interpretation of the Scriptures. The awakened Christian is no longer imprisoned by false teachings. Gone is the necessity to cling to the belief that Jesus’ crucifixion was the blood sacrifice God required in order to forgive humanity for its sins (mistakes). God is not impacted by our behavior, thus has nothing to forgive. The mistakes we make are a part of our own growth process—we reap what we sow. We do so while living and moving and having our being within the love energy of God. There is neither judgment nor sentencing. Our Source of being simply awaits our awakening.
The awakened Christian recognizes that All of Creation lives and moves and has its meaning within the love energy of Source. Humanity is the microcosm of the macrocosm. The ingredients that make up our physical bodies are the same substances contained in all of creation. All is energy. All of creation sings to the sound, frequency and vibration of mathematics. Even music is mathematics. There is no field of study that can be outside of omnipresent Source. Humanity can choose to misuse universal Truth; however, misuse does not mean Truth itself is outside of the loving energy of Source permeating All of Creation.
The awakened Christian is aware that all attempts to categorize facets of creation as off-limits are operating outside of Truth. Example: In the late 15th century, the church condemned the study of astrology. In Truth, God created the stars, planets, and the qualitative influences they have upon human beings and the entire universe. Thus, the church condemned the study of a portion of God’s meaningful creation. As a result, orthodox Christians avoid the science of astrology and deprive themselves of the tremendous personal knowledge and guidance to be found therein. The configuration of stars on any given day of birth broadcasts the soul purpose and lessons to be learned for the souls reincarnating on that day. Soul-centered astrology is not the only avenue the universe offers in the form of extremely individualized guidance. The awakened Christian is familiar with the reason importance is placed on the names of the biblical characters. Names possess a numerical value that also proclaims our soul’s purpose for this incarnation. Our names depict who we are and were intuitively given to us by our parents. Our handwriting shares the qualities of our personality with those who study it. Within the universe, we are an open, energetic book of life. We are known for who we really are—an indispensable part of the divine plan for the whole of creation.
The planet on which we live is one of untold millions of inhabited planets throughout the cosmos. An awakened Christian is aware that all of creation is living and evolving—including the stars, planets, animals, rocks, and plants. Life never ends and is everywhere. No part of divine creation is non-essential; all of it is woven together to build the meaningful whole. Earth and the other planets are not simply round balls on which intelligent beings live; instead, they too are a form of intelligent being. There is a reason we call our planet Mother Earth, or Gaia. She is a living, intelligent, evolving spiritual being. As such, she has graciously consented to allow Earth humans to evolve along with her. All of creation is evolving into higher and higher planes of existence.
Our Milky Way galaxy is one of many galaxies teeming with intelligent life and possessing technology so advanced as to render earthly technology infantile. A vast variety of beings exist within our galaxy—some appear very similar to Earth humans, others, very different. The awakened Christian is open to accepting our galactic family and working with them to restore Earth to its pristine purity and beauty. The Galactic Federation of Light will appear in visible form in the very near future. Our galactic brothers and sisters come in love to assist us in preparing Earth and ourselves for ascension into the 5th dimension of consciousness.
No negativity may enter the 5th dimension; therefore, the awakened Christian accepts the divine call to purification. We acknowledge the fact that Earth has heretofore been our classroom; that we incarnated to learn lessons in soul growth. For this reason, we are all prone to make mistakes, some of which have been hurtful to others. As we achieve full consciousness of our eternal lifestream, we understand the reasons "why" for all of our difficulties and pain—they are the ways by which we learn. (See the 16 Lessons on the Metaphysical Interpretation of the Biblical Book of Job noted above.) With that understanding comes the knowledge that there is nothing to forgive, nothing about which to hold resentment. Just as Source has nothing to forgive in relationship to us, we have nothing to forgive concerning others. Once we understand the reasons "why," we would not dream of punishing for eternity anyone who caused us pain by their mistakes. Instead, the spiritually advanced action is to thank others for assisting in our learning process.
An awakened Christian is aware that eternal life has no beginning and no end. Eternal life for each of us involves a wide variety of experiences, both on planet Earth, on other planets throughout the universe, and within the realms of spirit. Most of us have chosen to incarnate on Earth numerous times because it offers the opportunity to learn—on the plane of duality—how to choose consistently good over evil. (The plane of duality is symbolized by the tree of good and evil in the biblical story of the Garden of Eden. Evil is "live" spelled backwards. So one could interpret, evil is living with our backs turned away from our loving Source.) Now that the being we call Mother Earth, or Gaia, is preparing for ascension into the 5th dimension, we are given the choice to prepare for our own ascension into the 5th dimension or to go elsewhere within the universe to continue our spiritual evolution. The awakened Christian knows the Bible to be a book of narratives that reveal Truth through the medium of symbolism, which means an actual historical framework may or may not be present. The surface story serves as the skeleton housing a far deeper level of teaching. The metaphysical interpretation of the Biblical Book of Job, found at www.pathwaytoascension.com, offers a most vivid example of symbolic meaning within a biblical saga. We grew up being taught that Job depicts a righteous human being who suffered extreme loss, yet refused to curse God. Instead, the Book of Job reveals the process of individual ascension into higher levels of consciousness—a journey we must all undertake at some point in time. Likewise, the New Testament can be read as the account of embarking on intentional ascension into higher realms of awareness. Jesus—symbolizing the soul within each of us—shows us the way to achieve ascension through the five major events in his life: birth, baptism, transfiguration, crucifixion, and ascension.
In summary, the awakened Christian thrills to the knowledge that the universe in which we live is alive and constantly evolving into higher manifestations of the Source of our being. There is no end to life, no reason to fear, no eternal punishment, no permanent state of being. There is only omnipresent Love in which we live and move and have our being. The awakened Christian is set free by seeking and knowing that the Holy Spirit within will guide everyone into all Truth.

Most LightWorkers Find it Tough-going Being the Lone Voice Amongst Family & Friends Shunned by Our Beliefs Only Wanting to Share Our Knowledge: SOON
Dear SaLuSa and Mike,
I thank you for reminding how important it is to stay calm, centered, and emotionally unreactive to everyday frustrations -- remembering these frustrations are largely the work of the dark cabal who feeds off our fears (which they have intentionally created) keeping us in a state of need, anxiety, and misery ...AND under their control.
Thank you for reminding me the UNIQUENESS of planet earth and of humanity's destiny: The first-ever spiritual evolution of physical Ascension, and of actually transmuting darkness into Light, rather than simply removing or eradicating the darkness! Because of your beliefs you can even be shunned by those who should link with you in love. Yet you hold fast in the strength of them, with that inner knowing that comes from the heart. It can be a lonely life and leave you yearning for someone to share your knowledge with. Have you therefore considered that it is no coincidence that you find yourself in that position, as it is certain that you are meant to be a catalyst to help those immediately around you.

The conditions on Earth are getting worse on a number of levels, and in spite of your own findings as to the serious damage caused to your ecology by deforestation, it continues to grow. Man seems to disregard the needs of Nature and the many species that are reliant on a good habitat to survive. In consequence Nature is unbalanced and some species are about to disappear for good. Is therefore as well that with our coming, an end can be put to such destructive action. We do understand that some people have turned to undesirable practices because poverty has driven them to it. Those problems will be eradicated quite quickly, when abundance requires that the wealth of the world be fairly redistributed. Such plans are already in place and have been advanced sufficiently, that they have started to be implemented.
We have the advantage of fully understanding the causes of your problems, and some are the result of the policies of the Illuminati. Keeping you in a state of need also keeps you in a state of control, and that will change because each person will ultimately need for nothing at all. Life will suddenly be shorn of the disabling reasons for your unhappiness and misery that so many are in. It is all in the plan, and of necessity once we start to put these matters right, you will be pleasantly surprised at the speed of operations. I thank you for reminding how important it is to stay calm, centered, and emotionally unreactive to everyday frustrations -- remembering these frustrations are largely the work of the dark cabal who feeds off our fears (which they have intentionally created) keeping us in a state of need, anxiety, and misery ...AND under their control.

Often You Blame Others For Your Moods & Focus Your Attention on What You Judge To Be Unreasonable or Unfair, Even Though The Event is Already Over

Many of you are feeling disturbed and upset as you see the seemingly increasing worldwide pain and suffering, but truly there is much good news as well that is far less widely reported. God’s plan for humanity’s awakening is progressing just as He intends and is precisely on schedule. How could it not be? It is only humanity that is anxious and even skeptical about the outcome, and that is because the unreal state in which you appear to have your existence does not make sense; it only makes confusion. It is just as well that you intend to awaken, allowing it to dissolve.
As you await your awakening in eager anticipation, pay close attention to your moods. Notice they can swing quite rapidly from excited expectation to anxious skepticism. Notice your awareness of your moods, and notice that they are not you, they are just energy flows that you experience. You have the ability to extricate yourselves from them if you choose to do so, but you are so accustomed to accepting them as something imposed on you, and over which you think you have no control, that you rarely do. This is patently not the case. You have all experienced sudden and extreme mood swings apparently caused by events outside yourselves. You do have the ability to alter your moods – without drugs or alcohol – but you mostly accept them as inevitable and unalterable.
Acceptance of what is – the weather, another person’s behavior, an expected or unexpected event – enables you to cope with life in the illusion, and is a very necessary skill to have there. But it is equally helpful to use your ability to change your moods. Bad moods – depression, irritability – are frequently the result of judgment of what is: it is raining and you had planned a barbecue; you were meeting someone, and you or they were late; someone failed to deliver as promised, etc. And if instead of judging you accepted the situation, the bad moods would be far less intense and would dissipate more quickly. But often you choose to blame people or events for your moods – it is part of your need to be right and make others wrong, and it seems to give you a sense of satisfaction, but it is rather a bitter satisfaction!
So be aware of your moods, and be aware you can change them to bring you peace and contentment, or you can remain in them sulking and being irritable. How you deal with your moods are choices you make moment to moment, and when they are bad, then you have made the wrong choice – and you can change it! Obviously, when you are tired or sick and your energy level is lower, it is much harder, and in that case just embrace the tiredness or sickness and the limits they place on you, thus allowing these moods to pass more rapidly.
Moods are part of the illusion. You make them, and therefore you can change them. It is very easy to become embroiled in a bad mood by focusing your attention on something you judge to be unreasonable or unfair, even though that “something” is already over. By focusing your attention on it and being upset you are trying to keep it in the present, and are thus preventing yourselves from enjoying the now moment in which that “something” is no longer happening. Taking satisfaction in being wronged, offended, or taken advantage of only hurts you. So let it go, and live now!
Living in the now moment, accepting what occurs without judgment, is as close as you can get to experiencing something real while still embracing the illusion, because when you awaken you will find that there is only the eternal now – no past, no future – and I can assure you that it is in no way a dull or boring existence! Nevertheless, within the illusion, it is practically impossible to imagine life without linear time because it is one of its supporting pillars, rebuilding it in every new moment, and in each new moment you can choose to experience a new mood. So do not hold on to worn-out ones. Instead, keep building new and happy ones. They will lead you towards your awakening. To be awake is an extremely fulfilling and happy state – your natural state – and you truly are stirring in your deep slumber as wakefulness and the brilliant Light of the divine eternal day approach.

We Must First Admit We Don't Know Everything, If We Want to Learn: Listening w/o Judgments We'll See We CREATED the Veil
Thank you Laarkmaa, Rebecca and Steve for these humbling words reminding me to release my ego, and to open my heart to other worlds and dimensions ready and willing to teach us once we stop scoffing at their existence!

WHAT VEIL?
We have reached Level 7 of the 9th Wave of Unity Consciousness, the level where the veil between our third dimensional world and multi-dimensionality is the thinnest humanity has ever experienced. We might look around us, as we move through the wondrous changes, and begin to ask, "What Veil?" For truly, as we begin to know in our hearts that we are one with EVERYTHING, we can see that the veil has never really been there at all. It has only been our perception and illusory beliefs that have separated us from each other and the truth of universal love and abundance.
Laarkmaa has said the confusion over our experienced reality comes from the fact we are spanning Duality and Multidimensionality, not living completely in either just yet. Our minds and bodies do not always work in the way in which we are accustomed. We forget a thought as soon as we have it. We may feel as though we have the flu, are dizzy, have headaches, or have no energy. Our sleep is disrupted. Our appetites have changed. Overall it may seem as though our bodies are spinning into something different. And in fact, they are. Our emotions make us pay attention to our experiences more intensely, perhaps, than we ever have before, calling us to continually rebalance ourselves with the new dynamics that present themselves. As we release familiar old patterns, we are stepping towards a fuller existence. Is the veil really thinner now, or is it only that WE are changing and are now more able to see and hear what has always been there?
Part of what we must honor now is the wisdom of our bodies, which have always known how to resonate with Nature because we ARE Nature! Laarkmaa tells us that we can accomplish much in our human bodies at this time, and we must learn to listen to and respect the wisdom of our bodies in order to move towards ascension with our bodies. An unfamiliar concept, no doubt, for a species that has believed death is the only form of ascension!
The changing environment of the earth is a recent theme in Laarkmaa's conversations. As we are part of the earth, we are also experiencing changes in our inner environment as well. External geomagnetic changes, solar flares, and earth shifts reflect our own quaking shifts as we move into being who we truly are. The Shift of the Ages has become a popular term to encompass all of these changes, plus many others that lead us towards being the new humans. Laarkmaa defines the REAL shift that is taking place as a movement from head to heart, giving us tips for how to adjust to the changes as they occur.
As the interior and exterior shifts occur with increasing speed and intensity, we may ask ourselves, what does living into Level 7 of the 9th Wave mean to us?
What WILL we see and hear that is beyond our normal realm of understanding? WORLD PUJA NETWORK hosts Rebecca and Cullen's show VOICES FROM LOVE AND LIGHT, and on the 27th of June the show will share many of the voices who are beginning to openly communicate with humanity as we become more willing to listen.
The more we open our hearts and begin to deeply listen to all of life, the more we will understand that the veil has only been in place because WE PUT IT THERE! It is our human disrespect for the wisdom and ways of other kingdoms (ie, Pan, Little People, Fairy, Star Brothers and Sisters, Angelic) that have caused those others to withdraw from participating with us. It is through our human arrogance and our belief systems about what is or is not possible that we have separated ourselves from the other voices who are now willing to communicate with us once again. They are inviting us; it is time to exercise our curiosity and surrender into a wider view of possibilities than we have previously allowed, being willing to accept that if we want to learn, we must first admit that we don't know everything. It is from this place of listening without judgment and with an open heart, that the veil will truly disappear.
Laarkmaa has said that we may see dragons this summer as well as other previously considered "mystical" creatures. Perhaps as we raise our vibrations through surrendering to love and light, we will incorporate more mystery into our own existence, opening the portals for communication to all the other realms. In that moment, we may be able to say, "What veil??"

The sky is brightening as dawn approaches, heralding the new age for humanity which was planned many eons ago. It will be an era of peace and harmony, the likes of which has never before been seen on Earth. Prophets have foretold it, angelic choirs have sung of it, and finally the time for it to be ushered in is very close. Many of you are holding the light, the intent, the resolve, and the love to bring it into being, and yet, at times it has seemed almost hopeless to believe that it is coming, as you observe the wars, the hatred, the frustrations, and the distrust that continue to manifest in many places around the world. But truly, an enormously powerful wave of divine Love is enveloping the planet, causing attitudes to change and long-nurtured grudges to be released.
Focus on God’s Love enveloping you all always, and intend to open your hearts to receive It and allow It to flow through you to all of humanity in a wave of joyful awakening, because it truly is God’s Will and yours that you do this. You are all eternally one in the Father, and to judge and blame each other, and yourselves, for the suffering in the world is utterly inappropriate. How can you judge when your Father, Who is infinitely wise and loving, does not? Surely it is the arrogance of ignorance to even attempt to judge.
Remember those who appear to cause the most suffering are the ones whose suffering is most intense, and they are projecting that suffering outwards because it is so unbearable within them. When you relax, meditate, or withdraw into silent prayer, intend to be clear and unobstructed channels through which God’s Love can flow constantly, swiftly, and abundantly to where it is needed, and He will honor you by availing of your offer.
If you wish to direct that Love to someone you love or see as being in need (pray for them), that is fine, but do not attempt to limit It to the needs that you can identify because that just obstructs the channel that you are, thereby diverting the flow around you, and the abundance offered to you mostly bypasses you. The most effective and loving intent that you can offer to your Father is the freedom to channel His Love through you to wherever He sees that It is needed, constantly. Doing this is the most powerful way in which you can be a part of the awakening process.
Many -without realizing it yet- are still locked in judgment, blame, and condemnation, as though paralyzed by those attitudes, and the abundant flow of God’s Love through all available channels is the essential remedy to that painful and inflexible state. It flows as soothing balm, gently easing the pain and tension, and restoring movement and flexibility to what had become locked in resentment. You can see the evidence of this easing of attitudes all over the world, and as increasing numbers of you open yourselves up as divine channels, the speed of easing will accelerate phenomenally, as it is God’s Will.
The intent to be an unobstructed, divine channel is an aspect of the inextinguishable divine Flame within each one of you. It has always been a part of you, and you are now becoming increasingly aware of it, as you allow your own unloving attitudes to dissolve. The more you allow them to dissolve – by embracing love and forgiveness – the clearer it becomes that this is God’s Will for you, and also your own. It is an uplifting and inspiring sensation which will continue to strengthen as those unloving and judgmental attitudes fall away. Delight in the knowledge you are doing God’s Will, and leading each other Home.

Old Issues Are Destined to Surface: Rest in Passive Awareness, Find Childhood Incident Linked to this Present-day Upset w/o Reacting & You'll be FREE
Thank you Ascended Master Hilarion and Steve for helping me "see" my issues, especially those from my childhood. The article REALLY helped it sink in that there's NOTHING for me TO DO, rather just see (acknowledge them) and just be (accept them without judgments). Wow... Freedom is all I feel upon realizing this ...and now the George Michael song pops into my head:

Just Simply See
I very much enjoyed the Master Hilarion’s discussion that Ann posted today. But some elements of it may not seem obvious at first glance. For instance, this statement:
“Understand, Beloved Ones, that this will continue to come up for your review until every facet of any remaining shadows rises to the surface to be seen in the Light of illuminated consciousness.”
“This” refers to the “deep cleansing and purification of all remaining issues that have lain hidden and buried deeply within your subconscious minds.” But the operative word in his statement is “to be seen.”
What is it about “seeing” our issues that causes “deep cleansing and purification”? Probably many of you remember J. Krishnamurti’s emphasis on “passive awareness” as the means of forwarding the action spiritually, by which he meant to simply be aware choicelessly of something.
To “see” has no connotation of change. He doesn’t say that we should see these things in a particular light, such as a positive or negative light.
Just simply “see.” What is it about simply seeing that makes it effective?
A few days ago (1) I mentioned that the truth will set you free. I said then that I believed that God had designed life so that this divine process of seeing or recognizing the truth of something had the effect of setting us free of the unwanted condition that ignorance of that something or a mistaken view of it caused.
I said that I believed God designed life so that the truth frees us because She (He, It – God is beyond gender) had a particular reason for inventing or creating life. That reason was that God should meet God in a moment of … well, “seeing,” “recognition,” “awareness.”
The formless God (not the various rulers of universes who also use the term “God” to refer to themselves, but the transcendent, non-dual One, in relation to whom there is no second) invented us finger-puppets and gave us consciousness so that we might perfect that consciousness to the point where we could solve the riddle of life and realize that we were, in every deep way – in substance, in awareness, in consciousness – God.
There is nothing else in any universe or dimension that one can speak of other than God. Search under a rock and see if you can find something other than God. Look under the bed. Go outdoors and find a place where She does not exist. I’m led to believe that your search will be fruitless. God is everywhere, in everything, at every time – past, present, and future.
Only we don’t know that.
So God created this endless round of life to teach that lesson, not because it was good unto itself, but because it would lead to the culmination for which all of life was created, the moment God (us) realizes God (Her).
And all these unwanted conditions like guilt, anger, shame, and fear, that we hang out in prevent that recognition, some would say “remembrance,” that enlightenment.
Many of them do so by causing our muscles to seize up with stress, which in turn lowers our awareness. We’re “uptight” and cannot “see.” We’re imprisoned in lowered awareness by what we refuse to complete, release, or “see.”
In my view, God provided a way out of unwanted conditions – simply “see” them, abide as your awareness of them, recognize them for what they are by standing in the face of them in passive or choiceless awareness, completing the experience of them in a way that we never were prepared to do before.
Just see them. Be with them. Rest in awareness of them. And they will pass.
But not only pass, because again I think this whole process of life reveals what some call today “intelligent design.” Not just pass, but pass taking with them the unwanted conditions that attach to the episode, erasing the entire thread.
Let me give you an example – the school-patrol badge example. Some time ago I felt shame around some exchange I had with somebody. I switched into “upset clearing process” mode and allowed the shame just to be there without trying to change it or have it go or any other thing.
And when I did, I saw myself trying to persuade my mother in around grade seven to get me back onto the school patrol. I had resigned from the school patrol – they are the people in the Fifties who stood in the crosswalk with a paddle stopping traffic while other students walked across the street – only to find out the next day that the school patrol was having a banquet and awarding to each member a really nice little pin-on-your-belt badge. I wanted that badge and I persuaded my mother to go to the vice-principal and get me back on the school patrol so I could get that badge.
Shameless manipulator that I was at age whatever.
When I simply “saw” what lay at the basis of the feeling of shame that I felt today (“saw” without trying to change) an incident that happened more years ago than I care to say here, the feeling of shame disappeared.
But not only disappeared in this moment. It never came back. I had cleared this long thread that stretched back to grade seven.
The truth had set me free.
And why does this process work? Well, I could give a long explanation citing the manner in which neurons fire in the brain, etc. (actually I couldn’t possibly give such an explanation – I don’t know why it works), or I could just say it works that way because God designed life that way.
After all, when I remember the really big and absolutely central fact that God created me from Herself to know myself and that the Self that I am to know is God Herself, then I’ll be released from … well, perhaps all upset. Now here in this mini-upset, the mini-truth sets me free from it, just as the Absolute Truth will set me free from … a great deal.
So when Hilarion says to just “see” the unfinished business that is coming up right now, that word “see,” or he could have said “watch,” “observe,” or “be passively aware of,” is important and not to be overlooked.
If, as Hilarion says, all our old business is destined to come up round about now, then just rest in passive awareness of it. Watch it. Look for the earlier, similar incident that this present-day upset is hooked up to and watch that too, without reacting when it arises. If you do, that piece of unfinished business will complete itself and you’ll be free of it.
Heavens, that was just the first paragraph of what Hilarion said. God only knows what would be revealed if we were to discuss the second!

Organized Religions Will Vehemently Reject the Advanced Technology, Because it Threatens Their Understanding of God

One Eclipse Left ...and counting
So, in the last update I said that "I hope you took a deep breath whilst yer head was still above water because we are definitely going under again …deep see-diving into the depth of our core-self to make some final welds needed to fuse our two (polar) halves."
How are you faring?
We did come up for a quick breath of air after integrating that noxious lunar eclipse, but only for a hot second before the solstice energy waves started to pull us under again.
This lunar eclipse was a doozy for many …in some cases it successfully cracked open core blocks and forced us to take a solid look at our foundations before we begin to build upon them. If your foundation was slightly damaged, most likely you spent the last 7 days repairing it. If the damage was severe or irreparable, you may have been suddenly forced to begin again …to dig up the existing foundation and lay an entirely new one. If you are one who is experiencing the latter, no worries ...this is not a race. Everything is always exactly as it should be.
For all of us, the lunar eclipse provided a massive opportunity to release some deeeeeeep feelings of lack/unworthiness …we were given the chance to coddle those remaining loveless parts which, unfortunately meant revisiting some dark places in our past so that we could illuminate and reclaim those aspects of ourselves that we unknowingly left behind.
In either case, this eclipse passage is serving two major and divine purposes for us: the fusion of our higher and lower self thru our heart center, and a disconnection from our sticky past.
"First, we would say this: You are no longer your human past. You are no longer a descendent of your biological family, nor are you a member of the 3d dimensional human family. You are co-creators of the new earth, descendants of the stars. You are members of the 5th dimensional human-galactic family, focused in this time and space continuum as representatives of your true genetic origin. Bridge Builders Retire
In order for lightworkers, starseeds and indigos to function properly in this world, a frequency ratio needed to be achieved so that the initial activation for planetary ascension could be accomplished. This means that most of us have not/never have been wired for 3d earth ...which, essentially is why we mostly feel tortured by it... but many of us needed to incarnate in the lower dimensions for the purpose of weaving and anchoring the unity grid (our home turf) into place to secure the frequencies needed for us to thrive, as well as to provide a cushy landing for the new (awakened) children arriving here.
The path-pavers are also the bridge builders …each with different roles to play, but all with the same goal: to create access portals to the new paradigm so that the opportunity to ascend to a 5th dimensional consciousness exists for all who choose it.
Some of us were responsible for scouting out the proper geographic (vortex) locations to build or resurrect these etheric bridges… others were responsible for the (sacred geometric) design, architecture and engineering …some were the scuba divers working beneath large bodies of water, descending deep into the emotional undercurrent of the collective consciousness to secure the bridge footings …some built the framework and laid the roadways that connect one world to the next ...some had the job of redirecting mental traffic and finding alternative routes for the conscious commuters …some worked in communications, raising awareness about the new pathways, reporting progress to the public and keeping all interested parties connected and in-the-know …some were the project managers, overseeing the entire production with a hand in all of it, while simultaneously lifting the morale needed to survive the vagueness that surrounds the completion of a such a large construction plan.
Whatever your role was up until this point, if you were a path-paver, you were forced to clear a massive space in your life (read:give it up) so that you could partake in this monumental production. Now that the frequency ratio has been met and the light has tipped in our favor, these soul contracts have expired ...which means for this group, the grid-work is complete, the bridges have been built and are mostly ready for the masses in 2012, give or take some finishing touches. This also means we can now shake off those lingering attachments to the old earth once and for all and spend the remaining days of the 9th and final wave of the Mayan Calendar (which ends on 10/28/11) recuperating from the exhaustion of such labor intensive work and focus solely on our own personal/biological needs.
Warts and All
The unseens have said to me many times that the second half of this year is a "very physically focused one", and while I am not completely sure what that means yet, I am told that the solstice (6/21) was a pivotal point with regard to our "physicality." The second half of this year, we will be aligning our physical selves & lives with the spiritual, mental and emotional bodies that we have been working with (clearing) for the last several years... which can sound scary & painful thru the filter of post traumatic stress that most of us are clearly suffering from... but the seven sisters say that this part of the ascension process is where the fun (?) begins because we get to create from a clean slate, with our focus solely in the present, without our goopy past continually derailing us.
And I guess that makes sense because we have been grounding so deeply into present-moment awareness that the past is becoming a hazy dream and the unknown of the future is becoming less-daunting by the minute. This in-between space goes by many names: zero-point, still-point, neutrality, presence, the now-moment, the space between thoughts, etc. I call this space "ijustdonthaveenufenergytocareanymore."
Whatever you call it, when you're here …you're free. This is the space where you are truly willing to let it all hang out and be the authentic you that you came here to be… warts and all. Now's a really good time to ask yourself: What do I still care about? Then let that go too. Because when you just.don't.care.anymore, you finally get out of your own way and let your heart lead… which is the whole point. This is the proverbial "empty vessel" that Mother/Father God is looking for to fill us up with some of that love juice.
Spiritual Sweet-Spot

The sisters say that this eclipse portal is delivering us directly to the space required to fully and completely Think With Our Hearts…which is totally awesome because now I finally know what my website means.
The masculine/feminine merging process, aka " sacred union" is the marriage of the polarized divine forces of creation within the human body. I call this "the spiritual sweet-spot"... where spirit meets matter, where head meets heart, where ascension occurs, or as Death Cab for Cutie says with such poetic lyricism …"Where Soul Meets Body".
This unification process literally rewires the heart for new neural activity which enables the heart center to become the primary control center. Yes, the heart really does think. Apparently my domain name is not just some artlessly obvious cliche that Debbie Gibson adopted in the 90's …its actually literal. who knew
The high-heart is l i t e r a l l y wired to send and receive intelligence in the same way the human-brain does, however, the nerve center that is located within the thymus utilizes sensation for communication, where the brain primarily uses thought. An important distinction for the new-human template: feel first, think later. Try taking that into the board room… lol.
For many of us who have been on this train for a while, feeling-based intelligence is old hat because it was literally all we had to go by ...it was our ONLY navigation system (well, unless you talk to dead people like I do) and one we came here wired with so we could guide ourselves thru the dark ...and I mean d-a-r-k ...but collectively, this is a new directive for humanity, and one by which the beta-testers of the new-human prototype will be first to fully embody. The changeover from brain-thinking to heart-thinking is literally the basis for a new-human species... and one by which biologists will also soon discover, according to the seven sisters.

Karmic to Resonance Creation
The unseens would also like to remind those folk at the front of the parade that, as of the solstice or the next solar eclipse…not sure which, they all just blend together anyway… that you sleek 2.0's are no longer bound by the laws of 3d dimensional creation ...which really means "you are no longer operating within the laws of cause and effect". When we rise above polarization by healing the separation between the lower (ego) self and the higher (divine) self, we change our participation with the Law of Attraction.
Cause and effect is (karmic) creation thru a separated mindset, which entails a process of polar energy exchange... whereas resonance creation works directly with the Law of Oneness, and from a unified mindset. The difference is in the application, much of which we will be learning to master in the coming months.
Those who are no longer operating from a separated mindset are now learning to create from a healed space of unity and this will require new understanding, new application and new memory activations that are now taking place within our cells. Our cells have the memory of home encoded within them ...they are mini-computers of conscious intelligence that carry the frequency quotient of our original divine blueprint and they have been communicating with us and with each other to begin the harmonization process required for unity creation …a process that ensures our lower-self is working in harmony with our higher-self.
My take on that is: expect glitches. Chances are we will turn a few princes into frogs until we can get the hang of this.

One Eclipse Left ...and counting
So, in the last update I said that "I hope you took a deep breath whilst yer head was still above water because we are definitely going under again …deep see-diving into the depth of our core-self to make some final welds needed to fuse our two (polar) halves."
How are you faring?
We did come up for a quick breath of air after integrating that noxious lunar eclipse, but only for a hot second before the solstice energy waves started to pull us under again.
This lunar eclipse was a doozy for many …in some cases it successfully cracked open core blocks and forced us to take a solid look at our foundations before we begin to build upon them. If your foundation was slightly damaged, most likely you spent the last 7 days repairing it. If the damage was severe or irreparable, you may have been suddenly forced to begin again …to dig up the existing foundation and lay an entirely new one. If you are one who is experiencing the latter, no worries ...this is not a race. Everything is always exactly as it should be.
For all of us, the lunar eclipse provided a massive opportunity to release some deeeeeeep feelings of lack/unworthiness …we were given the chance to coddle those remaining loveless parts which, unfortunately meant revisiting some dark places in our past so that we could illuminate and reclaim those aspects of ourselves that we unknowingly left behind.
In either case, this eclipse passage is serving two major and divine purposes for us: the fusion of our higher and lower self thru our heart center, and a disconnection from our sticky past.

Bridge Builders Retire
In order for lightworkers, starseeds and indigos to function properly in this world, a frequency ratio needed to be achieved so that the initial activation for planetary ascension could be accomplished. This means that most of us have not/never have been wired for 3d earth ...which, essentially is why we mostly feel tortured by it... but many of us needed to incarnate in the lower dimensions for the purpose of weaving and anchoring the unity grid (our home turf) into place to secure the frequencies needed for us to thrive, as well as to provide a cushy landing for the new (awakened) children arriving here.
The path-pavers are also the bridge builders …each with different roles to play, but all with the same goal: to create access portals to the new paradigm so that the opportunity to ascend to a 5th dimensional consciousness exists for all who choose it.
Some of us were responsible for scouting out the proper geographic (vortex) locations to build or resurrect these etheric bridges… others were responsible for the (sacred geometric) design, architecture and engineering …some were the scuba divers working beneath large bodies of water, descending deep into the emotional undercurrent of the collective consciousness to secure the bridge footings …some built the framework and laid the roadways that connect one world to the next ...some had the job of redirecting mental traffic and finding alternative routes for the conscious commuters …some worked in communications, raising awareness about the new pathways, reporting progress to the public and keeping all interested parties connected and in-the-know …some were the project managers, overseeing the entire production with a hand in all of it, while simultaneously lifting the morale needed to survive the vagueness that surrounds the completion of a such a large construction plan.
Whatever your role was up until this point, if you were a path-paver, you were forced to clear a massive space in your life (read:give it up) so that you could partake in this monumental production. Now that the frequency ratio has been met and the light has tipped in our favor, these soul contracts have expired ...which means for this group, the grid-work is complete, the bridges have been built and are mostly ready for the masses in 2012, give or take some finishing touches. This also means we can now shake off those lingering attachments to the old earth once and for all and spend the remaining days of the 9th and final wave of the Mayan Calendar (which ends on 10/28/11) recuperating from the exhaustion of such labor intensive work and focus solely on our own personal/biological needs.
Warts and All
The unseens have said to me many times that the second half of this year is a "very physically focused one", and while I am not completely sure what that means yet, I am told that the solstice (6/21) was a pivotal point with regard to our "physicality." The second half of this year, we will be aligning our physical selves & lives with the spiritual, mental and emotional bodies that we have been working with (clearing) for the last several years... which can sound scary & painful thru the filter of post traumatic stress that most of us are clearly suffering from... but the seven sisters say that this part of the ascension process is where the fun (?) begins because we get to create from a clean slate, with our focus solely in the present, without our goopy past continually derailing us.
And I guess that makes sense because we have been grounding so deeply into present-moment awareness that the past is becoming a hazy dream and the unknown of the future is becoming less-daunting by the minute. This in-between space goes by many names: zero-point, still-point, neutrality, presence, the now-moment, the space between thoughts, etc. I call this space "ijustdonthaveenufenergytocareanymore."
Whatever you call it, when you're here …you're free. This is the space where you are truly willing to let it all hang out and be the authentic you that you came here to be… warts and all. Now's a really good time to ask yourself: What do I still care about? Then let that go too. Because when you just.don't.care.anymore, you finally get out of your own way and let your heart lead… which is the whole point. This is the proverbial "empty vessel" that Mother/Father God is looking for to fill us up with some of that love juice.

The high-heart is l i t e r a l l y wired to send and receive intelligence in the same way the human-brain does, however, the nerve center that is located within the thymus utilizes sensation for communication, where the brain primarily uses thought. An important distinction for the new-human template: feel first, think later. Try taking that into the board room… lol.
For many of us who have been on this train for a while, feeling-based intelligence is old hat because it was literally all we had to go by ...it was our ONLY navigation system (well, unless you talk to dead people like I do) and one we came here wired with so we could guide ourselves thru the dark ...and I mean d-a-r-k ...but collectively, this is a new directive for humanity, and one by which the beta-testers of the new-human prototype will be first to fully embody. The changeover from brain-thinking to heart-thinking is literally the basis for a new-human species... and one by which biologists will also soon discover, according to the seven sisters.

The unseens would also like to remind those folk at the front of the parade that, as of the solstice or the next solar eclipse…not sure which, they all just blend together anyway… that you sleek 2.0's are no longer bound by the laws of 3d dimensional creation ...which really means "you are no longer operating within the laws of cause and effect". When we rise above polarization by healing the separation between the lower (ego) self and the higher (divine) self, we change our participation with the Law of Attraction.
Cause and effect is (karmic) creation thru a separated mindset, which entails a process of polar energy exchange... whereas resonance creation works directly with the Law of Oneness, and from a unified mindset. The difference is in the application, much of which we will be learning to master in the coming months.
Those who are no longer operating from a separated mindset are now learning to create from a healed space of unity and this will require new understanding, new application and new memory activations that are now taking place within our cells. Our cells have the memory of home encoded within them ...they are mini-computers of conscious intelligence that carry the frequency quotient of our original divine blueprint and they have been communicating with us and with each other to begin the harmonization process required for unity creation …a process that ensures our lower-self is working in harmony with our higher-self.
My take on that is: expect glitches. Chances are we will turn a few princes into frogs until we can get the hang of this.

You may be anticipating many of the changes that are on the verge of taking place, but it is necessary for you to live day to day and wait until you know exactly what they are. It can lead to changes in your choice of music, reading and subjects of general interest. Most importantly you will seek friends that have much more in common with you, as normally the further you progress you have need to discuss your beliefs with those who are of a like mind. You may be different to most people, but you are certainly as normal as anyone else. The Golden Rule is not to force your opinions or knowledge onto another person, and rather wait for them to approach you when they are ready.
As we mentioned recently, in the not too distant future Lightworkers will be called upon to share their knowledge. Once the truth starts to come out it will result in many desiring to know more, and we visualise centres opening where information can be found. Naturally quite advanced Beings will come forward with their knowledge, and you will have a number of the Masters leading the groups that will be formed. At present there are numerous people that claim to have the truth, but it is too fragmented and unreliable to completely serve others. If it is going to be accepted, the truth must equally serve all people and be sufficiently reliable to withstand scrutiny. With our backing we believe it will carry the “ring of truth” and we can support it with absolute proof if necessary.
You will understand that disclosure is vitally important and soon to fully enter your information highways, and it is one thing to go ahead with it but another to handle the “knock on” affect that will follow. The door will open wide and years of secrecy will be revealed, showing how your governments have covertly used you as pawns in the wars that have crippled your Earth. You have also been kept down and not allowed to benefit and progress from advances that would have vastly improved your quality of life. However, once we can all get together and prepare for Ascension, you will gradually be lifted up out of the conditions created by the old regime.
There are still rumours circulating about the dark Ones, and their attempts to continue creating chaos. These should be ignored as far as possible, as we will not allow any action by them directed against masses of the population. They are already depleted and experiencing defection of their personnel who are turning their backs on them, and as the Light grows so more and more will join them. This is where you can help to bring the dark energies to the surface for cleansing, by sending out your Light to any areas that you perceive as carrying the lower vibrations. The Middle East would be one such area, and would greatly benefit from the Light. It can bring down the levels of darkness so much so; that the warring factions will begin to see that peace is the only way forward. After centuries of attrition and suffering it is time to bring a halt to them, and allow the people an opportunity to experience the Love and Light that knows no bounds.
We want to commence our dialogue with you soon, but it will not be the first time as we have periodically met with your leaders. On your behalf we have tried many times to broker an agreement that would lead to world peace, but it has been rejected. The agenda of the dark Ones has never allowed for the needs of you the people, and has followed their plan for self-aggrandisement. Their ultimate aim of world control has failed, and they remain reluctant to admit defeat and retire from the scene. They know it is your time to ascend, yet have tried to keep that knowledge from you. So Dear Ones you have reached the cross roads and your destiny is your choice. Fear Focuses on Slim Possibilities Which MIGHT Occur, Then Seeds of Distrust & Anxiety Are Sown, and Signs of Dishonesty & Betrayal Are Forever Sought
Thank you, Saul and John, for reminding me my fears, unawareness and ego-desires separate me from myself and from others ...as each person strived after these same self-centered goals, we ultimately created the world we now live in. OUCH! The good news: NOW we can change everything and live in harmony with one another.

Imposing your will on others can only succeed for short periods

Humanity is approaching the moment of transition from its illusory, egoic, and self-centered way of living into a state of loving harmonious cooperation, in which awareness of the oneness of each one of the seeming billions of you breaks through into your consciousness. It is readily apparent to you your egoic and self-serving way of living is a recipe for global disaster on a scale that would almost certainly destroy humanity, not to mention all the other life forms that the planet supports. And at last your almost totally egoic thought, “WTF are we going to do to ensure and enable our survival on Earth?” is leading to some sane reasoning, because there is undeniably something of interest for everyone in that essential line of thought. You would call it “enlightened self-interest,” which it undoubtedly is, but as you all get involved with the big issues, your small egoic ones, which have been dividing you into warring factions for so long, will have to be overlooked, bypassed in the “interests” of the wider, more pressing general emergency.
The effect of cooperating together planetwide to solve planetary issues will demonstrate to you, very clearly and deliberately, what you can achieve when you put aside personal matters – the long ongoing egoic need to be right and make others wrong – and focus on dealing with issues that are for the good of all, in a cooperative and harmonious fashion. You are all truly one, and seeing yourselves as separated individuals fighting for survival is extremely damaging, in fact quite destructive. Your Earth history shows you this. Yes, people have built powerful empires with hierarchical levels of authority, but they have always crashed and burned. Imposing your will on others can only succeed for short time periods – 2000 years is nothing in the overall scheme of things – before the oppressed rise up and overpower the oppressors. And at this point in the history of humanity, the time during which the oppressed are prepared to submit to oppression has become very short indeed.
History – and your guides and angels channeling your Father’s Love to you – is bringing to your awareness the insanity of self-centered, egoic behavior and the attitudes that drive it. Compassion is growing within you as you see the worldwide misery and suffering these attitudes have caused. And as you cease denying your own individual suffering, you are allowing yourselves to become aware of it and understand how it has driven you to destroy others – for fear that otherwise they will destroy you. That level of fear has been enormously damaging for humanity, and now you are finally looking for a better way to live in harmony together.
Fear focuses extremely narrowly on remote possibilities that just might occur, and then expends inordinate amounts of energy in attempting to ensure that they do not. And because of the intensity of that focus the seeds of distrust and anxiety are sown and nurtured, and in each interaction with others, signs of dishonesty and betrayal are constantly sought. And what you seek you find! Initially, of course, there will be some betrayals, but because the intent to trust is supported by increasing numbers of you (despite mainstream media stories to the contrary), and of course by the divine energies enveloping the planet, success is inevitable. A new age of peace, trust, cooperation, and harmony planetwide is approaching. It is God’s Will and yours that it embraces all of humanity – and so it will.

Humanity is approaching the moment of transition from its illusory, egoic, and self-centered way of living into a state of loving harmonious cooperation, in which awareness of the oneness of each one of the seeming billions of you breaks through into your consciousness. It is readily apparent to you your egoic and self-serving way of living is a recipe for global disaster on a scale that would almost certainly destroy humanity, not to mention all the other life forms that the planet supports. And at last your almost totally egoic thought, “WTF are we going to do to ensure and enable our survival on Earth?” is leading to some sane reasoning, because there is undeniably something of interest for everyone in that essential line of thought. You would call it “enlightened self-interest,” which it undoubtedly is, but as you all get involved with the big issues, your small egoic ones, which have been dividing you into warring factions for so long, will have to be overlooked, bypassed in the “interests” of the wider, more pressing general emergency.
The effect of cooperating together planetwide to solve planetary issues will demonstrate to you, very clearly and deliberately, what you can achieve when you put aside personal matters – the long ongoing egoic need to be right and make others wrong – and focus on dealing with issues that are for the good of all, in a cooperative and harmonious fashion. You are all truly one, and seeing yourselves as separated individuals fighting for survival is extremely damaging, in fact quite destructive. Your Earth history shows you this. Yes, people have built powerful empires with hierarchical levels of authority, but they have always crashed and burned. Imposing your will on others can only succeed for short time periods – 2000 years is nothing in the overall scheme of things – before the oppressed rise up and overpower the oppressors. And at this point in the history of humanity, the time during which the oppressed are prepared to submit to oppression has become very short indeed.
History – and your guides and angels channeling your Father’s Love to you – is bringing to your awareness the insanity of self-centered, egoic behavior and the attitudes that drive it. Compassion is growing within you as you see the worldwide misery and suffering these attitudes have caused. And as you cease denying your own individual suffering, you are allowing yourselves to become aware of it and understand how it has driven you to destroy others – for fear that otherwise they will destroy you. That level of fear has been enormously damaging for humanity, and now you are finally looking for a better way to live in harmony together.
Fear focuses extremely narrowly on remote possibilities that just might occur, and then expends inordinate amounts of energy in attempting to ensure that they do not. And because of the intensity of that focus the seeds of distrust and anxiety are sown and nurtured, and in each interaction with others, signs of dishonesty and betrayal are constantly sought. And what you seek you find! The Area Around Earth is Patrolled By Our Craft, and Absolutely NO Interference With You Is Allowed: You Are Indeed Safe With Us As Your Mentors

Many of you have just participated in meditation and other forms of acknowledgement concerning the Summer Solstice. It has been heart-warming for us to see your response, and it is a measure of how seriously you take your responsibilities as Lightworkers. These occasions are more meaningful when you join in, and the result is that the level of Light on Earth is lifted up yet again. You are forcing the dark Ones to withdraw and cease their pointless efforts to stop progress. They remain a nuisance and we are stepping up our plan to remove them. We treat them with love and understanding as we do not judge or condemn, as that would not be helpful if they are to be converted to the Light once again. Love alone is the great power that cannot be repelled and will soften the hardest hearts. Our wish is to see every human soul rise up, even if they are unable to achieve it this time around. No soul is discarded or damned forever, and will at some stage return to the Source as a Godspark.
With 2012 approaching there is still much to look forward to, and what is left of this year will become quite a busy time to say the least. We keep edging nearer to a decisive step forward, but as normal we must take into consideration the affect of any action we take where you are concerned. Peace is so necessary to our work, as we cannot otherwise proceed very far with our plan. It will need our input to achieve it and monitor any peace agreements reached. The days of going back on them will not be allowed, and every country will have to abide by the rules. Disarmament will be permanent and weapons will be made useless and recycled. We know that the dark Ones have facilities underground but that will make no difference, as we can see into their bases and will also neutralise any weaponry in them. Space is of course our domain and many times we have had to stop it becoming weaponised, although attempts have been made in spite of our edict that it would not be tolerated. As you might say, we have our fingers on the pulse, and cannot be fooled whatever attempts are made to do so.
From one week to the next we might be able to spring into action, so keep positive and know that we come to release you all from your prison planet. Although not everyone recognises it as such having come to accept your lives as normal, you will quickly see how limited you have been in free expression and liberty. However you are waking up, and no longer easily fooled and see through the devious workings of the Illuminati. War is one of their greatest weapons and even now they fuel the ones occurring in the Middle East. They must stop very soon, but some karma is being played out and must run its course. It is sad and we hear the cries of those in pain, but we are unable to interfere in what is your affair and the result of your actions. We do not wish to sound harsh but we are bound by Galactic Law, which we fully understand and abide by.
We note that as you rise up in consciousness there has been a sudden jump in the number of people discovering they have psychic abilities. It is early days for most of them but realise that in such an event, you are meant to develop it as a natural ability which will become more commonplace as time passes. Eventually you will all develop several types of talents that will for example include telepathy. We are talking of your elevation to a Galactic Human, that will bear little resemblance to how you perceive yourself now. Do not worry however, you will be gradually let into these changes and they will not overpower you. Indeed you will be grateful for your expanded abilities, that will make you adept and capable of becoming the Master that you are.
Whilst all of the changes are going on the whole manner of your life will alter, and it will become far more interesting giving you the freedom to travel virtually anywhere you wish. You will never tire of your new found abilities, and they will make you a complete Galactic Human. You do not yet know what it is like to become free of all restraints, and that is your birthright to be returned to you once again. You will master space travel through your power of thought, and the concept of simply wishing yourself somewhere else will become quite commonplace. In fact you could be in two places at once, but that is jumping ahead when you must first experience less complicated ideas. Be sure Dear Ones, the promises made to you are not idle dreams, and it is ordained that you ascend to start a new chapter in your life. Duality has all but served its purpose where you are concerned. So please focus on the future, and allow Duality to fade away, as it is finished.
You are very resilient souls and it seems remarkable to us that you have such a strong sense of survival. Your experiences have been very challenging yet you somehow see your way through. It is that which makes you very respected and admired, as that quality will see you put those experiences to good use when you work with evolving Beings. It is usual for ascended souls like you will shortly be, to seek opportunities to serve others. There are always new civilisations coming along, and the creators never cease bringing more into being. No one quite knows how many there are, and Space with its endless dimensions is teeming with life that goes on into infinity. Indeed the Supreme Creator is forever dreaming new life forms into existence, and these will follow a similar path of evolution to your own.
As we have intimated previously, on the one hand you are such a minute part of creation yet because of Ascension are now a main point of focus and interest, and very important to the whole process. The Universe is aware of your soon to come upliftment as physical Beings. It has created such an interest that you have quite an audience looking on to witness the event. It brings souls from even other Universes who want to share the experience with you. So never feel that you are insignificant or forgotten, as you have never had such attention as you are getting now.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and enjoying the thought of being part of your Ascension, and I am as interested as any visitor to your Solar System. They are allowed entry and near the Earth, but we place a limit upon how near they may come. The area around Earth is patrolled by our craft, and absolutely no interference with you is allowed.
