Anticipating Joy:

Learning to shift your attitude that anticipates joy and happiness rather than remaining in the negative comforts of attachments and expectations will lead you to a path filled with great joy and happiness. This path is where you learn to experience what it is you are actually seeking that will provide you with considerable opportunities to attain massive amounts of knowledge that is found every time you move from one experience to another.

There are many dear souls that move throughout their day “expecting” to discover joy, peace or any other positive experience when in fact the energy they are using to “expect” is really setting themselves up for disappointment. If you wonder why, then dear ones consider with pure honesty that really is not possible for you to experience Joy, Peace, Fulfillment and other positive experiences 100% of the time every day of your calendar year. Your days are easily filled with Hi’s and Low’s due to all the commotion and distractions life can throw at you. When you do slow down long enough to realize that you are not experiencing joy or peace this realization can turn into a difficult revelation. And it becomes worse dear ones if you allow yourself to take into account all the times you were not at peace or joy you may find yourself slipping even further away from the opportunity to gain more momentum to increase more joy and peace into your life. Expectations that you add on to any anticipated thought or action can create great moments of despair and we see that it can be difficult to rise out of these darkening difficult moments.

What we sometimes witness dear ones is a repeated cycle of events until the dear soul that is creating and recreating the experience finally realizes what needs to be changed and takes that brave step forward to end the destructive cycle that has been winding up repeatedly. We do not want you to feel hopelessness on your journey when your journey is filled with incredible love-filled experiences where you are the one making all the choices as to what you wish as an outcome.

There is a shift in attitude that will deliver you from expecting joy to anticipating joy. It is a very simplistic idea that anyone can do and it simply requires you to hone your visualization skills. Understand dear ones any kind of expectation carries a certain amount of entitlement that is in close relations with demand for the outcome to be actualized immediately and more often-than-not emotional attachments get added on.

Be aware dear ones that when you anticipate, the sense that joy is coming, even though you don’t know when it will arrive will still make a great difference in your mindset and will raise the quality of your thinking to be more positive. What is essential and important dear ones, while you are anticipating for joy remember to stay focused on how you will feel when are finally greeted with what you are aiming to achieve.

Some dear souls have a difficult time anticipating something they have not yet experienced. Embracing the unknown in full trust and faith that the energy you are pouring out will produce favourable results requires you to be willing to allow yourself to be vulnerable because you are taking a risk on something you believe in heart and soul. And the more you apply this kind of focus the stronger your Inner Power and visualization becomes. Don’t lose sight of what it is you are hoping to achieve.

We encourage you dear ones to develop a specific affirmation and visualization of what it is you are anticipating to occur. It is not difficult. You do not require sets of instructions; you only need to clearly imagine seeing yourself doing what it is you are focusing on achieving using positive words to emphasize this desired state. While you are visualizing you determine what will be included in the image you are visualizing; what kind of day it is, what feelings you see within this imagined state…this is your creation and your energy, here you are seeing what it is you are anticipating to occur.

Be consistent with your focus that is applied from a deeper sense of your Self and through this experience you will discover mountains of opportunity to learn more of yourself. There is no time for waiting as you are experiencing during the time in-between all the pleasures your journey is bringing you. And as you create that inner visualization, remember to concentrate on the qualities you personally associate well with. As you increase your visualized image with more positive additions, then include positive words at the same time that speaks of the experience already happening in the NOW moment. Realize dear ones, the more rich abundance of positive thought forms you add to your visualization, the deeper and more real your own inner experience will be which will provide the present to be even more enhanced as a result. What the affirmation does dear ones is remind you of the joy of the positive experience that is already yours to have.

How often have you yourself witnessed dear ones, others whispering under their breaths that terrible things always seem to happen to them? The reality is dear ones, until they change their thought patterns, this way of thinking takes on a greater truth and becomes their own form of an affirmation even though it’s entirely based in negativity.

Positive thinking is a great way to boost the clarity of your thinking and you begin to heal but it is not all you need to do, you still have yet to apply positive actions. You are required to fuel your energy, your Inner Self with peaceful moments brought on by allowing yourself to be in-tune with the nature that is flourishing around you. Work on one area at a time for a short time span and stick to it applying pure effort from your heart and soul. Remember Hope is right beside you encouraging you to continue, to carry on; any amount of suffering you discover leads you into discovering perseverance which is a noble and great strength to be had – one that will carry you through all endeavours when you consciously work from your heart.

When you take the time through your practice of visualization and working on the quality of your positive thinking and words of action to tune into the nature that is around you, you will be greeted with natural beauty that has always had a way to sooth your mind, body, heart and soul from all things. Become aware of the nurturing aspect of the natural flora and fauna and feel deep peace enter your being. As you wait for the outcome of what you are anticipating, adopting a pace of nature will surely assist in raising your awareness of the world that continuously moves around you.

Finding comfort in silence will aid in balancing your entire being; mind, body, heart and spirit. You will find an Inner Place where you will meet God and connect in perfect harmony as your soul greets your already opened heart and expanding mind. Taking on a peaceful nature will create more calm within your emotions which will help cultivate a more compassionate you. Nature has a way of teaching patience and while waiting for what you have been visualizing with wonderful positive affirmations you will discover how much more serene you are in all areas of your journey. Your heart will lead you dear ones to what your own ears cannot hear, listen intently and become the loving harmonious person we know you are meant to be.

You live in a rush kind of lifestyle where technology has a great influence and sometimes distracts you from fulfilling certain aspects of your journey. Meditation and quiet contemplation will bring you back to the Oneness of all things natural and of yourself. We also encourage little projects that will help you focus on compassion and mindfulness. A great project that can be done all year long, regardless where you live is growing a little herb garden. These can be done inside your home and they will fill your home with wonderful healing aromas that will grow from your applied efforts. Even if you can only grow one little herb in a container, this little pot will receive your love and attention and in return it will rise, grow and become what you grew it for.

Remember dear ones when you truly want a life that is filled with joy, start making this a priority. This is your life, your journey. What you decide, what is held in your thoughts, what actions you apply will determine your outcome. You have the power inside of you to bring all the joy, happiness, and peace into your life and you know how to apply focus and balance to make it all happen…you only have to do it - one step and day at a time.

The many mental and emotional tasks that many of you have met already and will meet again are basically a beginning of certain qualities being exercised. They eventually propel many dear souls to self-discovery of something new and exciting. Lessons will always be met dear ones, as they allow you the opportunity to balance any opposing factors or issues that may have been holding you back. For some dear folks in order to discover the inner-power that each of you possess, you must be pushed against the wall before any action or reaction is observed or taken. Mastery of your inner-strengths will always be met as you manoeuvre your way through the many challenges that greet you in your own way and at a pace that is best for you.  
 
There is a lot of learning along your journey dear ones, and much understanding is required. The faith we have in each of you achieving all your goals is unwavering. We of the Divine only wish you could meet each task that is before you with the same unwavering faith each and every time. We do understand distractions come and the breaking of the cycle of duality can be daunting and tiring. You are encouraged dear ones during any new challenge to always take the time to treat yourself with loving compassion.
 
As many are just beginning their journey to discover themselves and the worldwide community around them, they in time will soon relinquish any attachments to illusions that they held within a world that is based on exterior impressions. Learning to let go of the old and to adopt a new way of being and living is a step-by-step process for all people who walk the path to spiritual enlightenment. Sometimes you must look back and observe previous experiences to fully APPRECIATE the lessons they hold that carry much knowledge to be gained for the present moment of use. Looking back does not mean you are stepping backwards, only becoming more consciously aware of the connectedness of each and every lesson and how it pertains to you on a personal level. Many opportunities of learning a new way of doing things is learned from reflecting on past situations, new truths are often revealed that are illuminating for the one seeking to fully know their True Self.
 
Each of you is filled with large amounts of courage and this attribute is often over-looked. More often than not, someone else will point out how courageous you are, or tell you how much they admire your strength. Hear these words dear ones, for each one are truths and they are needed to be heard and understood more often. Each of you are Co-creators, creating a future that is not only based on the community outside your door, but on the WORLD as a whole collective unit of people sharing and working for the Love and Compassion that fills their entire being. You have the support with you, feel them, and discover their presence. They are there to support, and guide you on your Awakening and road to great spiritual awareness and through this journey the love they will bestow upon each of you is as infinite as time itself.
 
Once you do realize your True Telf you will begin to trust what you see from doing a lot of questions and answering from within. You may be directed to answers from another source but these answers are felt through your heart as truth and clarification that is needed to build on this self-truth. All the books that are available to educate you will not teach you what you can discover of yourself by going within dear ones. As your inner SELF further develops you will discover your inner-STRENGTH build and see miracles in places you may have never thought to look before. Miracles surround you daily dear ones, it is a heartening experience when you are able to discover this gift that God has left for you. Relish in the divine experience you will enter. It is important that your confidence is strong and isn’t hindered by any shadowy thought forms.  
 
Learning to embrace the darker side of the Self can be frightening for some because this becomes an area of the unknown, and many times we witness abundant amounts of fear being expressed when many of your brothers and sisters begin to face certain truths and confront situations that have been holding them back. But from the strong inner work that was done prior to the spiritual excavation what is discovered is THEMSELVES, a person that is strong, capable and not so filled with fear as originally thought. A breath of relief is often heard during the times many souls begin to face their darker and more ominous self. It is here when you learn why some of your character traits are how they are, and it is a time you see with crystal clarity what is required: A little fine-tuning. Each experience you encounter dear ones is your opportunity to further develop your consciousness, to bring it into higher planes of realization and awareness. Embrace each and every part that demonstrates the REAL you. Accept dear ones that you are created of equal portions of dark and light that require balancing.
 
As your path winds, twists and turns you pick up so much knowledge that becomes wisdom as you reciprocate that learned wisdom onto others that are learning what you have already achieved. You have much to teach another soul who is just walking their journey. And as each of you continue to go forward you will meet the need to forgive. There is no quick fix when it comes to forgiving any wrongdoing done by you or by another towards you – ALL is a process that requires, time, love and understanding. Being able to forgive removes any blame or guilt, releases you from the pressure and negativity that has kept you from moving as efficiently as many of you would have preferred. Any unresolved emotions or situations require forgiveness dear ones. Shine your illuminating light objectively towards a past situation and see all that it entails. What is often witnessed is vulnerability, purity, sometimes ignorance, and most definitely the ‘whole picture’ of what was happening. All situations come with feelings, actions, reactions, thoughts, etc. At any time, dear ones, you can look back to understand this is a perfect chance to forgive yourself and others who may have been involved. Accepting mistakes you and anyone involved in creating the situation releases any ignorance because it becomes opportunity to learn differently, to acquire knowledge that frees you from past situations. Forgiveness is a very healing method that will propel you forward and becomes needed throughout the journey you have undertaken. Forgiveness is not a one-time occurrence; You are encouraged to express forgiveness whenever you feel oppressed about any one thing that is causing you disharmony. Don’t allow any disharmony to build and become heavy, always walk Light and with Love dear ones.
 
Your journey dear ones will bring towards a refining process of your true divine purpose and your own talents become more visible. You move from uncertain disbelief to attained understanding and achievement. You begin to re-identify with yourself as you grow and change. Old ways become dissolved for new ways to be embraced. You learn from simply ‘KNOWING’ that you are becoming more integrated with your Soul SELF. Will others notice any difference? Many will who are in-tune and sensitive. What they might make note on is your exterior appearance, how softer your facial features are, how less stressed you appear and even if you feel tired how exuberant you look. All the work you have done, the inner healing you have absorbed will show dear ones. Even with people whom you communicate via website forums will notice a refinement in the words and vocabulary you choose to express yourself. The total commitment you have expended has given you many challenges that have helped to create the evolved being you were meant to become.
 
Do not hesitate dear ones to ask for my aid when you are feeling a little out of sorts and you require additional guidance and direction that will help further enlighten your spiritual journey. I will never turn any of you away. My love is yours as I have enough to share among each and every soul that inhabits the Earth you call home.

You watch your calendar year bring you closer to the end of another fruitful and exciting year. Many of you have moved along with the flow of energy during some of the more turbulent moments quite efficiently and gaining significant growth during such times of great change. Many are yet rising to the call, as the light that wakes ALL who is tune becomes stronger. This dear ones is the Light of God that wakes those who having shown signs of readiness and each of you are needed dear ones. It does not matter if you are still new and figuring out where you fit, you will learn as you go; all your precious A-ha’s will come. The time to rise to the Light and Love of God is always NOW; it is always the right time. Now is the time to let go of limited ways and patterns of thinking and embrace all love you can hold within your being, then waiting to bring in more in order to reciprocate that unconditional feeling of love and compassion for all souls. You will learn in your own way in your own time how to embrace more harmonious ways of living within a world that is filled with diverse people such as yourself. You, each of you has a great inner power to resurrect themselves to the unmistakable light of God and to feel His love enter your mind, body, heart and spirit.
 
 
It is time dear ones to learn to blend your human nature with your spiritual side – to evolve your SELF into the being you truly are. Once you have learned YOUR truth; what are your strong points, areas for improvement, understanding you truly are derived of male and female energies and become balanced in all the truth that you are, and then you will see the light of your soul dear ones and this light is what we already see. Sometimes, it gets covered up simply by living within too many illusions, but in time you face certain truths and many illusions if not all become dropped. You are a shimmering example of God dear ones. Sometimes it does take a fair amount of time to reach certain conclusions but there is no date set on when you reach this comprehension. We know you will meet goals even if they take a very long time in your world. Your energy, your choices and how purely intent your actions are will all help you reach all that you are aiming to succeed.
 
 
Your own spiritual self and character is a psychological element that is very real and always metamorphic. Within each of you is a force that empowers your life that is very difficult to deny once you waken to God’s Light, because to deny this power is to deny yourself. It is a power that each of you has and it is unique to everyone. It is the power that you access when you feel you can no longer go another moment, it is the power that you reach for when find yourself fed up with some of the many hassles that enter your life, it is also the power you reach for when you are providing care for another when you yourself need care; it is a loved filled center of unspeakable courage, and strength and it is all yours because it is you dear ones.
 
When you successfully learn to control the ego and balance its influence with your soul’s intentions then you are truly ready to focus on integrating your spiritual and human side. This dear ones will bring you to the entrance of your heart – both the soul and ego working together to bring you into the higher octaves of consciousness and find yourself more connected than ever before. There is no limit on how connected you can feel, as you open your hearts and become willing to see all people are equal and love is meant for all than pure spiritual purification begins. God does not love only one kind of people – He loves ALL.
 
Understand dear ones your journey does bring many delights and many perils and through each phase you gain great knowledge of yourself and those around you. Part of your spiritual journey is coming to terms with the two opposing sides that lives within each dear soul and I speak of the masculine and feminine, or some compare this as dark to light. However you call it, it is your opposing nature, but still a part of what makes you…YOU. It is here that many souls become stuck. When we encourage the men to become more in touch with their feminine side, this does not mean you are to be a woman, but take a look at your nurturing side, the part of you that is filled with emotion what sometimes becomes bottled up. Some men do not realize how in-tune they already are with their feminine side, they are neat in appearance, in their own way they show concern for a friend or loved one when hurt. Same for the ladies. You are the ones who bring life into the world, your power is evident, yet there are many who hide their stronger masculine ways in order to appear feminine. But to appear truly masculine or feminine you must consciously accept all energy that moves through you and ensure balance between the two is set. Yes it is all individual when you decide to embrace these energies that work together within each of you. Take your time here dear ones, rejoice in what you discover of yourself; be delighted in the prospect of becoming ONE with yourself in your spiritual and human nature.
 
When you reach this particular area of personal spiritual self-discovery, it is well advised to learn specifically what is needed to balance each and every aspect that speaks of you. It is during such times you are given the opportunity to improve and strengthen certain qualities and hone others that are already speaking well for your character. You will face various challenges when you enter this but remember just like any other challenge, they are there to test your underlying strength and faith. There have been parts of your journey where you have achieved what you have been working so hard on and you find yourself undergoing a dramatic spirit, mind, and body purification that leads to a transformation. Some are bigger than others, but they are all significant. What they signify is you letting go of something that was aged and limiting in order to make room for newer thought patterns and much more efficient ways of being you. You are work in progress, and where each of you are is wonderful. Look back at where you started and be amazed at how much you have gathered and learned. Some of what you learned at first no longer holds value, but it was your beginning and here you are NOW. In the Present, steadily moving forward, choosing where your future will lead you.
 
In the Present dear ones, one of your primary concerns is learning to trust your intuition and following your heart. This is a difficult task because what you are doing dear ones is focusing on your soul’s purpose which is to aid you in dissolving any duality that is apparent in your lives. It is to help you learn to live within the pressure of the harmonizing parallels within its own spirit.
 
So it is clear dear ones, the undertaking of human and spiritual integration is honouring the dual aspects of your all that you are; the ego and the soul working together, seeing that all is sacred and ascended from the same life stream as is the past and the future that is still being constructed. This work dear ones brings you to your WHOLE self, it is personal work, it is rewarding even through your tears of frustration you gain strength that is yours to have to keep going – quitting really isn’t an option even though it is a choice. All you do each day and throughout the day is based on choices dear ones. And yes, there are some dear souls out there that has had to repeat lessons, this only means there is something they have not quite grasped yet, but by repeating there is the opportunity for clarity and thus the end of a cycle that doesn’t bring change and for some can be quite toxic. All is necessary dear ones, there is never such thing as a “waste of time”. All time you are given, is opportunity to learn differently, to change the course of any outcome – never what you do is a waste; all is essential for your growth and development as an integrated spiritual human that is selfless, charitable, compassionate and devoutly loving.
 
When you wholly awaken, this then tells us you have become fully responsible and consciously able to contribute in your own personal and collective transmutation. It is indeed a very natural development that occurs when each individual learns to get out of the way and allow the energies that are working within you to do their job. In order to accept responsibility dear ones for your contribution as part of a collective of the co-creative process you must go within dear ones and search for your truth of your own true natural self. Without accepting responsibility you are not acting authentically your natural SELF, and life becomes the borrowed truths of others, not your own.
 
It is perfectly normal to reach to another for guidance that has intellectual insight and exciting views. They are able to help validate what you are already experiencing and that is how they are to guide you until you learn to trust your own intuition. Remember dear ones, regardless what another soul offers you as a suggestion it is up to you to accept. It is you that must find the information that will help bring you into newer ways of being. Become diligent in your journey, search and research until you are fully satisfied; don’t just take a person’s word for it. This is your life journey dear ones, remember this. You learn from sharing experiences, but your journey is unique and individual. You will discover similarities, but no one will have a journey exactly like yours.
 
Being able to access the higher realms of yourself begins simply by asking, and being able to recognize these higher realms of your human consciousness as real, this means you give them meaning and life. When you make something real, you then give it access to move and sway your inner-self. Because each of you has Free Will, you then understand anything even from God must have your approval to intervene and affect your life. Yes God does know ALL but through your prayers is your asking dear ones. Your prayers are invocations and how mindful co-creators actually pray.
