METHODS OF REQUISITE AURIC MAINTENANCE

Greetings Dear Ones!
I am Metatron Lord of Light, and I embrace each of you in a field of unconditional love, a field of coherency and nurturing.

MASTERS, as humans in duality you have become so filtered from your true identity that you no longer recognize your creatorship. Truly your are immortal beings of the Divine. Your are nonphysical. That you term the auric field is much closer to your actual essence than the biological clothing you temporarily wear.

In kind the sub-conscious MIND, not the ego-brain, is your greater identity. But Masters, know that you are in physical reality to master the lessons of physical duality world. To learn your creatorship, and maintenance of the non-physical energy termed the aura is the base, the cornerstone of optimal physical existence that allows for forward progress on your path.

An optimal aura can have at its beckoning, an inexhaustible force of energy. That energy is a projection of and from the Divine Self, the Integral Self that you can and will , in time, learn to express physically. That energy held in storage in Mer-Ka-Na is first passed into an intact Auric Field. When it carries that energy, it is the very essence of creatorship. It is the magic stardust of Merlin's wand. It is the petrol, the gas in the creation tank. So know that the tank must not have leaks in order to take you very far in the physical reality in which you dwell.

Your Senses Are Projectors Not Receivers
All of your senses, all of your chakric centers are mechanisms of mental creation, thought-particle- accelerators that create , indeed that form all that you sense around you.

The fact is your senses are not developed to enable awareness of a pre- existing material world, but rather to actually create it. Indeed everything you sense is a manifestation of your individual and group ' thought construction'.

The core problem humanity has in comprehending this great Truth is due to the fact that you believe the amazing imagery and sounds you physically sense pre-exist in a 3d world whether you sense them or not. They do not. Your chakras and senses not only interpret what you see, smell, taste, touch and hear, they are the very creation tools you utilize in creating and manifesting them into material expression.

Taking & Holding Your Power
And while it is a complex process, that we will not further detail in this channel, we tell you that thought energy, creation energy is converted and fed into the Crysto-Electric Field (CEF) , or Human Aura and held there for utilization. It is uniquely the empowering fuel for physical manifestation.But it must be 'held', it must be contained for flow.

So we say again, while the subconscious mind is the entry of creative thought energy expression into your conscious mind, the energy to drive manifestation in the material world is etherically , semi- physicality contained within the capacitor of the Auric field. It contains the appropriate frequencies of 'power' , that is used to drive your will.

The CEF is a Capacitor of Divine Energy & Power
An optimal CEF, intact and correctly circuited can have an infinite, renewable , powerful source & force of creative energy. That energy is a projection of and from the Divine Self, the Integral Self that you can and will, in time, learn to express physically. There are maintenance regulations. You must learn how to bring the energy in, as well as correctly contain & utilize it.You must learn what works and what doesn't.
This topic has been addressed previously in our channels to you, and this is a subject that can occupy much additional discussion. It is contained within the 'Metatronic Keys'. However the channel wishes this specific aspect of the message to apply to Auric Maintenance, with focus on Air Travel.

Air Travel
Air travel is an ingrained aspect of most of your lives. At some point almost all of you will travel by airplane to another destination. And we tell you that such travel depletes the aura far more than is currently understood.

Indeed, extended frequent air travel can shorten one's very longevity and cut short life span, especially for those in mid to later years. Pan continental and trans ocean flights by the very measure of their copious distance and requisite time in flight time are exponentially more degenerative to the human auric field than short flights of 3 hours or less. Virtually everyone aboard a 9-10 hour international air flight will exit the plane at their destination with varying degrees of irregular or ruptured auric function. Long distance flights traveling latitudinal in eastbound vectors are the most detrimental. Longitudinal flights that cross the equator are also depleting in a secondary or additional way that disrupts energy spin.

Understand that all flights as such take an undeniable toll on the energy field, by shorting the internal Auric circuitry and rupturing the Auric ovid sheath. You humans call it jetlag. Such a benign term is a gross understatement, for the condition is far more than simple fatigue from time zone change.

Now, one of the key the underlying factors that is the root of the issue is that most commercial planes fly at altitudes of 35,000 feet, in the stratosphere, and effectively outside the regulatory pulse of the Schumann Resonance. The Schumann Resonance is the planet's 'heartbeat', it is an anionic charge released by the earth that combines with the cationic charges released from the stratosphere to form an electro-magno capacitor around the planet from ground level to about 30,000 feet. This capacitor forms a background resonance that plays a key role in regulating vital organ& glandular rhythms in the human body. Airplanes flying at 35,000 to 38,000 feet, as most do, are outside this regulatory range and the metallic fuselage of the aircraft further deflects most remaining integration.

The result is a distortion of the physical rhythms. Your NASA agencies and space station agencies are aware of this issue, as it has created chronic physical issues with the astronauts. They have experimented with placing magnetic generators in the stations and shuttles.

Your medical personnel that have studied jet fatigue are aware that flights can and do force the heart to work harder, and that longer range flights enlarge the heart temporarily. The pilots and flight attendants who fly daily absolutely stress their bodies and auric fields to the extent that chronic diseases result and 'aging' is acutely accelerated.

There have been internal studies of the abbreviated life expectancy of airline flight workers, but these are for the most part kept from the public. They are indeed aware that hypobaric hypoxia caused by pressurization of the aircraft alters rhythmicity after long flights, independently of the number of time zones crossed, and significantly reduces human hormone levels.

This issue is somewhat exacerbated by the rather cramped conditions of sitting in close quarter seating for extended periods in which rest is difficult, circulation is impaired and the body ingests less oxygen, resulting in a fatigue of its own. The extremely dry air in the pressurized cabin as well as the pressurization itself is detrimental. Airplane cabins have less pressure than that of the earth surface. Cycles are interrupted, and indeed most of you recognize that it is difficult to rest the body after long flights, anxiety & insomnia occur as but two of many side effects of the auric circuitry interruption.

Now let us be clear, flights of under 3-4 hours are not as detrimental as the 8-12 hour variety, and recovery is much faster. So other important factors include the time in the flight, the frequency of flights taken and the age and physical health of the individual human. Yet all flights, as we have emphasized are detrimental to varying levels. Radiation is greatly increased in higher altitudes.

Equatorial Crossing
Long flights of latitudinal crossings invoke greater fatigue to the body physical due to time-zone change. This in addition to all of the other factors mentioned. Yet longitudinal flights that cross from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere (and vice-versa) require another frequently adjustment to the auric energy. The resonate energy below the equator will in unforced & unmagnetized scenarios, naturally rotate clockwise, and counter-clockwise above it. Thus when one flies from below the equator to destinations above it, and vice-versa, the individual's Auric circuitry will be adversely affected for a period of time.

Question to Metatron: Many people have jobs that require flights. What can be done to minimize the detrimental effects?

AAMetatron: The effects, again, are exacerbated according to the frequency of flights and length of flights. Other factors are the general health and age of the person flying. So in all cases, try to minimize regularity and frequency when possible. Maintain the health in all activity. When you know you will fly you can stabilize the field somewhat by wearing copper or gold on both wrists, and by employing certain gemstones as rings and pendant to help hold the field intact. After the flight, take salt mineral baths and avoid sleep aids. Hydrate the body as much as possible during and after the flights.

Question to AA Metatron: How does one recognize auric bleeding?

AAMetatron: First by understanding certain conditions that can create energetic imbalances and auric energetic diffusion. Those we have listed in the above discourse... The human Aura has certain built in defences. Just as your skin has 3 levels of sheathing, so to speak, your auric fields have twelve layers on the earth dimensions. The outer 3 levels are where most of the energetic diffusion takes place from electromagnetic waves; microwaves can affect you on much deeper levels.
Micro waved food reverses the molecular polarity of the food substance being heated. This is a recognized fact within some of your mainstream academia. When this is taken in the body, circuitry within the digestive system and bowels are affected, both in the physical and energetic bodies.
Now, the precondition recognition is essential, first by knowing within what situations auric interference from opposing energy fields can occur. Sensory indications can be quite subtle. The first sensory indicators are emotional lows, a sense of being tired and out of sorts. Humans rarely connect this to Auric energy loss, because it occurs quite commonly due to the fact that most homes contain interfering fields, and the stress of life within families, jobs and daily life have their stressful aspects. Aspects that are indeed in part due to energy loss from the taut hectic pace, worsened by lack of exercise and healthy diet.

Question to AA Metatron: What can be done to strengthen & solidify the Human Crysto-Electric Field?

AAMetatron: There are many things that can strengthen the field. But first, try to eliminate the root source of auric short circuitry and diffusion. Stop using microwaves for food. If it is a case of being obliged to spend hours in front of a computer, as many of you do, there are steps that can be taken to neutralize the bombardment.

Now, exercises to strengthen the auric field are numerous. Some of these are conventional methods, others are not.
* Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. (Tai Chi, Yoga or Walking)
* Increase water consumption, and magnetize water
* Detoxify, through saunas, colonic irrigation, massage therapy
* Use salt baths & mineral baths, and thermal natural springs
* Utilize the Tesla Violet Ray Therapy
* Use of magnetics on the soles of the feet & wrist ( <3500 Gsse)
* Wear specific combinations of gemstones
* Wear noble metal around the neck and on both wrists
* Healthy diet
* Avoid excesses of alcohol
* Elimination / minimize toxins, tobacco and certain prescription drugs
* Take cleansers weekly such as raw garlic, ginger and cider vinegar
* Work with Phi cut Vogel crystals, in auric sealing
* Smudge, sage the field
* Utilize pure sonic frequency through crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls & tuning forks

Now, in addition to this, be aware of your emotional state. If you are suffering from lethargy, chronic fatigue, insomnia, depression and anxiety, it will certainly serve you to take the steps listed above, but other actions will likely be required. Many of you have chosen certain life lessons that involve removal of obstacles by overcoming 'contractual set-ups'. These set-up life lessons are in essence opportunities, gifts if you will, to allow you to move forward. If they were easy, you would not necessarily learn. Simply changing your outlook to 'positive thinking' when you are dealing with a life lesson that leaves you in a state of lethargic depression is not enough. A 'Pollyanna' outlook will not resolve the core issue; nevertheless, an intact auric field will assist in overcoming these issues, and in certain cases the auric field will not be whole until these chronic issues are resolved. One provokes the other and vice versa.

While some of you may be somewhat 'karma free', most of you still have learning to walk through & issues to clear. The current time is a gestalt to allow you to achieve these lessons and to confront and remove remaining energy-viral obstructions. Auric maintenance underpins all.

Question to Metatron: Can you advise if the 'neutralizing chips' that are available to eliminate detrimental effects from monitors and computers are functionally valid?

AAMetatron: Except for the individual's degree of 'belief', they are currently of very little assistance beyond the 'placebo effect'. At the present the 'bio-chip' technology is not of a sufficient advancement to be truly effective in its own merit. The most beneficial means to deflect these fields is 5-fold, the first point being applicable in all conditions of field strengthening to negate interference:
1) The wearing of gemstones is far more helpful than the current neutralizing chips. A single refractive gem of 2 carats or more worn on one hand and a double refractive gem on the other helps deflect the fields. Examples of single refractive gems are diamond, garnet and spinel. Double refractive are aquamarine, sapphire, ruby, emerald, tourmaline, topaz or any of the quartz varieties such as amethyst, peridot & citrine. In reference to the double refractive, a carat size of 4 or greater is better. Combine this with noble metals on each wrist, gold, palladium or platinum is best. Silver, copper, brass, titanium and carbon steel will assist if the more noble metals are not affordable. Wear a chain around the neck with a stabilizing pendant, such as lapis lazuli, malachite or azurite. Through this process you have a greater ability to increase your field and deflect opposing ones you see. Clear gems are great producers of higher dimensional light waves, and amplify ones field and help hold it intact.
Do not wear beryl (emerald, morganite, alexandrite, aquamarine) and corundum (ruby & sapphire) at the same time.
2) Try to maintain a distance from the screens. For computer monitors this is difficult, for televisions, four to five meters is recommended.
3) Placement of ionic generators, such as halite salt blocks & air filters are beneficial in restoring the anion to cation ratio in rooms that contain computers, microwaves and televisions.
4) Utilize the Tesla coil violet ray and light beam applications with noble gases to balance the field and correct reverse polarity conditions, and assist in sealing the field from auric bleeding
5) An effective neutraliser of the effects of a computer is the placement of an iron nickel meteorite on one periphery of the screen, with a block of malachite on the other. Each of these should be at least one pound in weight. Three to five pounds is optimal.

Closing
Masters, your responsibilities increase in 2012. There are more opportunities of mastery in the expansion ongoing. It is quite beyond you in duality to comprehend the vast myriad complexity and dimension of the geo-crysto-electrical nature of creative energy as it exists. Each thought you have, each instinct and impulse you have is different from any other. Each is succinctly composed of a differentiated intensity and frequency of impulse.

Everything you sense is a thought. Every thought is a snowflake, a totally unique geometric pulse translated into crystalline electrics and pulsed from Creation into Mind into physicality through a manifold of dimensional corridors.

Every particulate, every nuance of your experience is gathered together in specific bands of crystal-light intensity, each totally unique. Human, the summation of all that you are exists in one infinitesimal band , one spectrum of divine intensity. So you see how difficult this is to comprehend?

So what we ask you to grasp and accept, is that each process is requisite, and the maintenance of your CEF - Auric Field is more important than you may realize.

Hold Onto Your Faith
Ascended Master, El Morya’s Weekly Message ~ August 28 – September 03, 2012
 
Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! It is a blessing to be back conversing through this vessel once again. Her absence was necessary and now it is necessary to be back continuing our conversations with all of you.
 
You know me well, I AM El Morya, the Chohan of the First Ray. I come today to speak to all of you, children of God in regards of faith. The importance of FAITH in both good and bad times is tremendous. It is too easy to be hopeful and with faith when everything is going your way. It when you are challenged that your Faith in God, in yourself and in ALL you believe to be true gets put to the test. Perseverance is learned by maintaining your faith through all situations, especially the hard times dear ones.
 
I know it is hard for some of you to put your FULL faith in God and in His word. It is your Free Will, your CHOICE to follow His WORD that is of LOVE. Your faith in God will help strengthen your own faith in yourself. You see and know this to be the truth dear ones. How many times do I see and hear many people blaming God for their misfortune? The answer is too many. God does not take you by the hand and walk you into each given situation. God will direct you through His gentle encouragements, but it is YOU dear ones who must decide which way to go, and what to do. This is FREE WILL, your gift to choose your path based on the subtle messages provided to you. Stop blaming God for the choices you have made when you lost your faith in Him and in yourself. Stop blaming period. Get up dear children from whatever err you have made and look back. Hindsight is always much more perfect once you have weathered the storm. But the storm has plentiful lessons to be learned. Look back and see how things could have been handled differently by making different choices. You cannot turn back the clock and redo what was done, but you can take those lessons into the present and work on building the future with the knowledge you have gained from every experience. Your faith will be restored of yourself and of God.
 
God, dear ones will never abandon. His love lives forever. Through the hardest of times, it is evident that this fact becomes ignored. “If God loves me, why then must I suffer so much?” or “God must be angry with me if I must go through so many difficulties”. I hear these and more. Lessons get repeated dear ones, not to be mean or cause any further grief but for you to learn to break the cycles of a particular toxic path. Speak to God when you are uncertain. He will answer. His answers will come through your heart dear ones. He will sit with you, comfort you and most definitely He will LOVE you. You may not be able to see Him, but He is ALIVE in your heart.
 
Dear ones, God’s beautiful children when you are faced with adversity, do not give up on yourself and DO NOT give up on God or His love. Even while facing the worst adversity, there is so much to be grateful for. Look at all the positives you have in your life instead of what you do not have – YET.
 
All comes in time dear ones. Continue your Faith knowing God will always provide you with His comfort and guidance. Trust in His love knowing He and the Universe will always make sure you have just what you need. His giving may not always seem timely to many of you, that is only because patience has not been mastered. Part of your spiritual development dear ones, is mastering patience. And not just patience of the world around you, but patience of yourself. In every situation that is filled with grief, there are also many wonderful gifts given. Look with a keen eye and see the beauty that is there. Beauty of a situation isn’t only for when times are good and light. There is beauty in the dark times as well. It just takes a little more effort to see this and sometimes it takes another person to help you see this. Seeking help from another is not at a sign of weakness. It is courageous to ask another for a little guidance when your eyes cannot see. Memories are created from your trials and tribulations and these memories are not of the times you cried or screamed, but of the joy you met when you finally overcame the situation; the feeling you felt when got over the hardest part and new victory was right there in front of. The inner laughter, the smile, the sudden exhale, a shudder of relief; this is self-satisfaction of working through the hard times with Faith in yourself and in God. And dear ones God shares those memories with you. He has lived all your experiences beside you. Never once think He has not. Believe dear ones in God’s love. It is a perfect love that is never-ending.
 
Nothing you have done has ever been wrong in God’s eyes. It is not God who judges you dear ones. It is yourself that decides how well you have done. Sometimes, don’t you think you may be just a little too hard on yourself? Faith has never left you. She waits patiently for you to notice her. She joins you every waking day and often comes with Hope as you begin your day. They are a part of all of you. Remember dear ones there is so much available to you that will help heal you through the roughest of times.
 
When obstacles present themselves and test your faith remain upbeat, find something that will make you laugh. Get outside into the fresh air, even if it is raining – bask in the healing from the Earth. Believe dear ones in yourself and in God’s love. Find a way to distract yourself from over-reacting or over-worrying. Reading is one way; find a book you can lose yourself in, meditate, and discover something new to do and learn. There are always going to be ‘things’ you cannot control and this is hard for some to accept. What does goes on in your daily life, be it of personal or spiritual effect is in YOUR control. Remember dear ones, in the end of all situations the Universe and God working together unfolds all as it should be. Try not to allow yourself to become distracted from what ‘other people’ say. Trust your own beliefs, yourself and God.
 
The little hiccups and bumps along your journey are not to be feared but embraced and met with rejoice. They do not have the power to take your faith or hope unless you allow it to happen. Your journey is yours, your choices is yours. You are responsible for the choices you make. As you make those choices, regardless of what they are; have faith that God is working with you, guiding you and loving you until you reach each and every outcome. You are not alone on your journey as you can see. You have God on your side, and He is a most excellent ally to have. Believe in His LIGHT and in His LOVE and you will come out of every dark moment jubilantly radiant.
 
Have faith, live in Faith, and BELIEVE dear ones in yourself and in God. I AM a pretty good ally also dear ones [[ light chuckle ]]. Whenever you feel you cannot move another step, know you can invoke my guidance with the purity of your loving heart. I will not say no to you. My love is as endless as time and I will devote myself to your need of me until your need has been filled.

The Sphere of All Possibilities

In this message we will endeavor to share with you a method for manifesting outcomes in your 3-D reality as well as in other dimensions of your being. This method is based on a fundamental understanding regarding geometry and the nature of consciousness. There are many geometries available to be used as vehicles for manifestation. We wish to share one of the simplest and, ironically, most effective.

The first thing to understand about manifesting is that for every act there is a counter-action. This is due to the nature of duality until you reach the higher dimensions of consciousness in which duality no longer exists. Since this method is for manifesting new realities in your 3-D life, duality is a factor.

Another important aspect to understand is the admonition to do no harm. This principle is to protect you from negative consequences, and the simplest way to state this is that your creations should do no harm to yourself or to another.

Due to the nature of this material we will be giving the information in three parts. This first portion deals with the geometry of manifestation.

The second will deal with non-dual states of consciousness and how to commune with these higher realms of your being. These two parts of the information will be completed by the first of October of this year. This is in preparation for a World Sound Meditation that will take place on Sunday, November 4th during a Hathor Intensive titled The Art of Seeding New Realities.

The third portion of this information involves the union of non-dual states of consciousness with the mastery of creating outcomes in time and space. This unifying body of knowledge will be imparted before December 1st of this year.

You are standing collectively and individually at a cosmic crossroads. The alignment on December 21, 2012 heralds a passage into a new vibratory reality. For the record, we do not believe that the world will end on this date. However, the world, as you have known it, is changing.

The information we are giving here in this message is meant to assist you in manifesting new realities for yourself and for humanity. This method greatly accelerates the manifesting process, and since time, as you perceive it, is speeding up we believe a method that works quickly will be of great benefit.

The Method
In this method you use one of your chakras as a focal point for directing your intention. Indeed, from the standpoint of manifesting, the secret lies in the union of intention, consciousness and energy.

Generally speaking most people will find the greatest results from using the solar plexus, which is associated with will and personal power, as the focal point for energy.

We also encourage you to experiment with the other chakras, including the heart, the throat, the third eye, and the crown. Most people find that manifesting new realities from the crown chakra is inherently paradoxical, since at this location consciousness views all phenomena as illusory and there is a tendency to transcend all phenomena, thus there is no inherent desire to create anything when working from that chakra.

For our purpose, which is to manifest outcomes in your 3-D reality, most people will find the solar plexus to be the most effective.

With your awareness in your solar plexus—which is located back behind the pit of your stomach—you imagine a sphere, or ball, the size of the universe around you, the center of which is your solar plexus. When you imagine this ball, this sphere, realize that there are an infinite number of points at the surface of the sphere and that you are activating what we call the Sphere of All Possibilities.

The difficulty in manifesting new realities is the human tendency to believe that the current reality is all there is. There is a tendency to “lock down” perception and to follow the path that has been laid out for you through your own perception and the conditioning of outside forces. By imagining a sphere of infinite possibilities you create a crack, if you will, in the egg of your perception. New possibilities and new realities become probable.

The next step is to imagine yourself in the future living in the reality that you have chosen. If you are choosing to manifest an object or a situation, you imagine yourself in the future having this object or situation. If it is a quality or an ability in yourself you are wishing to manifest, you imagine yourself possessing this quality or ability in the future.

Place this imaginary Future Self in front of you at a distance that feels comfortable. Most people will find this area, this distance, to be ten to thirty feet, but however close or far away you place this Future Self, is immaterial. Place it in a zone that feels comfortable to you.

Next, imagine a straight line running from your solar plexus to the solar plexus of this Future Self. As you hold this alignment from your solar plexus to the solar plexus of your Future Self, you call upon the Sphere of Infinite Possibilities to energize your intention through silent intent.

By silent intent we mean a movement of your will. There is no need to say anything out loud or even silently. There is no need for words. This is not an affirmation.

It is the movement of your personal will that causes cosmic forces to align with your intent.
It comes from the knowledge and the expectation that all possibilities are available to you by the very nature of your consciousness.

Thus, as you sense your Future Self in front of you and you are aware of the line from your solar plexus to the solar plexus of your Future Self, you simply move your will. By moving your will we are not implying that it goes anywhere. It is like a stationary generator that starts to spin, drawing in the energies from the surface of the Sphere. This silent movement of your will needs no words. It is simply both an intention and an expectation that the Sphere of All Possibilities sends to you these lines of energy, these new possibilities, through the simple act of aligning yourself with your Future Self (the one who is living the manifest reality you wish to create).

As you do this, many points of light along the surface of the Sphere will emanate energies that align with your intention, and there will be lines of force between these points of light on the surface of the Sphere and your solar plexus. There may be dozens or thousands of lines from the surface of the Sphere to your solar plexus. The increase of energy will then flow along the line that you have created to your Future Self.

This will energize the new reality. This Future Self then becomes what we call a “magnetic attractor.” As you continue to work with this each day you increase the magnetic attraction of your Future Self. The result of this is multi-dimensional. For one, you begin to create new neurological networks in your brain that will allow you to manifest this new reality through your neurology. This magnetic attractor will also increase serendipity, drawing to you unexpected persons, situations and opportunities that will accelerate the manifesting of this reality.
 
Amplification of the Magnetic Attractor/Future Self
You can accelerate and amplify the manifesting of this new reality in your life if you add the element of appreciation to your manifesting action. By this we mean for you to add the feeling of appreciation for the future reality when you sense the flow of energy from your solar plexus into the solar plexus of your Future Self. As you experience yourself in the future, living this reality (that you are creating), you experience appreciation for having that in your life. The addition of appreciation in the matrix of creation is a powerful amplifier for your intent.

The topic of appreciation and the act of creation is a very rich one, and it is something we hope to explore in the future, but it is too complex to go into here.

Suffice it to say that in terms of human consciousness the two most powerful catalysts for imprinting neurological realities and the creation of new external realities is either through fear or love. Within your collective humanity fear has been, and continues to be, used as a means to control and to direct present and future outcomes. Love, or in this case appreciation, is also a powerful means for creating external realities. This duality, as it has expressed itself in your collective history, is indeed a territory worth exploring.

We now wish to turn our attention to an advanced stage of the method. If you are unable to engage the advanced technique, do not worry about it. The basic method is a very rapid means for creating outcomes. It is simply that the advanced technique accelerates this process even further.

If you work with the basic technique long enough you will gain the mastery required to engage the advanced technique.

There is one last stage we wish to bring to your attention before discussing the advanced technique. This crucial stage is required for both the basic and the advanced technique. It is simple, and yet simplicity often eludes humans.

You must do something in the realm you wish to manifest. You must take an action. If it is something in your 3-D life you wish to change then after you have worked with the method you do something—take an action in your life that is aligned with the outcome you wish to create. Perhaps it involves gaining information about what you are wanting, or perhaps it is actually changing how you do things in your life to align with the reality you wish to create.

If it is something in another realm of consciousness then you must take the action in that realm. We will address how you do this in some future message, but not now. The fundamental truth is that in order to create a new reality in any realm of consciousness or existence you must take an action in that realm.

The Advanced Technique
After you have energized your Future Self as described above, you shift your self-identity from your current self to your Future Self. This means that you move your awareness, or a part of your awareness to be more exact, from your physical body into the body of your Future Self. You are now experiencing embodiment in your future reality. As you sense yourself fully embodying this reality, you “look” back at your physical body from the vantage point of the future. As you accomplish this task you will sense an oscillation or a vibration as the two realities converge. It is as if waves of energy from your Future Self, which you are now identified with, collide with the waves of your present self, which you are not identified with in this moment.

The energetic point where the waves from the future collide with the waves of your present creates a void point (or more accurately a “void region”), and it is through this void point (region) that your present reality can rapidly shift into your future reality. For all intents and purposes you will have jumped timelines.

We strongly suggest that you read a previous message we have given, called The Art of Jumping Timelines to create a greater context for the advanced technique. While this method can be used for personal desires, we are sharing it in the hope that you will use it during the World Meditation on November 4, 2012 to seed new benevolent realities for humanity.

Preparatory instructions for those who wish to participate in the World Meditation—from wherever they may be physically located on the first Sunday of November 2012—will be posted by October 1st.

You are seed planters of new realities, whether you like it or not, whether you are conscious of it or not. Our intent in sharing this information is to increase the probability of a benevolent future for humanity. For those of you who choose to join us in the World Meditation, either in person at the workshop in Seattle, or at a distance, we ask that you experiment with this method before the event. Choose something in your life you wish to change. Use the method every day.

Once a day is all that is required. Test it. See how it works. Understand from direct experience how effective this method is. The apparent interminability of the waiting

We are all One.  You know that.  It means, among many other things, that we in the spiritual realms are constantly aware of you doing your best to Awaken yourselves and all of humanity from the Illusion.  It is a difficult and sometimes exhausting task that you chose to take on, and we honor you dearly for your courage and your persistence.  You are succeeding!  It just seems that it is taking far longer than you expected to achieve fulfillment of that undertaking, and so it has become a chore for you, whereas when you agreed to do it... you engaged with it with enormously high hopes and incredible enthusiasm.

And those hopes and enthusiasm were, and remain, totally justified.  In the Illusion, the lack of a sense of the Divine energies, the faintness of their essence, the apparent interminability of the waiting, and the lack of vitality many of you are experiencing is very draining.  You knew that you would have these kinds of draining experiences before you incarnated, but when you look at the picture from afar, as you were doing, it is impossible to imagine such contingencies in any meaningful way.  The experience is the experience.  Until you have had it, you cannot possibly understand or truly imagine it.  And that is another reason why you are so honored and respected in the spiritual realms.  It took enormous amounts of courage to accept this challenge, and you have measured up to it brilliantly.

So, to reiterate: YOU are the conduits through which God’s Love flows abundantly and constantly to assist all to Awaken.  What you are doing can only be done by you; You have no understudys; No one can replace you . . . and of course no replacements will be necessary because your success is the Will of God — Whose Will will be accomplished — and you were chosen for this task because of your incomparable abilities to bring it to fruition.

Dratzo! We return! At present, we are waiting for the date to begin the preliminaries that are to take place prior to bringing the new banking system on-line. You have the ability to keep negative emotions in check, and you cannot excuse yourselves if you fail by claiming that is how you are. You must make the effort to change, and this will benefit you in many ways, as you will feel much better within yourselves. Anger in particular has a debilitating affect on you, and when it repeatedly occurs it is damaging your body and can bring the onset of illness.

Some people ask what shall they do when they have to make decisions that will take them beyond the 21st. December. The answer will always be to follow your intuition, as whatever you do it will not affect your Ascension. What is however important is to settle any differences you have with friends and relations. It can be done if you accept the need to start the New Age with a clean slate, and realize that some old relationships will end and new ones begin. There will be more partnerships rather than marriages, as you will come into groups that will work together for each others' benefit. You will in fact have more freedom than previously, having reached a higher level of consciousness. You will be able to travel freely and reach out to the Galaxy to go wherever your desires take you.

Part of your immediate growth is from lifting your thoughts up so that you can focus on the future. Your present cycle is ending and with it should go any attachments that could hold you back. Have no regrets as you have had hundreds of lives that have speeded up your evolution. You are in line for a much better life without the drawbacks that duality has confronted you with. Yet all of your experiences have been part of your upliftment, and you will always benefit from them. Duality has been a time of fully experiencing the senses and emotions and learning to control them. Dear Ones, the point is that as you become more of the Light, your attention is drawn to the harmonious things in life, and as you progress it does become easier to maintain your peace and calmness. That is you becoming more in alignment with your Higher Self, which is your ultimate objective. What you were is not the real you, and duality is not your true reality. It is all an illusion that has been created by you all since you dropped down into the lower vibrations. Since then, you have had your highs and lows, but as the Human Race you have never reached such a point as now, where every soul has the opportunity to ascend.

Before you reach the 21st of December, many opportunities will be given to those who are unaware of what is coming. Also to those who have decided that they have no interest in leaving your present Earth, so that they have no regrets afterwards. As we have told you previously, whatever decision you make is upheld, and what is most important is that you proceed with your evolution at a level that is exactly right for you. So when you reach that stage after Ascension and realize that some people known to you have not ascended, it should not be a time of sadness. In some cases, you may later choose to work with them by acting as a Guide, so your link with them will still be quite strong.

With relatively little time left before the closure of this cycle, there is much taking place and all will be prepared in time for it. As you now understand, most of it relates to various forms of cleansing, and the removal of those dark Ones and their power and influence, that is now breaking up. There is no way back for them and much about their operations is coming into the public knowledge. It is necessary that you know how you have been duped, and you have no reason to feel guilty about it as the dark Ones have wielded great power in the past. It goes back a very long time from when the negative energies were first attracted to Earth. You have in fact carried out a great service for the Universe by helping transmute them, often at great cost to yourselves.

Set yourselves free from the lower influences and stand up for your beliefs, because as the Truth comes out you may have to explain your position. It is not however necessary to convince others that you carry the Truth, or convert them to your ideas. When people are ready for it, it will be recognized for what it is, and much of what has stood for the Truth is now being revealed, and it will make people re-access their beliefs. Before very long, the Masters will return to Earth, and with those already here will ensure that the false teachings and historical records are either corrected or removed. The Truth is not just something written into your Records, but an energy that lifts other people up and brings them to a true understanding.

It can be a frightening thought, but is acceptable once it is understood that it is but a New Beginning. One that propels you into a wonderful realm of peace and harmony, where you can forget all of your worries. In truth, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Flood of Information will Cause Mass Awakening When Media Control Ends

Control of the mainstream media appears to persist. When control of the media is overcome, we can expect a flood of information that will result in a great mass awakening.

Jesus through John Smallman tells us that the media remains under the control of those whose interests lie in dominating us.

“[The] media is owned and controlled by those who would control you, and it is obviously not in their interests to inform you of what is truly occurring. Nevertheless, they no longer have a stranglehold on the dissemination of information, and the truth is coming out despite their best efforts to contain it.” (1)

SaLuSa tells us that “the media is aware of what is happening but hold back for fear of the consequences. That will change in short time, as we must have an informed public before we can consider open contact.” (2)

The Pleiadian High Council through Wes Annac tell us that the reasons for media suppression of the news are often invented out of thin air.

“All those who know of revolutionary things are not allowed to talk, for reasons made out of thin air when the real reasons behind the suppression of so very many things are for control and for a sustained feeding of the elite class and of a presumed ‘betterness’ on the part of your dark than the rest of humanity.” (3)

Matthew Ward sees the decline of media censorship as a good indicator of the light’s progress: “Because the dissemination of accurate information is crucial, another good indicator of the light’s progress is that mainstream media censorship clearly is on the decline.” (4)
Action is occurring but it isn’t being reported on, SaLuSa tells us.

“Action is taking place but as you have realized it still does not hit the main Press outlets. The news will become so important that a point will come when it can no longer be hidden or ignored. Governments like to be in control and have always tried to cover up news about demonstrations or rebellions amongst the people. However, once the media gets hold of the real truth behind what is happening, they will take the side of the people.” (5)

The impact of the truth getting out via the alternative press is that more and more people will wake up, Jesus says.

“As more and more information about how you have been lied to and betrayed by those who have claimed to be working on your behalf becomes generally known, so more of you will feel that nudge to awaken, to change the insane reality in which you apparently have to live your lives, and to join collectively together to change the nightmare of your illusory reality into a pleasant and harmonious dream from which awakening will be easy, enticing, and entrancing.” (6)

Wanderer of the Skies says the truth revelation will cause the greatest “mass awakening” to date.

“Prepare for great movements of information all over your globe that will focus those who are not in tune with what you have been accomplishing all this while. This will be the next, and greatest to date, mass awakening of individuals who have been asleep through the process thus far. This information will come from many sources, including your media, which has even now begun to unravel the Illuminati control about it.

“Truth is rolling over those that resist, and those who have always wanted this information to ‘get out’ now see no impediment to their actions to make it so. This trickle will now become the floodgates of information that are a precursor to disclosure.” (7)

SaLuSa describes the work of the Earth allies in getting information out.

“There are a number of trusted allies that are in the forefront of releasing information that makes clear what our intentions are. In short time we will also play our part in bringing out the facts directly to the public. … Many atrocities have taken place that you are unaware of, but the truth cannot be concealed.” (8)

He predicts a sudden wealth of information soon.

“Each project is underway and that will result in a sudden wealth of information reaching you. Events are such that the facts can no longer be kept hidden, and with that there will be an explosion of people coming forward to tell what they know. It may take longer where the Vatican is concerned, as it is akin to a secret society that has kept its dark secrets hidden well away. However, nothing will remain concealed for too long, as you are entitled to know the truth and the extent to which you have been deceived.” (9)

He describes how eventually the star nations will provide news directly but for now they rely on the Internet, despite the presence of some deliberate disinformation.

“Eventually we will provide our own services to ensure our actions are not misrepresented, but meantime we welcome and thank those of the Light who are in the forefront of revelations through the Internet.

“Sometimes the reports are somewhat speculative, which means that you must still be discerning in how you interpret them. By and large they will be reliable, but you must still watch out for deliberate disinformation.” (10)

At that time it will be shown that the galactics are here at the request of the councils that look after this planet’s development, he says.

“You near the time when our actions and that of our allies will be reported in the media. With it will come explanations for what takes place, and it will be made clear that our intervention has been authorized by the High Councils that look after your evolution.

“Normally you would be left to determine your future, and that is still true where your Ascension is concerned. However, we talk of the greater picture, and our responsibility to carry out the Divine Decree that you shall all have the opportunity to ascend.” (11)

So we can expect the opening of the floodgates of information as the media yields its censorship of the news. When it happens, whistleblowers will come forward and the galactics will provide their own services to get the news out. The flood of information will cause the greatest mass awakening to date as we move forward towards the date of Ascension.
