With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew.

It is true that the prevailing vibrations were favorable for reasoned discussions to calm the situation in Syria, but it was equally the power of countless prayers that led to the easing of tenseness. Prayer isn’t what is commonly thought, thanking or asking God —by whatever name you call the Supreme Being of this universe— for something or other. Like everything else in the cosmos, prayer is energy, the energy of your every single thought and feeling lifelong. Many millions were directing a profusion of energy toward negotiations, and the universe responded in kind.

Our last message about Syria evoked an unusually large number of emails and several contained questions or comments that we want to address. We begin with a United States citizen’s opinion, which is shared by many others who live in countries where any of the following conditions exist:

I believe real chemical warfare is going on in our own country with our medical system, where they push toxic prescriptions on everyone, rather than natural alternatives. Our food has become toxic, our air is polluted through chemtrails, the water has fluoride, and they are fracking, which ruins the water table.  It is going on in our own country under the guise of profits and depleting the population with false propaganda. 

It is lamentable but true that many practices and products that are injurious to you and your homeland planet still are there in abundance. Visualizing Earth within golden-white light and focusing your thoughts and feelings on that purity is prayer—you know the power of prayer! Actions such as signing petitions, donating to organizations working toward the ends you want, or actively participating in those efforts supports your intention to help create the world of your vision.

Are the Illuminati behind the massacre of the Syrian people?

While it is so that for two centuries or so Illuminati agents have initiated uprisings in numerous countries specifically to start a civil war, the vibratory levels in the energy planes through which Earth has been moving have empowered citizens en masse to rise up against intolerable conditions. And, once a rebellion is underway, there is no need for further Illuminati involvement. One side’s deeply-rooted sense of obligation to avenge what was done to their ancestors or to defend their religious or cultural beliefs is reason enough to fight passionately for what they feel is a vital cause.

In the case of international conflicts, Illuminati have instigated major events to inflame the populace, and the “offended” nation willingly wages war against the proclaimed “offender.” Eventually it will become known that one such event was the commonly called “9/11.” The call is to “patriotism,” but always the underlying intent has been to enrich the producers of war machinery and retain or expand Illuminati control.

Is Assad an Illuminati? What about the dictators in African and Latin American countries and North Korea? Were Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin Illuminati?

For various reasons none of them are, or were. In some cases, dictators have been put into position by the Illuminati, but once firmly in power, they don’t need assistance to maintain control over their citizens.

The Illuminati require the energy of fear to keep refueling themselves; tyrannical regimes generate an enormous amount of fear, thereby serving Illuminati needs extremely well without any effort on their part. The high death toll in countries with brutal rulers is aligned with the Illuminati goal to reduce the world’s population, and all wars serve that same purpose.

Because greed, not only ruthlessness, is a motivating force shared by despots and the Illuminati, there is the other side of this coin. In countries with an abundance of natural resources, dictators may cooperate eagerly with the Illuminati owners of multinational corporations that have what the dictators do not—equipment, experienced management and engineering expertise to develop the resources—and both partners profit handsomely in these kinds of arrangements.

If a country’s ruler resists an Illuminati proposal or attempts to oust their stronghold, their agents incite an uprising and install a willing puppet as the country’s new leader. Let us give you an example with current relevance: The animosity between the United States and Iran began 30-some years ago when the Illuminati ousted a resistant leader and installed their brutal puppet, Shah Pahlavi. When the Iranians overthrew him, he was first given asylum in Panama at the order of the US government and later was flown to the States, despite Iran’s request that the Shah be sent back to that country to stand trial for his crimes against the people.

The history of the United States that is marked by self-serving intervention in other nations’ affairs actually is the work of the Illuminati, whose influence in that country began with a few individuals in the nascent government after the colonies won their independence from British rule.

The clincher, so to say, came later by means of the Federal Reserve System, the Illuminati’s private banking consortium and its tax collection arm, the Internal Revenue Service, which jointly brought the US economy to its knees quite some years ago. Bribing, blackmailing or threatening members of Congress and other government agencies became commonplace, and so did lobbyists for Illuminati-controlled organizations and corporations.

Did US President Obama threaten Syria with a strike because he’s in collusion with Big Oil?      

No. President Obama needed leverage to persuade the Assad regime to stop the use of chemical weapons, but he never wanted the situation to reach “strike” point. Contrary to the publicity about the frosty relationship between him and Vladimir Putin—as one reader wrote, “the new cold war”—behind-the-scenes talks about Syria were underway between US and Russian diplomats well before the highly publicized negotiations started. Neither of the countries’ leaders wants to be militarily involved, neither wants chemical weapons to be available to any group, and both are sensitive to the humanitarian aspect of Syria’s war.

Heart and soul, President Obama is dedicated to the mission that the highest universal council asked him to undertake, to bring unity and peace to your world. We know that many people perceive him considerably differently from what we have told you, and for the benefit of new readers, we offer a very brief recap of happenings.

When the council devised the master plan for Earth’s Golden Age, they expected all the evolved souls who wanted to be major players in the ascension process—an evolutionary undertaking unique in speed and scope in this universe—to hold to their agreements. Some agreed to play “heavy” roles to provide conditions that would enable the majority of people to complete chosen experiencing and wrap up their own third density karma.  When those souls’ missions were completed more than a decade ago, they refused to honor the rest of their agreement, to join the light forces. They had become captivated by their power at the peak of the Illuminati network and they continued fomenting unrest and suffering whenever and wherever they could.

Thus, the soul that embodied as Barack Obama inherited seriously unsettling national and global situations that never would have come about if those souls had adhered to their agreements. But they didn’t. Consequently, he stepped into the presidency at the peak of adverse environmental and economic conditions, wars, random violence and stockpiles of lethal weaponry; and throughout his time in office, the Illuminati have fought his endeavors to reverse those situations.

While he has made many decisions under duress, never has he worked in collusion with the Illuminati. It is the opposite—he has been making every effort possible to bring to an end the remnants of their global control. So it is natural that their agents have disseminated lies about Obama and his intentions as part of their counteroffensive to thwart any reforms that are greatly needed in his country and in the world. Sending light to President Obama and all of Earth will assist in the speedier accomplishment of beneficial changes that are integral to the uniting of your world in peace and respect for all life.

What is happening to the USA, the country that is supposed to be a model of democracy, freedom and the “American dream”? The poor population keeps growing and there is so much violence. Right after an election, they start talking about who will run the next time, and the government fights within itself instead of dealing with the country’s problems.

What is happening in the United States isn’t unique to that country—it is going on in stages around the globe.  You are in the process of balance being restored to Gaia, Earth’s soul, to her planetary body, and to her residents. As we mentioned earlier, your world is about ten years behind the time when situations such as war, gross disparity between the wealthy and the desperate, and haggling governments would have ceased. Absolutely reconciliation of “sides” in all issues where conflict reigns is coming, but at this moment, the vibrations that evoke the “best” and the “worst” of attitudes and behavior still are prevailing.

That is why political extremists are at their zenith in the US government and, sadly, there is a great deal of violence. Some is rooted in intolerance or fear of religious, ethnic, racial and philosophical differences; Some is due to the emotional and mental damage sustained by war veterans; And a few individuals are acting under mind control, either by Illuminati programming or the negative influence of omnipresent violent “entertainment.”  It is the same elsewhere—witness the recent hostage situation in Nairobi, suicide bombings, random mass shootings, and other seemingly senseless killings and violent outbursts.

Mainstream media make certain that you know about all of those sensational incidents wherever they happen, but they aren’t telling you about the myriad successful accomplishments, from villages on up to global, that are immensely heartwarming and encouraging evidence that reforms are underway. However, the media are giving you snippets of the big picture, so to say, that are the effects of the “best” becoming more prevalent, such as the easing of tensions over Syria. Pope Francis is sincere in his proclamations; the Iranian government’s belligerence is thawing; and the United Nations, rendered virtually impotent by the Illuminati, is starting to make strides in its organizational purpose.

Not all that many years ago, the preponderance of energy generated by Earth’s residents was fear-based.  Now, the billions of “good” persons—only a few are not—are responding in accordance with their passion to help right wrongs wherever they are.  Change rarely starts at the top and filters down, it starts at the bottom and flows upward, and this is happening throughout your world.  Emails to my mother let us know that many of you felt heartened by our recent messages wherein we enumerated some of the myriad ways that love-light is bringing about changes for the wellbeing of people everywhere.

The “downside,” if you will, is that along with the wondrous effects of that abundance of energy comes impatience for dramatic differences.  Our beloved Earth family, you are transforming your world!  Even with the ongoing assistance of our universal family, an undertaking of that magnitude can only be achieved incrementally. In Earth’s energy field of potential, all manner of benevolent changes are gaining momentum in accordance with thoughts, feelings and actions increasingly focused in Light-filled directions. Your Light is opening hearts and minds, helping to heal those who are sorrowing, bringing closer the day when Earth once again is a paradise, and returns to its biblical state of the Garden of Eden.

And that brings us to the email from a reader at Ra Kendra Centre in the Philippines, which we include by permission:

       The way to dispel darkness is to let the Light through…. LIGHT, LIGHT, LIGHT IN ACTION.

To negotiate from the heart, radiating Light, Love and Peace makes motives transparent and can bring about a meeting of minds for the common good (this is with direct reference to peace through negotiation to resolve the conflict in Syria).

Peace is not related to war as we understand and express it.  PEACE IS A STATE OF BEING EXISTING AS ITSELF WITHIN EVERYONE, although it seems that it is not being given a chance to express itself pervasively somehow.  While the varied perspectives and expressions of human tendencies may impulse and express as war, destruction, etc., among some of us, these can be rendered impotent or re-focused as creative good by the strength of the desire for peace in many of us ……PEACE REIGNING IN THE HEARTS OF EVERYONE is our goal, not the stopping of violence and atrocities to others and ourselves, which will surely stop or get transmuted/ transformed when peace prevails.

Let us remember our basics….that all are expressions of Consciousness as Energy; the variation lies in how we relate to it and eventually give it expression.

So, beloveds, as soon as we feel the impulse of our passion for peace being drawn to the direction of outrage and other forms that will fan the conflagration of distortions, let us breathe deeply a few times and redirect our focus into the source of that passion….OUR HEART OF HEARTS WHERE DWELL PEACE, LOVE, WILL TO GOOD.  This can bring us to negotiating for peace peacefully instead of fighting for peace.

Dratzo! We return with more news. Your world is now in a bit of a pickle. As your new reality begins to take root in amongst the old dysfunctional structures, a situation is created which throws up strange dichotomies. Many new elements are in place but not yet operational, and so neither the old nor the new reality is fully functioning. Naturally, the dark cabal is busily seeking to profit from this hiatus by pushing ahead with its plans to foment delays wherever possible, although it knows from experience that these are all doomed to failure. What it refuses to take into account is Heaven's timetable for the changes on planet Earth, which was set up to ensure adherence to the divine plan. And indeed, our liaisons have spent the last week informing the cabal leadership groups of this fact. We have been instructed by the local spiritual hierarchy to intervene heavily when the divine signal is finally given. Until then, we are to help as much as possible and prepare for what we believe will be a massive intervention by our personnel. At present, there remain a few bottlenecks here and there but these are very close to resolution. Once done, all that we have been discussing can be completed.

   Let us briefly recap what has been accomplished so far. One of the principles of the coming changes is the transformation in the way the global banking and monetary systems are to operate. Our Earth allies have produced a total reform of what money is to be used for, and how it is to be distributed. Naturally, this affects the banking system and the constitution of its banks. These new monetary and banking policies are approved, in place, and are being kept under wraps until conditions are ready for them to be applied. The dark knows full well how this will effectively undermine their positions in both banking and the various trading bourses around the globe and recognizes the ruination of its fortunes that will ensue. There are also the escalating numbers of arrests which are decimating their personnel. Everything is ready to tumble out of their grasp, leaving these dark ones without the resources they have always expected to possess. What frightens them the most, however, is the thought that most of them face arrest and punitive time in special-security prisons.

   And so we are at a crossroads. The next stage prescribed by Heaven is not yet fully manifested, yet many aspects are declared and are legally in effect. Nonetheless, the dark are treating these elements as if they don't exist, and this is what we are talking about: A weird suspension of logical perception which often predominates before a changeover is completed. The agreed-upon, partially implemented new regulations are floating as if invisible. This status will change once the new governance is declared, and until then, a sort of interregnum will prevail. Once the changeover is completed, it will promote your freedom and the return of your natural personal sovereignty. The dark cabal is truly on the skids and increasingly afraid of how quickly its wiggle-room is vanishing and how precarious its position really is. Our focus is upon resolving this current stalemate and allowing our allies to achieve their victory. Then we can officially lay bare the 'UFO' cover-up and begin a most useful series of talks and interactions between us.

   This coming transformation of the UFO cover-up will be a time when we can finally and openly come forward to meet you face-to-face. We wish to talk frankly about our long mutual history, and the same applies to the Agarthans, your Inner Earth cousins. These revelations will be a great boost to, and will lay the foundations for, your swift rise in consciousness, culminating in the final leap into Full Consciousness. Many intellectuals on your world have described what your global society is facing as "childhood's end": A time for growing up and accepting adult, or conscious, responsibilities, and this is indeed what your society is about to go through. Your space families and your spiritual families are ready to assist in your graduation into a mature and fully conscious society, one which is destined to grow rapidly and forge a solar-system-wide star-nation. We are greatly looking forward to inaugurating this new star-nation into the Galactic Federation of Light, at which point another aspect of your Destiny will be to seal the galactic peace by raising the galaxy to its highest conscious state.    Blessings, dear Hearts! We are your Ascended Masters! A new reality is being born even now as we discuss some important matters with you. To begin with, Heaven is decreeing that your physical adjustments be ever more accelerated. To keep up with this, the current de facto governance needs to be similarly upgraded into the new governance we have long discussed with you. Happily, blessed events are unfolding which are able to oust the dark cabal's governments. Our associates have completed the preliminary steps that are to finish off this particular task. It is happening, my friends. You are doing a wonderful job of raising the consciousness of so many. Look around you and see the reaction of the Cabal to this. They are using Chem Trails almost non-stop now, in an effort to keep humanity under control. You are seeing one false-flag operation after another. They are becoming careless in their efforts to create fear, so that you will willingly give up more of your precious freedoms. Please do not fall for all this propaganda. They will not hesitate to kill as many as necessary in order to create panic and fear. Understand this: THEY FEAR YOU, THE AWAKENED!

You have nothing to hide, but you have everything to gain, by being strong and fearless. You are the 99%, all standing together with the belief in your hearts that you were chosen to bring about the Great Awakening that will lead to the return of peace, harmony, and the removal of all that has kept you in servitude and darkness. Your day has come. You will learn who you are and what was done to you. Humanity is coming together, and no divisions will ever separate you again.

Religions will be exposed for what they truly are: All man-made, and designed only to keep you in fear and control. They have been used to create reasons to fear people who did not belong to the same religion as you. They have been used as reasons for war and misery for so many. This must stop right now. Be the first to speak out and say, "I do not fear anyone because of what he chooses to believe." Only those who use religion to force their will on others should be examined carefully and requested to adjust to the new age of peace.

The change is happening as it is meant to happen and it cannot be stopped. All the money in the world will not prevent it happening. The Cabal has no choice in this matter. A greater mind than theirs has put all this in motion and is watching over it. It will happen. Adjustments are being made to your DNA and consciousness to assist all of you to cope with the many changes you will encounter during the change-over. You are all doing a splendid job by sharing your research and helping others to make the shift and to become aware of all this global changes on-time.

Your human bodies will become stronger and will welcome the removal of all the chemical attacks they have had to endure. When the body has clean air to breathe and good food to eat, life on Earth will become so different. Disease is man-made, designed to keep you down. It will become but a memory of the dark times. We will have Centres in every country to help you to create a life worth living on planet Earth. Life will become a beautiful experience on an Earth whose real beauty has been hidden from you.

Everything becomes clear when you return to Spirit. You watch in horror what is being done to countless innocent human beings in an effort to create a New World Order in which mankind is but a servant, who exists only to obey the whims of the Cabal. This had to be brought to an end as it could never be allowed to happen. Earth is part of the universe and cannot be taken over by the Cabal, as it does not belong to them.

Without your assistance, they are useless. You have the power to stop the slaughter and to bring peace to your world. Are you up to the job that is asked of you? For this is your mission on Earth. You agreed to this before you returned and incarnated on the Earth School. We in spirit are watching every move, every thought, and every word, that is uttered by the Cabal. We know their plans, so we advise you. For those with special missions, the time has come to implement those missions without question. You know in your hearts who you are, and what is expected of you. You are the creators of the New Age of Enlightment. It does not matter in which country you reside. Coming together in harmony removes all the false barriers that the Cabal has created in order to keep you apart. You have nothing to fear, but fear itself.

Veronica, my dear, you were greatly saddened recently when talking with some lovely Irish ladies, who were adamant that the removal of Vatican Rule in Ireland was of great importance to them and to Ireland. You were shocked to discover that although they are removing the outer trappings of the Vatican, they are still locked into the false beliefs of this corrupt institution which were instilled in them through education. They need to understand and come to terms with the fact that the doctrine that has been taught to them is false. For there is no hell, etc. When they make the sign of the cross, they open themselves to lower dimensions. You have to be strong and confident. Love, and love alone, is all you need.

Brain waves are being used on many of you without your knowledge or permission, in an effort to prevent you from becoming active. It is important that you support each other, and assist those who are under attack and unaware of it. They may appear to be overshadowed. They may change, and this change can be observed by those of you who are alert and aware of such happenings. Forget and discard what is said by them when they are overshadowed, as it is not coming from them. It is what the Cabal instructs them to say or do. Always be on guard for this, otherwise you will fall into the trap of believing what is being said by the controllers or a 'walk-in'; whichever label you wish to give it. The Cabal will go to any lengths to try to hold on to control. Pity them, but do not waste your precious energy on anger or revenge. For such a reaction is three dimensional. You, on the other hand, have raised your consciousness to a higher level of being. You are above all that 3D thinking and actions.

As you draw closer to the light, all this will become abundantly clear to you. Then, we on this side of life, will be able to visit with you openly. We will be seen and we will talk with you. All barriers will be removed. Love, and a belief in your own innate ability, will bring this about. Those who are meant to be on the Earth will remain, while those who are not of the Earth will have no choice but to take their leave, for they cannot survive the energy of the Light. They face exposure, and to continue to hold a human appearance will not be possible.

Together, you must go forward with love in your hearts, as you welcome your fellow Beings of Light from all over the world. One big, happy family of Light and Love. This is your mission. You will achieve your goal. We are always with you.

The Reason for the Present Congressional/Presidential Standoff 

By universal medicare, I’m primarily thinking of access to hospitals (although doctors’ visits are also covered). I’m not endorsing the medical model.

For those people watching the current tug-of-war between Congress and the President over funding Obamacare, I “can’t” pass by this opportunity without commenting on the structural feature of the current political set-up that allows for this kind of difficulty to arise.

What’s at stake here is the smooth functioning of the American government, the wages of some government workers, but, even more importantly, America’s entry into the circle of nations who have universal medicare.

Universal medicare is one of the greatest blessings that government can confer. Any one of the lightworkers I know who cannot afford to get medical treatment would, I’m sure, agree.

I hope you don’t hear this as criticism but as a constructive comment aimed at those lightworkers who may be engaged in the reformation of government. I ask you to consider the matter.

In the British parliamentary system, the Prime Minister sits in the House of Commons and is (almost always) the leader of the party with the majority in Parliament.  There would be little or no chance that the Prime Minister could not get his program of legislation through Parliament.

If it was defeated in a vote of non-confidence the Prime Minister and his or her party would cease to be the government of the day and a new government would be elected (or the old government reaffirmed) in a new election.

But in the American system, the President does not sit in Congress and must use moral suasion or pressure or whatever means available to try to persuade Congress to pass and fund his or her legislative program.

The cabal has determined to fight President Obama at every step and so he constantly faces an inability to get his legislative program through Congress and here we see universal medicare held hostage as a result.

How did this arise? Well, the American branches of government were designed at a time when parliamentary democracy had not evolved to the state where the Prime Minister was majority leader in the legislature. That development occurred after the American Revolution.

In effect, the President is a stand-in for what in British politics of the time would have been the monarch.

But as what is termed “responsible government” evolved after the American Revolution, the position of Prime Minister arose, taking the constitutional initiative away from the monarch, giving rise eventually to the present parliamentary-democratic model.

Granted we’ll continue evolving in psychological character as we go further and further into the Golden Age so that obstructionism will subside, still I personally look to the future for the correction of this latent difficulty in the Congressional model. I’d like to see the President become the leader of the largest party in … what? The House of Representatives? The Senate? That’s for Americans to decide.

But whatever is chosen, the President needs to have the Congressional backing to get his program through and funded. This is an ideal situation in which to notice this way in which politics are currently structured and the difficulties it leads to.

Divine Deadlines and Disclosure 

I’m having a chuckle here because Sept. 24, 2013 was the fourth anniversary of the blog and to mark the occasion, I’m reposting the first article ever posted here. (The second article was posted nearly a month later!!!!! Those were the days!)

I opened the blog because I was very sick with colitis, restricted to my apartment, and had to pass the time somehow. But prior to that, I had been owner of Galactic Roundtable discussion group (now Share 11; i.e., Share the Truth).  So it isn’t as if I was unused to writing articles on the 2012 scenario, Ascension, disclosure, etc.

But it does tug on my heart strings to see the inaugural date and article. Sort of like a restaurant’s first $20 bill. (A big cruise ship behind me just let off a blast on his horn. Thank you, Lord.)

What was it the galactics feared that led to the postponement of disclosure?

Was it the dark’s efforts to raise fear in the population before the announcement? We saw that one movie channel declared October “Fright Month.” In November several channels played every movie that I can think of in which aliens preyed upon humans.

Was it fear on the part of officials or members of the media that, if they played a role in disclosure, they would be taken out before the event or after?

Did they really postpone the disclosure announcement or simply want us to think they did?

One can only speculate.

However SaLuSa’s Dec. 21 announcement does reveal one thing, which reflects on matters continuing to be on schedule. That one thing is that we have not yet reached the “divine deadline” for disclosure. If we had, what the dark might or might not do would cease to be a factor for consideration.

After a divine deadline has been reached, the dark’s free will no longer matters. God’s Will overrules it. The galactics can then (in a cosmic sense) morally and legally neutralize the efforts of the black operatives who stand in their way.

Now, however, they still must, on some fronts, leave the dark to work their will unimpeded.

There are some exceptions. Apparently Mother Gaia said she would not tolerate another 9/11 and the Galactic Federation itself, at its leadership levels, said it would not tolerate more nuclear explosions. (1)

But let us examine this notion of “divine deadline” first and then come back to its significance for these days.

Let us begin by establishing that there is a Divine Plan, the place of free will within it, and the existence of divine deadlines, which are a part of that Plan.

The Divine Plan

SaLuSa maintains that “over the years … our actions have shown that we of the Galactic Federation are on a divine mission.” (2) What is this mission? It is that “the Creator has expressed a desire that all within your Universe shall ascend” (3) and the Galactic Federation are here “to fulfil the Creator’s Plan.” (4)

According to SaLuSa, this plan is “well beyond your understanding…. That process is well advanced and you and your Earth are being prepared to be part of that upliftment,” SaLuSa says. (5) “Nothing can prevent it manifesting in Ascension.” (6)

The plan originates with the Creator and is passed down to “great Beings of Light that dwell in the realms of pure Light.” (7)

According to Matthew Ward, their decisions are passed down to “ascended Spiritual Beings whose names are often well known to you. They have acted as your Brothers from the Light, and are sometimes recognized as far back as Atlantean times.” (8)

Apparently, in designing our soul or life contracts, we also created our parts in the outworking of the Divine Plan. Says Damur of Antares: “You helped to design the Grand Plan that you find yourselves in.” (9)

SaLuSa says that we assigned ourselves the roles we’re playing: “As you can imagine spiritual matters are highly organised, and progress is coordinated for Humankind so that as many souls as possible move into the Light. You are all acting out your roles for the benefit of the whole.” (10)

The “grand plan for Man,” SaLuSa reminds us, “is perfect in its concept and whatever path you take, it will always lead to your goal.” (11)

Like us, the galactics and celestials, Saul says, are “all waiting with heightened awareness, as the intensity of our expectations increases moment by moment for the unveiling of [this] masterplan for planet Earth. Its implementation will completely change the way that humanity lives on Earth.” (12)

On Oct. 19, 2009, Matthew said that the “members of the highest council that designed the master plan of Earth’s Golden Age have been observing the pace of flux in the collective consciousness and they have agreed that the day is nearing when the presence of your celestial brotherhood must become widely known.” (13)

Our “mass forgetfulness during the changeover from ‘old’ to ‘new,’” Matthew says, “was anticipated by the highest universal council members who long ago conceived and crafted the … master plan.” The plan had provisions to awaken us.

“The plan included millions and millions of souls from advanced civilizations whose essential assistance on, within and above Earth assured that she not only would survive death throes, but would be restored to her original paradise self, where all her people live in harmony with each other and all of Nature.” (14)

We’re requested to let go of any concerns that the master plan will not unfold as it should. Jeshua asks us to “know that all is in divine order” and that “there is a divine timing about everything.” (15) Mira the Pleiadian reminds us that: “Little by little the divine orchestration continues.” (16) Atmos of Sirius reassures us that: “All proceeds in an orderly manner with purpose even if you cannot grasp it.” (17)

Free Will

Unlike the dark forces, the galactics have always needed to respect the free will of the dark, their erstwhile victims, and higher entities like Mother Earth and her Moon. Their view of their own role expresses this. As SaLuSa said, the Galactic Federation serves “as your protectors as far as karmic law allows.” (18)

Ker-On of Venus explains:

“Many times you have courted disaster in your long history, and we have helped you along. However, your right to use your freewill has been observed by us, and our presence has not gone beyond permissible intervention in accordance with the Laws of the One.

“Yet once you are well on the path to Ascension, by the Law of Attraction we can freely help you and openly approach you once more.” (19)

The Law of Attraction draws those of the Light together and invokes the galactics’ protection. SaLuSa explains how it works.

“Our Federation is actively involved in keeping events on Earth under observation, and we do have the authority to interact with you should the necessity arise. Since we can see the most likely outcome of your actions, and are allowed to move them towards the Light, we can exert our influence to ensure a balance is kept.” (20)

“Clearly we cannot run your lives for you, but as a civilization that is awakening we were given the responsibility to ensure [that your unfoldment] was not held up. The dark Ones may appear to have a free hand to do as they like, and within certain parameters that is true, but equally those of Light are entitled to protection. The line is drawn where the Law of Attraction is concerned, as interference with that would deny you your freewill choice.” (21)

According to SaLuSa, the galactics will not impede our freewill, but they may place spiritual hints where we might come across them. Their first priority however is to keep track of the dark ones.

“We see right down to the roots of darkness and how you get involved. We understand the intricacies of karma, and for this reason we do not interfere with your freewill. It is your choice as to how you experience duality, and we would not attempt to take that away from you.

“We can appeal to your Higher Self, and place spiritual messages where you might come across them. However, what we will not do is compromise ourselves or you by being too forceful. …

“We can keep a track on you in the interests of your well-being, but we do not intrude and are more concerned with the activities and plans of the Illuminati.” (22)

An unnamed galactic speaking through Suzy Ward distinguishes between individual free will and free will that impinges on the rights of higher beings like the Earth itself:

“We are eager in all respects to assist and not take over any aspect of your self-governing that is according to the laws of God and the universe. We will honor all self-rule and decisions unless these are aimed — as so many are — at self-destruction and planetary destruction.

“Then we are empowered to technologically oppose those forces, to prevent what would be so traumatically destructive to the planet and lives.” (23)

Matthew Ward reminds us that “spiritual evolution” and “not a revolution … is the way of the light.” (24) SaLuSa calls “our presence … the controlling force that operates from a distance to keep you heading towards Ascension.” (25)

Thus before a divine deadline arrives, the galactics and celestials honor the free will of all the players in the drama, except where mass destruction would result or the Law of Attraction allows help to be extended.

Divine Deadlines

All of our discussion so far concerns the time before the “divine deadline.”

Let’s hear SaLuSa describe the concept of a divine deadline. He uses First Contact as his example.

“There is … a specified date by which you must have progressed to First Contact. If by any chance it has not commenced in good time, there will be intervention on our part to ensure it can go ahead. That has been divinely decreed and is our authorisation to do so.” (26)

Here again he says: “There is an ultimate deadline for [first] contact and you are therefore assured of our eventual arrival on Earth.” (27) And, on another occasion: “We have a timetable to guide us and have absolutely no doubt that all will be completed as intended.” (28)

The Galactic Federation has been attempting to enlist the cooperation of Earth’s various governments for some time, but the dark forces in power would not participate. Only before the divine deadline does this refusal to cooperate stop the tide of events. Says SaLuSa:

“On a number of occasions we have tried to offer our help, and it has been turned down. However, we no longer … need … your permission to arrive on Earth, as it has become a divine order with an ultimate date by which we will appear. We will do so in a perfectly correct manner and first approach those who are your legally-appointed representatives.” (29)

It is not only SaLuSa who puts forth the notion of a divine deadline. The Spiritual Hierarchy and Galactic Federation speaking through Sheldan Nidle say the same:

“Remember that Heaven is unfolding a divine plan and this plan lays out specific time points that we need to observe. These stipulations will be our orders to initiate first contact and we go planetward when so directed. Until then we follow the directives of the operation outlined in this and previous updates.” (30)

So, again, I say here that, even though a date has been postponed once more and some of us are feeling deflated and disappointed, there is no need to throw away our trust in the whole plan.

There is no need for people to leave because the galactics recalculated. Equally there is no need to stay. The Master Plan will go ahead according to its divine deadlines whatever course of action we take.

What we need to consider, as far as I’m concerned, is how best to situate ourselves within these unfolding events. How do we prepare ourselves, not to only to open to Ascension, but also to serve those who will be clamoring for reliable information and interpretation once the main events finally get underway.

Greetings and Salutations:

There have been some interesting ‘signs of the times’ this week. Panama announced the closing of its banks from Friday, September 27th through October 2nd. The explanation to its people has been a software upgrade and a complete auditing of the country’s banking system. The German government announced on Friday, “the world banking system is experiencing a complete ‘melt down.’ “

The changes are slowly appearing. The corruption this country has sustained since the US became a corporation in 1872 is beginning to be exposed with its long-awaited remedies. The Fat Lady has entered side stage --mic in hand-- and the band is queued up, rehearsing The Party’s Over. The final sound-check has begun, and it’s been awhile since she hit a ‘High C.’ Stay tuned: Our “party” is about to begin.

HI All,

The pigs have been measured for their flight suits, and the runways have been cleared of the muck on the surface, but not completely clean yet for the take-off. Won’t be long, though, so keep your shirts on, be patient, and smile. There is nothing more to do, worry about, make today's rumors into gospel the next day, or support the negative energies that lend well to the delays by manifesting negative thoughts.

The cabal and the good guys (first and foremost the Chinese families) have established a truce and worked out the details of what is to come. The cabal will be allowed to survive in some measure, but without their previous power. That power was dramatically stripped weeks ago by the removal of their vast wealth which they stole from humanity. Talk about a wake-up call.

They did not realize the extent of the real power of the good guys even when warned many times, so they forced their hands and got slammed. Realizing that power, they came to the table and negotiated their redemption. Why is it that you can tell somebody that the stove is hot and the pot will boil over and ruin the food for everybody, but they still keep the heat on? Is it that incredible arrogance that comes from having some form of power?

Anyway, this will all change now as the RV comes to pass. Mountain Goat (Mtn Goat) has wonderful insight into it all and is bang on the button. Right now, the redemptions of the historic assets (bonds) have begun, and the stage is set for the RV and the installation of the Basel III protocols. The new republic of the United States may come to pass shortly as well. We do know that the USA (corporation) has managed to get the debt ceiling raised yet again to stave off bankruptcy. It would not do to have the world reserve currency take a dive. Chaos and war would follow.

The Chinese want to see the USD (US dollar) be strong. It is in the best interest of our humanity, and they are doing everything to help with that. Obama is negotiating well on many fronts in these end times, and is doing a good job. The armed forces and the agencies are also doing a massive job during these times of change to ensure this changeover is done with as little fuss as possible, but still there are casualties as in any war of such magnitude (not reported by mainstream media though).

By the way, I hear noises from ghosts, but still, nothing too intelligible at the moment. Once I hear some good thoughts, I will know that dick had a change of heart.

Questions this week are thoughtful.

Q. I hear that Obama is on the side of the People and we should put our support behind him. Yet, a week doesn’t go by that I don’t hear in the news – mainstream and alternative – about another whopper he/his administration has told. Help me to see three material things he’s done lately that show he is for the People.

A. Obama has a lot on his hands right now. Give the guy his due. Despite the difficulties, he has the insight and the drive to carry this changeover through. I do admire his strength and willingness to frontline the work effort despite the handlers and lobbyists he has to work with. Not easy.

He is fighting on not only a couple of fronts, but also on many in these times. I would not want his job, and I bet he did not imagine what his role would really transform to. So, yeah, I would support his efforts. His wife certainly has a large heart, and sustains her man through these extraordinarily difficult times. Think of Obama coming home, and his wife embracing him and caring for his daily wounds. Bet that is exactly what is there. He is blessed with her.

Q. Do you know if the rumors that FEMA is going to run a huge operation in FEMA Region 3 (the Mid-Atlantic area in the US) starting next month? If you do, can you please provide details? If it’s accurate, will this be another sign of something seeming negative but is really a positive such as the banking changeover?

A. This is a tough thing to comment on, as this is a two-faced event. On one hand, if the cabal had not called truce then the event could have gone the negative way. Now, it is headed in the other direction, and may be a protective umbrella during the changeover (nee global reset). Let us pray, as the first scenario was planned to happen, and many would have died.

Q. Is timing for the programs to reach the readers of this newsletter before or after the shift of the financial system?

A. After. The programs will kick over and spit out their results after the reset. This is inevitable, planned, and waiting for the signal only.

Q. Poof said that our assets will be paid out of a 5-star trust, so are safe. I’ve not told anyone about my blessings, so what protection do I have that the bank could freeze my account if the Federales tell them to? Even the banks are agents of the government.

A. Hmmmm. Five-star trust again. Remember that the five star headed by Marion Horn Jr is a cabal structure installed many years ago for specific, covert reasons. It is still not useful for humanity s needs, although they are trying like mad to get it on that track. In regards of the funds people will receive, they will come from the major banks that are duty-bound to carry out the programs and disburse funds. No, the funds will not be blocked and will be usable for the economic stimulus they are meant for. Rest easy. Poof thought it would be five-star, and for a while it looked like it, but, no. The answer is different.

I can now see the path clear for project starts within the next weeks, and getting to the real work at hand as the first funds flow this week. Yes, the money has been released, and will now escalate. We will begin experiencing changes very soon, and it should be a wonderful Christmas time for everybody.

I wish I could say so much more, but the sensitivity of these times is critical. Just know all is well, always has been, and always will be under the Divine plan for humanity. Sleep well, and dream good things. Like purple pigs.
