Let no one take away your belief in the future of which there are various versions. Hold on to the one that resonates with your understanding, and very soon you will find events taking place that will indicate the path that your civilisation is to take. Do not nevertheless be too rigid and when you can, accept changes that are in accordance with your understanding and make allowances for them. All will become clear in the not too distant future, and will bring a coming together of people of a like mind. The alternative to Ascension will leave some people in limbo, and is likely to lead to a condition to be avoided that instills fear in their mind. Whatever way you perceive the end times, it is important to have a goal to work towards. The unavoidable conclusion at present is your civilisation is breaking apart, and your leaders cannot see or desire to contemplate the major changes that are needed to put things right. Some politicians are to be applauded for their insight, but they are too few to be able to sway the masses that toe the party line regardless of the situation.
However, we are well aware of those souls who are dedicated to bringing about changes for the good of all, and their sincere intent will eventually bring them to the forefront. They incarnated precisely for this particular time, and their abilities and spiritual desire to bring out the best for humanity will not be wasted. They bide their time and know intuitively that it will not be long before they are called into action. Dear Ones, you are all here at this time because it is an important time in your evolution, but you are not all key players for the final run in to Ascension. Most of you are in fact here to simply be of the Light and spread that around you wherever you go. When you wonder what you can do to help, that is all you need to do and it will help lift the vibrations upon Earth. Follow your intuition and if it is your place to serve in a different capacity, then you may be sure that you will be made aware of it. Be a calming influence when others exhibit fear, and help them to share your assurance that all will be well.
Naturally when we of the Galactic Federation are officially recognised, that on its own will help raise people’s hopes. It will become clear as to why we are drawing close to you, and a great upliftment will take place when it is realised we come to bring you world peace. That of course is just the start, as we have a lot to do in respect of the preparations to cleanse the Earth. It is also going to be a busy time ensuring that each soul understands the significance of the end times. However, that is a task well within our ability, and there will be regular programs to give full details of the options open to you. We understand your freewill is to honoured and that you are sovereign Beings, and the facts will be laid before you for your information. The final choice will always be yours where your spiritual evolution is concerned.
Look beyond your present world problems as they are only temporary, and will give way to the New Age that will propel you into the higher dimensions. It is a natural form of progression, as all is ever heading towards the Source of All That Is. As you must realise by now, it is your Universe that is ascending and your Earth cannot hold back the inevitable and desired upliftment. It is divinely decreed and nothing will halt its progress except that the Creator should make a new decree. The wonders of evolution are truly amazing, although you may not be able to grasp the magnitude of what is taking place. There are great Beings of immense power involved in what is about to occur, and it is impossible to put it into words you would fully understand.
Those who are not of the Light but lean towards the dark side are in fear as they see the world falling apart, unlike you of the Light who have everything to look forward to. They are likely to drop further into the mire, seeking solace in drink and drugs. Hopefully when the truth about us and the coming Ascension is known, many can be encouraged to look to the Light for a path back to normality. They may not do enough to sufficiently raise their vibrations to ascend, but any progress made now will be of value when they start their next cycle. There is no question of any soul losing any gains made in raising their consciousness levels. As long as you are progressing, you will never be looked upon as a failure as it can be as slow or fast as you decide.
With the end times rapidly drawing so near, may souls have elected to take on all remaining karmic experiences. For many it is therefore a hectic time, particularly at a personal level. When you ascend karma will have been cleared by you or “written off” through the Law of Grace. Because you will be in a much higher vibrational level where there is balance and harmony, there is virtually nothing that will cause you to incur karma again. At that level, your thoughts and actions will naturally flow with the higher vibrations, and the lesser thought forms will have been cleared from your consciousness. It is a return to your normal state of being, as you were before dropping into the 3rd dimension.
In fact, you are already beginning to shed those unwanted, and unnecessary thought forms as you absorb more Light, because they are not compatible. It does therefore become easier to deal with such problems, the further you travel along the Ascension path. You will start 2012 with an uplifted vibration resulting from 11.11.11, and the changes will come thick and fast thereafter. It will clearly be a most memorable year, and you will be well informed about activities in your Solar System, as we will share information with you. We keep no secrets and want you to be able to fully enjoy the occasion with us. Currently you are still kept in the dark where many matters are concerned, but that will soon change. The dark Ones are sometimes naïve and do not seem to understand that nothing can be hidden from us. If necessary we can go back in time to prove a point, as may be necessary where your history is concerned. You have truly been seriously mislead, and we will ensure you know all before you ascend.

You are much better at maintaining your focus on the Light, and in consequence are unaffected by them. In fact, you are now consciously spreading the Light, and that is helping to lift other souls up. Simply being in the presence of someone else is sufficient to make an impression upon them. Also many of the Indigo children are now old enough to bring their talents into play, and they have a very high level of wisdom to share. However, such advanced souls rarely speak of their abilities, but go about their work with hardly being noticed. Many are amongst them who have a big part to play in the immediate future, and their leadership qualities will be most welcome.
We of the Galactic Federation clearly have a big part to play in the immediate future, and now there seems to be a general acceptance of our existence. It is essential to your success, and we have the responsibility to ensure that those who desire to be part of Ascension are ready in time. There is little risk of it being otherwise, and in fact even we are in turn part of a bigger confederation that is available if necessary. Your dark Ones may harbour thoughts of stalling our progress, but quite frankly they have no idea what they are really up against. They can be stopped in their tracks in the face of our far superior technology, so there is no fear whatsoever of anything other than a victory for the Light.
We regularly meet in conclaves for meetings to discuss your position, and our plan is adjusted if required. It may have taken a long time to get to this particular point, but there is overall satisfaction with the plans to move you on. There is a lot happening just now, and the dark Ones are beginning to tire of their lack of success. Where once they felt invincible, in many ways they have been the architects of their own downfall. The so obvious plots against you such as 9/11 have showed up their arrogance, and disregard for human life. It beggars belief that they thought their lies and attempts to cover up their acts, would be swallowed by the professional people who could see through them. It only remains for a legal stance to be taken against the Illuminati to remove them from their positions of power. That will come and our allies are well ahead with their intent to take such action.
We have commenced our plan to get even more people acquainted with seeing us in your skies. That means more flyovers, and a concentration on areas where we are not seen quite so frequently. There are times now when you hardly take any notice of us at all, and that shows how familiar you are with our craft. We have become much more acceptable as friendly visitors to your Earth, and outright fear is now most unusual. Since there are campaigns to paint us evil aliens, that is quite an achievement and all credit to those of you who work to put that into balance. If Attack Is Perceived, You'll Still Offer Compassion & Comfort To The Frightened Attacker, Because That's The Path of Love... Your Path To Awakening
Thank you Saul and John for reminding me to give compassion, acceptance, forgiveness and love ESPECIALLY to those who are emotionally or verbally attacking me, such as friends or family when arguing ...or even strangers with attitudes who confront me at the grocery!
Of course, IN THE MOMENT it can be so challenging to do so because I feel so misunderstood and disrespected --and yet THAT IS my task: To stay calm, composed and recognize they are ONLY attacking me because either 1. they feel threatened (or attacked) by me, or 2. they habitually unconsciously attack others due to constantly having to defend themselves.

Sleep is a Transitory and Insubstantial State
Naturally, many of you are experiencing frustration and impatience as the moment for your awakening seems to get no closer. But this is not the case! Remember, where you are currently experiencing life is in an illusory environment that has no substance; it is evanescent and will dissipate completely when you awaken, and yet while you remain asleep within it, its apparent material presence is extremely convincing. And you will awaken, because sleep is a transitory and insubstantial state that cannot possibly contain the vastness that you are – it can only hide it from you momentarily. It is so insubstantial that on waking, all sense or memory of it will be gone, and there will be nothing to disturb the utter joy into which you will emerge.
As this momentary experience, which seems so interminable to you, draws to a close, carry your light brightly, unshielded, visible to all, so that everyone with whom you interact is inspired and encouraged to do the same. When your light burns brightly, sleep becomes impossible, and as it is your desire to awaken, focus your attention on its brilliance in preparation for this amazing event. You built the illusion and entered into its imaginary and soporific field, forgetting almost everything of God’s divine Reality. He placed His inextinguishable Flame of Love within you at that very moment to ensure that your forgetting would be temporary and could not last. And now the time for your awakening is approaching…to bring you untold joy.
Humanity’s path to this point in its evolution has entailed much pain and suffering because you were created in Love to live in Love; and to live separated from your divine Source is inevitably very painful. But the separation and the suffering are unreal because all that exists does so within God, and there is nothing and nowhere else.
You suffer because you believe that the illusion, the dream is real, and you spend your time assembling conflicts in which others are threatening, betraying or attacking you, as does everyone else: “But I am right! And they are abusing and mistreating me. That is unconscionable, and I have every right to demand and receive restitution!” Once you can refrain from making others wrong and blaming them for your pain, you can begin to untangle the threads of conflict that seem to entrap and restrain you. Issues that upset you and cause you anxiety will become less important, and you will start to accept the flow of life as you experience it, without judgment, and you will feel compassion for others as you realize that they too are entangled in similar webs of conflict. As long as you embrace conflict as a way to resolve problems for your own benefit, so long will peace and satisfaction elude you.
Once you can move into acceptance, it gives you a new and more positive perspective, enabling you to release feelings of being wronged or owed…feelings that cause you unnecessary suffering…feelings for which the only solution is release…and allowing you to move on from your embattled and, perhaps, embittered state.
You have, after eons of conflict, finally evolved to a level of honesty and integrity that allows you to admit to yourselves and to others that you make errors. By doing this, you drop your defensive barriers which made forgiveness of yourselves or of others almost impossible because you needed some “other” to blame. That need is subsiding and will fade away as you embrace yourselves lovingly, in spite of your errors, and allow compassion and forgiveness to replace it. As you do so, look around you and make a point of observing others who are doing likewise. This will strengthen your own intent to offer compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, and loving kindness to all. As you practice, it will become second nature, and you will experience moments of fear and anger far less frequently. Peace will replace anxiety, and you will see that everyone experiences anxieties similar to your own, and you will find yourselves offering comfort instead of defending yourselves unnecessarily from expected attacks. If an attack is perceived, you will still offer compassion and comfort to the frightened attacker, because that is the path of love – which is your path to awakening.

The Dark ones No Longer Believe They Can Make ALL People Bow To a World Government & Total Slavery, That Will Not Happen: They're Losing Their Grip

For some people who are aware of the pending changes, their understanding does not embrace the idea of Ascension. That will therefore limit the extent of their experiences, but their level of consciousness can still expand. For those who do not embrace full consciousness and ascend this lifetime --NO PROBLEM-- what is important to them is that they will continue their next lives at a similar level in duality they've experienced here on Mother Earth. They will still have subconscious memories of the past, that will enable them to aspire to higher levels than before. When the cycles change, you do not lose the benefit of your experiences, and you will commence a new one with that advantage. Those of you who have decided upon Ascension, will go forward with full awareness of your current & pastlife experiences and also your consciousness levels will have substantially increased.
Your experiences on Earth were created by you, having been given freedom of choice. They bear little resemblance to life in the higher dimensions and in fact you could not have created the same level of existence, unless you experienced a quantum leap in your consciousness. It is what is happening now, and the more your individual levels increase, the more your powers of creation will also rise. Belief in your power will help when you set about self-healing, but you need to be 100% positive in your ability to do it. The Law of Attraction comes into play, and you will achieve more success if you take the positive approach that “you are healed.” Normally you take the view you should first ask to be healed, rather than inform your body “it is healed.” Those of you who regularly state “you are healthy, and in harmony and balance” are maintaining a fully positive approach, and as a result that is what you attract to yourself. Looking at the reverse side is it not true that some people are always telling themselves that they are ill, and consequently never seem to get better. That is not to say they are not ill, but they are unwittingly prolonging their problems by dwelling on their illnesses, rather than the cure.
However, before the end of this cycle many opportunities will be granted for all manner of illnesses and afflictions to be healed. It will come in various types of healing, but all aligned with New Age technologies that have absolutely no side affects. As you are probably aware by now, in the higher dimensions your body will comprise of matter of a much higher vibration, that will be disease free. It is why everything around you will also be in a state of perfection, meaning that if you have imperfections now such as some form of disablement, it will have been corrected before you ascend. That is possible because even now you carry the original blueprint of your perfect body, and it can be activated. Perhaps the most welcome change will be to find your new body will stay in its perfect condition, and you will be forever young and in your prime. Your body is your temple, and it is your responsibility to look after it if it is to serve you well. Smoking and the taking of drugs are most damaging, and sometimes it is irreversible. Indeed, most pursuits of this nature are leading you onto the path of ruin.
Dear Ones, it is more important than ever you handle your body with love and caring. Help it to lift up its vibrations by clean living and actions, and words that are also carrying the Light. What you create within will in part determine whether you are sufficiently prepared to go the whole way to Ascension. Think upon what you need to do to become a Light Being, as that is your goal and time is rapidly running away from you. If you have already overcome most of your lower vibrations, then you are well on the way to success. It shows you have exercised your intent to cleanse yourself of what we often call your unwanted baggage. Once you know you can do it, your strength of mind and willpower will carry you ever onwards. This period of time is going to be dynamic as so much is about to happen. The dark ones cannot keep the floodgates shut for much longer. The pressures are mounting and the hard work of our allies will soon pay off. Battles between the dark and Light are going on all over the Earth, and people are being mobilised to confront their authorities to demand an end to their rule. The deceit and lies can no longer fool the people, who have been taking back their power for quite some time. There is nothing greater for forcing change than people power, and it continues to grow day to day. Fear is having less success in keeping the people under the control of the dark Ones. They are losing their grip, and also their belief they can truly continue to guide the world in their direction and make them bow to a World Government. For some people who are aware of the pending changes, their understanding does not embrace the idea of Ascension. That will therefore limit the extent of their experiences, but their level of consciousness can still expand. For those who do not embrace full consciousness and ascend this lifetime --NO PROBLEM-- what is important to them is that they will continue their next lives at a similar level in duality they've experienced here on Mother Earth. They will still have subconscious memories of the past, that will enable them to aspire to higher levels than before. When the cycles change, you do not lose the benefit of your experiences, and you will commence a new one with that advantage. Those of you who have decided upon Ascension, will go forward with full awareness of your current & pastlife experiences and also your consciousness levels will have substantially increased.
Your experiences on Earth were created by you, having been given freedom of choice. They bear little resemblance to life in the higher dimensions and in fact you could not have created the same level of existence, unless you experienced a quantum leap in your consciousness. It is what is happening now, and the more your individual levels increase, the more your powers of creation will also rise. Belief in your power will help when you set about self-healing, but you need to be 100% positive in your ability to do it. The Law of Attraction comes into play, and you will achieve more success if you take the positive approach that “you are healed.” Normally you take the view you should first ask to be healed, rather than inform your body “it is healed.” Those of you who regularly state “you are healthy, and in harmony and balance” are maintaining a fully positive approach, and as a result that is what you attract to yourself. Looking at the reverse side is it not true that some people are always telling themselves that they are ill, and consequently never seem to get better. That is not to say they are not ill, but they are unwittingly prolonging their problems by dwelling on their illnesses, rather than the cure.
However, before the end of this cycle many opportunities will be granted for all manner of illnesses and afflictions to be healed. It will come in various types of healing, but all aligned with New Age technologies that have absolutely no side affects. As you are probably aware by now, in the higher dimensions your body will comprise of matter of a much higher vibration, that will be disease free. It is why everything around you will also be in a state of perfection, meaning that if you have imperfections now such as some form of disablement, it will have been corrected before you ascend. That is possible because even now you carry the original blueprint of your perfect body, and it can be activated. The (re)Education of Sacred Embodiment

Physical reBirth
According to the perspective of the seven sisters, and as of the last three eclipses coupled with the massive heart rewiring that we all sustained, we have officially begun the process of physical alignment with our mental and emotional bodies. This means that much of the energetic support we are receiving right now is toward the understanding and experience of living as a fully-integrated galactic/spiritual being ...in a human body. Emphasis on the human-body part.
For the remaining days of the universal ninth wave we will be emerging in incremental stages... (re)birthing ourselves in the physical dimensions, one layer at a time, and in preparation for the externalization of our true divinity where we will be capable to finally share our selves/gifts with the outside world. We are r-e-a-l-l-y feeling the pressure building and the ache for freedom is becoming unbearable, but we will not be able to completely e-merge until we are fully ripened galactic-humans.
The Pleiadians are emphasizing that our physical bodies are such an important part of this leg of the journey because the body is our contact point between the physical and ethereal realms ...where we harness, structure & anchor our potential into form. In other words, 'we' are where the proverbial rubber meets the road... where spirit meets matter ...where our creative passions meet the world... and it will be for our upgraded biology suits to provide each of us with the hardware needed to participate in the 5th dimensional world of our making.
Green Light
Even tho we technically ascend to higher dimensions of consciousness, I have always held the understanding that ascension is more of a descension …a slow and arduous process of pounding our souls into our bodies and the earth until we find it comfortable enuf to live here. And I don't have to tell you that getting into our bodies and staying in them is/has been quite a chore. In fact, for many of us on this journey, grounding into the physical dimensions has not only been a relentless & tedious pursuit, its been mostly impossible up until this point.
There are so many starseeds/blue rays on this planet that have never even come close to touching the ground ...let alone in a fully embodied way …and sadly this has made for some pretty complicated living in 3D. But that was actually the point. Those on the ascension timeline were never able to get completely cozy in 3D because all y'all mutants are wired differently …and the purpose/result was that we all successfully averted complacency …even if we did hit the snooze button a few times.
The main reason many on this path (especially the younger generations) have refused to touch-down in the lower dimensions is because the frequency of our home turf was just not available for us to nestle into, until recently ...mostly because we are the ones anchoring it here ...and so it felt unsafe. Being in a dense body can be unsettling due to the limitations of the lower realms …those frequencies we are just not accustomed to. It's like trying to fit the ocean in a Coke bottle… it just seemed ridiculous to even try to ground all of our expanded limitlessness into a container that felt VERY restrictive.
But now, my fellow starlasses and starlads ...our bodies are coming online with the rest of us which means we are being given the green light to take the full plunge. Our biology systems are tirelessly preparing us to begin our physical journey together into 5D which means a rebirth is underway as well as the development of a new (co-creative) relationship with our external world. Apparently we have a lot yet to learn about our new selves so the unseens say that a "(re)education of sacred embodiment" is in order.
Movable Parts
"We would like to emphasize the need for activity during this time by reminding each of you that it is vital to begin moving your physical bodies in a way that will support the systemization of your new cells." -Seven Sisters
My partner Leon said to me once in a passively sarcastic tone… "cars have movable parts, you know."
He was snidely referring to the fact I hardly ever leave the house (compliments of untiring fatigue) and as a result my car sits in the garage sometimes for days on end. And even tho at the time, I had thoughts of dumping my iced tea on him, those words echoed in my head and became an ongoing and tantalizing reminder "if I don't move my 'vehicles' parts, problems arise."
The constant emotional and physical heaviness & lethargy that accompanies path-cutting can be discouraging, to put it mildly, and I'll be the first to admit to an aversion to regular exercise...even and especially yoga... ugghh. I.just.can't.force.one.more.asana.on.myself.
From the beginning of this journey, exercise felt to me like waaaay too much effort for far too little reward …which unfortunately made it very easy to give up and fall victim to inactivity ...so I definitely get even the thought of exercise can be daunting with so many symptoms. That said, I have been getting repetitive messages we will be so much better off if we push thru the (adrenal) fatigue and start "moving our parts" on a regular basis. In other words, we can no longer be sedentary without increasing consequences due to increasing frequencies.
As always, our body is the best gauge for what and how… and desire is our fuel. If you can cultivate the desire to get more physical by doing something you love over something you dread, you will double your results, but even the simplest movement with intention to stabilize, revitalize or regenerate will bring more palpable results now. Either way, more focus on the physical will help us to maintain homeostasis thru these increasingly more physical changes.

The bottom line is we are physicalizing our authentic selves in the material world now …cell by cell… and with so much energy channeling thru our meridians we will just plain feel better if we up the ante with regard to physical care. If we heed this call to move our bodies on a regular basis, we will be supported to dislodge stuck energies and release stored up toxins in a more effortless way.
I am also hearing any part of our body that needs healing (love) will most likely make its presence known to us during this cycle, if it hasn't already, we will be given the opportunity to release traumatic cellular memories responsible for long-standing physical ails. Any primordial resistance (fear) we feel with regard to embodiment will be highlighted for healing as well... mostly because we need to ground ourselves before we can ground the life of our dreams.
"The amount of time it takes to fully embody your physical vessel is directly proportionate to the amount of resistance you uphold. What we mean is this: for the physical body to integrate these very high frequencies requires a deep level of surrender, of acceptance, so that each cell can harmonize with the galactic forces of creation. A 5D human differs greatly from a 3D human by way of consciousness and self-responsibility …that is to say, the state of BEing awake and aware of our multidimensional mind and motives. "Why" we do anything matters more than ever now since our intentions must be spawned from heart-centered love in order to live in a harmonious flow of life... love-based intention is the actual 'programming' that the new-human prototype requires to function optimally.
The Unseens have said to us many times in the past, our cells have intelligence, and we are just beginning to learn how to work in conscious cooperation with said intelligence as we develop a deeper, more loving relationship with ourselves and come to honor the body as the sacred temple it really is.
In this next phase we are going to be learning how to work in tandem with our biology …that is not to say our autonomous biological functions will cease without our attention, just that everything works better with our conscious participation.
What has changed?
Up until now, our biology has been largely operating on auto-pilot, without our conscious participation, or what the star-beings call 'intentional programs' which heighten or optimize our human-experience.
The new-human prototype is a biodynamic system of cellular intelligence that works with or without intentional participation ...however, just as biodynamic farming produces a self-sustaining system with more vital, nutritious, abundant, and even more effortless results when considering the holistic interrelationship of soil, plants and animals in accordance with celestial timing, so too does our biology work better when used in a conscious, integrative way.
And this is what our next phase will be about… learning how to consciously utilize and create balance within the body and thru the use of intentional force-fields that will maintain our ability to exist (w)holistically within a still-separated world. We first needed to integrate the understanding that this was possible, and now the knowledge of how this works will become known to each of us.
The point of being a 5th dimensional human is to exist within the 3d dimensional world of form, but with conscious connection to the unity field of intelligence. This is what is so unique about this special time on earth …that each of us is coming up on the ability to co-create as the gods/goddesses that we truly are …and of course, while functioning in a human body. The benefits to this are vast, yet largely unknown because this is something that is new to all of us… which is why the unseens emphasize that this part of the journey is so exciting, because we will be learning to do so many new things, as if for the first time.
Symptoms of the Merge
Since we are waxing all things physical, thought it might be helpful to mention that... in addition to the heightened myriad of symptoms you may be experiencing... there are also profound changes taking place within the structure of our brains during this time.
If you have been experiencing unusual bouts of vertigo, unsteadiness, dizziness, sinus discomfort, blurred vision, inability to read or focus, burning/watery eyes, skull/eye pressure, ear aches, headaches/migraines, or out-of-body estrangement ...most likely its related to what the Pleiadians refer to as "symptoms of the merge."
The sun acts as a transmitter of light codes that are interpreted by our pineal and pituitary glands which have been continually stimulated thru recent cycles of intensive solar activity. You may have noticed an inability to stay in the sun for very long during these periods, or an overstimulated nervous system (anxiety, jitters, ungroundedness, etc.) for seemingly no reason. As with all symptoms, they subside once our body can assimilate the frequencies.
Apparently our brains are physically morphing from a reptilian (primitive) brain to what they call the "brain of a galactic over-seer" ...the main difference they say, is in the computing and level of comprehension and the actual mutation is activated thru the merging of sacred (polar) forces of energy.
As the energies of the pineal (feminine) and pituitary (masculine) meet in what is commonly referred to as the Mystical Marriage ...or the opening of our "sacred inner-sight" ...we are also (surprisingly) able to see these light codes in a very literal way.
If you have been waking in the middle of the night from a blindingly bright inner-light behind your eyes that you can't shut off... kind of like someone is shining an industrial sized flashlight inside your brain, from the top of your crown... chances are the birth of your multidimensional consciousness, the passage into the fifth dimension and beyond, is being initiated.
This can also accompany a firm pressure on both the crown and the brow and sometimes this light is audible as well ...as in the humming of a very high frequency that is also pretty annoying, but oddly interesting. This can be a bit startling if you don't know what is happening, but the Unseens say these increasing pituitary/pineal radiations (light from the higher dimensions) are a natural part of the "sacred embodiment" stage, or the "realization of our divine body."
Ultimately, when the merging is complete, spirit & matter unify as the multidimensional forces of spiritual light merge with the physical matter of our third dimensional brain, and we are home free.

"Why" we do anything matters more than ever now since our intentions must be spawned from heart-centered love in order to live in a harmonious flow of life... love-based intention is the actual 'programming' that the new-human prototype requires to function optimally.
The Unseens have said to us many times in the past, our cells have intelligence, and we are just beginning to learn how to work in conscious cooperation with said intelligence as we develop a deeper, more loving relationship with ourselves and come to honor the body as the sacred temple it really is.
In this next phase we are going to be learning how to work in tandem with our biology …that is not to say our autonomous biological functions will cease without our attention, just that everything works better with our conscious participation.
What has changed?
Up until now, our biology has been largely operating on auto-pilot, without our conscious participation, or what the star-beings call 'intentional programs' which heighten or optimize our human-experience.
The new-human prototype is a biodynamic system of cellular intelligence that works with or without intentional participation ...however, just as biodynamic farming produces a self-sustaining system with more vital, nutritious, abundant, and even more effortless results when considering the holistic interrelationship of soil, plants and animals in accordance with celestial timing, so too does our biology work better when used in a conscious, integrative way.
And this is what our next phase will be about… learning how to consciously utilize and create balance within the body and thru the use of intentional force-fields that will maintain our ability to exist (w)holistically within a still-separated world. We first needed to integrate the understanding that this was possible, and now the knowledge of how this works will become known to each of us.
The point of being a 5th dimensional human is to exist within the 3d dimensional world of form, but with conscious connection to the unity field of intelligence. This is what is so unique about this special time on earth …that each of us is coming up on the ability to co-create as the gods/goddesses that we truly are …and of course, while functioning in a human body. The benefits to this are vast, yet largely unknown because this is something that is new to all of us… which is why the unseens emphasize that this part of the journey is so exciting, because we will be learning to do so many new things, as if for the first time.
Symptoms of the Merge
Since we are waxing all things physical, thought it might be helpful to mention that... in addition to the heightened myriad of symptoms you may be experiencing... there are also profound changes taking place within the structure of our brains during this time.
If you have been experiencing unusual bouts of vertigo, unsteadiness, dizziness, sinus discomfort, blurred vision, inability to read or focus, burning/watery eyes, skull/eye pressure, ear aches, headaches/migraines, or out-of-body estrangement ...most likely its related to what the Pleiadians refer to as "symptoms of the merge."
The sun acts as a transmitter of light codes that are interpreted by our pineal and pituitary glands which have been continually stimulated thru recent cycles of intensive solar activity. You may have noticed an inability to stay in the sun for very long during these periods, or an overstimulated nervous system (anxiety, jitters, ungroundedness, etc.) for seemingly no reason. As with all symptoms, they subside once our body can assimilate the frequencies.
Apparently our brains are physically morphing from a reptilian (primitive) brain to what they call the "brain of a galactic over-seer" ...the main difference they say, is in the computing and level of comprehension and the actual mutation is activated thru the merging of sacred (polar) forces of energy.
As the energies of the pineal (feminine) and pituitary (masculine) meet in what is commonly referred to as the Mystical Marriage ...or the opening of our "sacred inner-sight" ...we are also (surprisingly) able to see these light codes in a very literal way.
If you have been waking in the middle of the night from a blindingly bright inner-light behind your eyes that you can't shut off... kind of like someone is shining an industrial sized flashlight inside your brain, from the top of your crown... chances are the birth of your multidimensional consciousness, the passage into the fifth dimension and beyond, is being initiated.
This can also accompany a firm pressure on both the crown and the brow and sometimes this light is audible as well ...as in the humming of a very high frequency that is also pretty annoying, but oddly interesting. This can be a bit startling if you don't know what is happening, but the Unseens say these increasing pituitary/pineal radiations (light from the higher dimensions) are a natural part of the "sacred embodiment" stage, or the "realization of our divine body."
Ultimately, when the merging is complete, spirit & matter unify as the multidimensional forces of spiritual light merge with the physical matter of our third dimensional brain, and we are home free.
To still hanging on... even if by a thread....

Don't Be Disconcerted By Painful Events Bringing Suffering To Many and On Which Media Remains Inordinately Focused: All is EXACTLY How It Should Be

The continuing progress that humanity is making as it moves towards awakening is truly excellent. If you understood and recognized what you are achieving you would be absolutely amazed, but in your present state of limited consciousness that is just not possible. Rest assured that you are doing great work as the moment for you to awaken from your deep slumber approaches. Truly it is quite stunning what you are managing to achieve while you remain in this slumberous state of amnesia.
We, your spiritual sisters and brothers, angels and guides, take great pleasure in the magnificence and success of your sterling efforts to awaken humanity. You are definitely on the path to a fantastic event that will, when it occurs, “blow your socks off!” A successful awakening is guaranteed, and your strenuous efforts are bringing that moment ever closer.
You all know that it is essential for you to open your hearts in loving kindness, generosity, and compassion to all – without distinction – and ever-increasing numbers of you are doing this. Evidence for this flowering of your loving intent is appearing everywhere. Do not be disconcerted by the painful events bringing suffering to many and on which your mainstream media remains inordinately focused. If they were to focus a similar amount of attention on the good that is occurring planet-wide there would be practically no space or time left for their present subjects of reportage.
A wonderful, uplifting, and inspiring energy – the divine field of infinite unconditional Love – envelops the planet and is gently yet urgently encouraging you to open your hearts to allow it to flow through you and to influence your every thought, word, and action. Every time you find yourselves behaving in what for you seems to be an unaccustomedly kind, loving, or generous fashion, know that you are allowing the divine energy field to direct you because you have allowed it to. And give thanks…for this is how you will progress to awakening. No one experiencing human life is always kind, loving, and generous – not even the greatest saints, mystics, and masters – which is why you should give thanks when you do, because it is an intense indication that you are softening your boundaries – that sense of separation which you experience as humans – and allowing Love to suffuse you. The more aware of this you become, and the more you give thanks, the more effectively the divine Will can operate through you, and that is what so many of you have been praying for for eons.
Now that prayer is being fully answered. Previously, despite your prayers to do the divine Will, you were also asking for divine retribution to be imposed on those whom you judged had offended you, and also God, because you saw yourselves as always in the right with God on your side. Finally you are becoming aware of the complete irrationality of such an inflexible and judgmental way of thinking and being, and you are learning to forgive yourselves and others. This was the essential step you had to take to enable you to open your hearts to God’s Love which is continuously offered to you. Self-righteousness is effectively a self-chosen decision to close yourselves to Love, and until you reverse that choice Love does not reach you and you have nothing to share. Now, awareness of this is becoming widespread as more and more of you open to this essential knowledge and move into forgiveness. This is why we in the spiritual realms are so happy as we watch over you and offer you our guidance, help, and love – and you are responding with love as you learn the lessons that the earth plane offers you.
As the countdown to your awakening continues apace, remind yourselves frequently throughout the day that you are infinitely loved immortal beings, children of God, and that you are on your path. Even if it seems to change significantly and unexpectedly it is still your path, and you remain on it with all the guidance you could possibly need, available to you in every moment, as you ride the ups and downs of the human experience. You are loved, you are Love, you are immortal, and you are safe, because, as the children of God, nothing else is possible. You are indeed divine beings, eternally connected to God, and consequently all is well because God takes care of His own, YOU!

Service To Others Will Take You a Long Way Towards Achieving Your Goal: You Don't Have to Perform Miracles, But Your Example Will Benefit Many

As you might realise many of the events that you have awaited, have commenced due to the work of our allies. The plan has been laid down and bit-by-bit it progresses, and every now and again you will surely see the pattern that is emerging and recognise what is happening. You will by now have connected the worsening financial conditions in the West, with the coming changes that will take advantage of it to implement a totally new set up. It has been long promised and founded by St.Germain, who has always been behind it and still is of course working for its implementation. His dedication has been constant for hundreds of years, and he has worked for your interests to ensure completion as planned. Indeed under various identities, St. Germain has been guiding you for thousands of years.
You are understandably unaware to a large part, as to how many great Masters have led your civilisation out of the darkness and directed you onto a path of Light. They have come in reply to your prayers, to be released from the thrall of wickedness and evil that has beset the world. Yet they have had to acknowledge the karma involved and allow it to work out. The path between what you call good and evil has been very narrow, but now the Light has interceded and proceeds without interference. The way is well lit and those upon it are well protected, providing they keep their guard in place. You do of course have other forms of protection, not least of all your own guides and angelic Beings. Call upon them as often as you need, as they never tire of doing good deeds for you and they give them great satisfaction.
Whatever happens there will always be some strife between people, as there are strong views held as to what the final months hold for each person. Simply allow others their point of view and do not be concerned if they challenge yours, as your powers of creation mean that more than one path leads to the final days when Ascension takes place. Even in the end times your freewill applies, and you can experience as you desire but we say follow your own beliefs. No one should be putting pressure upon another to go with them, but allow every soul to make up its own mind. If things seem unclear to you now, you can be sure that matters will be clarified so that each one of you knows what the options are.
Our presence will naturally be a strong influence, and to some extent it is necessary for you to know what your future self will be like. From where you are now to our level, is a great leap forward and you have everything to gain. Naturally you will first have to reach higher levels of consciousness, and you will know if you have succeeded in doing so. We have always informed you that the intent to ascend is the first step, but from thereon you have to live out the life that you aspire to. Service to others will take you a long way towards achieving your goal. You do not have to perform miracles, but by your example alone you will be of great help to others. See in others yourself and know that you are All One, and your tasks will become that much more easier.
Dear Ones, we have never been closer to disclosure, and it steadily comes into view. However, more facts about us than ever are entering your public arena, and our activities are becoming more known. We allow that as it is time you knew how much we do for you, and in the present times we are quite busy keeping the dark Ones in their place. We ensure that their plans only have a limited degree of success, whilst using every opportunity to turn matters into our favour. Since we know what they plan, it comes easy for us to intervene through the presence of our allies. Of course we can take direct action when necessary, and do it in a way that does not leave us being accused of interference in your affairs. You must remember that as a civilisation you are on Earth to experience duality, and we must not stop you from learning through your own actions.
Your spiritual progress remains the most important issue for you, and is indeed your reason for taking on the challenge of going through duality. It has been tough and demanding, but from it you have learnt an immense number of lessons. Returning to Masterhood does not happen overnight, but that has always been your goal. Many of you are on the verge of succeeding and you will find the run in to Ascension easier for you for that reason. Each of you have agreed a life plan to take you exactly where you wish, so follow your intuitive guidance. No two are exactly the same but you will find souls who have a very similar approach. It is usually because of that reason that you are attracted to each other, and groups form that can work in harmony with each other.
We could stifle the guns of war if so required by divine instruction, and at some stage that may be necessary. Meantime, we cannot interfere into the affairs between nations, and each altercation is another challenge to seek peaceful solutions. Unfortunately, there are vested interests that benefit from wars, that have no intention of stopping them until they get what they want. Pressure from other countries is a step in the right direction, but it should be possible to introduce a peaceful solution if peace is earnestly desired. The days of taking up arms to each other are passing very rapidly, and there will be complete world peace declared in the near future. We shall then be allowed to enforce it, and all war machines and weapons will be destroyed. You clearly cannot allow the existence of such low energies if you are bringing the Light to Earth and are in the process of Ascension.
We do engage in wars, but as the Galactic Federation it is our responsibility to put a stop to them anywhere in the Universe. We do that by negotiation, and there is no situation that our diplomats cannot overcome. Where you are concerned we have offered many times to bring peace to your world, but you will already know that our offers have been rejected. This time we answer the calls for peace from your population, and respond to the Divine decree that has put in place a date from which all wars will cease.
