Beloved Ones,
It is time to divorce yourselves from the endless distractions that present themselves in relentless attempts to take you from your inner core of knowing.
Look instead to the heavens and to the alignments that are taking place in the cosmos.

This is indeed big news, and important for you to take note of as you go about your daily activities and duties upon the planet.


There is much that is now available to be discerned and re-discovered. As the Earth moves more into a spherical time belt, it brings into focus many ancient remembrances and much knowledge. These are ready to be re-introduced into the evolving civilization that you are a part of. Get centered within and see if you are ready to bring them forth.

The atmosphere of Earth has been seeded with new knowledge that is just waiting to be brought into focus by ones such as you, pulling knowledge from the past that only needs to be updated to be of great use in this time of now.

The world is ready to embrace more knowledge and new methods that are aligned and in harmony with Source in a way that leaves no footprint upon your planet and harms no one and no thing upon it. It IS a potential that is now ready to be manifested into your new reality.

We are calling forth those ones who volunteered to bring these forward in order to assist during these times. Deep within you, you have this knowing and this call from the higher dimensions, and will activate that knowing.

We anticipate that many will answer this call and will put the betterment of their planet and its kingdoms as their main priority, instead of involving themselves in the endless quest for personal gain and power; for this former concept is now becoming a pile of ashes.

You come from places in the universe in which the highest and greatest good of all is foremost in the collective and cooperative consciousness, and where all have everything they need when they need it. You carry the templates for these within yourselves, and are now ready to anchor them into your current reality.

Some of you may be surprised by the knowledge that surges through you, for it may be in areas that were not looked at before with any great seriousness. But if you examine your past, you will see that the potential was there, simmering in the background of your lives. Let it flow through you and trust the process, in whatever [form in which] it comes through.

Realize that each of you is here at this time to add your unique and valuable gifts to your emerging new society, in whatever form they take. It just requires your belief and confidence in yourselves.

The abundance of the universe is flowing into each life, and many doors are opening that hitherto were closed. In order to receive this abundance, you must open yourselves to receive it. This is done through daily stillness and inner silence.

This abundance we speak of comes on wings of love in the form of creative ideas that must be acted upon; for action is necessary in order for the manifestation of any idea to come into fruition.

With this said, it is incumbent upon each of you to seriously keep a daily journal of all the ideas and thoughts that come to you each day. Keeping careful track of the times and dates is also important; it could be helpful to you at a later time.

Your god-sanctioned guides are working with you now to awaken those aspects of your authentic being by impressing words, thoughts and images into your mind. These are intended to help you, and to give clues and hints to guide you on your path.

Some of the promptings you receive may seem impossible to implement in your current situation; but if you record these carefully in your daily journal, you will have a record that will remind you later, when the time for these to manifest is upon you.

We, your guides, strive to work with you to further your spiritual progress. We are also able help in whatever situations you are currently trying to cope with by helping you to see alternate solutions, or by planting new ideas and perspectives into your consciousness so that you are enabled to make your life work.

We cannot do your spiritual, mental, emotional or physical work for you, for that is solely your responsibility and is the domain of your own soul guidance. But we can and do very often uplift, inspire and empower you to see your way through the challenges that befall you by being incarnate upon this planet.

During your times of stillness and silence, talk to us and ask for our assistance with your daily life. Without your conscious request, we cannot be of assistance – for we must adhere to the universal law of non-interference with your god-given free-will choice. We are here and we are ready.

Expect the Highest Outcome in All That You Do by Marlene Swetlishoff

Beloved Ones,

You are now playing a waiting game – only you cannot discern the purpose of your waiting.

It is time to step up to the next level of your journey. That which you are waiting for is your own remembrance of the magnificence you are.

This remembrance is coded within you, and it is connected to an event in your life that will or has already taken place.

The way you will know that yours has been activated is by the feeling you experience that there is nothing of the old world that holds any interest for you any longer.

You are more than ready to leave behind all the old programs and beliefs that were not really yours to begin with.

This readiness can sometimes be experienced as depression, lethargy and apathy, the feeling that nothing will ever get better in your day-to-day life, and [the feeling] that there is only chaos and dissolution that surrounds you. Know that when you are experiencing this you will soon be moving into a higher octave and frequency.

What is called for now is to foster the feeling of gratitude and praise for every moment of your daily life. For every negating thought you have find ten things in your life to be grateful for, and praise yourself for each one.

Every time a self-defeating thought surfaces from deep within, take the time to make a list of ten things that are good and are working in your life, even if it seems mundane to your perceptions.

The point is to train your mind to think only empowering and nurturing thoughts so that you draw to yourself all that you desire to experience in your daily life.

The work that must be done now is to love and nurture yourself. Each of you is very good, even excellent, at giving to others what they need, but it is now the time to do good to yourselves daily.

This might seem like a chore at first and you may feel it is a silly waste of time; but I assure you, Dear Ones, that it is crucial that you continue.

In order to live a magical life, you must BE the magic; and you cannot BE the magic if you do not love and honor yourself first. A healthy love of self is required to create the life of your dreams.

You must know and feel that you deserve the best life yet. You must also start on that path and get out of waiting mode, for it is yourselves that you have been waiting for. The divine within you is experiencing life as You!

You have all the resources you need within you, and this needs to be tapped into. This will require daily periods of quiet stillness so that you can connect to your core essence.

Even five minutes spent in stillness and meditation will reap many benefits for you, and this practice will also raise your frequency level, which needs to be maintained and sustained so that you can move to an even higher level.

There is always reward from the universe for sustained focus and commitment on a daily basis. As you flourish in every facet of your life the gap between cause and effect diminishes, and the flow of joyous events in your life becomes manifest through the magic that you embody.

As you let your former limitations drop away you release yet another area that allows greater life force to fill you, nourish you and sustain you.

In this ongoing releasing and cleansing process, you allow your Higher Self, your Soul, to become a more powerful influence within you; and your daily life begins to radiate your true brilliance in all its aspects.

This turn of events brings more gratitude and praise. More heartfelt enthusiasm and passion to well up within you, and soon you will find yourselves in a state of continual joy and bliss.

The high spirits you experience will encourage you to stay on this path, and the thought of going back to lower density will be totally repugnant to you.

It will also allow a powerful and joyful creative energy to fill you and work through you.

The gifts you have carried within your DNA are activated and turned on, and you begin to share your gifts with others around you.

You gain a clarity of mind that is attuned to the promptings within your heart, and you know always the right thing for you to do. These are some of the initial openings that are now occurring, and they will lead to even greater abilities as they are processed.

Expect the highest outcome in all that you do, and most importantly of all, Believe in yourselves.

You are Creating a New Template for the Human Experience BY Marlene Swetlishoff

Beloved Ones,

As you move through each day, stay centered within your sacred heart space and send love and blessings to all that is around you.

Practice this until it is an innate part of your constant experience. You are beings of light and love, and this is the reason you are here during these turbulent times. Your calming and loving presence is much needed, and you each have the capacity to create calm and peace within the sphere of your influence.

This sphere is much larger than you can imagine, Dear Ones, and it gives upliftment to those within it. Continue to be the blessing of the divine in human form, for this is your purpose and your destiny.

Release all doubts that may impinge upon your human consciousness telling you otherwise. Believe in yourselves, that you are bearers of light and of love, that you bring healing to those around you, that you awaken those in your vicinity by your very presence, and that this takes place automatically as you move about your day.

As conduits for the cosmic energies, you serve a divine purpose as you daily labor within your personal placement upon this planet. This task is to be done with peace in your hearts, knowing that through you, the light of a new age dawns.

You are important in the grand scheme of the higher workings of the divine plan, and without you there would be a void for the area in which you reside. Continue to be open to allow all the good of the universe to flow in you and through you.

Live each day in joy and gratitude for all the abundance that surrounds you. You are the matrix breakers, and this is how it is being accomplished. It does not happen through force or violent revolution. It happens from within you and through you by your willingness to let the divine do its work.

You are creating a new template for the human experience, and as more of you do this by aligning to this concept, the energy grows exponentially until it becomes the reality of human experience for all.

As the new human template bearers, you cannot help but shine your light, and it is discerned by those who observe you wherever you may walk. It is a subtle energy that others notice without really knowing what it is. Be not concerned with its workings and outer expressions, for it is important to stay humble in this service to humanity and not be taken into human ego expression.

This service is much more important than your Earthly personality can conceive. This service is a loving agreement that you made before you incarnated upon this planet. Each of you is a living expression of the loving Creator who works through you, and this is how the Creator expands the consciousness of all living expressions of itself. This energy is now circulating throughout the planet and ignites within more human hearts.

We ask that you ponder these words, take them deeply within your core essence and align to your soul presence. Make this a daily habit, and as you each release more of the old-world influence and expression from each cell of your physical, mental and emotional bodies, you enable your light body to become stronger in its radius.

All of this must be done and aligned with your heart, for it is now the time to align mind and heart to work together as one. The heart/mind is the key to further expansion of consciousness and expression upon the planet.

Remember that you are each much more than your human expression has allowed you to remember as you straddled the old and the new in your divine service during these times. You have held this space for your sisters and brothers, and you shall now begin to see the fruits of your labor. Their hearts begin to ignite with light!

The way before you is beckoning, and the state of joy is the new way of human expression. Maintain this focus and do not lose faith in yourselves or the good that is being accomplished.

You are the wonder and the magic of the new world that is dawning upon the horizon. You are the creators and the designers of the new Earth reality. Within each of You and the Awakening Ones lies the hope and the beauty of the new world. Stay true, stay focused, Remember, and hold this vision.

The Time is Now Past for Shrinking Your Light by Marlene Swetlishoff

Beloved Ones,

Time as you know it is in a state of flux. Many times each of you feel that time itself has stood still, which then quickly changes to the acceleration of it.

You are arriving at a place where your body processes are being more intensely recalibrated so that your physical bodies can more comfortably transmute, renew and regenerate in alignment with higher-dimensional energies, in order to further your Ascension process.

This will help you to absorb more light into your etheric energy field; and ultimately this will affect every cell to regenerate your entire human operating system.

It is helpful to feel and state your intention at the start of each day to attune yourself to the essence of wholeness and youthful perfection while feeling and surrounding yourself with the violet flame. Spend as much time as you are able visualizing and surrounding your entire auric field with the violet flame.

When you can see this in your mind’s eye, hold this focus for as long as you are able. This will help tremendously with the clearing process, if you practice daily. Take a moment to also visualize the Earth surrounded by the beautiful violet ray before completing this exercise.

In all things, speak your truth. The time is now past for shrinking your light in order to please others. Yes, speaking your truth may offend some who are used to [you] pleasing others in order to meet with their approval; but it is important now to maintain your own integrity by being totally honest within yourself.

When you are totally honest within yourself, there is no room for confusion or illusion, and you avoid the pitfalls of being sidetracked from your path of service to the light. To thy own self be true!

One does not have to be rude in this discipline – your words can be spoken with love and compassion for the other. Sometimes, the truth will come out with an angry burst of energy. It is important to realize that the one speaking is under the influence of the transforming energy of kundalini rising from their root chakra, and this energy is very powerful indeed.

This is why we advise that each of you ground yourselves into the Earth each day, as it will help to keep you balanced and in equilibrium. If there is excess energy that makes you feel tense and irritable, being out of doors and enjoying nature while walking or hiking will help to calm and balance the auric field.

Attuning to the Earth beneath your feet will bring stability in all areas of your life. When the energy levels within you are very high, expressing your creative side by taking action can help keep you attuned to the energies of peace and harmony.

Open yourself up to writing, poetry, painting, channeling, creating music, singing and even humming. Allow your channels of creative energy, in whatever forms they take, to be expressed and you will soon find yourselves in a much happier and more joyful space.

When you are in a joyful space, the creative ideas flow into your awareness in an explosion of inspiration, expansion and delightful synchronicities. Follow your inner guidance and promptings and make your life a wonderful adventure of discovery. The world is your oyster – find the precious pearl!

Those who have been on the spiritual path for a long time will begin to feel a sense of renewal, peace, harmony and joy. If you can keep your energy field from taking on the energies of others, this state of being can be maintained no matter what is happening around you.

Keep an open heart and mind, and stay focused on that which you wish to create and achieve. Have patience and faith that you are connected to the highest vibration that is safely possible for you during these times, keep a loving attitude and enjoy the journey, for the universe will help you to manifest your dreams.

Instead of relying on what others say, follow your own intuition and gut feelings, as this is the guidance coming through to you from your own soul. Whatever obstacle or challenge is in front of you, know that it will work out well for you. Begin to accept all of who you are, as you are, and you will see your life transformed in perfect and divine order.

Avoid getting caught in outside appearances and distractions of life. Find the true substance, the true essence of what you desire, and accept that everything is in a state of divine order.

Be clear about your own boundaries and where you end and another begins. Own your emotions and let others own theirs, for it is important to have a healthy sense of self-esteem. Be proud of all of your accomplishments and celebrate each small victory.

Make conscious choices that create and maintain balance in your life and which also creates conditions and possibilities that lead to the fulfillment of your best life yet.

Beloved Ones,
The pressure within increases as the energy intensifies from the cosmos. The activity of purification is intensifying in all quarters of life. There is no escape for anyone or anything upon the earth plane. All are as one in the eye of the cosmic storm that is passing through.

The energy sensitive among you will find yourselves moving into the next step of your journey in wonderful and unexpected ways. With a suddenness that is startling, you will find yourselves in a blessed space as you find the longed for peace within.

As this alignment and recalibration takes place yet again, you enter a new phase of healing within your human operating system. The healing will become noticeable in your daily life as you go about your duties.

There will be more energy flowing through you, and you will have the energy to create all that you desire in your lives. Your ability to remain focused upon your goals will see a marked improvement.

There will continue to be a choosing of the crossroads for each and every soul upon the planet, and it can be difficult for many as the rifts within families and friendships continues to occur. Many times, these rifts are temporary, as those who are confused about what is occurring or totally unaware of it move away in rejection of the awakened ones.

Hold your ground and remain centered in your own truth. Each person on Earth is responsible for their own choices and decisions at all times, and must accept the consequences that come about as a result. Those who hurt or harm others will find that energy coming back to them in numerous ways that will keep them having to look within themselves in a clear and honest manner, until they understand that the energy they give out into the universe comes back to them in equal measure, no matter if it is positive or negative.

In times past this energy took some time, sometimes years, to manifest within a person’s life, but what will now start to occur with more rapidity is the manifestation of focused thought, so it is wise to become disciplined in your thought processes so that only good will come to you.

When you notice recurring thoughts that make you feel unhappy and sad, let them fall away and immediately replace them with empowering thoughts or ideas. As you practice this regularly, life will take on an added lustre as you begin to see life through the lens of joy, beauty and contentment.

People everywhere will start to do things for others just for the pleasure of bringing joy to others. There will be spontaneous and random acts of kindness that will blossom all over the planet. The spirit, energy and force of love will uplift the hearts and minds of many people as they feel into these waves of love coming into the atmosphere, into and from the very Earth itself.

The now floundering and chaotic shadow energy will become balanced both within each person, and within the outer world in daily life. Each person will see in their mind’s eye, the outcomes of each energy input they choose to make and will be able to instantly correct any action, thought or behavior that could bring them an unhappy experience.

As this continues, the mastery of self on all levels of being takes place, and opens the way for the further downloading of one’s higher essence into the physical human operating system. More enlightened beings walking upon the planet bring a more enlightened society and civilization. This is already taking place and will only grow stronger as each person brings in their higher essence, the higher aspects of their soul.

Love is the greatest force in the universe and this force will have its effect within and upon the planet. The unseen will become visible and will open up a new vista of experience and sensory delight to all who have attained this level of frequency. As more people attain this level, it paves the way and makes it easier for others to rise to greater levels of consciousness and understanding. The golden age of Terra will rise in glory and majesty remembered and lived.

Beloved Ones,

The people of the world are uniting in greater and greater numbers to stand in the streets [in order] to let the leaders of the world know that they are no longer willing to be silent witnesses as they watch senseless destruction of the world’s people and their homelands be destroyed.

As the powers-that-be lash out to create fear in the people in order to keep them under control, awakened humanity across the planet are rising up in swelling numbers to create change across this beautiful world.

The mainstream news continues to suppress the reporting of the momentous movement of people’s protests in major cities of the world, and this has become glaringly clear to the majority of the world’s population. The lies, deceptions, and cover ups from those in power are becoming more obvious in every moment.

As the loving energies of the divine feminine flowing onto the planet deepens in intensity, that which is not in alignment with love will stand out in glaring contrast. There really is no place to hide shadow activity any longer. When each person’s heart is filled with love, they have the ability to sense and feel deception in another.

This is what is occurring now throughout the planet. People are seeing behind the masks into the real motivations of their leaders, and what is really happening, and they are demanding the Truth. Great subterfuge is afoot in these ones on an unimaginable scale. These activities demand the awakening ones to stand in and speak their truth, for they know at a very deep level that the time of choice to remain asleep is over.

The sun’s rays are now stronger than before, and it behooves each individual to protect their body by limiting exposure during the intense times of the day and to wear protective sun glasses at all times when outdoors in the daytime. It is better to go out in the early morning to acclimate one’s body to the changing weather patterns.

The earth’s magnetic field is more depleted, and it requires the human body to take in greater amounts of air in order to fuel their energy levels. Deep breathing exercise each day is very helpful during these times, as it is the magnetic field that radiates energy to all parts of the body through the nerves and nerve relay centers and their branches. It is important to increase the strength of one’s magnetic field to bring one’s body and mind to the highest level of health and vitality.

We ask the awakened ones to continue to stay calm and hold the light during these turbulent times. Your light is much needed now. Look for and recognize the positive traits in others around you, and empower these individuals in any way you are guided. Give support to those who risk their well being by speaking their truth and standing in their light. Spread the message of the New Earth reality to all who are ready to receive.

It is in these times as you stand in the Eye of the Storm that you can direct uplifting, loving, and compassionate energy and thoughts to your brothers and sisters, as they come to terms with the revelations of the Awakening process.

For each soul who is experiencing physical expression, it is the action of struggle and effort which reveals to each their own unique gifts and qualities of spirit. When they cease to resist the inflow of opposing energies which bring greater light into their being, the journey of discovery becomes a journey into realities that were not available for exploration before.

It is important to keep the faith, to keep the forward momentum flowing, and to remember that the entire universe is supporting each one during these times. The repertoire of higher dimensional beings that stand with each awakened human is greater than ever before. Accept the love and guidance that they bring to stay in balance and equilibrium. No one during these times walks their path alone.
