We are here encouraging you to take a deep breath and acknowledge yourself for the transforming service you have been doing.

We realize that you do not always see the results of the continuous work that you offer the collective. In fact there are times in which you think what you are doing is not making any difference.

The events that are broadcast, the conflicts that are fueled by patterns long held in the collective seem to be accelerating. When the media is focused on these events and you observe these occurrences, it is easy for your vibration and state of mind to drop into a state of despair and you can begin to believe that nothing is changing.

When these thoughts of discouragement arise shake them off as quickly as possible.  We would like to invite you to practice feeling good for no reason. Look for ways to uplift your own personal energy field. This is one of the most important self-mastery skills that you can call forth. So no matter what is occurring in your personal life or the global arenas, find areas in which you can practice your gratitude.

The simplest vibration of gratitude will shift the frequency. Being thankful is your only full time job.  It does not matter what you are doing or whom you are doing it with, continue to hold a foundation of gratefulness. It truly is your power, your power to transform a situation, your power to transform any limitation.
It is from this vibration generated by a feeling and emotion of gratitude that all things can and do transform. We are speaking of a genuine, sincere expression of acknowledgment and praise for being alive.
Even in the darkest of experiences seek to witness and express the smallest ray and reason for gratitude. The vibration and frequency of gratitude is truly a game changer. Your entire field of energy shifts even if it is just a microscopic shift and a fleeting sense of thankfulness.

Gratitude is soothing to your troubled mind as well as to your body and its functions. You cannot feel stress when you are expressing gratitude. The chemicals in the body change, the chemicals in the brain change with each of these vibrations and emotions.

This is truly a dedicated and practiced skill we are inviting you to remember and master. The tiniest expression and feeling of gratefulness is a seed that will begin to grow and flourish. Your life experiences will begin to shift. You will become a magnet for more and more experiences that you call blessings.

When you are in the grace of feeling grateful you are a strong and calming presence wherever you are.  Those around you can and do feel this radiating in your field; you are blessing your loved ones, your co-workers, your community and the entire matrix. You are also blessing yourself.

If we could offer you a magic wand of transformation it would be gratitude and appreciation. When you consider that you are a being of pure energy, a divine multidimensional being of light, your natural, most centered and balanced state is a coherent frequency of gratitude.

Unfortunately this is an ability that is not skillfully used by most individuals. Rather than using their personal creative power to attract and welcome life-sustaining energy, they misuse their creative power and generate a frequency of worry. And that, only attracts the very thing about which they are worried.   It is a dysfunctional cycle that is prevalent on your planet.

Do your best to shift your state of mind from worry, doom and gloom to some aspect of appreciation. Even in the most challenging experience or crisis, grab your fear, your distress, your anxiety before it multiplies in thought and feelings. It is these feelings and thoughts of dread and dismay that literally close the energetic doors to the very solutions you are seeking.

These low frequency vibrations instantly connect you to the collective consciousness generated by others who have forgotten who they are, those who are expressing and radiating their fear, anxiety and distress.  Your planet has taken this way of expressing its power to an art form of dysfunction.  As you can see, worry, judgment, and anxiety have not produced a world of love and peace. We think you will agree with us in this observation.

When you feel yourself drop into this collective pool of despair and negativity, shake it off! Return to your practice of gratitude, appreciation and joy. It is these emotions, generated and held firmly, that will attract the results you desire to manifest. In this manner you are adding this conscious light to your global family. Remember to see the end results, envision the most supportive outcome for yourself, your loved ones and the events occurring on your planet. You are the one to anchor this.

We know this is a theme we continue to offer you. It is one of the most important practices that you can learn, use and express while in your physical form. The vibrations of love, gratitude, joy, compassion, forgiveness are all forces and influences that truly transform.

We acknowledge you for being here at this critical time of evolution. You, your actions and the offered high frequencies of light are making a significant difference. Do not doubt this for a minute; continue to hold, offer and sustain your divine conscious presence. We embrace you with our deepest gratitude for who you are and the energy of light and service you continue to bring forth.

We are available to support and assist as is the entire company of divine conscious beings. Remember to invite and include us in all that you do. We assist in amplifying your good work in this reality and dimension.

We greet you beloved as together we witness the dawning of the new age. This new age, this new reality of consciousness is being called forth by you. You are the instrument, the conscious voice, the frequency and the vibration that is bringing about the changes. There are tremendous changes occurring. We realize that in saying this you look out at your world and shake your head, for there are still deep levels of dysfunction happening on the planet. There is still discord being generated, especially by your media and those who run that aspect of reality. It is the focus upon this discord that engages the collective matrix, and anyone who is still engaged in their own separate polarity will anchor the discord.

This is your personal opportunity to step into your power. You are being called forth to anchor a different reality. You are being invited to anchor a reality in which there is harmony and well-being. We continue to encourage each individual to realize that you personally can hold the vision, the emotional frequency of a reality that supports all life. It is this awareness within each awakened individual that is truly calling forth a world in which there is peace within the hearts and minds of the collective.

This conscious action is taking place moment to moment in your lives and activities. You become the means of stability as you continue to hold the stable vision and offer the healing of the heart frequency into your experience. We realize that what we are inviting you to express can feel impossible considering what is being out-pictured in the world events.

This is where your mastery is being activated. This is where you claim your magnificence as a multidimensional being. You are not powerless. You are truly powerful beyond measure. Step into that realization, allow yourself to just imagine, even pretend, that you have these superpowers that allow you to offer the collective the opportunity to heal. Imagine that you have the superpowers to transform any event occurring in your reality. These superpowers are always used only for the highest and the best for all concerned.

Each time you hear or see some discord or dysfunction, immediately offer the quantum field of all possibilities a new and different scenario. Just imagine you are a multidimensional editor of the production that is being projected on the screen of reality. Imagine you can re-write the script. Imagine that you can re-write the outcome of any event, in your personal life or in the collective.

How would you orchestrate the news broadcast if anything were possible? Allow yourself to expand into the realms of light and truth in which the entire broadcast would be news of outstanding new inventions that offer solutions to your environment’s well-being, or the announcement of a phenomenal new discovery in the healing of your physical form. Allow yourself to imagine feeling and even expressing the excitement of the extraordinary unfolding news of peace taking place upon your planet.

Realize that your news broadcast invites and offers an opportunity for you to focus on a different outcome. Imagine you could shift the situation or event being reported. By your clear focused consciousness, see and feel a different solution, call forth the vision, the intention, and the healing energy of transformation. This is your opportunity to use your conscious skills and alchemical mastery to co-create a new reality.

Play with this possibility that you can call forth a more harmonious, more loving, more conscious experience. Imagine your work situation, allow yourself to envision how you would like this to unfold, feel it, allow your vibrations to own what it is you desire. Imagine your relationship with your family, your loved ones, see or sense in this playful imaginary reality that they are responding to you in a loving, conscious and supportive manner. See yourself responding in a more loving and conscious manner to those in your life.

If there is an issue of dysfunction in your past, imagine yourself traveling the time line and editing that experience. Make sure when you edit any experience that it is in the highest form of healing for all concerned. You can use sounds to shift and transform and edit this experience.

This is where it all begins, in the field of energy, the quantum field of all possibility. Your personal power is holding the vision, the vibration and frequency until it manifests in physical form. You call it forth by what you are offering with your thoughts, words, beliefs and emotions. If it feels impossible to do this from your present situation, we invite you to pretend, and claim your superpowers to shift and transform any situation.

There is an intense shift taking place within the hearts and minds of all humans. Some are resisting, some are confused, and some are celebrating this shift in consciousness. Each individual is awakening to their true connection to the collective consciousness. Each individual is beginning to recognize and own the awareness that all is one. When you shift an attitude, when you shift a belief, when you release a judgment it is felt in the collective matrix.

When you envision, when you hold the awareness of compassion, love and appreciation in your heart frequency, you are adding this to the collective consciousness. You are imprinting the quantum field with your personal vibration of compassion, love and appreciation. You are claiming your superpowers as a multidimensional starbeing. You are claiming your personal connection to the Divine Source as a true focus and anchor of transformational energy. You are calling forth a new reality. Your energy frequency and your visional vibration are joining others of like mind and heart. Once these visions of life-sustaining energy gather in the infinite field of creation they become form, they are made manifest.

Each time you send forth a vision, a desire that is generated from the chalice of your heart’s awareness; it goes forth and joins the vibrations and frequencies of similar entrainments. This becomes a force of change. This becomes an energy field calling forth and anchoring a new pattern, a new paradigm.

We honor and celebrate who you are as conscious divine multidimensional starbeings. You are truly making a difference in the lives of others each time you send forth your blessings of peace, your blessings of compassion. Each time you send forth your energy of forgiveness, you are uplifting the collective consciousness. Each time you envision a different and more life-sustaining outcome you are literally calling it forth. Do not be discouraged; hold the visions, and pretend the visions. Allow your sixth senses of knowing to emerge. Allow yourself to step into your superpowers of co-creating a better world.

Call forth support and assistance from the realms of Light and Love. Be the inviter of this divine presence and invite divine spirit in all its magnificence to join you in the transformation and healing of all that is before you. Know that you are loved beyond measure.

We are here, embracing you with our love as well as offering these words of support. The intensity of change in your reality is increasing. What is polarized is becoming even more polarized. You are experiencing that those holding certain positions or beliefs firmly without wavering are affecting the much larger global well-being and health. From our observation, it seems there is always some situation that is locked in place by two opposing points of view or attitudes.

The conflicts between individuals, countries, nationalities, or religions have certainly been the energy behind the many wars your planet has experienced. Each person or group of people is willing to die or destroy the other in order to claim their position of rightness.

You can observe these conflicts within your family, your community, or the global matrix. Perhaps you personally can identify with a point of view or attitude that places you in a position of conflict with another.

We are inviting you to become aware of your personal attitudes and beliefs that push against another, causing a certain sense of separation. This is your moment to investigate what energies you are holding that are being reflected in the events occurring in the hot spots around the globe. You are not an innocent bystander by any means.

You are a multidimensionals being of light having a human experience. You are here on this planet Earth at this time to transform and uplift the sense of separation. When you engage emotionally and mentally with one point of view or the other you empower that position. You add to what is being polarized, you add to the conflict, you energetically support the discord.

Remember, what you resist persists. It is the pushing against that actually gives strength to the cause you are fighting against. Any time you declare a "war" on drugs, poverty, obesity, you are energetically adding to the strength of what you want to eliminate.

We might say that you have this upside down and backwards. It is time that humanity realizes that as vibrational beings, you call forth into your reality what you place your focus and attention upon. If your focus is on opposition to some action or controversy, you are actually feeding the very thing you would desire to change or improve.

More and more individuals are awaking to this realization and stepping into their personal power to assist in the evolution which supports humanity in its well-being and true connectedness.

When you are fully aware that your thoughts and emotional vibrations are adding to the field of the collective consciousness, you are in a position to contribute to the greater good and a world that is life sustaining.

When you realize that you have been taught incorrectly in the use of your focused power, you will shift how you hold situations, how you react to events and you will begin to BE the solution.

We invite you to see and sense ...visualize and call forth a reality that truly supports and maintains an environment that honors ALL living things. This is your task, this is your service, this is your assignment as the Divine conscious being that you are.

Begin to envision --truly envision-- and energize what it is that you would like to see and experience in your reality. You do not need to know how this is going to manifest, simply hold your focus on what it is that you would desire to empower.

Remember when you are fully embodied, anchored to this planet, and connected to your Divine source and guidance you are truly powerful beyond measure. When you are CONSCIOUSLY AWARE that you are living from your heart, offering coherent vibrations to the field, you are making a significant difference.

When there is a situation occurring that is charged with conflict, whether it is in your personal life or your global reality, spend some time visualizing the most optimal results for the benefit of all involved. See or imagine a resolution coming about in the most amazing manner. Don't waver; hold firm your vision, energized with the coherent vibration from your heart's focus and desire for the perfect solution and outcome for everyone.  Learn to avoid pushing against, holding a polarized opinion, and adding to the collective discord.

Everything and everyone on your planet is connected. There is an interaction between solar geomagnetic events and human events. There is an interconnection between your planet, its weather, humanity and the outcropping of conflicts.

When you are aware of your heart's coherence, generated by holding an emotion of gratitude and appreciation, allow this vibration to go forth, anchoring this coherence into the field of consciousness.

THIS is a new training for self. Rather than judging what is occurring and becoming polarized yourself, energetically fueling the fire ...you need to stop that habitual and unconscious vicious cycle and place your awareness in your heart's center, then radiate the vibrations of appreciation out to all. Each time you do this, you will personally feel more stable and balanced; You will be feeding your personal energy field as well as the field of consciousness with a coherent energy of love and well-being --rather than be habitually and unknowingly feeding the problem!

Rather than resist war, envision peace; Rather than fight drugs, envision healing; Rather than judge the homeless, envision a solution that serves the highest good and best for all. Rather than seeing the differences of others, begin to acknowledge their uniqueness. Be the answer. Be the solution. Anchor this firmly into your consciousness and offer if to all.

We remind you to call upon and invite support and assistance from the realms of Light and all non-physical Beings of consciousness. Each moment, each day and each situation call upon the forces of Love and Light to support the perfect resolve and healing as well as the uplifting of this planet. We acknowledge you and your powerful service, for when you are fully embodied, anchored to your planet, connected to Divine source and radiating coherent vibrations from your heart, you are in your power to transform all that is before you. We are here embracing you with our love and gratitude. We acknowledge the intensity of energies that you are experiencing. We acknowledge the courage you offer in the face of the incredible changes occurring within your personal life as well as the global unfolding. We gently remind you once again that you are here on purpose, you are here to anchor these changes, and you are here to transform misqualified energies. We are inviting you to acknowledge yourself as an energy being as well as a physical being. You know how to take care of the physical body and we are inviting you begin to take care of your energy body. You are powerful multidimensional beings of consciousness having a very human experience. You are energy beings of light dwelling in the dense physical form. As you read our words and experience the energy transmission we are offering, may you step more fully into the realization of your extraordinary potential as a transformer of emotional energy. We continue to encourage you to use your physical body as the powerful chalice of transformation that it is. When you are in willing partnership with your divine awareness and intention, all dense emotional vibrations and experiences can be transmuted, uplifted and healed. Your physical body is the vehicle in which you feel the vibrations of everything surrounding you. Your body/mind registers these vibrations or feelings and translates them into what you call emotions. In the process of your development and maturing you have labeled these feelings as either good or bad. Many of the experiences you have labeled bad or unpleasant have been repressed. These repressed emotions or experiences get stored within your circuits, systems, cells and the tissues of your body. You are aware of this. It is common knowledge as you evolve that there are aspects of your personality, your energy field, your subconscious that you have put aside or chosen to ignore, and pretend not to see. This is a process and teaching that has been offered to you by others who were doing the same as they suppressed what they were unwilling to acknowledge, clear and transform. We invite you to realize that you have the opportunity and the responsibility to shift this pattern within yourself. The energies that are being offered by your galactic family of light are encouraging you to take this action. The galactic vibrations are stirring these dense vibrations within your body/mind. We know you are feeling these activations and when you clear the denseness of repressed emotions these activations will feel delicious, expanding and wondrous. Remember when one is healed, all are healed. This is the work and service that we are reminding you that you came here to do. Each time you discover and clear an old emotional injury you can welcome more light consciousness within your physical form. Each time some part of your body releases what it has been storing for you, it takes on new, revitalized life-promoting energy. Each time you use your imagination to defuse and dissolve old emotional memories you are allowing more of your true multidimensional gifts to come forward. We also invite you to find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and again, using your imagination, see or sense or imagine healing energy entering your physical body. Make this experience as real for yourself as possible. Allow the energy vibrations to fill you with life sustaining well-being. Imagine that this strengthens your energy body as well as your physical body. Make an agreement with self that you will offer this kind of conscious energy connection each day. You can also use the power of color vibrations. Imagine your body filled with the color red; now invite any aspect of your physical body that needs this red vibration to absorb all that it might need and any aspect of your physical body that has too much red vibration to release it. Then allow the color red to dissipate and repeat the process using all the colors of your earthly rainbow. We invite you to incorporate this exercise into your practices of well-being. You can simply imagine that you are drinking in the energy of the new dawn, allowing your body, your life, to be renewed in ways that are astonishing. Imagine that the vibrations of trees and all green and growing things can be taken in as energy nourishment. Imagine you can breathe in the energy of the night sky, the stars and the galaxies. Imagine allowing energy to flow into your pineal, heart and solar plexus chakras filling you with renewed life and expanded awareness strengthening your energy body as well as your physical body. Do not underestimate the power of these processes. Remember that energy follows thought so when you focus your imagination on some aspect of your physical body and imagine beautiful energizing vibrations bathing the cells and tissues, it is occurring and is very beneficial. When this is practiced consistently you will begin to experience the results. The value of your conscious use of your imagination is phenomenal. It offers unlimited potential in creating your health, your prosperity and your total fulfillment. Own your ability to envision a life that is safe, fulfilling and joyful We invite you to practice these skills of creating with your awesome imagination. There are no limits; when you engage your focus, your passion as well as your imagination, you are tapping into the quantum field of all possibilities. Visualize a reality that is life sustaining for all. Imprint the quantum field with that possibility. Visualize and imagine a world in which all peoples are honored and respected. The most important tool in the healing, harmonizing and balancing of your heart portal is to continue to turn your awareness to the vibrations of joy, gratitude and appreciation. It is the power of these vibrations which allows the heart center/heart portal to heal from all the emotional wounds carried. It is your willingness and intent that can heal your heart. The heart portal was designed to serve as the gateway to the stars. THE POWER OF PORTALS

We are here to offer our continued support in your personal evolution and the global flowering of consciousness. We would speak once again of portals and remind you as well as invite you to become aware of these energy openings, gateways, doorways and thresholds that are present and available. We know that as we continue speak of portals we stimulate your own understanding and awareness of these energy thresholds.

Portals exist in every form and on every level of awareness. Portals exist in all timeframes and dimensions. Portals can be subtle, obvious, hidden or secret. Let us begin to expand your understanding of the word portal. A portal offers entry into another space, another state of consciousness, another reality or hologram/hologame. Portals can offer vibrational information and personal expansion.

We would like to expand your focus now to include the portals of your planet, Earth.

The fabric and weavings of your planetary energy fields are interlaced with portals. It is with you inner vision and wisdom that you begin to recognize and allow yourself to see, sense or feel these portals. Many of the sacred sites and powerful places in nature offer an energy portal, and those who are sensitive can feel what is being offered.

Just as the physical human form has a network of energy portals/chakras the physical earth also is networked and woven with portals of power, gateways between the dimensions, thresholds between the realms of time and space.

The ancient ones were sensitive to these places and they usually built their temples and sacred altars near or actually upon the entrance or opening. You can scan the history of earth and see the main portals and power places by observing where the ancient churches, buildings, stone circles, pyramids, even villages and whole cities were constructed, over or near these gateways. Labyrinths also offer an entry point, a doorway, which allows passage and travel between the dimensions.

These portals and openings are much like the chakras/portals of the human body, they open and close, they become congested with misuse or distorted in some manner.

It is important to realize that as the consciousness of mankind awakens these earth portals, these earth power gateways can be cared for, cleared, balanced, refreshed, renewed and honored just as the aware human can care for, clear, balance, refresh, renew and honor their own personal power centers.

Even today people travel to hold ceremonies and experience the ancient portals. There are many who travel to these ancient sites unaware of this energy and force. The impact to their personal awakening can be very subtle or it can be extremely profound.

Many times you are attracted to a location because while you are there you feel connected, you are sensing a tenuous and rare portal into another space and dimension. Your physical body is being recalibrated and realigned in a deep and profound way.

There are many galactic portals that are offered to humanity as an opportunity and trigger which can awaken another level of understanding and evolution. There are portals that occur between your planet and the sun which activate your field and stimulate your expanded awareness and unfolding as a multidimensional being. Become aware of these celestial portals and welcome the energy gifts being offered.

The human body has multiple portals; the name you have given these body portals is chakra. The chakra or portals of the body open and close depending on the mental and emotional state of the human. It is through the body portals that energy and information is acquired. They open and close much like camera lenses.

Many books have been written about these portals/chakras. Those who are sensitive, who see and work with energy, are aware of the importance of the portals and of caring for these energy doorways in the human body. It is important for humans to understand how their subtle bodies operate.

These portals are the connections to your galactic heritage. They are the receptors of the frequencies from the planets, the moon and stars. They also receive data from other humans which is unspoken. Each time two humans meet, their portals/chakras share information on a deep subtle level. This happens at all times in all places with everyone.

There is an energy/data/frequency/ exchange taking place with everyone you encounter.

The portals of the body are receivers and senders of energy in its many forms. It is one of the human's methods of connecting with surroundings and others. It is certainly an important aspect, method and manner of how humans interconnect and how all non-verbal information is shared with other humans as well as animals, plants, stones, stars and all things. Expand your understanding of these personal portals.

As we said there is much that has been written about these power centers of the body, and there is much knowing that you can begin to invite intuitively.

It is wise to learn about these gateways and how you respond to the energy coming in. This is part of the conscious care. It is wise to be sure that your portals/chakras are not fully open when you are going into a large crowd of people that you do not know. What can happen is that you will pick up energy or emotional signatures that are unpleasant.

It is with awareness that you begin to sense and maintain these opening into your energy field. It is with intention that you can clear and clean these portals. It is with intention that you can open and close your body chakras/portals appropriately.

Remember that you are an alchemist, here to consciously transform and uplift any energy/emotion that you encounter. You are a powerful transformer in this process. Remember there is no judgment; there is no pushing against the other's energy. If you encounter misqualified emotions it is your birthright and your responsibility to transform and uplift them.

These portals; these chakras are often called wheels of life, because they spin. The most important portal/chakra in the human is the heart. It is the heart which manages and maintains the entire physical form. It is the consciousness of the heart, the energy field of the heart that is the link and the connection to the divine and to life itself. The heart is the gateway to all awareness and well-being. The heart is the thinking/feeling/knowing aspect of a multidimensional starhuman.

Your culture, your society; your programming and teachings have not included this important piece of information. It is the mystic, the seer, the sensitive who has recognized that the heart is the doorway to all intelligent knowing.

You can begin the intuitive sensing from your heart's awareness to check and see which chakras are locked in a closed position from some childhood trauma. Most humans have closed a portal because of imagined pain and hurt. When the portal is locked closed or when it does not open easily energy can not flow freely.

The health of the human heart is and has been one of the mysteries in your medical field. What is not included in the information is the realization that the heart is the cosmic gateway for each individual. This is the seat of your unique self. It is from the open, loving, conscious heart that all things unfold and all mysteries are resolved.

The most important tool in the healing, harmonizing and balancing of your heart portal is to continue to turn your awareness to the vibrations of joy, gratitude and appreciation. The heart portal was designed to serve as the gateway to the stars. This heart portal allows the energy to flow from divine source and the heart center processes this energy for the expansion of the human being.

Each human being is asked to give service work for the wholeness and healing of the heart center of humanity. It is when human beings live from an open and healed heart portal that they know and feel their connections with each other as the true multidimensional star beings that they are.
