Your abilities, your competences, and your talents are far more powerful and effective than you have been led to believe, because all human cultures have for eons worked on convincing the young that they were inadequate and should therefore follow the example of their “elders and betters” who would teach them the skills they needed to live fruitful lives. And indeed there has always been much that the young can learn from the older and more experienced people in their lives. Unfortunately the elders often used their positions, their authority to subdue and repress the bubbling and creative enthusiasm that the young have in abundance, then taught them to distrust those of whom the reigning hierarchy disapproved, and finally sent them off to fight wars against them in their stead. And it became a pattern that seemed irreversible as war followed war.

The New Age has arrived and the evidence of that is becoming apparent to all who choose to see it

In the spiritual realms, we are very well aware of the strain that waiting for Awakening to occur is placing on you, the LightBearers and WayShowers.  Many of you are perceiving the state of the world as steadily deteriorating as bad news follows bad news in so many areas.  And indeed there is a great shake-up in progress as the New Age makes its presence felt, and awareness grows of the enormous changes that must be made in your attitudes and behaviors if humanity is to avoid destroying itself, either by making the planet virtually uninhabitable through the continuing damage being wrought by rapacious harvesting of its natural resources, or by self-annihilation through conflict and war.

Neither of these depressing scenarios will occur!  The divine field of Love is making inroads into the collective heart of humanity and the shake-up resulting from it is a wake-up call that is being heard and responded to by ever larger numbers of Earth’s population.  You are not alone.  Assistance is pouring in from the spiritual and galactic realms in response to your prayers for help, and those who would suppress the world populace for their own selfish agendas are no longer able to maintain either the authority they unlawfully gathered unto themselves or the support of the enforcement agencies they built to suppress those they would control.

The incredibly damaging activities which have been going on for decades all across the planet are to end.  The materials supposedly essential for running your economies via excavation, mining, and drilling are not needed because far more user-friendly materials are readily available to replace them – knowledge of which has been concealed in order to create a belief in scarcity and to maintain the power of the self-serving and self-appointed elite.  The knowledge and technology necessary to release and develop this abundance of ecologically sustainable materials is soon to be unveiled, and this will enable the total eradication of world poverty while providing abundantly for all your physical needs.  The New Age has arrived and the evidence of that is becoming apparent to all who choose to see it.

Be uplifted!  Be inspired!  Then share your energy and your love with enthusiasm wherever you are and in whatever you are doing, and be aware of it being returned to you intensified and with boundless gratitude.  You are beings of Love, and although that Love has lain seemingly hidden and unrecognized within you as you searched for It outside yourselves, It has always been there awaiting your choice, your decision to recognize and engage with It.  Now that you have made that choice, immerse yourselves in It with enthusiasm because that increases your energy levels, and the light of optimism that arises within you will dispel the darkness of habitual patterns of pessimism, enabling you to deal with all your issues and problems far more easily – until you find yourselves saying “That was easy!”

This will no longer occur because the pattern has been broken.  The wisdom of the elder ones amongst you will be freely propagated, as it should be, while the inflexible, rigid, and ingrained beliefs that have turned you one against another in your multitudes will be abandoned, as the damage they have caused bursts into the awareness of the collective and its insanity is acknowledged.  You all chose to be here at this time to help humanity (which naturally includes all of you) change course.  And that is what is happening as Love blossoms and entrances those with whom It connects, enticing them to engage with It and release all within them that is not in harmony or alignment with It.

And that is what you are doing – aligning, harmonizing, and engaging with your true nature.  And nothing could be more natural, more appropriate, or more satisfying.  At first you are a little nervous because it feels unfamiliar, strange, even unwise after eons of distrust and betrayal, but as you find others doing likewise and experience the shared joy of trust and cooperation, your confidence in the rightness of the path you are following grows.

There will still be instances where you experience attitudes that are unloving, even hurtful, but because you are now choosing to accept the incontrovertible fact that you are beings of Light, permanently in communion with the divine field of Love which embraces you, you will recognize these instances as calls for Love to which you will find the strength and confidence to respond lovingly.  Already many of you are doing this, and as others observe you, they too are finding the courage to recognize attacks as calls for love and to respond accordingly.  Your path to awakening has been firmly established and recognized, and more people are turning to follow it daily, and your arrival there remains divinely assured.

Everything that happens anywhere on Earth has a spiritual aspect to it

Waiting is always draining and tiring when you do not know at what time or on what day the event you are waiting for will happen.  You want to be ready but are not sure what to expect, and so do not know how to ready yourself.  Well, when your awakening into full consciousness occurs you will be fully ready.  It is quite impossible for you to be anything but ready, because you have been on your way to that moment throughout your present Earth life, as lesson after lesson has been presented to you in the process of teaching you to release any blocks, any hangups, anything at all that reduces in any way your ability to be only loving.  And you have been making enormous progress on this front because this is the point in your spiritual evolution when your awakening becomes inevitable.

Release any worries or anxieties you may be nursing, because, as you have been told, your awakening is a done deal.  Nothing can prevent it from occurring precisely as God intends.  God does not worry, so neither should you!  Worrying uses energy that could be used so much more effectively elsewhere.  And yet, as you see news reports of accidents, conflicts, earthquakes, extreme weather, and untold suffering all over the world, it is difficult for you not to get drawn into the “worry channel.”

Everything that happens anywhere on Earth has a spiritual aspect to it, providing opportunities to express compassion, to share necessities, and to learn lessons that will help you engage with one another cooperatively and harmoniously. Worrying and judging undermines those opportunities or hides them behind a screen of rhetoric that promises much and delivers very little.  A small personal offering to someone in trouble – a kind word, a moment of pure listening, a gift appropriate to the immediate need – creates an energy wave, a wave of love, far larger than you can possibly imagine, which ripples out in all directions from its source and takes effect in areas of which you, the donor, cannot possibly conceive.  Every loving thought word or action has wonderful, unforeseen consequences far beyond the location at which it occurred.

If you could see what amazingly powerful effects loving thoughts, words, and actions set in motion you would determine to engage in them far more frequently.  In fact by intending to do so far more often you expand your awareness of the effects you are having, and you open yourselves to the constant feedback that is offered, making you feel good about yourselves and inspiring you and motivating you to do even more.

Service is an inseparable aspect of love, as you very well know, but often you feel that you have served enough.  The reason for this is simply that instead of focusing on the happiness your service provides to those served, and on the satisfaction that offering service gives you, you often tend to focus on how much you have done, even perhaps on how much more than anyone else, and on how tired it has made you.  When you measure your efforts and keep a close tally on how much you have given, the energy of joy and happiness returned to you by the recipient eludes you as does the energy boost it offers you.  So give freely and don’t count the cost.  You don’t need to because your Father sees every loving event that you create and stores it for you where it will be eternally honored, never forgotten, and when you awaken from the deep and slumbering state in which the illusion anchors you, your creations will be revealed to you in their true magnificence.

You are beings of, as you would see it if you were aware of it, infinite creative abilities, because that is how you were created.  Your Father created you like unto Himself so that you too could take part in the joy of creation, the joy of service to others, which of course is also service to self because there is no other, no separation, as all are ONE.  You have hidden the truth of this, the reality of this from your conscious awareness by engaging enthusiastically in a very limited form of consciousness from which you have excluded or shut out your infinite sensory abilities by exchanging them for your very limited physical ones of sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell, which confirm your sense of individuality, of separateness.

These limited ones seem to operate quite efficiently for you, to the extent that you mostly deny the possibility of the existence of others that would in any way expand your field of awareness or knowledge.  Even though the existence of other ways of sensing have been clearly demonstrated by many gifted individuals who are fully engaged in assisting in your awakening process, most of humanity chooses not to acknowledge anything not sensed by the five senses.  Humanity prefers the apparent security of a limited and restricted environment in which it thinks it is safe.  You have an expression “out of the frying-pan into the fire” to describe a leap into the unknown; but the unknown – in this instance, Reality – is unknown only because you have chosen not to know it. And it is most certainly not “the fire.”

Rushing to blame and judgment only inflames a situation

To awaken is humanity’s destiny.  It is inevitable and unavoidable, and that is a very good reason to be happy and joyful.  I cannot impress upon you strongly enough how much God, our Father, loves you all in every moment of your existence.  There is nothing that any of you has ever done, or could ever do, that would cause him to withdraw His Love from you – absolutely nothing!  There are some among you who doubt this, but it is a doubt, a worry that you need to release.  You are all God’s beloved children – children whom He loves without reservation, always.  Whenever you feel down, depressed, shameful, worthless, guilty, or angry, just remind yourselves of this divine truth – “God loves me and will always love me regardless of what I or anyone else might think, say, or do.”

This does not mean, as you well know, that you can behave thinkingly or unthinkingly in an unloving manner.  To behave in a manner that hurts another hurts you more!  It may not seem like that, but someone who has been hurt can forgive, whereas someone who is doing the hurting cannot.  You cannot forgive anyone as long as you are inflicting pain on them – and that includes yourself because to hurt another is to hurt yourself.  To forgive, you have to stop inflicting pain, and to bear a grudge or carry resentment of any kind is to inflict pain on yourself, a pain that frequently drives you to project it outwards on to others whom you then see as the cause of your misery or unhappiness.

In the illusion, where there is so much pain and suffering, it seems that pain and suffering are imposed on some by others, often very vindictively, and in a sense this is correct.  But those behaving so unconscionably are themselves crying out for love.  If you attack them their pain intensifies – and a common response to that suggestion might be “A good thing too, they deserve it.”  But attacking conflict with conflict only leads to further conflict.  Those who could and would cause suffering can only be disarmed by love and forgiveness.  And if their pain is intense, as is very likely, disarming them is a slow process that requires love and forgiveness in abundance.

All of you who are presently on Earth as wayshowers and Light-bearers have learnt forgiveness and are here now to teach it.  Yes, many of you have suffered severely in your present lives and have issues with forgiving, perhaps feeling that you have not learnt to forgive and that you have no desire to do so. Nevertheless, you have to admit to yourselves that you do know that love is the only answer, whatever the problem.  You are aware that forgiveness is the way forwards, and you are working on engaging with forgiveness to release all your own anger, bitterness, and resentment.

You know that you need to do this, you know that this is the path you chose to follow, despite the pain, even though you are often struggling with it as you recall the unconscionable experiences that you have undergone personally, but you have sought spiritual assistance and you are receiving it.  Keep asking for help, and keep holding the intention to forgive or to learn to forgive, and with the spiritual assistance you are receiving you will succeed.  Then you will demonstrate forgiveness, and by doing so, teach it to others.

That lesson is the major one that all are in the process of learning and putting into effect.  And the best teachers are those who are closest to their own experiences of personal pain and suffering, because they can relate the most compassionately to those who are suffering, while at the same time being open to the awareness in themselves of the pain that those inflicting suffering are undergoing.  They can see and understand both perspectives.  No one who is not in pain imposes pain intentionally on anyone else.

Accidents occur through thoughtlessness or unawareness, and pain is inflicted. But those who cause those situations are filled with as much or sometimes more grief than those who got hurt.  It could well be that a person’s first lesson in forgiveness happens when they get involved in a situation where an accident occurs and they are given the opportunity to offer compassion and forgiveness to the one who caused the injury, as well as to those who were injured.

Rushing to blame and judgment only inflames a situation that is already causing much pain to all involved.  In your quiet times, your times that you set aside to be alone, dwell on forgiveness, remember instances when you were unexpectedly forgiven, and set the intention to be ready to forgive should something occur to upset, offend, or cause injury – physical or psychological – to you or to a loved one.  Your awakening process involves opening to love and forgiveness, and an essential part of that process is to set the intention to do so every day. Remember that to forgive and to be forgiven brings acceptance and love in a most disarming fashion.  Practice it, demonstrate it, and be the fine teachers that you truly are.

But until you dismantle your defenses you will remain unable to dissolve the illusion, because they support it by attaching you to it. To trust is to be free, and you were created free. You are free, and you will feel free when you let go of the felt need to defend yourselves, and allow yourselves to dismantle those defenses. Yes of course, within the illusion your trust can be betrayed – it has been many times, and you have each betrayed others – but trust can only be developed and enabled to grow by engaging with it while not being attached to the outcome. People do not trust each other; they believe that their lack of trust is fully justified, and they therefore feel that there is no reason for them to honor another’s trust. It is a Catch 22 situation. The only way forward is to start trusting. Make the determined intent to trust, then ask God, your angels or guides, or anyone in the spiritual realms whom you feel intuited to call on to help you carry out that intent. Know that because you are still engaged with and experiencing life in the illusory world, some will honor that trust and others will betray it. Remind yourselves that you are wayshowers and Light-bearers and that you chose to be embodied on Earth at this moment in humanity’s evolution for this very task – demonstrating and honoring trust.

To trust is to be free

An intense and creative shift in humanity’s perception of itself is happening all across the world in preparation for your move into full consciousness, full awareness of who you are and of your eternal inseparability from God – Who created you to enjoy infinite and everlasting peace, joy, and happiness.  Peace, joy, and happiness are states of mind.  Modern psychology has informed you of that, and it has been well demonstrated, especially by those who have moved from depression and anxiety into peace and contentment by changing their minds and their perceptions.

Everyone has the ability to change their perceptions, but until quite recently it was thought that an individual’s perception – his view of life and the opportunities it offered him – was basically fixed: a state of existence into which he was born and with which he had to deal to the best of his abilities.  Now it is generally recognized that everyone does have the freedom to change those apparently given attributes for something more in line with their desires.  It is a recognition that you are each masters of your own destiny, that how you experience life is a personal choice which you make in every moment.  Yes, you all have different and indeed unique limitations – physical, intellectual, and creative – which vary from one to another, but they do not prevent you from altering the beliefs and the perceptions through which you view the world, your world.

When you view life as unsatisfactory, unfair, painful, it means that you are focusing on those aspects of your experiences.  You have all had experiences which at the time were fearful, painful, shaming, unjust, and perhaps afterwards you held on to what seemed like a totally justified sense of resentment or bitterness about it which only slowly dissipated as the time interval between you and that event increased, and the pain that you felt diminished.  Then maybe weeks, months, or even years later, when you recalled that moment you saw that it also had a funny side and you could now laugh about it, or that it had taught you some important lesson or truth that you might not have learnt otherwise, and so you now feel grateful for the experience.

When you are going through a period during which life is really getting you down, try to recall previous times that were painful but that you now view with the wisdom of hindsight, and remind yourselves that everything passes, and that there are always moments of value, moments of happiness, and moments of laughter during your daily lives – moments that are often missed because of the intense focus you place on what is going wrong or needs fixing.  So make the intent to be aware of them and enjoy them.  When you do this your stress levels fall, and you find yourselves more at peace.

You are the masters of your destiny!  God created you perfect as members of His divine field of Love, endowed you with an infinite array of gifts, and honored your choices and decisions, including the choice you made to experience separation from Him.  You have now to chosen to terminate that experience – an illusory or imaginary state that exists only for as long as you support it.

You have supported it by seeing yourselves as separated individuals living in an unsafe world, in which you have to take constant care not to be overtaken by or caught up in some dangerous and painful event or situation that could even cause your death.  So you live on the defensive, only able to partially trust even those you love, always primed and ready to repel attack.  That state is a state of fear, and fear shuts out Love, refuses to acknowledge it, and focuses on the unloving personal energy fields that you have built around yourselves for protection, and which seems to demonstrate with monotonous regularity how wise you are to maintain them. Within the world where you are experiencing your human existence it seems insane to even consider dismantling that protective field, because when you look beyond it you see pain, suffering, chaos, and confusion everywhere, threatening your very existence.

Those of you who have had children know what it is to trust, and trust again, as your children frequently break that trust.  It is, as you well know, part of the process of growing from childhood to adulthood.  Finally your children mature and learn the wisdom that your trust has been demonstrating.  They then stop betraying it, allowing you both to rejoice in the love and honor in which you have always held each other.

But now, trust has to move out of the safe confines of the family to be widely shared, globally shared.  There will be disappointments, but to spread and share trust is part of humanity’s spiritual evolution, and when you do so with courage and determination you will be well supported by all in the spiritual realms.  Trust is growing now; it is an essential part of your awakening process.  Take part in that process and do not allow disappointment with some of the results to dissuade you from that noble task.  It is your collective intent to succeed, and so you will.

The illusion — an egoic idea to which you cling ferociously because it has convinced you that without your bodies you no longer exist — has only the power over you that you have given it, and you are very powerful beings. Focusing on the now moment is a very powerful intention that helps you on your Path to Awakening, because it is You focusing on being fully aware of your Divine nature, and during those quiet moments you will get occasional enticing glimpses of Reality. Reality is your eternal Home, and you never left it. However, you have done an extremely good job of convincing yourselves that you did. That is a demonstration of the enormous, in fact prodigious power, with which your Father endowed you at the moment of your creation. Within the illusory environment that appears to be your worldly home, it is very easy to be distracted by the physical, by rocks and bodies and trees, because you look for and see their physical representation, and yet, as your modern physics has shown you, there is nothing physical: It is all energy waves or energy fields, temporarily frozen in time. Frozen energy seems very solid, but physicality will dissolve when it no longer serves you, although the energy from which it is composed is everlasting. This is a very difficult concept to grasp as you observe so much death and decay all around you. Rocks just take a little longer to dissolve or disintegrate than biological forms.

You are also doing cleansing for humanity and the planet

Here in the spiritual realms our pleasure is intensifying as the new energies flow across the Earth, connecting all of humanity to the divine field of Love more securely than has been the case for a very long time.  Because its connection to you all has become so strong it is practically impossible for anyone to remain unaware of it.
Of course, vast numbers of your sisters and brothers who are very deeply asleep still do not know what is going on, or what is causing the internal emotional upheavals they are experiencing.

Of course, vast numbers of your sisters and brothers who are very deeply asleep still do not know what is going on, or what is causing the internal emotional upheavals they are experiencing.  Over-the-counter medications are not helping to suppress these unwelcome sensations, so they are having to address them, often for the first time.  Be patient, therefore, when you encounter people who are behaving strangely – angry, depressed, sad, exhausted – and be prepared to lend them an ear if they need to talk.  Otherwise, intend to send them love, compassion, forgiveness, and healing because it is what they need in the moment, and your intentions in this field are now very powerful.

You are all here to assist in the awakening process, as you very well know, but it still needs to be brought to your attention regularly and frequently, because many of you are also undergoing intense personal emotional cleansing that tends to distract you from the task you have taken on for this lifetime.  Effectively you are doing your own cleansing, and you are also doing cleansing for humanity and the planet, which is why you are so honored.

Quiet time alone in prayer, contemplation, or meditation needs to be an absolutely essential part of your daily routines, regardless of how busy you are – and we know that some of you truly are extremely busy.  While in that safe and quiet space – and you might be stuck in slow-moving traffic while taking that time out – just remind yourselves and say “I am Love,” because there is nothing else, and it need only take you a moment.  This is a very powerful affirmation because it is absolutely and undeniably true, as you know at the depths of your being, even if you to tend to discount it out of a false sense of humility.

This time on this day is the only time there is because, as you know, time is part of the illusion, so the only time that exists is Now!  For humanity experiencing life in the illusion, that statement makes no sense, and yet it is true.  When you wake up, you will move out of your awareness of time and the deadlines and limitations that it appears to impose upon you and settle into the eternal now moment where all that exists, all of creation is eternally present.  So that moment in the traffic jam, when you say “I am Love,” is the eternal never-ending now, when all that occurs does so.

So Reality, the Home you have never left and to which you intend to return, is pure energy.  You know how powerful electricity can be when it is appropriately organized, or how powerful is the discharge from an electrical storm; well that is as nothing compared to the power of which each one of you is composed.  You are more powerful than a nuclear explosion, or your sun, or black holes.  You are infinitely powerful beings temporarily “on holiday” from Reality, and it is your destiny to awaken.  Your awakening is inevitable, so take time daily to remind yourselves of this, and let go of all the petty egoic distractions that tend to hold you to ransom. Embrace and share the Love that you are with everyone with whom you interact as you race towards Home.

To Awaken is the name of the game for all of humanity. The last stages of the game are at hand, and all the players are gathering together to encourage and support one another in these final moments. All over the world, awareness of the absolute need to treat everyone with respect, acceptance, compassion, and love is growing exponentially, and signs of that are showing up in the mainstream media. Peaceful demonstrations to raise awareness, to raise consciousness of the plight of the suppressed, of the enslaved (yes, many are still effectively enslaved by unscrupulous and severely damaged “leaders”), and of the impoverished are occurring with increasing frequency and having a dramatic effect. There is a rush on as you all work overtime

Here in the spiritual realms, the realms where form is also possible but seldom availed of, we observe with joy and gratification the tremendous progress humanity is making as it collectively moves towards the Grand Awakening.  Yes, you really are moving most auspiciously and determinedly towards that exciting event, and you cannot fail to reach it.  Just continue to intend for humanity to Awaken, and continue to hold love for humanity — every human without exception — in your hearts as you practice loving thoughts, words, and actions in your daily lives.

And when you think you have failed, as many of you berate yourselves far too frequently for doing – perhaps for instance because you reacted angrily or self-centeredly – forgive yourselves immediately and remake your intent to be loving at all times.  Dwelling with remorse on your apparent failures is an egoic distraction and drains your energy; It is basically an exercise in pursuing and embracing guilt which serves no useful purpose.  When a mistake has been made, correct it if possible, and then move on.

You are perfect divine Beings having an embodied human experience, which means that you have chosen to experience limitation in knowledge, wisdom, intelligence, compassion, and love.  Consequently, you will make errors and do or say things that you later, or instantly, will wish that you had not.  Those are just lessons that you have chosen to learn, so note them and move forward.  Life in your limited state of consciousness is a little like learning to play a musical instrument: You have to put in lots of practice to reach an adequate stage of competence, and even when you have achieved the standard that pleases you and that you aim to maintain, you still need to practice regularly, and even then you will still make errors.  It is no big deal — it is merely life in the illusion.

After many lifetimes on Earth, humanity has collectively chosen this epoch as the one in which it will Awaken.  There is a rush on as you all work overtime to release the remaining aspects of yourselves that do not serve a divine purpose, and make your final preparations for this grand event.  Whenever you feel that life is not flowing smoothly enough, that the stress and anxiety is getting to you, that you are too tired to continue, be aware of those sensations, remind yourselves that where you are is where you have chosen to be for your own Highest Good, and that you are in fact always and eternally a beloved child of God.

You are just having an unpleasant — terrifying, horrifying, miserable, relentlessly unsatisfactory (choose whatever adjective best suits the way you view your situation) — dream or nightmare which is coming to an end.  Then go to your place of inner quiet, that soft, safe space within.  Center yourself as best you can and ask your Guides for help with the situation so that you can see it more clearly.  Add a positive spin to it or look for the humor in it (truly there is always an amusing side to practically any situation if you can stop taking yourselves too seriously), and move courageously and optimistically forwards.  You will definitely feel better after doing this.

Remember, you exist eternally within the field of divine Love which embraces all of creation.  Consequently, you can engage with it any time you choose to do so, and as a result of the new energies surrounding your planet and supporting each one of you, doing that is now much easier.  Re-engaging with it, for those of you who have been temporarily disengaged, is like starting to practice playing your musical instrument again after laying it aside for a while.  You have not forgotten how to play it, but you are a bit rusty and have to do extra practice to regain your accustomed and intended competence.  Love is your nature, and if you have not been practicing for a while then a little more focus is required.  Rest assured that you will, if you ask for it, receive an abundance of help from your Guides or anyone in the spiritual realms on whom you wish to call, because our joy is to assist you in your Awakening process.

To Awaken is the name of the game for all of humanity.  The last stages of the game are at hand, and all the players are gathering together to encourage and support one another in these final moments.  All over the world, awareness of the absolute need to treat everyone with respect, acceptance, compassion, and love is growing exponentially, and signs of that are showing up in the mainstream media.  Peaceful demonstrations to raise awareness, to raise consciousness of the plight of the suppressed, of the enslaved (yes, many are still effectively enslaved by unscrupulous and severely damaged “leaders”), and of the impoverished are occurring with increasing frequency and having a dramatic effect.

As humans you have become so conditioned to believe that life is an endless succession of strife-driven struggles that that is what you mostly experience. When you engage with hope and with faith in the power of Love, of God, unexpected, almost unbelievable, changes happen which relieve that strife. But mostly you do so only momentarily before your conditioning returns you to your old beliefs, and the power and enthusiasm for the wonders of life that was building within you seems to drain away. You become once more weighed down by the daily grind that is the life that so many of you are experiencing.

You are each a master of what you choose to pay attention to

Well, as I have told you before, humanity is on a roll!  The Awakening process for you all is proceeding very rapidly indeed, and the loving energy that you LightBearers and WayShowers are demonstrating and sharing is proving extremely effective in helping this process along.  Keep it up, because you are doing great work — work that no one else can do — and that is why you chose to be here at this time.  You are to awaken to a great honoring of your most noble and compassionate roles in humanity’s unavoidable and inevitable awakening.  Just keep releasing all that “stuff” that keeps coming up for you, seemingly inexplicably.  Only some of it is your own, much more of it is of the collective who are still too deeply asleep to release it on their own, and their gratitude to you will astound you.

As you allow yourselves to acknowledge that change of an essential nature is taking place, then so will you be able to become increasingly aware of it.  It has not been hidden or kept secret; It is just that, to put it bluntly, you have been captivated by the bad news, the disasters and catastrophes prominently broadcast by the news media and have tended to ask, “How could God allow this to happen?”

God does not allow or disallow; He just offers a helping hand so that you can exit the illusory quagmire that has seemingly been holding you captive and involved as observers and fixers in all the unloving activities that are still going on across the world.  Take His hand.

Focus on Love – sharing It, demonstrating It, engaging with It – by looking for and seeing the Christ in everyone, for no one is without the Christ energy: It has just remained unacknowledged and therefore has not been called upon for help nearly often enough.  Too much time and energy has been spent judging, blaming, and condemning, instead of looking for the Love that is securely anchored in every earthborn living soul.  Focusing on Love has enormous power. If you could see and understand what occurs when you do just this – nothing else, just this – your amazement would overwhelm you, and you would be unable to understand why you were not doing just this in every moment of your existence.  It is what your Father does!  And you are reflections of Him, inseparable aspects of Him, eternally one with Him.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough the immense power of Love.  There is nothing stronger; it is as simple as that.  Large numbers of you have, at various times, “fallen in love,” and when this has happened to you you have been overwhelmed with joy and happiness, and with the way it seems to empower you.  You feel not only that nothing is impossible but also very intensely that the love you are feeling must be visible to everyone with whom you come in contact.  What you experience as embodied humans when that occurs is but the most infinitesimal sense of what actually awaits you when you awaken into Reality and into the Love in which your Father embraces you eternally.

Love, as you have been frequently informed, is the power, the energy, and the intelligence of creation itself.  Everything that exists was created in Love, by Love for the infinite pleasure that it would then enjoy, basking in and forever savoring the divine embrace in which all is encompassed.  So, when you want to achieve something, when you intend to achieve something, the way to do so is to engage with Love.  You are all children of Love; Love is your eternal nature, and it is by engaging with It that all that you could possibly desire not only becomes possible, but actually occurs.

By constantly behaving lovingly, compassionately, and generously you are bring humanity to awakening, although at present many of you are plagued with doubts about whether this is really possible.  There is no need for these doubts. Release them . . . because they only distract you by drawing you off your paths and into all those fearful “what if?” thoughts that can so effectively bring you to a standstill of indecision and confusion.

There is an amusing song that many of you may have heard: “Always look on the bright side of life,” which is obviously meant as a rather tongue-in-cheek suggestion.  Nevertheless, you are each a master of what you choose to pay attention to: You can choose to be an optimist or a pessimist.  Moods, which, like the weather, can be seen as good or bad, will flow through your lives and pass on.  But when you are tired it is very easy to cling to and travel with the bad ones — the ones that drag you along with them by worrying or depressing you.

With the new energies swirling abundantly all around you it is now much easier for you to become aware that you have become caught up in a bad mood, and then acknowledge it and release it to flow freely on its way.  You do have to make a positive decision or choice to do so, but when you do, the sense of blackness or gloom will lift quite rapidly.  So become aware of being aware of moods in which you are apparently enmeshed and choose to let them go.  As you do so, remind yourselves that you are divine beings of infinite power, and then intend very determinedly to look on and see “the bright side of life.”  It is always there for you, and it is far more enjoyable than doubting and worrying.  Go for it, look on the bright side!  After all, that is what your Father is offering you in every moment of your existence; you only have to choose to accept it.

You can mightily strengthen the energy field surrounding you as well as the effect you have on others by distancing yourselves as far as possible from engaging with the drama and emotions that bad news encourages. Instead, quietly intend to send love and compassion to any who are hurt, and at the same time reconfirm your intent for humanity to Awaken into awareness of its holiness as children of God. In your present embodied state as humans, it is almost impossible for you to appreciate how incredibly effective that kind of intention is, but rest assured that every loving intent that you make further intensifies humanity’s collective intent to awaken. As you take your daily quiet times for prayer, meditation, and reflection, what you should reflect on is the fact that you are Divine beings who have been sleeping --literally sleeping in amnesia-- and while in that state have temporarily forgotten who YOU are. Then remake and restate your firm intention to Awaken and ask your spiritual guides, the saints, and the angels to assist you. Doing so is an extremely powerful choice and decision, and it will speed you along your Path.

A sea change in the way information is released into the public domain is underway

We are watching with joy from here in the spiritual realms as the divine energies surrounding you all start to really take effect, so much so that even in your mainstream news media some “good news” is being reported, albeit with a certain lack of the overarching enthusiasm that they show when disasters strike! Nevertheless, it is a sign of things to come.  The Good News can no longer be ignored, dismissed, or go unreported.  A sea change in the way information is released into the public domain is underway, although that reportage always lags behind when it comes to reporting on the alterations occurring in attitudes, behaviors, and awareness that have resulted in those changes.

Much is happening worldwide that will amaze you when you hear of it.  The field of divine Love works constantly and surreptitiously to enable and bring about the essential behavioral changes that will ensure that an end to grinding poverty, contagious diseases, and desecration of the planet is achieved smoothly and effectively. As that happens, planetwide healing of the earth herself and of all the life forms she supports will accelerate as the constant damaging activities that have encouraged and maintained those wretched conditions cease.  That cessation of widespread damaging activities will release enormous quantities of energy to assist in the necessary cleansing and renewal that needs to occur to return your planet to a state of tranquility in which her health, beauty, and abundance can thrive so that the needs of all who rely on her wellness for their own well-being can be fully met.

All of creation is interdependent, mutually supportive, and harmoniously cooperative, because that is how God so lovingly creates, but when you built the illusion to experience separation, awareness of that essential aspect of existence became lost as rugged individualism sought to prove that it was strong, independent, and resourceful.  That naturally led to the state in which people frequently robbed each other instead of cooperating with one another for the benefit of all, and the damage those attitudes brought about have finally begun to be understood.  Many are now working to replace conflict and unhealthy competition with harmonious cooperation.  Their numbers are growing daily, and with the assistance that you are receiving from the new energies with which you are willingly engaging success in that endeavor is assured.  As I told you in “ A Course in Miracles,” and as you well know at the depths of your being: “Heaven is here. There is nowhere else. Heaven is now. There is no other time.”  That knowing is to break through into your conscious experiential awareness, changing your perception of one another and of the world around you, permanently.

What you presently perceive as reality, the physical world and all that it is composed of – humanity, the flora, fauna, and mineral realms – will be seen in a new and magnificent light of acceptance, understanding, appreciation, and thanks, as the lessons it has enabled you to learn become apparent, so that you could prepare to awaken from the nightmares of pain and suffering that you have been undergoing.  You are indeed in a New Age, and the changes that are occurring as a result of that are becoming ever more visible.

The illusion encourages fear; It broadcasts fear to whomever will pay attention, and it basks in the belief of fear, to which so many humans are enslaved. If you release fear, then you cannot be driven or controlled. And when, despite your fear, you do something that frightens you, then the trepidation you expected to feel will be far less than you had imagined. Fear is a method of control that is used to great effect, and ironically, often the most fearful are those whose lives appear to be the most secure. Within the illusion you've created on the Earth School, nothing makes sense. The prevailing ethos is “Love is weak! — Avoid it! — Conquer your fears by being strong, forceful, demanding, certain, and inflexible!” But Love is like the ocean pounding on the rocks. The ocean is flexible, dynamic, yielding, all-enveloping, and the rocks get worn away.

Fear is an illness, and it is healed by Love, compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance

The purpose of an illusion is to capture your full attention in order to distract you so that you do not see something the illusionist wants to keep hidden, unseen, and unrecognized by you.  And you are the illusionist!  You wanted God to remain hidden, unseen, unrecognized.  And the illusion that you built has worked extremely well.  However, the vast majority of humanity has had its fill --the value of novelty wears off-- and now wants and intends to see and recognize what has been hidden.  That intent is completely in alignment with the Will of God, and therefore cannot fail to be achieved; Consequently, humanity will awaken, and into eternal joy.

Your Divine destiny is inevitable, but you have free will and can therefore delay your arrival ...delay your Awakening indefinitely if you choose to do so — remember that time is also illusory!  Not releasing your baggage delays you: All the emotional “stuff” that has accumulated over the eons, and over your many earth lifetimes ...delays you and your inevitable Awakening. With the new energies enveloping the Earth, and consequently surrounding and affecting everyone on the planet, all that stuff is bursting into your awareness from your inner depths where it has been hidden, causing unsettling emotional disturbances or inner turmoil. All that you need to do is acknowledge it without dwelling on it, and allow it to pass on, as it will.  You no longer need any of it (you never really did!), and engaging with it and attempting to make sense of it is a big distraction for you.  Just allow it to flow through and it will.  Yes, it is uncomfortable – like pulling a splinter or a thorn out of your flesh, it hurts – but if you do not remove it, it festers and becomes infected, far more painful, and demands even more of your attention lest it become gangrenous.

Again, it is your choice whether to dwell on it or let it go, and that is where forgiveness achieves wonders because it is the healing balm par excellence. When you have been offended or abused, your egos rise to protect you, insisting that you require and deserve restitution, while demanding recognition of and punishment for the one who has hurt you.  It is a natural human response.  However, if you dwell on the offense or abuse by remembering with bitterness the pain it caused, and remember the emotional charge it carries ...is further energized leading to resentment and anger which eats away at you, making peace or contentment impossible.

When you choose to forgive the perpetrator — and to make that choice you need to see the event, the incident from a new perspective — healing occurs and your pain starts to reduce.  Your intent to forgive strengthens further and the pain dissolves.  You can of course remember what happened, but it no longer causes you pain and you do not dwell on it because there are happier and more interesting things to occupy your mind.

If forgiveness seems impossible for you to even consider, then ask your guides or angels for help.  Describe what happened as though you were telling a close friend, and then release to them the story you have just told with the intent that the emotional charge you are holding be released.  Your intent is an amazingly powerful tool but it certainly helps to ask for assistance from those in the spiritual realms when setting it or using it.  And they are always there --ready and willing to assist.

Often when you share a story of abuse or pain with a friend they will commiserate with you, take your side, and agree that what occurred was indeed unconscionable.  That is, in a way, what friends are for --in the moment.  But afterwards, when you want to free yourself from the pain, retelling the story also strengthens your sense of being victimized, disabling your ability to view the event from a perspective that allows you to recognize the intense pain being experienced by your abuser, who is calling out for love, and your own deep, though hidden, desire to forgive.

Truly, because you are Divine beings, Beings of Love, your innermost desire is to share and extend your Love indiscriminately and unconditionally through compassion, understanding, healing, and forgiveness.  However, since you built the illusion, you have hidden that part of yourselves, the major part of yourselves, from your egoic selves which find it threatening and terrifying.  The egoic part of you believes that the world is a very dangerous place, and it is constantly presented with evidence to prove that this is so.  You have probably noticed that those who appear more calm and more at peace with themselves are generally far less ego-driven than those who are driven by commitments and deadlines that absolutely must be honored.  And that the former are far less accident- and incident-prone than the latter.

They divide and traumatize you, encouraging you to build barriers between yourselves that disguise who you really are and present an image, a shield behind which you can hide. But these images terrify you all; They are threatening and demanding, requiring you to defend them from aggression which is almost always present. They force you, out of fear, to maintain the unreal state of separation that caused the fear in the first place. A catch-22 situation, you are currently living on Earth.

You have every reason to be in high spirits

Humanity’s awakening from the illusion into Reality is a done deal — it always has been, ever since the moment of creation.  Reality is where you reside permanently, and you are presently returning Home there, from a seemingly long and arduous journey to a most glorious welcome.  You have every reason to be in high spirits.  Nevertheless, at the moment it is difficult for the majority of you to perceive this because the length of time that you have spent away from Home has severely dulled your memory of the glory awaiting you there.

Life in the illusion has been exhausting.  There have been many painful lessons that you chose to learn while engaged with it, and they have required much energy, determination, and persistence.  Nevertheless, you have remained true to yourselves and your purpose as you struggled with the experiences that life in the illusion presented to you.  Often, that has not been clear as you suffered the pain and sadness caused by the apparent separation from your Father, and at times it seemed to you that yours was a lost cause: “Was there really a heavenly Father, an infinite Source, a divine and all-powerful Intelligence, or was He simply an illusion?”  Well, you held to your paths – all different, but leading to the same goal: To awaken into Reality – and you will find amazing rewards when you complete them and arrive Home.  Hang in there for these last few stretches of the journey that seems so interminable; The end is close.

A new day of brilliance and color unlike anything that humanity has ever experienced is set to dawn, bringing you unmitigated joy as all your fears and anxieties fall away, leaving permanent peace, harmony and contentment to replace them.  This is the day you have all yearned, prayed, and hoped for since you started searching for the divine Reality from which it seemed you had been excluded, shut out, perhaps even exiled, with no hope of return due to your sinfulness.  But as you know, deep within yourselves where the divine and inextinguishable flame of God’s Love for you resides, “sinfulness” is of the illusion and has no place in Reality.  You are immortal divine beings, created in Love, who chose to play with an absence of Love, separated from It, as you experimented with the freedom and power with which God had endowed you.

You were created One with Him and chose to individuate to experience the thrill of separation and apparent independence from Him.  This could only be done by building an illusion, an unreal environment in which to imagine that state, and the powerful abilities with which you had been endowed enabled you to do so.  The time has come for you to dismantle that unreal environment and return Home, leaving behind all the trauma and suffering that you invented to amuse yourselves.  Little did you understand that when you decided to play these games how painful and terrifying they were going to be.

There is only God!  All life is part of God, He is all that exists, and without Him there would be nothing – an impossible, implausible, and inconceivable state of affairs.  So to build an imaginary and illusory reality separate from Him could only lead to terror.  And consequently, you have all experienced terror.

The real state of Love in which you are eternally enveloped is permanent, changeless, utterly wonderful.  That is why thought of change is so traumatic for so many of you.  Your move into the illusion was a change of inconceivable magnitude which caused you instant trauma, as life was reduced from a condition of total loving abundance and harmony to one of unimaginable lack where it seemed that you had to fight constantly for your very survival.  And that fear remains.

However, within the illusion on your Earth School, change is not only possible ...it is essential for your well-being.  The illusion you created and in which you live is formed from a collection of judgmental beliefs of right and wrong, good and bad, acceptable and unacceptable, which can only induce fear and dread.  You call it duality, a state of either/or; whereas Reality in the Higher Dimensions is a state of and/and, oneness, indiscriminate loving acceptance, in which all are welcome, all belong, and all reside in utter joy.

The new energies flooding the planet since the end of Duality on Dec 21, 2012, are intensifying so that you can feel them, embrace them, and through them recognize and reclaim your Oneness with each other in Love and Trust.  You will become aware, fully aware, that all are ONE, that all are interconnected through the divine field of Love in which all that exists resides permanently, harmoniously, joyfully ...forever.  And then you will have Awakened.

In truth you have all to a greater or lesser extent enclosed yourselves in limited and exclusive environments – your churches, your clubs, your political affiliations, your work places, your ethnicities, even your families. When you Awaken, those self-imposed limits, those boundaries, those inflexible and “self-evident” beliefs will fall away and you will see with new eyes, hear with new ears, sense with new senses. You will recognize yourselves as One, and your joy will be infinite. This merging and melding of timelines will continue until there is only one, and then that too will dissolve, disintegrate, disappear, leaving only Oneness, Creation, God. But no one will be lost because all sentient life is eternal, immortal, fully integrated into the divine energy field. What you see and experience as separate and individual is illusory. All is interconnected permanently. It is just that your very limited perception hides this from you.

To live timelessly will delight you

In Reality life is fun, great fun!  Here in the spiritual realms, there is always an air of playfulness as we attend to the work in hand.  Of course work here is not in the remotest sense like work on Earth, where most of you struggle to manage your financial obligations and feed and shelter your loved ones, frequently doing work that you positively dislike.

What we call work is our vocation, our calling, our brief, an occupation to which we are perfectly suited, and which stimulates us, excites us, fascinates us, and entrances us – it is “following our bliss” – and we are constantly, enthusiastically engaged with it because of that.  Needless to say, it is endlessly creative and uplifting.

When you Awaken, you will take your places beside us — already reserved for you since the moment of your creation — engaging actively and harmoniously with us in this, which is in effect an ongoing, sublime symphony in praise of Love, Life, Sentience, Consciousness, Oneness, the Source of all that exists, our Father, God.

Words are truly utterly inadequate forms of symbolism with which to describe or even try to paint mental pictures that attempt to express what we do here in Reality. Even the word “do” in this context is quite meaningless.  When you Awaken, then you will understand the difficulties that we have in communicating meaningfully with you while you remain unawakened and totally reliant on symbols to provide you with information and knowledge.

The environment in which you are presently experiencing life seems vast and complex to you, especially when you take into account the universe which envelops your home planet, the galaxy that enfolds it, and your own lack of magnitude.  However, compared to God’s divine Reality, in which all that exists is contained, it is as nothing.

Your Awakening is to be an amazing event of enormous significance.  It is an event towards which you have been making your way for eons as you played with the concept of linear time, and that concept is now unraveling.  To live timelessly will delight you: No deadlines, no anxious waiting periods, no missed opportunities, life unfolding for you all at once and actively encouraging your participation, now and forever.  It has to be experienced to be understood, and the joy of that experience awaits you.

Many many timelines in your earthly scenario are now merging and coming together in a way that is presently wholly inconceivable to you.  In a sense, each one of you, each individual human being has his or her own personal timeline, which folds and wrinkles, swerves and curves, as you make decisions and choices that interact with and alter the direction in which your lifepath is taking you, moment to moment.

Because you are each seemingly locked to your own individual paths – doctor, scientist, artist, student, soldier, mother, father, etc. – it is very difficult for you to grasp any real sense of another’s.  It is a bit like eating ice cream, or swimming: You see others doing it, you know what it feels like for you, but your individual experiences are just that – yours, individual, separate, different.  As these timelines merge, this will all change, and you will start to experience the meaning of Oneness.

This merging and melding of timelines will continue until there is only one, and then that too will dissolve, disintegrate, disappear, leaving only Oneness, Creation, God.  But no one will be lost because all sentient life is eternal, immortal, fully integrated into the divine energy field.  What you see and experience as separate and individual is illusory.  All is interconnected permanently.  It is just that your very limited perception hides this from you.

Every one of you knows someone whom you see as fixed, inflexible, attached to an unreal belief that he thinks defines him, while it is apparent to others that he is living in his own illusory world, unaware by choice or ignorance of the unreality of his belief, of his situation, of how he presents himself to the world, and convinced that all those around him are odd, wrong, even insane.

Any personal lack of self-esteem is totally inappropriate

Humanity is advancing rapidly towards awakening into its natural state of being fully conscious at all times.  Your awareness of your spiritual essence is growing, and as a direct result you are doing less and less from an unconscious state, from a state of unawareness, and so you are observing and questioning your thoughts, words, and actions quite rigorously in contrast to what you were doing as recently as last year, 2012.  And this is very good news.  It demonstrates that your spiritual evolution is progressing extremely well in response to the new energies that have enveloped you.

Of course this new awareness can be unsettling because you find yourselves observing and questioning attitudes and behaviors of which you were previously almost wholly unconscious, or, if somewhat aware, which you thought were perfectly normal and appropriate.  Now you are often not so sure.  To be unsure and questioning is the start of the release from fear, because fear generally leads to denial and suppression.  It takes courage to question your assumptions, to recognize that some – or even most – of your habitual patterns of behavior are not something to be proud of, and then to take appropriate action to change them.  By changing them, you change yourselves – the selves that you present to the world.  And then, on top of that, other people notice the changes in you, which can also be unsettling.

Remember, it is not you that is changing – you are a perfect, divine being; you always have been, and you always will be.  It is your perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors that are changing as you bring them steadily into alignment with your divine and loving nature.  You are allowing yourselves to be yourselves, and you are discarding the masks and disguises that you have been wearing and hiding behind fearfully for eons.  You are rediscovering yourselves, and that is uplifting, inspiring, and very life-affirming for you.  It is demonstrating very positively for you that any personal lack of self-esteem, sense of unworthiness, or even worthlessness is totally inappropriate.  To rediscover yourselves is a most joyful experience; in fact it can be quite ecstatic as you realize that not only do you deserve honor and respect, but that it is literally your God-given right to receive it.

As that realization forcefully penetrates your consciousness it becomes impossible for you to continue wearing your masks and disguises for a moment longer.  You have a right to be you.  You have a responsibility to be you.  You have the honor of being you.  And there is absolutely no one else that you could be.  And that realization is wholly liberating and exhilarating for you.

And it is not just you that is experiencing this change of perception: all of humanity is undergoing this process, and it is very startling for most of them. They are wondering what on earth is happening to them!  And they need reassurance that no, they are not going insane.  So shine your Light on high, let the loving and gentle breeze of the all-encompassing divine energy field breathe on It so that It expands into a brilliant flaming beacon of love and compassion helping to guide home those who feel lost and confused by the new waves of energy that are flowing through them and suffusing them.  That is your task, and it is a delightful one that will bring you much happiness because you are perfectly qualified to carry it out.

Settle comfortably into your place of peace, that inner space that you have been creating with love and which has become increasingly accessible the more you use it — to pray, meditate, or commune with your angels and guides.  Now open your hearts and intend to send love, compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, kindness, and healing to all who come to mind, and to all of humanity.

It does not matter whether or not you get any sense of the energy that you are sharing, that is flowing out through you.  Rest assured that it most definitely is flowing, and most effectively.  It is your intent that drives the flow of energy, and your ability to sense it is not important.  That intent is also God’s Will for all humanity, so when you intend it, your intent aligns with His, and you are then doing most effectively what you incarnated to do, and for which you are divinely honored.

In that holy space Love embraces you, and your strength and conviction in God’s eternal Love for you intensifies, so do not forget to go there daily.  Each time you do so, set the intent to return, and then the distractions of daily life are far less likely to engage you to the extent that you forget.  Take time out there daily. You know you need to, and you know it works wonders for you.  That daily period of quietness in the center of the storm that is daily life for so many is absolutely essential for your health and well-being – and for the health and well-being of all of humanity.

In the spiritual realms we are very well aware of the difficulties, the anxieties, and the suffering that so many of you are undergoing, and that is why we constantly encourage you to enter your place of inner peace and hold that loving intent.  It heals you and brings you peace, and it helps humanity to heal and find peace, and it leads all towards awakening.

Your daily periods of quiet solitude will bring you ever closer to that natural state as the stresses and anxieties of daily life fall away.

Your quiet periods are essential for your health and happiness

We are all One --humanity, other citizens of the Universe, and all in the spiritual realms-- as you well know.  However, on Earth it is very difficult for the majority of you, the vast majority of you, to acquire a true understanding of what that actually means.  You experience life as individuals with individual needs --shelter, clothing, food, rest, an income-- and to imagine yourself as One with all sentient life, let alone your immediate neighbors, is enigmatical to say the least.  And yet it does make sense because you can see that what one does often affect another; and you feel compassion for the suffering of another, which you would not if you were not all connected, all One.

As all are One, to awaken is a collective event  ...an event for which you have been preparing for a long time, and now that moment is drawing closer.  You have heard that before, many times, and it is becoming a little like a bad joke as you wait expectantly and see no sign of it.  Frustration and disappointment have upset many of you, undermining your faith at times.  But those periods pass, and your faith strengthens again as you maintain your intent and allow us to offer you succor and guidance in your daily interludes of quietness and prayer.

Those time periods are essential to your well-being, and during them you have an enormously powerful effect on the divine energy field enveloping the planet because you interact with it by opening your hearts to receive the abundance of Love that is the energy field in which you have your eternal existence.

Often, maybe most of the time, you do not feel it or sense it; but it envelops you always, and it shows itself when you make choices that bring you peace and relieve your stress or anxiety.  You are never alone, unsupported, although in the physical dimension the opposite is definitely experienced.  But when you accept that experience and surrender to it, its intensity decreases, because by surrendering you allow the divine energy field to strengthen and fortify you, and you experience that as a reduction in fear, anxiety, and stress, similar to the release that you feel in those daily interludes of quietness.

It is impossible to overstress the importance of taking time out regularly every day, to be alone, quiet, and relaxed, as you allow the divine energy field to meld ever more fully with your own.  The more integrated these energy fields become ...the more easily you can relax into the Love that embraces you, letting it suffuse you and then flow through you to interact with all in your vicinity, everyone on the planet, and the planet Herself, thus reiterating your Oneness with all of creation.

Initially your mind will be busy with thoughts rushing in to fill the space that you are attempting to make there in which to be quiet and peaceful, because it is used to busyness and feels uncomfortable when stilled.  Do not judge yourselves as wrong or failing when this happens, because you have made the intent to still your mind and with practice you will succeed.  Just persist, accepting whatever occurs – maybe streams of thoughts that you will want to judge as unwholesome, inappropriate, or evil! – because your ego-mind will do its utmost to engage your attention using the strangest and most unsettling of shock tactics in order to regain your attention.

However, these periods of quiet undisturbed peace will become for you the most important parts of your day, because with practice they will deepen and intensify, and your mind will be less frequently disturbed by trains of thought that carry you away into distracting inner turmoil as you automatically and without awareness engage with them.  When awareness returns, as it will, do not berate yourselves. Instead, be pleased that your awareness has returned, and honor it for doing so. To berate or judge yourselves as wrong or inadequate is just to follow another distracting thought-train, until your awareness returns once more.

Ask for help and guidance during those periods you set aside daily for quietness of mind — and you will receive it.  Oftentimes, any anxieties or worries that were unsettling you will dissolve during these quiet periods.  The problems or issues causing them may not be resolved, but you will feel more at peace and better able to cope with them.  Your quiet periods are essential for your health and happiness, so indulge yourselves by allowing yourselves to take time for them.

Large organizations --governments, legislative bodies, religious and political administrations, and large corporations or multinational entities-- are no longer able to act with impunity and with total disregard for the wishes of those that they are supposedly serving. Their freedom to act has been severely curtailed because of the unacceptable and indeed abusive ways in which they have been using that freedom. Once, voices of reason within those organizations were heard and had the power and influence to ensure that their activities were ethical in nature and were then carried out ethically. That is no longer the case. They have become monsters of insatiable greed, destroying all that crossed their paths. They had to be stopped.

The Time has Come to Dismantle the Vast International Corporations

Here in the spiritual realms we watch with love and compassion as you continue to hold and display your Light to the world.

It is truly exceptionally effective, so although your media would have you believe that all is proceeding absolutely normally --from crisis to crisis, as “experts” attempt to resolve the issues that threaten the economic, social, and political stability all across the world-- rest assured that all is moving ahead as divinely planned and that all these issues will be resolved peacefully and most efficaciously for the benefit of all mankind.

Your loving intent is the most powerful way in which you can bring pressure to bear to effect the essential changes needed in attitudes and behaviors that will enable the seemingly insurmountable obstacles to resolution to be overcome. Love is the answer. You all know that, but frequently it is very difficult to maintain loving attitudes when caught up in the midst of outrageous ethical conflicts that divide negotiators into numerous warring factions, each of which is absolutely convinced that it is right, that it has the only sensible solutions, and then it does everything in its often considerable power to win the negotiations!

That approach has never worked and never will. It has been consistently tried throughout the eons, as history demonstrates so clearly, but it just does not work. Before the present era, that approach was extremely damaging to humanity, but your free will was honored as you tried to make the system work. Now, with the new technical abilities available to almost every nation, making destruction of the planet as an environment that will support life increasingly possible, in fact highly likely, a divine intervention could not be avoided.

You retain your free will, but very necessary limits have been placed on the amount of damage you can do with your technologies. Going beyond those limits will not be permitted or tolerated. This is obviously good for humanity, although some of your more aggressive leaders will try to circumvent these limits, and will try to persuade you that what they wish to do is essential for your safety and survival. Do not believe them. You all have ample amounts of wisdom and discernment to enable you to see clearly when those excessively aggressive ones are misleading you or lying to you.

Humanity wants peace and abundance for all, and the evidence for that is profuse. The time has come to dismantle the vast international corporations that believe that only they have the right, the knowledge, and the skills to govern the planet. All their agendas, as you well know, are utterly self-serving, and the power to control that they have amassed is unconscionable, especially in the light of the damage that they continue to inflict on humanity and the planet, and for which they refuse to acknowledge any sense of responsibility.

You are not alone as you bear your Light on high and determine to behave with love and compassion in all situations. You are ably assisted by the powerful divine energies enveloping the planet which are encouraging and inspiring so many to become aware of the dire need for change and to take appropriate action to bring that change about.

Love is irresistible, invincible, and unstoppable. Know that the changes necessary to establish food, shelter, health, and abundance for all on Earth are already occurring, and that your personal intent, the loving intent of each one of you is bringing this about. You are dearly honored and mightily respected for what you have chosen as your life paths in order to ensure that this new Golden Age is brought to fruition quickly and effectively. Continue holding the Light and sharing the Love as the divine Will is accomplished.
