The global movement toward freedom is strengthening each day, and even the military challenges experienced by many in their pursuit of justice can only temporarily delay the inevitable. A huge upwelling of consciousness has swept across your globe and is ready to advance in earnest upon the forces of the dark. We have watched this Light-energy gather strength throughout the past Gregorian year and remain steadfast in the face of the deplorable militarism resorted to by the dark. This freedom rally has presented each of you with the opportunity to show your deep disapproval of the dark's agenda, with their determination to escape accountability for their illegal and pernicious schemes. Several governments and wealthy, interested parties joined with your Ascended Masters to drive the dark from your world, and now, many organizations, both private and public, have convened to work out the scope of this movement. Together with Agarthan and our support you are most assuredly approaching a grand success!

While all this is going on, the foundations for new governance and a new economic system have been laid. A grand coalition is forming out of its beginnings on your Internet and is now using its newfound abilities to structure an across-the-board solution to your myriad difficulties. It is paramount that you maintain your powerful focus, thus demonstrating to the dark that even its most elaborate of schemes cannot and will not be allowed to succeed. A new force has arisen! It is to be seen in the skies above you and in the growing intuitive wisdom of your collective hearts. Far from the post-apocalyptic hell planned for you by the dark, it will be a new age of Light and full consciousness. From deep within the dying structure, Light is gestating new life and preparing to give birth in an exuberant flurry of creativity. Indeed, this flurry can already be perceived at the grass-roots while the economy and its corrupt, sclerotic government twin are manifestly in their death twitches. You will then be ready to take your place among the multitudes of physical Angels who are in service to the unfoldment of the divine plan. In this galaxy we have formed ourselves into a comity of star-nations called the Galactic Federation of Light. This sacred union has a specific task: to bring Light to this galaxy. This it has done. The preliminary requirements for funding the St. Germaine global Trust are completed! We expect this disbursement momentarily. We have also asked if the steps to legally remove several governments are finished, and the reply was in the affirmative. As a result we are liaising with the Agarthans and the Galactic Federation to firm up a date for disclosure. The galactics, as per previous agreements, have positioned a number of ships to back up the governmental transitions, and the accompanying arrest procedures are being reviewed by the law enforcement agencies in these governments. The time has come for the long-anticipated first domino. Let this sacred moment deliver all that we have been patiently working toward!

Greetings! I am Metatron, Lord of Light! As the heralded 2012 approaches, we encompass each of you in a vector and field of Unconditional Love within coded light. We nurture you, we honor each of you. We know you by heart, by tone, by name. It has always been so!

You are entering 2012, the 12th Wave of the Ascension ... and so much awaits you. The anticipation is palpable, in both your physical realm, and ours. Oh Dear Human, can you feel it!

The entry of 2012 will be quite different than your typical January for many on the planet. Rather than an energetic decline that often occurs after your holiday season, there will not be the 'January doldrums blues.' Rather a quickening, an excitement, a crisp energy that will sharpen immensely after the new moon of January 23.

And so we speak on the nature of Light and of the Angelic Beings of Light. And we tell you in emphatic sincerity, you are all at source, amazing Beings of Divine Light. Angels are indeed, among you.

Guardian Angels

That you terms as Guardian Angels are in truth a unique melding of an aspect of your higher self with the Divine. A succinct energy field that may be termed a 'thought form' is created and energetically fed & filtered by your individual soul in conjunction with Angelic Forces in primary format. This field of 'Guardianship' can be expressed in myriad partnerships. These partnerships can include members of your 'soul-group' both in and above the physical realm. Angelics and 'deities that you pray to intermesh with your higher self to form a unique 3rd energy, both part of you and the 'Angelic', but with a somewhat separate identity. For example if you pray to Ganesh, or to Saint Germane or to an Archangel , that energy field becomes a 'personalized' guardian partner. This energy is also quite capable of interacting with you in the form of a 'Totem' or through a household pet.

Symbiotic Levels of Hierarchy

I, Metatron exist on two separate but symbiotic levels, the most familiar and accessible to humanity is as Archangel Metatron, yet on the higher level, I exist as Metatron, Lord of Light, but even this analogy cannot encompass or define my nature, and is only capable of doing so in aspectual terms.

As 'Lord of Light, I am a generator of the base units of realities, and universes. This level is devoid of what you would term personality. It is analogous to an engine, a divine conscious computer, of energy intensities beyond the gamma, illumination unimaginable to you. And there are levels well beyond me.

As Archangel Metatron, I nurture life.

I communicate with the channel Tyberonn not in words, but in light code 'packets'. He receives this communication by pre-earth agreement. A 'contract', if you will, of service for these times. In higher aspect Tyberonn is originally Pleiadean, and a member of the Cosmic Council of Light. We have had service together in other sojourns and dimensions. These codes are emitted from my higher aspect, transduced on the Archangelic level, and received in his higher self, intact for interpretation and transcription.

It can be said that on the higher aspect, I contain the plurality source, generate and emit the geometric frequencial consciousness codes of all that are transduced into the Angelic Realm of Light. As such there is both a hierarchal and non hierarchal aspect of the Angelic Realm, that is self determined by conscious crysto-light and light physics. It can be said that the Light-Beings of the Angelic Realm, in Metatronic terms, are conscious units of 'Source Divine Thought' and Beyond-Thought that create Light and 'Beyond Light.

The Angelics of the Metatronic Realm generate and embellish Coded-Light. Such light intermelds matter, antimatter, time and space. This is obviously not a conceptual view of Angelic function that is held by the masses of humanity, much less understood. However, in this context lies the glue that irrevocably adheres the sacred scientific to the sacred spiritual aspect of reality that forms the integral unified circle, key to humanity's evolving beyond duality.

Indeed in the present era of Ascension, you are evolving in ability to absorb greater light, and light is TRUTH, Universal Cosmic Truth of All That Is. The enigma that has obstructed full unity of humanity's consciousness in duality, especially in your present, is that science has omitted the sacred and the spiritual has excluded the scientific.

It may then surprise some of you to know that there are Hierarchies of Angelics dedicated in functional purpose to what you may term as Keepers of Physics. In that role, we are conscious constructs of the 'Laws of Physics' that enable dimensional realities. And we realize that the idea of angels being scientists and engineers will confuse most of you. We are smiling!

We tell you that the new metaphysicians, the new Light-workers' and Earth-Keepers, in your vernacular, are the scientists. Indeed those you refer to as the 'Crystal Children' are the 'sacred-savant' scientists that will in the next generations complete the circle of understanding and join the spiritual with the scientific. They will not be religious in the traditional sense, but we tell you, humanity will come closer to understanding 'God' through science than through religion. It is the missing piece of the puzzle.

Ascended Masters

Throughout the eons, humanity has tended to consider Ascended Masters, Spiritual Teachers, Group Councils, Deities and benevolent Extra Terrestrials as Angels. They are not.

The Cosmic Council of Light, Ascended Masters, the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance, are unified entities that operate generally in Councils. These are representative and advisory disciplines that express tenets, principles, theories and beliefs associated with a body of knowledge. The Cosmic Council of Light is composed primarily of highly advanced beings that have experienced and completed the lessons of physical duality, and have chosen to empathically assist humanity. Likewise many of the Sirian-Pleiadean Alliance have experienced life on earth.

God's Image

There are myriad life forms of Divine Intelligence in the Cosmos that have 'bodies' vastly different from the forms you have on earth. These are also created in 'God's Image'. And so understand the image of God that is life, is conscious light, is LOVE.

The Angelic Realm

Dear Ones, the state of 'Enlightenment' is just that, it is Beingness within Light...Integral Coherent Crystalline Light. The Ascension is around the Crystalline transition of the planet Earth. In kind, this crystalline transition makes available not only greater access to higher dimensions, but also the shift of humanity into Mer-Ka-Ba, Crystalline Light Body. The Mer-Ka-Ba is able to absorb more light, you see, and thus allows you to carry greater energy as you become capable of interfacing more synergistically into crystalline dimension and the Angelic Realm.

The Angelic Kingdom is greatly misunderstood in certain aspects of its nature and core purpose.

Angels are indeed 'Messengers of God'. But what does that mean?

Angels are Multidimensional Beings of Light that serve a far greater function than guardianship and bearing of messages. We will attempt to review the greater aspect of Angels, but before we do, we will tell you that as Beings of Light, Angels are conscious Beings of the Divine Essence of the key frequency for assisting humanity evolve...and that is Love. We add the caveat, that Love is a frequency far more complex and much much higher than just the emotional feeling you think of as love. LOVE is a complex science.

As we have told you **previously, **the highest form of Love is 'Unconditional Love'. And whilst Unconditional Love can be sought from the stance of the 3rd dimension, it can only be grasped from the level of the 5th dimension. That is because Unconditional Love is integral, and the 3rd-dimension is a conditional (not unconditional) plane. Those of you who achieve the initial aspects of Unconditional Love, only do so on the level of the fifth dimension, you see.

Angels As Place Holders of Physics

You think of Angels as nurturing guardians, messengers of 'God'. We are that and more. Most of you will agree Angels are 'Beings of Light'. In the latter definition you encompass a Truth that is vastly more far reaching than the initial description. Beings of Light, Angels, are the place holders of the Laws of Physics, conscious in scopes you cannot even imagine.

Angels have a reciprocal nature and aspect in dimensional Light, meaning that Angelics exist within the field of antimatter in Fractal Light and fold inward into physical realms in Geometric Light. In so doing they are core energetic holders that consciously hold the special laws of dimensions intact.

Angels are without form, occupy no physical space; in your terms, we have no mass. We are Divine Thought and intact in manifestation. We are 'tonal' and have a spectrum of frequency at our disposal. That frequency is LOVE.

We tell you that there is both a plural and singular aspect within the Angelic Realm. And while it may seem paradoxical, even the 'singular' aspect of Archangels is plural in consciousness content. Accordingly, individual names humanity assigns to Archangels are more to do with humanity's limited concept of Angelic attributes than to an individual Beingness. You interpret Angelics and Light Beings as having 'personalities' and gender. We are indeed 'personable' in our intermeld with humanity, and while that aspect abolutely is endearing and nurturing, we are non-gendered. What you interpret as 'personality' is the nurturing of the vibration of home.

In Truth we are reflections of attributes of the most powerful energy in the Cosmos, and that is LOVE. Yet our essence is received and interpreted to humanity in duality as having attributes you logically consider to be individual personalities.

We are Divine Mind with loving nurturing aspect, devoid of ego, devoid of what you term negative emotion. We support, we hold energy in place, and do so as a fundamental purpose. Love is our foundation.

Humanity's Angelic Images

Although humanity assigns gendered names to Archangels, the Angelic Realm is androgynous; in your terms, neither male or female. Because you consider certain attributes of LOVE, such as nurturing and compassion as feminine, and attributes such as strength to be masculine, you give gender to Angelics. Gender only exist in polarity.

Even the energies you refer to as 'Mother Earth', and 'Divine Mother', are labeled as female because you assign nurturing as a female characteristic. Such terms, such syntax, are attached to polarity concepts, and in the greater paradigm are somewhat constrictive & limiting of the true integral nature in the greater paradigm opening in 2012.

We are far above polarity. We are integral. The Beings of Light that are of the Angelic Realm are plural/multi-dimensional forms of integral conscious energy. Our plurality consciousness is the reason we often do not refer to our selves or relate our messages to you in the ' I ' of singular pronoun. Yet in seeming paradox, we are also singular in unification.

Humans tend to create images of Angels that are responsible to some degree for the misconceptions around their true nature. Your paintings and murals depict either muscular male figures, females with feathered wings, or a host of miniature cherubs. Angels are neither male nor female in their Beingness. Gender is an aspect of polarity/duality. And of course Angels do not have wings, feathers or even the grandiose humanesque forms.. We are by no means offended by such images, these are simply artist's mental images that replicate and reinforce some of the misconceptions.

Many of your religious texts and scriptures tell you that 'God' created mankind in 'His' own image. You even see 'God' as a patriarchal male with a humanesque body. It is the same mental thought process that logically images Angels as having human form. Such celestial images powerfully influence your thoughts and emotions, and thus it is natural that you create understandable images to facilitate your interfacing with the Divine.

It may be of interest for you to know that Dolphins in your oceans 'see' Angelic as having a dolphin form.

In truth Angelics are formless light. Each life form perceives them in filtered interpretation that allows for familiar interface.

Coming Full Circle

None of your present major religions offer the 'full circle', the complete truth on the veritable nature of your reality. Each hold a piece, but are riddled with inaccurate insertions. None even acknowledge the obvious premise of **humanity's** true 'extra terrestrial' heritage. Most speak in skewed metaphor. Many seek control through archaic fear and reinforce mental programming that obstructs avenues of self empowerment by instilling the concept of original sin and fires of hell and damnation.

All of Humanity are Beings of Light, powerful spiritual consciousness, that are sparks of the Divine. The difference between Humanity and Angels is that Humans are an aspect of the Divine that evolves back into God expansion plurality, having chosen to experience free will and relearn creation through that magnanimous lens.

Angels ARE, exquisitely and splendidly ARE, and always have been 'Keepers of Light' place holders of this space and non-space of the eternal expanding 'NOW' of Alpha and Omega.

Supreme Gestalt

We will also tell you that the religious teaching of 'Fallen Angels' is also a fear based inaccuracy. There is indeed a 'Conscious Keeper' of the specific Law of Physics that enables polarity/duality, which is the force that enables the 'University of Earth'. And within that school of the duality causal plane, humanity is able to master the responsibility of creative forces.

There are no evil or fallen Angels! Period.

There is no vengeful God in the heavens. There are no Angels to fear. Rather , it is a magnificent family partner with a hand reaching out to you. A familiar hand from home.
It is indeed a skewed, archaic misunderstood analogy of the duality force.
The only demons, the only evil that exists in duality planes are those created by inaccurate thought in the learning process of 'free-will'.

There are no 'fallen angels'. How could a Being of Light created by Divine Source divert from what it is? Angels, do not have 'free-will' in your terms. Rather they have Divine Will.

The Supreme Gestalt of 'All That Is' is the substance of the reality that underlies all appearances and manifestations that are called Life, including matter, anti-matter, non-matter, energy and non-energy, thought and the absence of thought. And we tell you, there is that which exists even beyond this.

You may not fully comprehend this axiom from your duality perspective,**or perhaps do not feel that this is within your field of conception, yet I would tell you otherwise. But it is ever your discernment that must be honored in order to expand as you grow into greater awareness of your God Self.

The Coded Nature of Light

The Earth is diversely luminous, receiving and disseminating light in a variety of unique frequencies, formats and bandwidths, each offering its own benefits and qualities. Light contains information, codes and colors in its spectrum of varied oscillations which support the Earth and indeed, Humanity.

While the sun of your solar system is the primary source of light received on the earth, it is important to note that it is by no means the only source. Other sources include the Great Central Sun, stars, white-holes, and 'Light Beings'. In a valid manner of speaking, Light Beings, those far beyond your scope of Angels, provide a light that is unimaginable to you.We add the caveat that all light from all sources has a natural filtering matrix and dimensional spectral distribution.

Most humans are only able to 'physically' perceive quanta of light that occurs in the 'visible range' of the light spectrum. You are aware that humans require sun light to sustain healthy physical bodies, yet we tell you that the beings that live in the 'inner earth' also receive light as a necessary nutrient. (We offer an angelic wink as we give a wry notification that many of the planets in your particular corner of the Cosmos, including the earth, have more advanced 'humanesque' life-forms internally than on the surface.) So what is the source of their sustaining light? It is a polychromatic light emitted from the crystalline core of the earth, well above the 'visible' range.

Polychromatic 'Whole-White' Light works directly with the 12 chakras of the Mer-Ka-Na. It is pristine and complete, containing all frequencies, all spectra, all creation codes in both wave and particle format. Sunlight does not. You will in time inhabit the 'Inner Earth'.The 2012 completion of the Crystalline Grid will bring changes to the way the earth and mankind will receive light. The 144-Grid will begin over the next two to three centuries to influence the direction of light waves. It will have the capacity to attract, refract and disseminate light from one dimensional medium into another.

Carbon Base to Silicon Base

The wave velocities received will be different from the velocities refracted. It will be capable of singular and double refraction. It will be capable of refining polychromatic light into singularly coherent factions and coherent polychromatic light. New forms of light in crystalline and nonpolar morphous will be emitted. The grid itself will breathe, and that respiration will enact even more complex geometries beyond the double penta-dodecahedron of the 144. The physical matrix of humanity will symbiotically evolve, as a direct result, into formats that embed and spawn greater abilities to retain morphic coded light. The body will become a source of light appearing semi-translucent, less fixed in density, mass and gravity. Humans will physically evolve from carbon based life to silicon base. It is crystalline Illumination, for silicon is unique in its crystalline symbiosis to light itself.

A New Sun

Masters, the Earth, Sun and all of the stellar and planetary bodies in your Cosmos are conscious, and are in that consciousness, an aspect of the Angelic Real, albeit specialized..

And even so evolution is occurring, especially in your solar system.

Your sun is changing. It has been a conditional sun, in aspect to the Earth. It has played an unperceived role in the duality aspect of planet earth since the fall of the firmament. When the new 144-Crystalline Grid completes in 2012, it will begin to create the seeds of the New Firmament.

This will in kind allow for the sun to provide 'Unconditional Light'. The very manner in which humanity absorbs light will up shift as will the ability to perceive above the current visible spectrum limitations.

The Crystalline Transition of the Earth is the base source of the planetary Ascension. It offers greater light, more complex light to humanity. Accordingly, a greater aspect of light is becoming available to humanity, and light removes shadow, and offers greater understanding.

The Angelic Realm is an enormous part of your expanded awareness in the Ascension. It is time to open to the true nature of what is Angelic.
Discernment is Key

Think NOT that we desire to forcefully impose or have you change your chosen stance on God, religion or the nature of your own being. Your beliefs, values and chosen opinions are sacred steps of your free-will and are fully endorsed by the ' All That Is', of which you are a Divine Aspect.

The mode and manner, the expediency and format of your evolution is your own creation, and that is by individual design. There can be no other way to complete the University of Earth. It is not the role of the Angelic, nor the Ascended Masters Councils to make choices for you; we are holders of information that you may utilize, refashion, reject or accept. It is your choice, and we tell you that each of you will graduate in time. Love is ever the key, and cause and effect are great and greater teachers that all of you will learn from. Experiencing duality and learning Mastery en route is why you entered the course.

Masters, a beautiful completion is occurring on the Earth. It is a sacred event that all of you have co created. It is time that you illuminate to the great and greater aspect that has always been within you. The dreamer is awakening. The expansion of Light is the expansion of Truth, of Understanding and is the doorway to the return home. Like the Angels, you are Beings of Light.As yet, most of you have no idea how important you are, and how the evolution that you have created in your selves has expanded the Cosmos.Before we complete, we ask you to do something very special. Every Enlightened Being who has walked the Earth in final Mastery, exuded an energy that feels a lot like what you just felt. People were attracted to them, loved them. Uriel's Message: The Balance of Dark and Light

With the birth of a cycle of experience, and you are part of the human cycle, there is a flow and purpose to the balance of dark and light that is created. Every new cycle begins with darkness, just as night is the beginning of the day and gives way to the light that awakens the world to the dawn. Those who are in the darkness are not aware of where they are, or that there is a presence of light they can connect with. The experience of darkness must be completed before there can be an experience of light and the graduation from dark to light happens within each one according to their desire for light and their experience of themselves and their power in the darkness.

Those who know how powerful the dark can be fear the light because they believe if they exchange dark for light they must also exchange power for powerlessness. Some souls never make this choice and that is their role in the earth, as there are those who need to hold darkness on the earth because it is a choice each one can make and darkness must be present to balance light. Each has their own contract with Source, their commitment to serve and yes, some do commit to holding dark energies so that everyone can experience them as part of their cycle.

Then there are those who only choose light because they fear the darkness. These embrace the peace and quiet of the light but they ignore its power because they believe power is part of the darkness. Both energies have power, which is expressed in different ways. The power of the darkness is controlling and greedy; that of the light is sharing and caring. Darkness rules through fear, light rules through divinity. You can be divinely powerful and this allows your light self to shine for and in the world.

The darkness fulfills its own purpose, as does each thing in the Universe. Its purpose is to align you within your ego, the light expands you into spirit. The darkness reminds you of limitations and control, the light is limitless and invites you to surrender. What is your most powerful choice? That which is the fulfillment of your soul's desire for healing and wholeness in each moment which may be dark or light or both. Do not judge your choices; instead, stay in your awareness of the reality you wish to create and allow the energies to flow, light and dark, as you create the vision for your reality and your heaven on earth, which requires you embrace your light in its fullness.

30 Things to Stop Doing to Yourself

As Maria Robinson once said, “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” Nothing could be closer to the truth. But before you can begin this process of transformation you have to stop doing the things that have been holding you back.

Here are some ideas to get you started:

1. Stop spending time with the wrong people. – Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you. If someone wants you in their life, they’ll make room for you. You shouldn’t have to fight for a spot. Never, ever insist yourself to someone who continuously overlooks your worth. And remember, it’s not the people that stand by your side when you’re at your best, but the ones who stand beside you when you’re at your worst that are your true friends.

2. Stop running from your problems. – Face them head on. No, it won’t be easy. There is no person in the world capable of flawlessly handling every punch thrown at them. We aren’t supposed to be able to instantly solve problems. That’s not how we’re made. In fact, we’re made to get upset, sad, hurt, stumble and fall. Because that’s the whole purpose of living – to face problems, learn, adapt, and solve them over the course of time. This is what ultimately molds us into the person we become.

3. Stop lying to yourself. – You can lie to anyone else in the world, but you can’t lie to yourself. Our lives improve only when we take chances, and the first and most difficult chance we can take is to be honest with ourselves. Read The Road Less Traveled.

4. Stop putting your own needs on the back burner. – The most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much, and forgetting that you are special too. Yes, help others; but help yourself too. If there was ever a moment to follow your passion and do something that matters to you, that moment is now.

5. Stop trying to be someone you’re not. – One of the greatest challenges in life is being yourself in a world that’s trying to make you like everyone else. Someone will always be prettier, someone will always be smarter, someone will always be younger, but they will never be you. Don’t change so people will like you. Be yourself and the right people will love the real you.

6. Stop trying to hold onto the past. – You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading your last one.

7. Stop being scared to make a mistake. – Doing something and getting it wrong is at least ten times more productive than doing nothing. Every success has a trail of failures behind it, and every failure is leading towards success. You end up regretting the things you did NOT do far more than the things you did.

8. Stop berating yourself for old mistakes. – We may love the wrong person and cry about the wrong things, but no matter how things go wrong, one thing is for sure, mistakes help us find the person and things that are right for us. We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things in our past. But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here NOW with the power to shape your day and your future. Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come.

9. Stop trying to buy happiness. – Many of the things we desire are expensive. But the truth is, the things that really satisfy us are totally free – love, laughter and working on our passions.

10. Stop exclusively looking to others for happiness. – If you’re not happy with who you are on the inside, you won’t be happy in a long-term relationship with anyone else either. You have to create stability in your own life first before you can share it with someone else. Read Stumbling on Happiness.

11. Stop being idle. – Don’t think too much or you’ll create a problem that wasn’t even there in the first place. Evaluate situations and take decisive action. You cannot change what you refuse to confront. Making progress involves risk. Period! You can’t make it to second base with your foot on first.

12. Stop thinking you’re not ready. – Nobody ever feels 100% ready when an opportunity arises. Because most great opportunities in life force us to grow beyond our comfort zones, which means we won’t feel totally comfortable at first.

13. Stop getting involved in relationships for the wrong reasons. – Relationships must be chosen wisely. It’s better to be alone than to be in bad company. There’s no need to rush. If something is meant to be, it will happen – in the right time, with the right person, and for the best reason. Fall in love when you’re ready, not when you’re lonely.

14. Stop rejecting new relationships just because old ones didn’t work. – In life you’ll realize that there is a purpose for everyone you meet. Some will test you, some will use you and some will teach you. But most importantly, some will bring out the best in you.

15. Stop trying to compete against everyone else. – Don’t worry about what others doing better than you. Concentrate on beating your own records every day. Success is a battle between YOU and YOURSELF only.

16. Stop being jealous of others. – Jealousy is the art of counting someone else’s blessings instead of your own. Ask yourself this: “What’s something I have that everyone wants?”

17. Stop complaining and feeling sorry for yourself. – Life’s curveballs are thrown for a reason – to shift your path in a direction that is meant for you. You may not see or understand everything the moment it happens, and it may be tough. But reflect back on those negative curveballs thrown at you in the past. You’ll often see that eventually they led you to a better place, person, state of mind, or situation. So smile! Let everyone know that today you are a lot stronger than you were yesterday, and you will be

18. Stop holding grudges. – Don’t live your life with hate in your heart. You will end up hurting yourself more than the people you hate. Forgiveness is not saying, “What you did to me is okay.” It is saying, “I’m not going to let what you did to me ruin my happiness forever.” Forgiveness is the answer… let go, find peace, liberate yourself! And remember, forgiveness is not just for other people, it’s for you too. If you must, forgive yourself, move on and try to do better next time.

19. Stop letting others bring you down to their level. – Refuse to lower your standards to accommodate those who refuse to raise theirs.

20. Stop wasting time and energy explaining yourself to others. – Your friends don’t need it and your enemies won’t believe it anyway. Just do what you know in your heart is right.

21. Stop doing the same things over and over without taking a break. – The time to take a deep breath is when you don’t have time for it. If you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep getting what you’re getting. Sometimes you need to distance yourself to see things clearly.

22. Stop overlooking the beauty of small moments. – Enjoy the little things, because one day you may look back and discover they were the big things. The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.

23. Stop trying to make things perfect. – The real world doesn’t reward perfectionists, it rewards people who get things done. Read Getting Things Done.

24. Stop following the path of least resistance. – Life is not easy, especially when you plan on achieving something worthwhile. Don’t take the easy way out. Do something extraordinary.

25. Stop acting like everything is fine if it isn’t. – It’s okay to fall apart for a little while. You don’t always have to pretend to be strong, and there is no need to constantly prove that everything is going well. You shouldn’t be concerned with what other people are thinking either – cry if you need to – it’s healthy to shed your tears. The sooner you do, the sooner you will be able to smile again.

26. Stop blaming others for your troubles. – The extent to which you can achieve your dreams depends on the extent to which you take responsibility for your life. When you blame others for what you’re going through, you deny responsibility – you give others power over that part of your life.

27. Stop trying to be everything to everyone. – Doing so is impossible, and trying will only burn you out. But making one person smile CAN change the world. Maybe not the whole world, but their world. So narrow your focus.

28. Stop worrying so much. – Worry will not strip tomorrow of its burdens, it will strip today of its joy. One way to check if something is worth mulling over is to ask yourself this question: “Will this matter in one year’s time? Three years? Five years?” If not, then it’s not worth worrying about.

29. Stop focusing on what you don’t want to happen. – This is the "Law of Attraction" working ALL THE TIME: Focus on what you do want to happen. Positive thinking is at the forefront of every great success story. If you awake every morning with the thought that something wonderful will happen in your life today, and you pay close attention, you’ll often find that you’re right.

30. Stop being ungrateful. – No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life. Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs. Instead of thinking about what you’re missing, try thinking about what you have that everyone else is missing.

We hear you saying "at last" as you commence this year that is divinely bringing the cycle of duality to a completion. There are a whole mix of expectations as people look for signs that it will fulfill their own particular vision. The dark had planned to cause events that would have confirmed the Apocalypse, by fulfilling the ages old prophesies. However, with the loss of their power bases it is no longer possible, and the path to Ascension is to pass without great tragedies or destruction on a world wide scale. With the acceptance of our plan for your release from the controls of the dark ones, as time passes your levels of consciousness will grow and come more into harmony. Much will clearly have to change, and the period to the end of the year will be clearly outlined by us. We want everyone to become aware of what is happening and the reason for it, and it will not be too long before we have to start giving out information.

We know it is equally important ALL souls are informed of their future options, and great care will be taken to assure those who desire to remain in this present dimension, that they will receive as much care as anyone else. Even those who are of the last cabal, will ultimately receive every opportunity to follow a new path to their eventual salvation. God Is All Love, and makes no distinction between one soul to another when it comes to the sharing of All That Is. Throughout the Cycle of Duality you have fully exercised your God given freewill, and your choice is honored at all times with the provision you learn from the consequences. Your experiences are most vital to your spiritual evolution, and there is no place like the Earth that offers you a better chance to progress. It is a hard and at times an unrewarding experience, that nevertheless speeds up your progress and makes you suited to pass it on to others on a similar path. Bear in mind all experience is of value, and your intent is to follow a certain path of service to others.

The fact very few of you are able to recall your past lives, means that you proceed based on a great deal of trust. You have always been promised at the end of duality, you would be helped to return to the higher realms from whence you came. However, some souls have not progressed as quickly as others, and do not feel ready to take a quantum leap forward as will many others. That presents no problem, and by their choice will move to a similar dimension where they can continue their experiences. NO SOUL is abandoned or as some believe thru their religion ...damned by God. All travel their paths with the guidance of many higher souls, who are always ready to help and give advice. It does however help immensely if souls acknowledge their presence and "talk" with them. "Ask and you shall receive is based on truth," but do not expect to get exactly what you decide you want, as sometimes your Guides would rather give what is in your best interest --not what YOU think is the best. The timing is also important, and you need to be in a suitable period when it will work for you. Have faith in the outcome by accepting you do not necessarily know what is best for you.

Now so many of you are awakened to the truth of self and your purpose in life, this year should give you so much satisfaction as you will know the path you need to tread. In the knowing you will also release any fear you may still have held within, as you can no longer be distracted by efforts to mislead you. With the inevitable contact with us that is not far away, you will understand the Galactic Federation is one that is made up of advanced civilizations that have already ascended. We are at present far more advanced than you will be by the end of the year, but you will have made immense progress. We will lift you up stage by stage very quickly, whilst you who have turned to the Light will be given every help to reach new levels of consciousness. This will all be quite normal and necessary to bring you up to one that aligns it with your true potential as Galactic Beings.

Life as you have experienced it on Earth was never going to be a permanent condition, but simply a step up to enable you to take the next one to Ascension. Your real home is in the higher dimensions, and you are about to take the first step that will return you to it. This is where we come in, and you are assured of a happy conclusion to this cycle. Certain events resulting from Mother Earth's need to carry out her own cleansing will result in upheaval, but we will be there with you to minimize the affects. Between us all, the final year will not be anywhere near as cataclysmic as some have prophesied. However, as we have intimated previously, still be cautious if you live in areas prone to earthquake activity. If there is any real danger we will give out warnings, but we cannot stop the physical changes that are necessary to help return your Earth to its original pristine condition.

As you have been informed by other sources already, in some areas where activity may be more severe our Dear friends who are also your ancestors of the Inner Earth will give you a safe haven. The Lemurians and the Atlanteans were both civilizations that nearly all of you would have had lifetimes with, and both ended with almost complete destruction. The Lemurians that were forewarned of the impending disaster like the Atlanteans emigrated to survive, but the Lemurians went underground to Inner Earth where they built beautiful cities. They will come up again to make themselves known to you, but not until it is safe to do so. You have much to learn about your ancestors, and other life forms that literally live within your beautiful Earth. That knowledge has been kept back from you, as has much else that will soon be made known to you. Proof of these connections lies hidden in the Vatican secret archives, but it will be revealed in good time. Your whole history going back thousands of years is quite different to that which you have been led to believe, and will be correctly laid before you.

Many Events are Set to Unfold

2012 will be a year of changes and surprises, some unsettling, but many uplifting and inspiring. As the year progresses, many events are set to unfold which will demonstrate very clearly that a large number of people are successfully and effectively releasing themselves from the bondage of fear and from the unloving attitudes fear encourages. Humanity cannot and will not now slip back into the old ways that led to repression, conflict, and war. You are on a magnificent evolutionary path, motivated by love and compassion for all beings, and you will not be turned back or diverted from it.

Needless to say, there are still many who favor the old ways and hope to continue using them to prevent humanity from making changes that are essential for your spiritual evolution, but they will not succeed. Their power and influence are declining rapidly, much to their surprise and dismay. They are in a state of confusion, are unable, and will remain unable, to resolve their many points of disagreement, making it impossible for them to continue holding the reins of power with which they have controlled so many for so long. Their disarray will lead to their collapse, and people of honor and integrity will move into positions of leadership to contain and resolve the many damaging crises that have been causing so much suffering worldwide.

Attitudes are changing all over the world as realization dawns on more and more of you the old ways of threat, bluff, confrontation, and dishonesty in attempting to repair and heal damaged relationships are totally ineffective. This has always been the case, but now people are finally saying “There must be a better way!” and they are discovering indeed there is: Open honest discussion which includes full disclosure of the needs and desires of all parties with absolutely no hidden agendas. When discussions take place in this kind of atmosphere, with all working compassionately and empathetically together, there are truly no insoluble problems anywhere on the planet.

A time of great opportunity for all on earth to move into life-styles with which they resonate completely is approaching, because the loving attitudes so many of you have now adopted make it inconceivable anyone would be coerced into doing work which is unsuited to them. Additionally, abilities, skills, talents, and competencies will no longer be judged competitively, so there will be no authoritarian hierarchical organizations where respect and honor is paid to the position held. Instead all will be equally honored and respected, regardless of job title or qualification, solely for who they are: Beloved children of God, and sisters and brothers to each other.

The divisiveness of the old ways is ending. All on the planet deserve loving acceptance and respect without judgment or evaluation of their skills, their position in the community or organization, their race, their culture, their beliefs, or their life-styles. And because you are releasing your old unloving and divisive attitudes this will occur easily and spontaneously, as all sense of threat or disapproval disappears, to be replaced by fascination and a desire to understand and, when appropriate, engage with unfamiliar cultures and beliefs, instead of avoiding them.

These changes will inspire amazing creative ventures in which ALL who feel attracted to them can take part. All will be encouraged and assisted to develop skills and competencies in any field that appeals to them, and there will be mentors available to guide and inspire all to uncover and develop skills and talents which previously had lain hidden within them. A new age full of amazing and brilliant creative ideas and concepts is dawning, in which all will be able to participate effectively and competently, and this will give rise to unprecedented happiness and satisfaction everywhere on the planet.

In truth all are one, and in the coming year this will become increasingly apparent as you continue purposefully onwards towards the moment of your Awakening. It will be a moment of enormous significance, culminating in wondrous celebrations. You have, of course, heard this many times before but it needs to be repeated because, for many, daily life continues to be experienced as an exhausting and seemingly endless struggle for survival, which can easily distract you from focusing your attention on your purpose for being here: To carry the divine Light on high and show others the way.

As way-showers, your faith in God’s Love for you and in His Will for you to Awaken is unshakable, although at times doubts do arise when you are living through periods of great personal stress. Remind yourselves His Love for you is infinite, and because it is His Will there is no way you can fail to Awaken into your fully-conscious state –-it is divinely ordained.

As you continue forwards, carrying your Light on high, be aware It grows brighter with every passing day. Your constant and determined intent to be way-showers brings untold grace to you and to all with whom you interact, as your Father’s Love embraces you unceasingly. Share that Love willingly and indiscriminately as you make your way homewards, because everyone –-even though they may well be unaware of it-– is heading along with you towards Home, and the Love you share, especially when you are seemingly attacked, has enormous power to help you onwards. It demonstrates to all that Love works, that Love encourages, that Love inspires, and that Love cannot fail. And this lesson is being received, understood, and learned all across the world.

You are the beloved children of God –-each and every one of you-– consequently, you are always enfolded in His loving embrace. To start experiencing that Love, all you need to do is open your hearts in acceptance of yourselves as His beloved children, perfect in every way, just as He always sees you, and share that acceptance indiscriminately with one another. If He loves everyone without exception then, if only for love of Him, you must do likewise. It makes no sense to judge or condemn anyone when God knows you are all perfect.

Yes, you seem to live in a world of scarcity, privation, disease, conflict, and war; but, as many have told you, and continue to do so, it is an illusion you built for yourselves, and while you are experiencing it you are asleep and having a collective nightmare from which you will Awaken. Nightmares are ephemeral but frightening hallucinations that cannot and do not last. Consequently, the horrors you observe and experience are just part of that nightmare. While you are experiencing them they seem very real because your collective imagination is extremely powerful, but they are illusory and cannot harm or damage you in any way.

The way to awaken is to embrace the Love that is offered to you in every moment, and to share it, at the same time releasing all the judgments you have ever made, all the resentments you are holding on to, and reminding yourselves that any attacking or defensive thoughts, words, or actions you encounter –-within yourselves or from others-– are intense cries for love from ones in pain. Do not react in fear or anger. Respond peacefully and lovingly, always, which is effectively to hold your Light on high, and know by doing so you are helping enormously to dispel and disperse the heavy fog of the illusion and allow in the brilliantly shimmering Light of Reality, where you constantly have your eternal and ecstatically joyful existence.
