Dratzo! A new year has dawned! We welcome it and celebrate its birth with this day's message! Around you, a new reality is beginning to awaken, proclaiming to you that you are not alone. Your space and spiritual families have arrived and are busily altering your world. The dark governance is starting its disappearance act even as a new monetary system readies itself for its swift and auspicious entrance. We have watched so many of you suffer and acquiesce to the seemingly unending and illusory power of the dark. This false world is ready to drop its immense curtains --just like Dorothy discovered the "wizard" hiding behind the curtain-- and reveal the wondrous truth to you at last. Likewise, we are prepared to reveal ourselves to you and help you let go of one of the great follies of your science, which is that your planet is a solid orb. In fact, it is hollow! This lie trembles atop others that state you are alone and life on your realm is a unique miracle. These, too, of course, are false. Indeed, all the core perceptions that have been fed you since birth are to be cast away as just another of the numerous lies that have kept you literally in the dark.

These lies, which you have swallowed whole since birth, were created long ago as truths to be passed down from one generation to the next. Breaking this chain of untruths frees you from the bonds used first by the Anunnaki and then their minions to give away your power and preserve the ill-gotten gains stolen from you nearly 13 millennia ago. Limited consciousness shifts you from your sovereign self to a Being filled with doubts. You became willing to give away what you did not understand in exchange for a security that appears to settle your inner doubts and seemingly allows you to carry on with your life. Another thing that "scared" you into submitting to this agreement is "death." Fully conscious Beings do not die. At the right divine moment, they simply ascend. This whole new reality of death is something your distant ancestors were initially unable to comprehend. It confused them and left them in a most "fearful" quandary. The Anunnaki exploited this "fear" and their success swiftly led to the world in which you live.

Applying the success provided by the misuse of "death," the Anunnaki next hammered home the need for humans to worship them as immortal "gods." This reality eventually led to the wars, diverse "religions" and illogical hatreds that have divided humanity for the last 8,000 years. The Anunnaki manipulated you and forced their minions to apply tactics that only broaden these various fabricated perceptions. As a result, you are trapped in societies that largely serve the wealthy and powerful at the expense of the poor and downtrodden masses. This darkness has produced a realm that has frustrated all and left only a selected few who exploit the ill-gotten wealth and power granted them by the Anunnaki. This reality is now in active retreat as the Light forges ahead with its complex plans to vastly re-form your benighted realm into a world bathed in the sweet, pure rays of the Light. You will be released from this false and shadowy realm and, with Heaven's help, moved into a world where you can again morph into fully conscious Beings of Light!

In this new reality, you resume your position as a true sovereign Being, where you are in constant contact with your spiritual council and with your community. To you, this continuous state of knowing is normal. In full consciousness, you are achieving your highest purpose with your life contract and able to resolve any issues left over from previous lifetimes. Furthermore, you become stewards of your galaxy by working quite closely with your solar system's various Spiritual Hierarchies, keeping each planet and your Sun in as close to perfect a condition as you and your fellows can collectively manifest, and allowing life to prosper throughout your solar system! Your mission lies in fulfilling your life contract and in spreading the Light throughout your star-nation, this galaxy, and of course, physicality. You share this sacred work with your podlet, your clan and your star-nation. Each one of you will realize the immense joy this work brings you every day. We are here to mentor you in this, and to watch you blossom into who you really are!

Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! We come before you today with some intelligence concerning events unfolding on your world. An order that has dominated your world for millennia is beginning to implode. The various agreements that these dark ones were recently forced to accept has become the issue. Now this old order is torn as to how they will implement these various agreements. The resulting confusion has created a number of factions within this dark cabal that seek to open a new round of talks. This approach is unacceptable to our associates, who have asked the Galactic Federation to demonstrate to them that the intent of these agreements needs to manifest immediately. The agreements imply that a new global economic and political system needs to be born. The dark wants to preserve some of the existing economic and political reality. The present time is thus the last possible moment before the formal announcement of a new reality, which includes disclosure, is made public and solemnly enforced by all!

We have watched as the dark, during the past 13 millennia, manifested policies to destroy the Light and formally deny you your inalienable sovereign rights. This present moment is no exception. The hesitancy of several dark governments to sign off on agreements that end their legitimacy is merely a continuation of a deep belief in their right to maintain this power. Our galactic and Inner Earth brethren have boldly stepped forward and explained, in very frank terms, that this intransigence needs to end, now! At present, we are assisting Heaven in manifesting the grids for our new reality. This task is complete and we are using the wondrous Light energies that emanate from these new grids to accelerate the great transformation that all of you are now experiencing. The time of the dark's rule is at an end! A new Age of Light is now manifesting for Gaia and her children.

You are now passing through the final grand stages of your transformation. In the past, this sacred task was performed only after many lifetimes spent preparing one's physical and spiritual bodies for their grand integration. Once this moment arrived, you were able to draw upon a vast array of knowledge and wisdom that you had acquired. Each of us passed through these very special preliminary stages before we were granted immortality. Spirit knows when you are truly ready for this divine gift, and how you can make best use of it. Presently, you are preparing for what took us so long to achieve. Heaven has granted you grace in the use of special Light Chambers that are to complete this holy task in just a few days' time. For Millennia, You Have Been Fed With False Religious And Historical Beliefs: We Have The Advantage By Being Able To Prove What We Tell You

You are such a collection of different personalities; it is no wonder that at times your confrontations end with a falling out. Clearly if you cannot get on together it is sometimes better that you stay clear of each other. However, as you work towards lifting yourself up into the Light, you might consider whether you should re-trace your footsteps and look to repair the damage that has been done. It would be better handled now, as there are not many issues that cannot be sorted out if both parties desire to overcome their differences. You cannot fully progress until you do, and in doing so it would place you another step nearer to being able to express Unconditional Love. When you can achieve success and make amends within family circles and with friends, there is no reason why you should not extend that to all souls.

As disclosure comes out there will be ever increasing revelations about the work of the dark Ones, and as in the case of 9/11 when the true perpetrators are known there will be much anger and revulsion. We would like to think that once it has been vented, that you would quickly understand that such darkness requires volumes of Light to transmute it. In which case would you find it in your hearts to recognise the Light within those souls that desperately needs to be awakened. The old ways of Man should be set aside so that revenge does not become called for, but instead rehabilitation. Bear in mind even the most hardened hearts do not completely lose their godspark, and it can always be ignited again.

Obviously Man cannot consider himself above the dark Ones, if he uses their very same methods to admonish and punish them for their deeds. The people’s responses will themselves be sufficient to let them know your feelings, and it may yet cause them to closely examine their activities against their fellow men. From the aspect of the great game of duality that is coming to an end, you may see it could not have been played unless some souls agreed to take on the roles necessary to challenge the Light. If you can understand such set-ups you will find that it will be far easier to keep your focus on the Light. Nothing else is more important right now, as you do not want to be distracted from your plan to ascend.

It will soon as you say be “all stations go” and then you will have plenty to occupy yourselves with, and life will become a bit hectic but exciting. At first many will find it difficult to accept our presence, but we shall take it easy before thrusting ourselves upon you. We are aware of the increasing numbers of people that are now happy to see us arrive, and that brings a mass flyover of our craft so much nearer. However, for the time being that is not amongst the most important mission that we have, as the Earth must have reached a safe level for us to go ahead. There is no urgency involved, but naturally we welcome the opportunity to greet you in a way that will clearly show that we come as your friends. Eventually we shall stand shoulder to shoulder with your newly appointed leaders, and you shall know beyond doubt that the threat from the dark Ones has been removed. Then you will really see some progress as all projects go speeding ahead.

Keep preparing for Ascension and ensure that your vibrations are high at all times. That way you should fully benefit from the influx of high energies connected with 11.11.11., and from thereon the path should get decidedly easier. There will certainly be much happening to keep you lifted up, although in the ultimate situation it will really come down to you. People of a like mind will find each other (same vibration, in other words, like attracts like) and it will lead to a strengthening of their beliefs. However, as ever an open mind is always desirable, as you need to be ready to add new truths as you come across them. Rigidity of mind can create a barrier that is hard to overcome. You will have plenty to think about once we can converse with you openly, as over millennia of time you have been fed with false religious and historical beliefs, which on many key points have been absolutely incorrect. However, your conscious awareness has been lifted up since the millennia, and we find many are much more open than any previous time. Where we have the advantage is through being able to prove the truth of what we pass on to you.

Given you have had such a hard time finding the truth about yourself and history, you have nevertheless progressed. The starting point is a belief in God whatever name you use and acceptance that God is All That Is, and is the fountain of Love and Light. Nothing can exist except that it has its existence within the energy of God, which is why you should respect ALL life forms --even those you are currently unaware of. Remember that even non-sentient forms still have a level of consciousness, and like everything else deserve your love and respect. Man was meant to look after the other Kingdoms, but hitherto has treated them with disdain and lack of caring. Indeed Man has used them for his own advantage with little understanding of their needs. In future, you will come to understand your true relationship, and will bond together.

At heart, all Humans are loving individuals, and it is just that you have been hurt so many times and taught to see others as your potential enemies. If you accept that you are All One, why indeed would you treat others than how you would wish to be treated yourselves? Compassion will go long way towards resurrecting the Oneness that once existed between you all else. Does the criminal who has strayed from the Light also deserve the Light, or is he/she a lost cause? We would say you cannot discriminate when being compassionate, and that challenge will come up time and again through the rest of your life in duality. You cannot perhaps be all things to all people, but what does it cost you to show compassion which is an aspect of Unconditional Love.

Lost In Your Non-existent Imaginary Reality

Ever since the moment of apparent separation from your divine Father you have been seeking your way Home. When God created you, for His joy and yours, He gave you the power and the freedom to accept or deny Him. There are no other options – but when you choose one of them, the other becomes unavailable until you reverse your choice. Initially, you accepted God, creating with Him in peace and harmony, abundantly. Then you wondered momentarily what the opposite of that would be like… Instantly, and momentarily, the illusion happened. It was in complete opposition to God’s divine and loving Reality, and was but a momentary aberration, an isolated instance of complete insignificance – when you toyed with the idea of a reality that was separate from God. Such a concept was impossible, but the power of your thought instantly built that imaginary non-reality.

Because you imagined it, it occurred, very briefly. But what you had imagined captivated you, just because it was separated from your Father’s divine Reality – and you immediately chose to enter that ephemeral dream to play and to hide from your Father, and prove to yourself that you had no need of Him. The idea of living in a state of independence, separated from Him, was very alluring, but as soon as you imagined it and built it you were shocked by what it meant – no contact with your Father, until you dismissed the idea from your mind. Nevertheless, it was intriguing, and you held on to it to see where it would lead you, and before you knew where you were you became lost in your non-existent imaginary reality.

It was fascinating and enticing, filled with ideas of a strange, disturbing and yet alluring nature – misery, pain, suffering, and death … what were they? … what would it be like to experience them? And so you chose to delve deeper into this strange and unreal environment and tried to make it real. The power your Father gave you when He created you enabled you to build an illusion that seemed extremely real to you, and the farther into it you wandered the more real it seemed. And to intensify that sense of reality you added further imaginary aspects to it.

The more you thought about it the more real it became, until it seemed you were lost and unable to find your way Home. Then, fear occurred for the first time. Where was your Father and the ecstasy His Presence provided? In panic, you split yourself into billions of sentient beings (soul fragmentation) in the hope that one of them would be able to find the way Home. But each one of them wanted to be the one, and so they focused on confusing and distracting each other in order to become the winner, the one that would lead you Home. These apparently separate and independent entities only succeeded in confusing and terrifying themselves and each other by their diversionary and distracting behavior … and they forgot what they were seeking – the way Home!

All of this occurred in the blink of an eye, but you had added time to the illusion in order to allow the billions of aspects of yourself to cooperate and lead you Home. Having time to spare, these aspects of you became increasingly competitive and uncooperative, and you ended up with families, tribes, nations, cultures, and religions, fighting each other to prove they alone could lead you Home.

Now, after eons of disagreement, conflict, and war, you have at last realized your illusory state of separation does not work and will not lead you Home. It has taken you seemingly eons to develop the wisdom to perceive this, although in truth it occurred almost instantaneously as your Father immediately provided you with the means and the ability to find your way Home: the inextinguishable Flame burning within each of the billions of aspects of yourself.

Initially you ignored the Light of that divine Flame, allowing all kinds of debris to pile up on it and hide it from you. But eventually, as was inevitable, because your Father would not allow you to get completely lost and forfeit the joy of existence in Reality, you began to remove the debris to reveal the Flame. Enough of you have done this to demonstrate to your sisters and brothers you are all ONE, all part of this inextinguishable Flame that burns within each of you, proving you cannot be lost, and you can and will allow your Father’s loving guidance to lead you out of the illusion and Home to eternal joy with Him.

You are now well-established on your homeward journey, and nothing can prevent you from reaching your holy destination. Awaken, therefore, into the realization that you are all the beloved children of God, forever safe and secure in His loving embrace, where to experience anything other than eternal peace and happiness is impossible. You are safe, you are saved, and you are secure in the loving arms of your Father for all eternity. And your awareness and experience of this divine state will blow away the mists of misery and suffering that have been enshrouding you for so long.

Everyone’s Frequency Is Rising

As you know, the frequency of the planet and of humanity’s energy signature is rising in preparation for the approaching New Age. The higher the frequency of an entity’s energy signature the more spiritually evolved that entity can become. A low frequency tends to be dense, almost leaden, and it is very difficult for Knowledge or Love to flow through it. Consequently, it is very difficult for beings whose frequency is low to communicate, and they get lost within themselves, rather like the proverbial ostrich with its head in the sand.

However, every sentient being has within itself a divine imperative to evolve – and it will. But when it does so, it is through its own choice…although, of course, it has all the time necessary to see, understand, and make that choice. It is a choice it cannot fail to make because it is God’s Will that it do so, and because at the deepest level it is one with God, therefore God’s Will is its will.

For an entity’s spiritual evolution to progress, spiritual communication is essential, and that basically consists of Love and Knowledge. Communication that is not loving is not true communication, which is why unloving interactions cause confusion and lead to conflict, as your human history has been demonstrating to you for eons. Now, however, the choice to evolve spiritually has been made by an enormous number of humans and their loving communications and interactions affect all of humanity. Everyone’s frequency is rising, although some refuse to acknowledge this, keeping their heads buried in the sand. But even there they are unable to remain completely disconnected from the wave of communications flowing constantly around and through the planet. These communication signals that surround and envelop you are like a form of divine heavenly music that is quite irresistible as it bathes you in the energy of divine Peace and Love.

This divine energy field that envelops all of creation, and to which each of you has an eternal and unbreakable connection, is calling to you constantly – through the medium of this sublime sound – to awaken. When you take time out to quieten your minds, meditate, or peacefully and quietly observe any of the beauties that nature provides, you are making space available in which to become aware of this music calling you Home. It is always with you, waiting for you to listen for it, hear it, and respond to it, as you realize that it is telling you how dearly loved you are, and how that can never change.

You are indeed being called upon to awaken and to enjoy the supreme joy of knowing and experiencing your eternal oneness with God. That call is irresistible, and yet you can pretend not to hear it, refuse to hear it, or deny its existence – but for a limited time only. Eventually you will capitulate and acknowledge the call, and then your joy will overwhelm you as you bask in your Father’s loving embrace. To delay this glorious awakening into Reality, while you continue to hide yourselves in the illusion, experiencing the unending struggle for survival accompanied by anxiety, pain, and suffering, makes absolutely no sense. So listen for the beautiful harmonies of God’s divine energy field; allow them into the center of your being to sing to the divine Flame within you which will brighten, lighting up your awareness of the fact that you are divinely loved, essential and irreplaceable parts of your heavenly Father, and that you are being called Home to participate fully, as only you can, in the magnificent party to celebrate humanity’s long-sought awakening.

Oct 28, 2011: The REAL End-Date of the Mayan Calendar, Which Makes Clearing Emotional Baggage That Much More Urgent Preparing for 1st Ascension Wave

Thank you Carl for piecing together the connection between our monetary system and its implications on our Ascension, or as you stated ...its implications on our "unity consciousness." Thank you for addressing our current greed-focused system ending in a global financial collapse seems inevitable (occurring on or near July 31st), if purely for the energetic reason it does not and cannot co-exist with the frequency, or vibration, of Oneness.

The Beginning of the Fourth Night of the Ninth Wave of the Mayan Calendar

Today on the Gregorian date July 13, 2011 begins the Fourth night of the Ninth wave. To me, this night really seems like the last time period available for us to prepare for the relatively dramatic scenario leading up to the culmination of the Mayan calendar on October 28, 2011. I have outlined some of my basic views of what This transformation towards unity consciousness brought by the Ninth wave, with simultaneous consequences on many levels of the universe, I have described in a series of articles available on www.calleman.com and www.mayanninthwave.com.

In this Fourth night, it is thus high time we ask our intuition if we are in the right place to participate in this culmination scenario. It's also important to ask ourselves if what we are doing now is preparing us for what we are to do in the “post-end time world” (quite a paradoxical concept). Unfortunately, because so many people have been deluded by New Age “researchers” to believe that the Mayan calendar ends on December 21, 2012 it seems clear only a small minority of people in the world will realize the urgency of the matter.

A couple of months ago, I expressed my expectation the Fifth day, beginning on July 31, 2011, will bring a global economic collapse, which would be the start of this end time scenario. What is going on now in this regard is the European banks is still trying to find a solution for the Greek debt crisis by the end of July ...and a few days later, August 2, the decision will be made in the US whether to raise the lending ceiling or not. Meanwhile, increasing focus is placed on Italy, whose national debt in relationship to its GDP is almost as high (120%) as that of Greece (140%), but whose economy is seven times larger with correspondingly much larger potential consequences of a default on debt payments. A very delicate situation is thus already arising at the beginning of the fifth day, and it remains to be seen if more money can be printed to avert a collapse.

Because it could be so painful, a global financial collapse would seem to many to be a destructive event and hence not likely to occur in a period of light, a day. The economic system of the world is however probably the greatest obstacle to the development of unity consciousness that exists on our planet. I think it can even be said a collapse of the world’s financial structure is a pre-requisite for us to be able to craft relationships of oneness between ourselves. For this reason, it is not unlikely such a collapse would occur in a day and then especially in the fifth day, which is the particular day that in the Waves brings the breakthrough energy to the new frame of consciousness. Unity consciousness is thus likely to be perceived as a threat to many persons in economically dominant positions and this is part of the reason so powerful media interests have sought to delude people about the Mayan calendar and postpone its true end date, October 28, 2011.

It is thus relevant to look a little bit more closely at what unity consciousness is. Sometimes oneness, or unity consciousness, is then presented as a mere mental concept as if it were something we only had to realize in our mind to see manifested. Some teachers are arguing since we are entangled in a quantum mechanical sense, we are all one. I feel such statements are so trivial they are meaningless to make. Of course, we are all one in the sense all humans are the products of the same reality and totally interconnected in this. Yet, a mere mental realization of a concept or a spiritual insight isn't enough for us to actually experience Oneness and anchor it in reality. Unity consciousness is something we need to craft and work with to see manifested through the support of this Ninth wave and again it may only be possible to do so after a global monetary collapse. The point to realize is Oneness is not an attribute of ourselves as individuals, but of our relationships to others and the divine.

To see the role of the monetary system in this, let's take a look at how this currently works: Basically, in the modern world there are places called "banks” with computers in which many people have so-called “accounts.” In the accounts of these computers, there are numbers which are measures (in the US given as dollars) of how much “money” you own. A large proportion of humanity, in fact, doesn't have any such “account,” while some people may have 10,000 ($) associated with it. Others may have 10,000,000 or even 10,000,000,000 ($) associated with their names in these bank computers. Moreover, for a large number of people, these numbers are negative because the banks have “lended” “money” to them. Thus there are huge differences in these numbers for different people, despite the fact most people work approximately the same amount of time everywhere. Sometimes the numbers may be related to a service done by someone to the planet, but more often than not it is the other way around. Those that cause the most damage to our planet, in fact, often have the highest numbers in these bank computers. Regardless, the point to realize is the numbers in these bank computers, more than anything else, defines a power structure --where those with high numbers dominate those with low or negative numbers. Money has no real existence, but the legal definitions of our society maintains a system of dominance based on these computer numbers.

Unfortunately, these numbers in the bank computers (obviously, the same "power & dominance" applies to stocks, funds etc) define the power structures of our societies and determine almost all human relationships --what we as a species do and focus on in our life on earth. There are of course some minor exceptions, but in the overall picture, it is true the measures given to each individual in these bank computers determine human life in its totality. With such a monetary system, it seems obvious unity consciousness cannot exist in a real sense, simply because those who have high numbers in the bank computers dominate and decide what the others are to do, and how they are to spend their time, and such dominance is inconsistent with Oneness. The current monetary system is simply not consistent with the unity consciousness developed by the Ninth wave, and this is the reason I suspect a global financial collapse would happen on a day and especially on this fifth day of the ninth wave.

We may also realize if this monetary system collapses, we would for the first time be fully sovereign souls and totally responsible for what we create ...Hallelujah! Here would be no one to blame and project our negativity on if the power structure defined by these bank computers disappeared. The consequence would be we all become fully responsible for the course of events not only regarding what we do as individuals, but also as a collective. For those taking said path, such a responsible course of action will flow from unity consciousness with the divine and all of its manifestations of life.

Soon, I realized I knew what was being said before Sheldan could translate for me. With Supa’s nurturing and Sheldan’s patience, I learned to trust what I was receiving: pictures complete with emotions, the whisper of a voice and the intuitive impressions that can only be interpreted through the heart. Telepathy is the language of the soul. Sheldan’s caring help escalated my ability to successfully communicate, first, with Supa and, later, with other galactic Beings of Light.

The time I spend with Supa is filled with Love and laughter. She looks at the bright side of life. It is with great honor I introduce Supa to you, through sharing a combination of questions and answers, and a few short stories.

Q: Supa, what brought you to Earth?
Supa: About two years ago when I came to observe your world, I was awed by Earth’s beauty, the diversity of humans living both on and in your planet, and with the variety of animals, insects, fish, birds, minerals, flora and fauna. Earth enjoys a unique representation of all Life found throughout our Milky Way Galaxy. Your planet abounds with nature’s splendor.

After soaking in Mother Earth’s beauty and paying homage to her, I went to the more populated areas. The conditions of people living in squalor absolutely shocked me. I observed whole clans literally living on garbage dumps and surviving. My heart broke, and I vowed to help Mother Earth and all her inhabitants to transform and realize their potential. I consider it an honor to participate in the awakening of Earth’s humanity.

As my research continued, I found the hearts of your people aching to be liberated and to live in peace. Your oppression has been great and you have been manipulated for over 13 millennia. And yet, with all the oppression that you have lived through, your hearts have survived and yearn to discover who you really are, and to return to our Creator. The human spirit is truly amazing. Know that you are celebrated throughout the Universe.

We, the Arcturians, have been an integral part of Earth’s history for eons. Our timekeepers brought the original galactic calendar to your planet. Later, the Pleiadeans modified it. The galactic calendar is a consciousness tool used to put you in sync with the time clock of our galaxy. It helps you learn to experience time instead of just measuring it in a linear fashion. Our galaxy has a natural rhythm or pulse, providing a time to rest and a time for action. As you learn to ride the wave of energy, you will find that your life unfolds with more grace.

As members of the Galactic Federation of Light, we bring our healing expertise to the medical teams and our profound understanding of Love’s grace to all Beings evolving in our galaxy. Our contributions are highly revered and honored by the Galactic Federation councils.

Since the destruction of Atlantis and your ‘fall’ into limitation, we have taken an active role in assisting with Earth’s ascension process: your return to Universal Love.

At this time, she took the opportunity to show me a picture of Earth’s horses running free with their manes and tails flowing in the wind. “There is a wild horse enjoying the freedom of the open range in every human heart,” she stated. I deeply resonated with this analogy. In the movies, when a horse is returned to the open range, my heart sings with joy and I become liberated with it.

Supa on Work

Supa expressed her delight in being assigned to assist Sheldan and me for the duration of this book and with the continuing integration of our Light Bodies. We enjoyed each other’s company and shared information about our respective cultures.

At first, when Supa spent time with us, she found the everyday things we did fascinating. She followed me to the grocery store to buy groceries (she was aghast at the food’s lack of life force) and returned home with me to prepare meals, clean dishes, sweep the floor, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, wash and iron clothes, clean toilets, etc. It took only a couple of days’ observation for her to grow weary.

Proudly, Supa told me that she has never cleaned a thing in her life. They use either replicator technology or “as they think it, so it is”.

Q: Often, at Sheldan’s lectures, people have expressed their concern regarding the new technologies. Some say they enjoy cleaning and don’t want their lives to change. What advice can you give to them?
Supa: For those of you who wish to keep ironing your clothes, you are welcome to do so. Once you learn to live in cooperation and harmonious community, you will have more time and opportunity to explore what brings you joy. Imagine doing what makes your heart dance and sharing your joy with others! As your individual originality is allowed to blossom, you will return to being enthusiastic co-creators with God in ways you cannot imagine today.

Currently, in your society, you are kept quite busy just trying to make enough money to pay your rent, buy your food, and meet your car loan. It is by design from those who are in power to keep you “running in place” and too tired, when you do have time, to explore your creativity.

In a galactic society, we care for each other first, while allowing ourselves to be cared for also. Our work is joyful and we consider it to be more like play.


Q: If you were back on your home world, what would you be doing?
Supa: I would be celebrating life and Oneness with the Universe. I belong to the Temple clan, or what you might call the priestess/priest council. Like most galactic societies, we live in the interior of our beloved planet, while maintaining sacred temple sites at specific node points on our planet’s surface.

At these sacred temples, we sing, tone, and dance around a holographic fire. The fire is for purification. Through rituals, we use sacred geometric symbols to keep our biosphere and planet in balance. We lovingly commune with our forests, plants, rocks, animals and our home world. We value and respect our symbiotic relationship to all living things. If one element is out of balance, we are all affected. In fact, our entire galaxy and beyond are affected. With this knowledge, we consider it our joyous responsibility to teach others about the importance of maintaining balanced energies through the grace of Love. Ritual is exhilarating and satisfies my soul purpose.

When I travel the galaxy as a member of the Galactic Federation of Light, I am, by vocation, a specialized Light Body Assistant. Arcturians are renowned healers throughout this galaxy and beyond. We are called to assist when a society is ready to make a dimensional shift. You and your planet are unique in that you are accomplishing your ascension in an unprecedentedly short period of time. Through the grace of our Creator, divine intervention has been decreed. We are in deep gratitude for the opportunity to assist Mother Earth and her people in their ascension celebration.

Q: What do Arcturians eat?
Supa: We eat mostly vegetables, fruits and grasses unique to our planet. My favorite food is a sweet, starchy fruit that is orange and purple in color. It grows by the oceans on trees.

We do not need food to sustain life. We energize our bodies through Light. We eat to celebrate our planet, each other and the Oneness of everything. Sharing food with others is done in ritual, honoring the spiritual union we have with the plants and our planet. For us, food provides an opportunity to partake in the wonders of physicality: taste, color, feel, texture. We enjoy the sensation of ingesting different foods. Food is about joy and relaxation. We eat only very small quantities.


Q: Supa, you went to the dentist with me. Please tell us how you keep your teeth healthy.
Supa: We eat a thistle type of plant to clean our teeth. The plant contains enzymes for cleaning. As we chew it, our gums are stimulated, thereby remaining healthy. Again, we have an agreement with the plant and we always give thanks for the plant’s service to us. We never have to visit a dentist.

I was horrified observing you in the dentist chair. I found your dental practices invasive and barbaric.

Q: What is the average life expectancy on your planet?
Supa: We live to be approximately 1,000 Earth years. In your years, I am in my late 200’s, which is still very young.

Q: Please describe your living quarters on your spaceship.
Supa: My living quarters aboard our ship are very simple. I guess you would describe my room as Zen-like. The décor is primarily exotic plants and crystals from my home world. Since I have a symbiotic relationship with the plants, they provide comfort and the energy of home. The crystals are used for rituals. I have one chair that molds to my body’s specifications. The chair is organic. If I entertain guests, my replicator creates additional organic seating arrangements as needed. However, most entertaining is enjoyed in the many common areas provided throughout the ship.

Our ships are large, organic, sentient computers. The walls provide soft, natural luminescent light. You will not find doors. All we need to do is communicate telepathically with the wall for it to open and it accommodates our wishes. Since the walls and floors are organic, they are self-cleaning. The floors support us in a way that is difficult to describe. We tend to glide instead of physically walking the way you do.

We clean ourselves with sonic showers. They clean by using a non-intrusive frequency that leaves us feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to go. The computer lets us know when the process is complete.

When we are living on our ships, we have hydroponic gardens to supply us with our favorite plants. The “holodeck” environment emulates the frequencies of our sun and the energy fields of our planet. This symbiotic process replicates the atmosphere required for the plants to thrive.


Supa on Laughter

One Sunday morning, Sheldan and I were feeling drained of energy, our bodies were aching and we were generally out of sorts. We were planning to go to the movies but neither one of us had the energy. Then Supa joined us. She took one look at us and started laughing, or, should I say, whinnying. Her whinny is life-altering and infectious.

Supa: I see your life force is a little low today. Perhaps a little laughter will help. Laughter raises frequencies. I believe you have a popular adage that says ‘laughter is the best medicine’. Higher vibrations transmute lower vibrations. It is a Universal Law. Laughter works on all four of your bodies: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Now let me see, ahhh, yes, I’ve been wondering about where all of your horse proverbs come from. It will be fun to name as many as we can.

Supa, Sheldan and I had a good time coming up with the following horse proverbs:

* You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink
* That’s a horse of a different color
* Don’t put the buggy before the horse
* Straight from the horse’s mouth
* Don’t beat a dead horse
* Judge not the horse by its saddle
* Don’t change horses in mid-stream
* Horselaugh
* That’s just plain, old, good horse sense
* Never look a gift horse in the mouth
* Horsing around
* Horseshoes are for luck

As children, both Sheldan and I loved the 1950’s television show, “Mr. Ed”. It was about a talking horse. We started singing the infamous theme song as I galloped around the house. We felt like kids again, laughing and forgetting all about our aching bodies.

Supa’s heart was happy. Her mission to harmonize all four of our bodies was accomplished through laughter. She told us that it is important to remember to ‘horse around’ when feeling blue.



Supa on Posture

One afternoon, Supa came to visit. She was returning from a Light Body symposium and I asked her what she had learned. She told me that the Angelic council chairing the gathering wanted the Galactic and Angelic medical teams to find a way to get us to sit with our legs uncrossed.

Our medical teams are giving us messages and promptings, as we sleep, to make us aware of the damage we do to our body alignments by crossing our legs when we sit. It stops circulation, damages the nervous system, disrupts the flow of our energy meridians, puts unnecessary strain on muscles and tendons, and throws our hips and spines out of alignment.

Since she brought this to our attention, Sheldan and I have made a conscious effort to break this unhealthy habit, and he has been more successful than me. From childhood, I have automatically crossed my legs when I sit. I realize the importance of correcting this habit. I want my body temple to be able to receive the incoming spiritual energies with ease and grace.

While attending my weekly women’s group, I noticed, after meditation, that five out of seven women crossed their legs; I shared with them the information that the Angelics want us to sit without crossing our legs, due to the damage it does to our alignments. To my surprise, they all agreed, telling me they were aware of this and are trying to correct the habit. I found their response fascinating and a tribute to our Angelic and Galactic medical teams.

Another confirming story is from my mother. She is eighty-one years old. I was talking with her on the phone when she told me that her back hurts every time she crosses her legs. She acknowledged her awareness of the damage she has done all these years by improper sitting. I had not said a word to her. I smiled and supported her realization that she needs to sit properly. Again, good work, med teams!

There is everything to gain and nothing to lose by following the path to Ascension. Indeed, you will gain so much that you will look back at lives on Earth, and wonder how you got through them. Whatever you visualise as the beauty, joy and happiness of moving into a heavenly abode, we would say that you will still be overwhelmed by the sheer magnificence of everything. Wherever you go you are the focus of much love and attention by all life forms. You might believe you have experienced love, but you are in for many surprises. It surrounds you, and you will literally feel as though you are walking on air. That is how it should be and is a most natural feature of the higher dimensions. Each soul you meet would seem as a God to you, yet by that time you also shall be one. Were you not made in the image of God, so is it not natural you would be recognised as one yourself? The real you bears little resemblance to what you are now, but we acknowledge many of you are trying your hardest to lift yourself up, and achieve success by being ones that lives by the Light and Love.

Whilst on Earth, you have the most difficult time to lift out of the lower vibrations, which is why few souls achieve Ascension without immense help. In your present situation, you are receiving levels of help that are not normally given, but are intense because the Creator desires as many of you as possible ascend this time round. It is after all, a special occasion that allows for mass Ascension, as the cycle of duality ends for all life forms on Mother Earth. As you must know by now, it does not however take away your divine right to follow your freewill choice. By your actions, words and intent, it is you who decides what your experiences shall be. If you so choose to carry on in a similar condition of duality as you are now, that is perfectly acceptable and no one will admonish you or view you as a lesser Being.

Michael has now added Cities of Light to his understanding, as another facet of what is to manifest for souls on the Ascension path. As the weeks go by, information of these magnificent cities will become widely known, and you will find they are technologically advanced healing centres that will totally change you. They will not be the only ones, as there will be many ways available to you that will concentrate on raising your vibrations. Many civilisations of the Galactic Federation will contribute to the task of attending to your needs, and each often has their own specialised expertise. Be assured that before you reach Ascension, you will have healing that is based on Light, Sound and Colour. Your earthly ways are often quite crude, but we do not belittle your attempts to cater for all types of illness and disease. A lot of the new methods are understood by you, but usually lack the funding to be developed. Furthermore, there are Corporations in the drug industries that stop any advances that may replace their products and reduce their profits.

Dear Ones, your crazy world is falling apart, as it can no longer sustain itself. You are in a changing Universe as everything is always on the move, even if sometimes it is not perceptible. Nothing can stand still, and although the dark ones would like to keep you in their control forever ...that is impossible. Each civilisation has a period of time in which to grow and experience, and your history shows your earlier civilisations ALL fell apart. However, the lessons learnt are carried forward at a subconscious level, and your present civilisation was charged with completing its cycle without destroying itself. Without our intervention in recent years, you could easily have destroyed yourselves once again; however, we were given the authority to ensure those souls who were ready to ascend should be allowed that opportunity. In duality, the high and low points of your evolution come and go according to the level of the mass consciousness. Having dipped to a very low point in recent years, fortunately you have overcome the attempts to keep you down and are well on your way to a successful Ascension.

You often criticize people of "living in their own little world," but that it is quite acceptable in these times and preferable to being pulled into everything happening around you. Stick to what you believe in and do not allow outside influences to put you off, and keep a clear mind as to your objectives. That way you can create an outer protection that allows you to be in the world but not of it, and that is perfectly in order and to be desired. It does not mean you cannot be active in things that are of interest to you, but BE SURE they are of a high vibration. Anything less is now to be dropped as part of your personal cleansing, and that also applies to your thoughts. Keep them clean and pure, as otherwise anything that is consistently dwelt upon will become attracted to you. Think Ascension, and as far as possible be that person you expect to be after you have been uplifted.

Those people who do not believe in Ascension or the New Age prophesies in general, will often resort to ridicule when confronted with the facts. It is your place to allow such comments to pass over your head, and by being undeterred by them you are showing your strength of belief. It is different if you are asked to discuss your point of view, but Light Beings do not use their knowledge to pressurise another soul into believing as they do. Each one will eventually find their own path, and that clearly is the best way for them. When you have progressed sufficiently the Master may appear, and that signals that you have reached a high level of understanding. NOTHING will be imposed upon you but simply laid before you for your approval.

Soon you will find your consciousness levels noticeably rising, and you will know beyond doubt your progress is speeding up. It will allow you to commence 2012 with the confidence to know you are well on the way to full consciousness. Then you will realise how much your levels had previously been closed down, so that you were literally in the dark. Some souls are still floundering at a low level, and they are aware that something strange is taking place which makes them feel uncomfortable. Their plight is not being ignored and they will have opportunities to seek the truth, and once they CHOOSE and show interest more help will be given to them.
