What exciting prospects lie ahead because you can rightly look forward to some revealing times, and positive indications that the long awaited changes are coming to fruition. We appreciate the reasons for your caution, and feel sure that given time you will have no doubt that you are leaving the old Age cycle behind. It has run its course and there is no way back for those of the dark forces who have supported it. Naturally there will still be obstacles to overcome, but their ability to maintain it has been sorely diminished. You can expect them to try and prevent the news becoming widespread, but it is of such importance that we will not allow it to be stopped or interfered with. There may be minor problems, but you may be assured that a wonderful future is assured.

The time selected for the announcement has obviously been chosen with the holiday period in mind, so that as many people as possible can be reached. Families can gather together and discuss the implications of the coming Cities of Light. It should bring about a great upliftment in people's hopes and faith in the future. Your experiences have been closely followed since the beginning of the cycle some 26,500 years ago. You have been guided to follow a path that would give you the needed experiences to hasten your evolution, and also opportunities to rise up above the lower energies. The end times were always subject to your choice of which direction to go in and we are pleased that sufficient souls of the Light have been successful. They may not have been a majority, but their ability to bring the Light through has been sufficient to overcome the dark energies that would have destroyed them and taken full control.

After having to stand by your beliefs often with little proof you at last have something to back you up, and as time passes it will become even stronger. Some souls will still find it difficult to understand the meaning of what is happening and will carry on in their old ways. That is fine inasmuch that each one of you must follow your own intuition, and decide your own future. In fact you cannot simply elect to move further into the Light than your own vibrations will allow. You must therefore allow others to define their own needs and path to follow. Be assured that all souls will eventually find themselves exactly where they are intended to be. This will allow them to proceed with their evolution in a manner that is appropriate to their level of understanding. In the long term all souls will rise up, since in reality there is no time such as you understand it. The higher levels are not bound by time and souls can move backwards and forward within it.

On Earth the news of the Cities of Light will cause a great stir and give the people great hope for the future of Mankind. Hitherto the future looked grim with chaos seeming to get worse and with little hope of any changes for the better. As you have been experiencing, the end times can be quite volatile as the old energies play themselves out. However, nothing will stop the full manifestation of the New Age that has already commenced. What is to happen will give people great hope for the future, and many advances that you have heard of can soon become part of your reality. Although you have been held back by the dark Ones, the fact remains that progress has still continued where new inventions have been made that will make life a lot easier. "Lack" will eventually become an unnecessary word and there will come a time when poverty will become totally eradicated. Hunger and lack of the material needs that make life more acceptable will no longer apply, as there will be ample supplies of all the necessary things that can bring it to you.

Dear Ones, by now you should have a good idea of where Humanity is heading, and it will make up for the many less acceptable experiences that you have had. All has of course been in the interests of your evolution and have been planned from one life to another, so that you have kept on rising up and raising your vibrations. For those souls that have been unable to do so, there are no recriminations but simply more opportunities given to succeed another time around. As you have often been informed, at all times you have had assistance and never been left alone to fight your battles. It may seem otherwise but please remember that we can advise you and work with you, but the final path you take is your decision and who are we or indeed anyone else to interfere with your choice.

Considerable karma is accumulated on Earth by those who believe in revenge for acts against them. It is in fact a way that brings you more karma, because nothing is ever gained by such acts. Each soul has to face themselves and their acts when the mortal life expires. It is of course difficult to become passive in a violent world, but bear in mind that all of the time you are creating your own future. If you are a soul of Love and Light that has reached the level of one who can express "love" in all circumstances, then you are surely ready for your Ascension. However, do not despair as there are different levels within all dimensions, and as long as you lead your life based on loving your brothers and sisters, you will succeed and rise up.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and happy to be able to give the good news about the Cities of Light. They have been slowly manifesting for quite some time and it will be a wonderful sight when they do. They will attract thousands of visitors but we suspect that initially its appearance will be as you say “dumbed down”... However, the Cities are quite large and there will clearly be enormous interest in them. The authorities will not be allowed to interfere and adequate precautions will be made to give it full protection. Be In Love and Light and know you are blessed to be present on Earth at such an important time.

Never underestimate the powers and technologies that we have to transform your Earth in a very short period, to one more fitting to your future expectations. For example, you are almost conditioned to expect some part of Earth to be involved in wars. Around you is evidence of them that have ravaged your planet for centuries, with no obvious end to the cycles of death and destruction. Peace seems just as far away as ever it was and Man continues to waste the resources of Earth, whilst millions of your civilisation live in squalor and near starvation. Yet for all that we can bring an instant stop to war, but there has to be an acceptance of meaningful peace and intent to become as One where your future is concerned. Sometimes the only way to progress and achieve peace together, cannot come about until as a civilisation you recognise the Oneness of the Human Race. Looking at your history you are slow to learn but as you say “you are getting there”.

At some point in the near future it will transpire that because you have made sufficient spiritual progress, that it is time to allow such souls to surge forward without the hindrance of those who still lag behind. It is in no way discriminating against them but allowing those who are ready to progress to the higher vibrations, without being delayed by those who are not. After all it is inevitable that those who are not ready to move into the higher vibrations, will have their own path to follow to continue their evolution. The new cycle has begun and slowly but surely all remnants of the earlier one will disappear, to be replaced by a more updated version that has been born of the Light. There will be no place for the lower vibrations that could not in any event exist within it, and all thought levels will be based on Light and Love.

Mother Earth will also enjoy the changes that shall see the Earth restored to its original glory. You will be surprised at how quickly they can take place, and it will be both an enjoyable and exciting time to be on Earth. With the return of the higher vibrations our Space Friends can also appear as often as they wish to, and will use their experience to speed up the changes on Earth. The Inner Earth Civilisation will also partake in the changes, and you will meet them a lot quicker than you might have expected. In other words Dear Ones, it is all change for the better even if it is difficult to envision at present. Many of you are already aware that the Illuminati have held on to new advancements that have taken them far into the future. They have never had any intention of sharing them with you, but keep them to keep power in their hands. Do not worry however as they will not benefit from them in the long run and we shall ensure that you certainly do, but please note there is no place or indeed a future for weapons of war.

There is so much new technology waiting to be introduced to you, and exciting times lie ahead. So please do not become disheartened when nothing appears to be happening. We can assure that our activities are never at a standstill, and we are fully committed to ensuring that you safely make your way into the New Age. We monitor your Earth and the skies around you to ensure that you can evolve unimpeded by outside interference. We certainly control the activities of the dark Ones, to ensure that there is a limitation to the extent that they can go in preparing to take over the Earth. However, as we have intimated previously, we must also allow them to evolve within the confines that are placed upon them. Life abounds everywhere around you, often out of your sight due to the difference in vibrations. What you might consider to be a little proof of that is when photographs are developed with Beings or ghostly images in them, that were not observed at the time. It is simply due to the sensitivity of the photographic film that picks up an image that your eyes cannot.

So looking through the chaos from the outside and within, we see beyond the apparent muddle and find the early beginnings of the New Age with all of its technologies waiting to be introduced. Some require major changes that could not be contemplated at present, requiring such resources that are unavailable now. However, gradually everything is being prepared for the day when they can, and progress will be made at a breath taking speed. There has not been a period such as your present one for millennia of time, and it is sure to become more apparent as time progresses. So we hope you can see that you have no need to be worried as to the outcome of your present experiences, so concentrate on your own needs and ensure that you are fully prepared for the changes.

We generally find that people are more open minded when it comes to subjects that were once considered too difficult to discuss openly. The fear of being ridiculed has almost passed as the New Age has unlocked doors to matters that have not been generally discussed. So do not hide your Light, and feel bold enough to talk about it and you may find that more people than you thought are interested. After all these are the times of revelations, as for too long you have been kept in the dark as to the truth of your being and the Human history. As we mentioned in one of our earlier messages, you all have your origins off Earth. That does not mean you are entirely new to Earth, inasmuch that you have already had many lives upon it. Can you begin to see that Earth is a School for Life, and in fact gives you one of the quickest experiences in which to evolve.

Naturally there is always a “right” time to expand your mind, and hopefully enable you to release old concepts that no longer serve you. In time gone past people were easily bound by superstition that comes about from a lack of understanding. Advancements in Science and your technologies has helped expand your knowledge, which is quite a transition from the days when you thought you were at the centre of the Universe. Dear Ones, you have such a great potential yet to be revealed and, with careful planning, you will gradually find your consciousness expanding. It is all part of your evolutionary plan and is preparing you for full consciousness.

However, it is in the future and at the appropriate time you will be helped to achieve such an upliftment. Already there is an awareness of your consciousness growing, and you can take credit for such an advancement as it is you who has applied yourself to your tasks.

At the moment, there are souls on Earth who are at all different levels of consciousness, and it causes much friction between the different groups. You should not allow yourselves to be distracted by what is going on around you, and concentrate on your own advancement.


The days of sacrificing your own development to help others are no longer necessary, as all souls now know where they are going and what is expected of them. The time has arrived when each soul must apply itself to its life plan, doing its best to achieve its goal. Be assured those who lack awareness of what it is, will be assisted to make as much progress as possible.

The Human Race has evolved so rapidly it is hard to believe the advancements that have been made. It seems that the harder the task ahead, the greater is the effort put into achieving success. As we have often pointed out, no soul is asked to do more than they are considered capable of, which is why some who already know their limitations have accepted that Ascension is beyond them in this cycle.

All experience does however make a good platform for those aspiring to complete this cycle, by making great strides in their evolution. How other soul’s progress is their own choice, although we do encourage them to take every opportunity to raise their vibrations.

You may have noticed that we draw much closer to you, and that is because the time to meet us is drawing nearer. Our craft are now seen more often in your skies, and we have shown for a long time now that we can be present with little fear being experienced by your people.

We have never endangered you, although some of your pilots have experienced apprehension when faced by our craft. Be assured we are totally in control of our craft, and with our technology can deal with any situation that may arise that could pose a threat to your safety or indeed ours. We have often helped you out when dangers have threatened you, in such a way that you are rarely aware of our intervention. Sometimes what you call miracles are attributable to our presence, but we have first to be sure that we are not interfering with your karma.

There are so many different species living on or in your Earth. The Inner Earth Dwellers have been with you for eons of time, but will meet you in the near future. They are more evolved than you are and have much to offer you. Others also have bases within the Earth, and some are placed on the seabed out of your reach.

Perhaps the most surprising revelations will be when Humans acknowledge their Space Families, because many souls that have incarnated on Earth come from other planets. It is all in the interests of the future of the Human Race. Individuals can ascend at any given time, but the whole Human Race only gets such an opportunity at the end of a Solar Cycle that you are now experiencing.

So you will understand that you have entered a very important period, which your future depends on. Many souls are working with you to ensure you achieve your goal, and we are confident that you will succeed. When you look back, you will marvel at your resilience and intent to move into the higher levels. Be certain and know that your destiny does not lie with the Earth that you are now familiar with.

Those of you who prove to be ready will move out of the lower dimension, and leave the old Earth behind. It is time for a new start and to wipe the slate clean as you are not doomed to stay in the present dimension. You will find it hard to resist the new vibrations coming in, and indeed why should you as your destiny is to return fully to the Light.

If you did but know it, you have experienced so many situations that have thoroughly tested you, and finally you come through it as a Being of Light. The physical realms are not your home but have served you well for your experience.

Fear is your biggest obstacle to evolution, as in such a state your progress is halted and you are vulnerable to the lower vibrations. When confronted with conditions that can bring it out, treat those responsible with Love and understanding. Entities of the lower vibrations feed off them and that is not what you want them to do. Do not empower them but rather isolate them and take away their power.

Is it not interesting to think that in effect by taking no action, you follow the best path available to you. Confrontation and revenge are the actions of those who do not understand karma, and are unaware that every soul is responsible for those type of actions.

You cannot lie your way out of responsibility for your actions or words. When you pass over and you review your life, you will find that only the truth can remain and it is no good trying to fool anyone. It is not so frightening as you might imagine as those Higher Beings who handle such matters are all Love and not there to admonish or punish you.

Life on Earth is usually all ups and downs, so please try to understand what lessons are being presented to you. If you do not learn from them, they will keep coming back until you do. That is what life is all about so accept your lot because you will have agreed a life plan. Your task is to learn the lessons presented to you so that you do not have to do them again. That way you will evolve much quicker and lift yourself out of the lower vibrations.

Matters are progressing as intended, and we can assure you that you will not have to wait much longer before it will be readily apparent that major changes are approaching.

The word has been given that there will be no further interference allowed to the plan for your release from the dark Ones. Their path has been ordained and soon their power will be so diminished that their destiny will be quite different to their plans.

Certainly some individuals still wield sufficient power to be obstructive but they act under certain limitations. They will not be allowed to alter the course of mankind’s march towards the New Age and the freedom that accompanies it.

We continue to monitor all events upon Earth, and it is as well to remember that there is no hiding place from our technology that can see through solids. We can therefore tell you that we have the power and authority, to ensure that your future is according to the Divine Plan.

Of course it will be affected by your Freewill, but it will not alter the course of your destiny. You are already moving into the higher vibrations, and you should take time to ensure that you are fully prepared for them. It is time for you to concentrate on your evolution, to be sure that you are not side-tracked from your goal.

Many eyes throughout our vast Universe focus upon your tiny blue orb, and you are revered for your courage and dedication to the Light. Your experiences will assist others in their evolution, and some of you will take your knowledge and experience far into the Universe.

Your next step in your evolution will be when you acquire full consciousness, and it is not as far away as you might assume. Once you have reached this stage you are a totally free spirit and your creative powers will be limitless.

It is however your choice as to which path you follow, and there will be no lack of guidance and opportunities. Your present life is far removed from what you can expect in times to come. You are in fact about to conclude your experiences in the lower dimension, and will leave them with a greatly expanded level of consciousness.

You can set your sights as high as you wish, and in time you will get the opportunity to realise them. Some souls are trapped in the lower vibrations of Earth, but are given every help once they express the desire to uplift themselves. No one is left entirely on their own, but we are bound by Universal Law to only give help when it is requested.

This may sound harsh, but an individual soul’s Freewill must be acknowledged and accepted. In this way, their evolution can proceed in a way that is best suited to their needs, and in reality give them all the time they might need. Time such as you understand it is not the true reality in the higher dimensions. However, you have recognised that it is not constant throughout your Universe.

You have a lot to learn about the truth of things outside your own planet, yet even the Earth has many secrets to share with you. It is known for example that it is hollow and that Beings live inside it, and after Ascension you will meet them.

They are in fact more advanced than you are and will be pleased to share their knowledge with you, and help you advance more quickly than you would have otherwise done. They have followed your progress for eons of time, and are conversant with your needs. They will be of great help in advancing the future of mankind and the Earth, and you are assured that any sacrifice you make now will be well worth it, as peace will come very soon.

When people learn of what is planned for your future, there will be a great coming together as at last you truly realise that you are All One. That should be easily understood when you accept that over many lifetimes, you have all lived in many different cultures, religions, and previous eras. In fact, your ancient and historic civilizations throughout your Earth history has literally been YOU:  YOU were those people from previous lifetimes that you read about in your numerous history books.  Thousands of years later, humanity has evolved to the place where you are NOW, having fulfilled millenia of karma, most of you are prepared for your final Ascension out of the lower vibrations --your return to full consciousness and to your Galactic Selves! How else, Dear Ones, do you imagine that you would evolve and reach out to the Higher Dimensions?

We know that some of you are tiring of the seemingly continuous battle with the dark Ones, but rest assured that you are already in the End Times and entering the New Golden Age. We do not mind repeating that we are overseeing all events upon Earth, and that is your assurance that there will be no return to the old ways of life.

Indeed the old ways are already receding into the background (despite what mainstream news report daily), and many new advances are waiting to be introduced that will propel you into the New Age. As always it depends on the timing, and we will not jeopardise your future by moving too quickly.

After the long period of darkness we choose our moment to bring you into the New Age, when the dark Ones are unable to influence or interfere with our plans. They will eventually be removed as the new Earth will be no place for such low vibrations --they cannot co-exist. Be cheerful and joyous as your journey is almost over, and the gifts of God await you, and peace and prosperity are to be yours.

As you acquire knowledge there is a temptation to want to spread it around, but we suggest that unless you are giving a talk try not to impose your views upon others. You will find that other souls will be directed to you when the time is right for them.

There is no pressure applied to anyone, as you have Eternity in which to evolve, but we will however endeavour to nudge you occasionally to keep you seeking the greater Truth. Often this can happen when a source is put your way, so it is wise to recognise such opportunities and take due note. We hear some asking how would they know when to respond and our answer is to trust your intuition.

I am SaLuSa from Planet Sirius, and pleased to be able to keep you updated on events that are determining the rate of your progress. The world continues to be in a turmoil as longstanding matters are being sorted out. They are karmic in nature and have to follow their path to completion.

As is often the case where the End Times are concerned with each and every planet preparing for their Ascension from the lower vibrations, there is a lot of pressure placed upon the people inhabiting that world, as expected when shifting from one long-held reality of darkness into the higher "miracle" Golden Age which follows. However, each of you are where you should be so that any remaining karma can be cleared. So please do your best to deal with it so that it is completely finished. This will ensure that you can enjoy the transition period and be fully prepared for your fast-approaching future.

The levels of consciousness are steadily increasing and already we note the beneficial changes that are taking place, and so it shall continue as you are carried into levels that will signal the arrival of the higher dimension. At this stage, there is no going back to the old ways, although there are those who are reluctant to let go. However, all souls will get every opportunity to rise up and those that are not ready will carry on their evolution at a suitable level. Meantime those of you that are aware of the changes and are taking them into yourselves, are helping ground them upon Earth. We will ensure that there is no interference with your progress, and are doing all we can to ensure you are protected against those who would interfere with it. Providing you continue to go forward with a positive approach, no one will be able to prevent you from successfully raising your vibrations.

Do not be unduly concerned about the fate of those who appear to struggle, as all receive help and will at the right time take a quantum leap forward. Timing is the essence of successful progress, as it does not help to be thrust into knowledge that is beyond a soul's understanding. All comes in good time and lessons have to be learnt before the next stage can be reached. Many souls are clearing karma and learning through experience how to raise their vibrations. It can occur through simply having good intentions and caring for your fellow human Beings. In much of what you do it is the “intent” behind it that is so important, and it is helped by looking upon other souls as your brothers and sisters. Help others where you can and often a word or two can be very uplifting, or if the situation calls for it ...a kind deed can be even more uplifting. Do your best but do not try to take on the world’s troubles, as each soul has something to offer and you simply do what you intuitively know you are capable of. Remember also that we are with you and will do our best to guide your intentions in a way that is most beneficial to all concerned.

Time is as always speeding by and so much is happening that you cannot be aware of because so much is kept secret. It applies to those working for the Light as well as the dark, but we are naturally following the progress of both sides. It means that we can foresee events that are intended to interfere with the plans of those working for peace upon Earth. Where we can, we direct those of the Light so that their work can proceed with little or no hindrance. It means that the Light has an advantage over the activities of the dark Ones, and that their success is assured. Events sometimes seem to suggest otherwise but bear in mind that you are in very volatile times, and so much karma is being cleared so that you can go full speed into the higher levels.

Where you are personally concerned, you may well have cleared your old karma already. If so, you will find that your life will go along smoothly and without incident as you draw the higher vibrations to you. Your peaceful and positive approach to life will also help others lift their vibrations, and collectively you will lift up as you leave the old vibrations behind. Major changes are yet to take place where your leadership is concerned, but eventually those who refuse to relinquish their role will be forced to resign. Many souls of Light await their opportunity to step forward to lead you onwards toward freedom from the attention of the dark Ones. That time is fast approaching and there will be much rejoicing and celebrations when it happens. You have worked hard to achieve success and fully deserve the rewards that you are to receive.

We are as always monitoring the dark Ones and they have no hiding place that we cannot penetrate. We also keep a check of their off planet activities and are totally aware of their presence upon Mars, that are concealed underground. Be assured we will not allow such bases to target Earth and use any weaponry against you. As we have previously told you war is not an option, or any attempts to destroy your defences against attack. War and everything associated with it will eventually become obsolete, and the technologies associated with it will be put to peaceful uses. The saving in money and peaceful use of resources will ensure a higher standard of living and greater co-operation between countries. People have always been open to friendly links with other nations, and with freedom of travel will become multi-national. They will have much to offer each other, and progress will steadily become worldwide. As living standards increase prosperity will be shared to bring all people together.

Your experiences will eventually be shared with other growing civilisations so as to speed up their evolution. At the higher levels it is normal for those with a greater experience or knowledge to help those who follow in their footsteps. You are after all as One at a soul level and will come closer to each other as you rise up the levels of vibration. On Earth the dark Ones have perpetuated the idea of individual evolution and separation, to the point of turning you against each other resulting in a perpetual state of war. That is however changing and people are more caring about each other and becoming more their “brother’s keeper.” You will certainly have much to do to restore Mother Earth but with our help it will happen much more quickly than it might otherwise have done.

Dear Ones, you are doing so well to rise above the lower vibrations, as that is one of your more difficult tasks, Indeed, many souls still flounder in them and seem to be unable to rise up. However, many souls both on and off Earth are devoted to helping them and eventually all souls will respond to the help being given. Each time you are able to exhibit love and compassion to those who are embroiled in the lower vibrations, you are helping them beyond your understanding. We would encourage you to equally help all souls that are in need of assistance.

It is why we emphasize how much help we are giving you to ensure you successfully take the opportunity to ascend. There are many ways that you can assist the desire to bring permanent peace to the world. As individuals you can spread your Light wherever you go, by focussing on all that is pure and wholesome. You can also send out your healing energies and love to uplift those who are in need of help. Your ability to do so goes far beyond your understanding, requiring immense faith on your part. Like attracts like and it is for this reason that healers present a monumental power for good. At this time, the Earth is in need of immense healing to help the process to go forward, and it comes from many sources many of which are off Earth. Whilst the Earth may be of an insignificant size compared to other planets in your Solar System, you can be assured that in your Universe it holds the centre spot. It is because of its importance to the evolution of the Human Race that is due to evolve beyond the third dimension. If it does not, it will affect and delay the progress of souls who exist in the higher ones. So as you can see, this stage in Human evolution is so important to the progress of other souls.

As we have previously mentioned, the opportunity to Ascend is so important that if it is not taken it can actually set back your progress. However, do not be dismayed or affected by what we have told you, as you have many advanced civilisations that are giving you their full support. You do in fact have much more help than you imagine, and it is to give you every opportunity to achieve your goals. The immediate help you get is to ensure that your progress is in the right direction. We can influence your decisions but cannot impose our ideas upon you. However, the souls taking part in the end times are aware of their tasks, even if it is only at a subconscious level. All told, we are confident that success will be achieved, but there is always that element of risk because of your freewill.

Anyone who has been following your spiritual progress, will certainly be able to look back and see a definite pattern. It shows an opening up of the Light that has grown at a rapid pace, so much so that it has brought about a more peaceful approach to life. We can assure you that it will continue to grow until it will be recognised that the Human Race is ready to ascend. However, there is still much work to do, but in the near future it will become apparent that the dark Ones are no longer able to influence the destiny of Mankind. We wait for our opportunity to meet you, but the circumstances must be such that peace has been established upon Earth. To that end we will take an active part so you can rest easy and know that you have chosen your path in the Light. The dark Ones will no longer be able to interfere with your progress, indeed they will have been removed and find themselves at a level that is consistent with their lower vibrations.

Dear friends we are of little difference to you except that we have journeyed further along the road of evolution. You have chosen a different path to us but nevertheless we all travel in the same direction, and for that reason we offer a helping hand to speed up your progress. The importance of the present time cannot be over emphasised, as it is the culmination of a period covering many years of evolutionary experience – a Solar Cycle of 26,500 years. Those of you who have evolved sufficiently will continue to rise up, as you experience in accordance with your goal to continue expanding within the Light.

Of necessity you are going to experience many changes which will propel you into the New Age. The old ways are no longer suitable or reflect the new energies that are streaming to Earth. We are pleased to tell you that once matters are moving forward, they will do so quite quickly as after all we have been preparing for this time for many years. You have as you might say “ now come of age” and your progress must be allowed to forge ahead. Clearly there will be some confusion where those who are unenlightened are concerned. We will however give you as much information as possible to ease your worries. Be assured that you will be advised as to exactly what to expect, and it will include many very acceptable surprises.

You will be surprised as to how quickly you will move forwards, and forget the earlier periods of difficulty. Bear in mind that you are experiencing the end times yet also the incoming energies that will lift you up. It will be an unusual experience yet uplifting because you will be able to appreciate the reason for the changes. Those of you in the know will be able to help those who will be confused and somewhat fearful of what the future holds for them. However, we intend to make sure that once we can present ourselves to you, that you are fully informed as to what is transpiring and what you can do to assist. Meantime the new energies will help you remain calm, and we will always be at the ready if circumstances call for our intervention.

Throughout the world weather changes are being experienced and in some areas they are already becoming quite extreme. These changes must take place as you move out of the extremely volatile weather extremes of the past. Matters will settle down and you are going to experience more acceptable conditions that will be to your liking. The extremes that you normally experience will slowly disappear, and ultimately your weather patterns will settle down. Do not expect too much too soon, as we are informing you of what to expect in the immediate future.

For your part you can help others to understand the necessity for world wide changes, and most importantly help them to understand the need to go along with them as they are for your benefit. The most striking changes will in our opinion be the result of cleansing the Earth of centuries of pollution and destruction. You will see immediate benefits and the beauty and cleanliness will be most striking. Pollution of the air, earth and seas will be removed quite quickly and all will eventually be returned to its pristine condition.

We come with good news at a time when most countries are experiencing change or uncertainty. The Light and dark are clearly separating as the vibrations are being lifted, and it is the Light that is lifting up more speedily than anytime previously. This will ultimately lead to a complete separation as the Light moves into a higher dimension. An indication of the changes is already apparent in some countries, where populations are experiencing a certain calmness and rising above the lower vibrations. Whereas in the past they have resulted in a more aggressive and violent response to problems encountered. Now there is a notable change in attitude where more people are looking for peaceful settlements, and are sufficiently influential to achieve them. This will continue to be the response where circumstances exist that could lead to confrontation. The warmongers are still intent on resolving issues their way, but now the pendulum swings to more peaceful solutions that cannot be ignored.

Out of the chaos you are experiencing will come changes that will be very welcome, and will lead to worldwide peace. It means that there will be many changes where the top people and Governments are concerned, and the lead will be taken from President Obama. In each era where important changes are necessary, you will find that the “right” people are always on hand to lead the way. We would not pretend that there are easy times ahead, when in fact the cleansing that is taking place means that it will get worse before it gets better. Some of it is the clearing of ages old karma as the New Age must have a clean slate, without the responsibilities of mistakes that have been made in the past. The new way of thinking is gathering pace and cannot be ignored indefinitely. In the present situation on Earth, much needs to be done to bring hostilities to an end, and we can intervene to establish peace if we are called upon to do so.

Over a long period of time, we have stepped up our presence in your skies, and rest assured we have absolute protection against any action intended to destroy us and our craft. There have been times when circumstances were different, and “allowance” was made to speed up your evolution by giving you the opportunity to acquire certain crashed spacecraft, such as Roswell in your calendar year of 1947. In fact, your dark Ones have advanced very rapidly keeping hidden this technology and reverse engineering our crafts, but be assured their activities are very much under our control. Our role will be to advance your knowledge even further, but not until the time is right and you can be trusted with it. The dark Ones think only of their personal power and gain, but they will not achieve the goals that they have in mind, which is complete control over all of you and your Lady Gaia.

Your beautiful Earth has been intentionally almost destroyed by the many wars that have taken place. It is in a sorry state and Mother Earth has appealed to us for help. We are pleased to tell you that a limit to the damage has been reached, and we have already prevented more nuclear wars and the resultant worldwide damage. From hereon, the Earth will no longer be subjected to destruction or poisoning, and when the time is appropriate you shall witness a wonderful cleansing and restoration to bring Her back to Her original pristine condition: The Garden of Eden. With our galactic technologies, you will be surprised at how quickly the changes can be made. We shall work together and encourage you to take more responsibility for your beloved planet, who brings and sustains you life.

Great times lie ahead, and you have much to catch up on so that you can eventually take your place alongside us, once you reclaim your original status as Galactic Beings. The changes that lie ahead are going to take you way beyond your dreams, so that you may eventually become Cosmic Beings once again. Life for you has just about begun, and the seeds for change are well advanced. Only those of you that have earnt a place in the higher dimensions can go forward, and we commend you for having risen above the challenges that have been placed before you. Over thousands of lifetimes, each of you have had the same opportunity to evolve through this dark period on the Earth School of low vibrations since the Fall of Atlantis 13,000 years ago, but some have become mired in said lower frequencies and, as such, are unable to rise up sufficiently to move on. However, it is no disgrace to take longer to find your way, and it is not held against you in any way. Indeed, you will receive more help to enable you to progress until you too will be ready to Ascend, as your many religions' Ascended Masters have done before you to lead the Way, and have shown you YOUR Destiny.

To use one of your expressions, “keep your head above water” at all times knowing that these times are a prelude to the end of the cosmic cycle. Every soul learns so much by experiencing the End Times of each cycle, and indeed by living lives in an environment that contains so much hostility amongst the lower vibrations. However, as we have often informed you, the challenges that you have encountered in the lower dimension have speeded up your spiritual evolution. It has been what you might call a “fast track” to the completion of your experiences, and to the advancement of your return to Full Consciousness. Also bear in mind that a long long time ago you willingly volunteered to experience a journey into the darkness, knowing that we would always be with you. Very soon you will meet us in happy circumstances, as by then, you will be on your path to Full Consciousness.

Whatever experiences you have still to encounter, bear them with pride and joy knowing that your time in duality within the lower vibrations is coming to an end. Once you reach the end of the present period, you will not carry any old outstanding karma with you. You will already have learnt the lessons that have been of importance to you, and are ready to commence another exciting period in your evolution. You are somewhat like a prisoner being released for the first time, and the world will be full of surprises and opportunities to follow your passions. At all times, there are always more advanced souls who are able to help you on your journey. As a Cosmic Being, it will be your choice as to which path to travel and there will be so many opportunities given to you.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and feel your weariness but also joy of the realisation that your journey's end is so near. You have already started to enter the new energies and in general terms, it will bring about a more peaceful feeling.  The Galactic Fleet draws ever nearer and is frequently seen in your skies, sometimes carrying out its responsibility to keep under control any attempt to start another nuclear war and to cleanse the poisoning the dark cabal continues to emit.  I leave you with my blessings and love.

However looking at the greater picture, it would be seen that beneficial energies are growing upon Earth, and laying down the foundations for the New Earth. You are truly experiencing the coming of changes that have been predicted for eons. It will however be a period of some confusion until it is both seen and realised that the changes are positive and beneficial to your future. In the course of time, the vibrations will become even higher, and life will be one delightful experience as you enjoy the everlasting peace and harmony. Eventually you will become Cosmic Beings and travel the Universe ...if that is your desire. There is no end to the various experiences that you can have, and as a Being of Light you will be free from the demands upon you at present in your heavier denser carbon-based body. We know that some of you are worried that you will lose contact with your friends and family, but be assured that any soul you wish to contact is only a thought away from you.

My Email program is once again fully operating and I am back to normal. Apart from two days on the 13^th and 14^th. March, I have only been able to receive Emails and not reply to them. I was however able to get a message out on Friday the 14^th. March, and that has been posted to the webpage. I could not however reach everyone but you can obviously print a copy direct from the web. In spite of speaking with my Server on at least five occasions to resolve the problem, I could not get my Emails working again correctly, only to find that I had no Server for my Outgoing mail. I cannot understand how they could have dealt with my problem without knowing the cause of it. In the circumstances I decided that the best thing to do was to change my Server, and I am now with Virgin. So please note my Email address is unchanged as: michael.quinsey@mypostoffice.co.uk .

However, I honestly do not have time to engage in contact with more people when I have so much work to do. Even now I get so many Emails most days, and sometimes I find it too overwhelming, however, I do appreciate your kind thoughts. I would also once again like to thank all those people who generously donated money when Steve felt I was in need of financial support. As it worked out I overcame possible difficulties, so I have not claimed your donations which will be returned to you by Paypal.

Along with Michael I am pleased that we are once again able to send out our messages to you. Even in adversity there are lessons to be learnt, and they are a true test of your ability to stay focussed regardless of whatever confronts you. The problems that seemed to Michael to last an eternity, have at last been overcome and you can look forward to a period of exciting developments. In reality the delay is of no real consequence. As always so much takes place without your full knowledge, and this is to protect those involved in the changes. The Light is ever expanding and the awakening of so many souls is immensely helpful to firmly establish it upon the Earth. The process of enlightenment is proceeding at a fast pace, and the dark Ones cannot delay its coming any longer. The journey for many of you has been long and arduous, but all of the energy and effort put in will be found well worth it. You have brought yourselves this far by your sheer effort and determination, and you are well into the last lap to achieve your Ascension.

The changes are rapidly coming in and they have at last been admitted to be responsible for the climatic changes that you are experiencing. Major changes are still taking place and will continue until a more temperate climate is achieved. At the same time the planet will continue to be cleansed of the toxins that are present at sea and on land. With our technologies such tasks do not present any difficulties, and in a relatively short time the Earth will be restored to its pristine condition. It will rumble and heave as it responds to the changes, and once they have been completed will settle down to a peaceful co-existence with you. All of these changes have been predicted for eons of time, and you were always going to witness the wonderful plan of Mother Earth to rid it of all that has no place on the New Earth.

We are presently closer to Earth than ever before, and we are monitoring events to ensure that there is no further interference with those who work for the Light. As more of you have become used to the Light, you have found ways of using it that are beneficial to more people than previously. Indeed, Mother Earth needs your support as she handles the changes that will also enable Her to rise up into the higher dimensions with you. At present, we are working hard to ease the tensions upon Earth, caused by the events in the Ukraine. We will ensure matters do not get out of hand, and you are assured that peace shall be maintained. The time of major world wars has ceased, and we try to direct wayward negative energies in such a way that no harm is caused. You will no doubt have noticed that the war machine is also in a state of change, and eventually the manpower and materials will be put to peaceful uses. Some will attempt to hold on to military might, but it will be to no avail as it has already been decreed that wars shall cease. Along with a new monetary system, prosperity shall return and signal the commencement of a new era of peace upon your world.

As individuals you can assure those around you that total peace shall return sooner than you might expect. It will give us the opportunity to make an official visit to Earth and carry you forward into the New Age. We have had many secret meetings with officials, and these will continue until it is safe for us to reveal our presence. That means being able to walk amongst you without being assailed by those who cannot accept the coming changes. Such souls will be placed on a new path in a dimension suited to their state of consciousness and point of evolution. Be assured, all shall find an appropriate place in the Cosmos, which allows them to continue with experiences that will enable them to further evolve. There is no pressure applied to those who languish in the lower vibrations, as it is inevitable that they will eventually lift up their vibrations, and follow those who have gone before them.
