I’d like to take a look at Saul’s July 20, 2011 message at more length because it’s of a type that we haven’t heard a great deal of until now. Most of Saul’s messages have been one of two types: either they tell us what is wrong with terrestrial society at the present moment or else they tell us what the shape of society will look like when things have been put right.
However, this message fits into neither of these categories. Instead it tells us what we now must do as the situation is actually being put right. In other words, it seems to suggest that the last phase of bringing down the Illuminati is occurring and helps us see how to position ourselves and respond so as not to create further karma and suffering.
Saul starts off by by telling us that this is his purpose:
“Humanity has arrived at a very important stage of its spiritual evolution, as it moves from attitudes of distrust and defense against one another to a profound and permanent realization that loving cooperation is the only practical way to live together on the jewel that is Planet Earth.”
He sees us as moving from one phase to another, from the breaking of the grip of the force that conditioned us to distrust and defensiveness against one another (the Illuminati) to a time of needing to forge bonds of loving cooperation as the new paradigm for life on this beautiful planet.
He seems to know that we have difficulty believing, amid all the destruction and damage we see around us, that major changes for the better are in fact occurring:
“As you look around at the damage that has been done and that continues to be done to the whole ecosystem, including humanity, for self-centered personal gain, it is difficult for you to believe that major changes in perspective and behavior are already in progress worldwide. Nevertheless, they are.”
He acknowledges lightworkers and starseeds for the work they’ve done over lifetimes to bring us to this point:
“A very large number of you have been working for lifetimes to bring the ideas for these essential, wonderful, and enlightened changes to your human sisters and brothers in order that they may be put into effect to enable all to live in peace and abundance.”
He foreshadows the arrival of NESARA or the abundance program, that will equip us to end conditions of poverty and need on the planet:
“There is no need for poverty, deprivation, or repression to be endured anywhere, and the work that is being done to bring an end to endemic worldwide privation will ensure that no one is left in need.”
He warns us that the unprecedented arrangements are complex and will result in some early confusion:
“The changes that will occur to bring in peace and abundance for all are very complex, and the preparations necessary to bring them about are approaching completion. But there will be some confusion initially as the changes start to occur, because they are quite unprecedented – nothing like them has ever been undertaken during Earth’s long history.”
He tells us that the time of separation is beginning and that many of us will either withdraw from some relationships or else become closer in others. This reflects the dark withdrawing and the Light coalescing.
“Many of you are having, or have friends or relatives who are having, severe personal relationship difficulties in which it seems impossible to find any meeting point between the myriad differing perceptions you have of one another.”
Not only is this separation what Emmanuel called “a natural step in the mass-ascension process,” (1) but it is also our signal to begin our personal cleansing and completion process even more diligently than we have in the past so that our vibrational level is freed to rise even higher, if we are to ascend (and the vast majority of us will). Just as the Earth will be terraformed and restored to its original pristine condition, so are we to be cleansed and restored to our original condition.
“At this time all the issues that you individually need to address in your lives, so that love and forgiveness can replace the many negative and damaging attitudes to which you have been so attached for so long, are coming to the surface of your conscious awareness in a very emphatic manner, as part of these necessary changes in perspective and behavior. This is, to say the least, very unsettling for you, especially if they are issues with which you thought you had already dealt satisfactorily, or even issues which may seem to you not to be your issues at all!”
We must recognize that so many of us will be experiencing emotional turmoil at this time. Let me add my own word here: most people will not know what is transpiring. They’ll experience the emotional turmoil without understanding how to regard it or what to do. So it falls to us to alert them to the fact that all of Earth’s population will be going through an emotional cleansing. Let me cite Saul first and then return to this theme:
“This is a time for great patience and compassion as you are not alone in your emotional turmoil. Everyone with whom you interact is going through his or her own previously unaddressed personal issues, indicated by physical and/or emotional discomfort or pain.”
It’ll fall to us to tell others to allow this cleansing process to happen, to stand unperturbed in the face of it, to allow the old memories that are incomplete to rise to the surface, and to experience whatever emotions accompany them to completion, without reacting or resisting. We’ll not only need to do this ourselves now, but we’ll also need to coach others.
Our egos will fight us over this process. They’ll want us to survive and see what is happening as a threat to our survival, when in fact it is a contribution to our advancement. The ego does not know that our survival is guaranteed no matter what, so it is a poor guide to follow. Here is where our deeper selves must take the helm and steer the ship.
“Being a human is very demanding because your egos are constantly striving to get you to focus your attention on your worries and fears….”
Saul puts the process we are going through as lessons to be learned, whereas I put it in terms of incomplete experiences to be completed. But either perspective is quite fine as long as we now “learn our lessons” or complete our experiences.
“…and when this occurs it is very difficult for you to focus on the lesson that the discomfort is attempting to draw to your attention. Even when you are aware that there is a lesson that you are meant to be learning, it can still be extremely difficult for you to understand what the lesson is.”
Casting it in terms of a lesson may have some of us search for the lesson which would have us invoke the mind. But the mind is the thing that got us into difficulty in the first place. I’d rather we just simply completed the experience rather than use the mind to try to figure it out. And Saul says that he prefers that as well. He advises us to accept what we feel and experience at this time rather than to “work out the reason for it” and he also says that reasoning it out invokes the ego/mind, which is the original source of the problem.
“Mostly it is simply to accept. To accept whatever state it is that you are experiencing, rather than trying to work out the reason for it and correct it. Because as soon as you start to reason your ego becomes involved, making judgments, and suggesting to you that you have already done the work and learnt your lessons.”
He gives us a picture of what the mind does, which only prolongs the suffering by having us not be willing to endure the feelings which the mind rejected in the first place.
“It reminds you of previous suffering you experienced when dealing with the ongoing issues of being human, and tells you that you have surely been through enough already. This leaves you feeling rather helpless because it seems that there is no solution, and this seems very unfair. You may even feel ‘Well, what on earth does God want me to do? Can’t He see that I am doing my best? Doesn’t He see how much I am hurting?’”
He tells us that the final goal is to open our heart. This certainly fits well with enlightenment theory which points to the being’s natural state, permanent liberation, or sahaja nirvikalpa samadhi, as being a state characterized by a permanent heart opening.
“Well, God only wants you to open your hearts and accept the abundance of Love that He is offering you. Nothing else!”
So, yes, what Saul says here fits with the teachings of the wisest on Earth. And he tells us that as long as we use our minds to figure things out rather than remaining open to life and experiencing to completion what life brings us, we effectively close ourselves to God’s Love.
“But as long as you believe that you have issues to resolve, lessons to learn, and are attempting to resolve them with your mind, you effectively close your hearts to the Love that is constantly offered to you.”
So a posture of acceptance is what he recommends as the way to awaken from the nightmare. And I agree. But he doesn’t mean a posture of passive submission to life’s circumstances. Rather he means a willingness to experience what life brings us, which is a different matter.
“Acceptance of your situation just as it is, without trying to figure out the reasons for it, will decrease your stress levels and start encouraging your hearts to open to receive God’s Love. This will lead you towards awakening from the nightmare, the illusion in which it seems that you have your existence.”
In my view, we are now entering a different phase of the Ascension process. The Company of Light are no longer trying to enroll us in their view of what is not working in society or in their view of the final destination. They seem to realize we are in mid-process and appear to want to coach us now in how to orient to the process of deconstruction of the dark that is well underway and how to begin the process of construction of our new paradigms and ways of living that will lead us to Ascension.
As Winston Churchill said, in another context: “Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. but it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.” (2)

Keep Calm: Your Final Time In Duality Will End Very Soon, and You'll Progress In Accordance w/Your Previously Agreed Life Plan B4 You Incarnated

Wherever you are rejoice, as the changes are about to go up another level. You can already sense what is occurring, and for the dark ones the unthinkable is happening. They thought they were invincible but now find they're falling apart right in front of their very eyes, and so it will continue until their activities are fully brought to Light. We already know the full stories, and if necessary have evidence to prove what has been going on for a long, long time. The fruits of their endeavours are coming to haunt them, and there is no way they can get out of taking responsibility for their wrong-doings. For the moment, justice is not the main concern although that is inevitable. We want to see the way cleared sufficiently for the old systems to be replaced, by all that has wrongly been denied to you. It is prepared, and no time will be lost once we can commence.
People, who have not been in the know about these changes, may be disturbed by them. In spite of the chaos, it is the loss of all that has become familiar to them that will bring the anxiety. We shall of course ensure our activities are well announced, and soon it will be seen everything is for the good of ALL. For those people who are bound for Ascension, it will clearly be important they are assured of being able to ascend, and know we are here to help that process and not hinder it. In fact, your successful Ascension is the goal of the Galactic Federation, and our protection will accompany you all the way.
Having experienced the lower vibrations ourselves, we are in awe of your ability to steadfastly stick to your tasks when often you experience fatigue and tiredness. Your determination knows no equal, and it is something you have learnt over many lifetimes on Earth's duality to ensure your survival. Now that same powerful focus is going to see you through the last challenges duality has left in store for you. Who's involved in said challenges depends partly where you live, as some parts of the world are going to be more active than others where physical changes are due to take place. We are still overseeing such events, and our object is to help lessen the affect. Mother Earth has to be allowed to follow her own dictates, as she knows best what has to be changed.
Negative energies still hang over the Earth, and we are to help break the attachment that feeds the lower vibrations. Those souls that are involved will have to be cleansed to be lifted up, if they are to have any chance of being ready to Ascend. You simply cannot enter the higher vibrations if you will not let go of your attachments. It's not that you have gone out of your way to acquire them, but it's an accumulation over many lives that you have been unable to throw off. In the present period when so much Light is being directed to Earth, you will never have such a wonderful opportunity to rid yourself of them! If you set your heart on doing so, you will instantly attract the help of many Lightworkers. Be assured God wishes to see as many of you as possible, return to the Light before the end-time comes.
Your ego can be your best friend if kept in check, but otherwise acts like your over-controlling father or mother commanding your attention to ensure it (your selfish immature self) comes first. We certainly promote the idea of self-preservation, and self-love but not at the expense of other souls. In long-gone times, your ego ensured your survival, but that is no longer necessary as it is your Light that now protects you. The more you think and act in Love and Light, the more you attract and place yourself beyond the attention of the dark ones. Perhaps you can see how your civilisation divides itself into two factions (Light and dark), and you are in a time when they will draw further apart. Even your way of thinking becomes quite different when you allow the Light to take over. Suddenly you are One with all life even although the differences become exaggerated, and where humans are concerned, you can see beyond the outer shell of sadness, judgment, anger, bitterness, and attacking one another.
Keep calm and trust those who have your future in their hands, as your final period in duality will end very soon and you will progress in accordance with your previously agreed life plan of your Soul Contract BEFORE you incarnated. You do not yet have the level of consciousness to enable you to have full knowledge of such matters, but normally you'll feel comfortable with what you sense subconsciously, as all knowledge is within. It can be likened to those who feel they came to Earth to work for the Light, but have not found out or identified exactly what that is. We would say be aware of what's happening around you, and where opportunities come your way to do so, accept them EVEN IF they are not what you have envisaged. One opening may lead to another that's more to your liking, and whatever it is, be assured that every little bit helps.
In the near future, organising skills will be in demand, as more action will come from YOU to help your communities working and adapting to the changes. We know of your abilities and you can be sure that where needed they shall be used. Contact with you will regularly occur, particularly where we are working together. You already have some brilliant minds on Earth, and they are there because we will need those who can quickly understand advanced technologies. For example, we have been able to influence such minds, which as a result, think in terms that already comprehend the new devices that are going to be available to you. Some such as those for free energy have already been fully designed and patented, and we will ensure that they are quickly brought on to the market. We know this will please you as you experience the escalating cost of energy. The Universe abounds with free energy and you shall have the use of it.
The next three or four months are destined to be eye-opening, and you will know for sure the big changes are on the way. After all, the year speeds by and before you know it, it will be the magical year of 2012! So get ready to button up your safety belts and enjoy the ride. It can be seen as good or bad as YOU WANT IT TO BE, so see the goal that is being aimed for and not the manner in which it is to be reached. Dratzo! We return! We sit poised at last on the brink of a great victory! The energies for change on your reality have turned positive. We behold a realm that is truly in the midst of transition. Gaia asked in all earnestness that the great events on your horizon be carried out at this time. Heaven agreed with Gaia, and has decreed this be the time in your history when your world passes from the rim of darkness to the threshold of the Light. Your political and economic systems are corrupt beyond measure and require an immitigable reshaping. These requirements are the principal aims of our Earth allies. They have stepped forward and completed a most remarkable series of reforms. A pivotal component of their package is global prosperity, as well as a universal debt forgiveness program. These elements promise that a new, more responsive form of governance can become common on your world. We have watched as each one of these respective goals were reached and readied for manifestation. Your Ascended Masters have blessed these reforms and are prepared to assist in making them see the light of day.
The business of transforming your reality is not an uncomplicated task. Rather, it is filled with constant periods of interference stoked by the dark and its various henchmen. These plans, put together by the dark's minions, are filled with the underlying thought that a special sovereign relationship exists between you and the dark's selected minions. Government on your world is simply a set of agreements between the dark, its appointed cabals and governments. You are always excluded from this loop by the ruse that you were not legally allowed to participate. On the contrary, it was the illegal mendacities of the dark that long ago tricked you into the belief that somehow you did not matter. This was really the second trick. The first was the fantastic one that a fall into limited consciousness was good for you, and the only way you could maintain your reality. These lies were the basis for the previous 13 millennia of your history. Now, together, we are reversing this folly forever!
Reversing these lies of the Anunnaki is the reason this first contact mission was sent here almost 20 years ago. The time approaches for you to return in joy to your fully conscious, naturally sovereign state. No longer is Heaven willing to tolerate the grand experiments of the dark. Under Heaven's direction, we came in great numbers to bring your divine abilities back into play and obtain the wisdom that you now possess. This galaxy is becoming a place of Light. Everywhere the dark once ruled with impunity now seeks the ways of the Light. This increase in the number of suitors to the Light's cause is due, in large part, to you. Your growing awareness and clear willingness to abandon the dark has raised a wondrous hue and cry throughout this galaxy. Gaia asked in all earnestness that the great events on your horizon be carried out at this time. Heaven agreed with Gaia, and has decreed this be the time in your history when your world passes from the rim of darkness to the threshold of the Light. Your political and economic systems are corrupt beyond measure and require an immitigable reshaping. These requirements are the principal aims of our Earth allies. They have stepped forward and completed a most remarkable series of reforms. A pivotal component of their package is global prosperity, as well as a universal debt forgiveness program. These elements promise that a new, more responsive form of governance can become common on your world. We have watched as each one of these respective goals were reached and readied for manifestation. Your Ascended Masters have blessed these reforms and are prepared to assist in making them see the light of day.
The business of transforming your reality is not an uncomplicated task. Rather, it is filled with constant periods of interference stoked by the dark and its various henchmen. These plans, put together by the dark's minions, are filled with the underlying thought that a special sovereign relationship exists between you and the dark's selected minions. Government on your world is simply a set of agreements between the dark, its appointed cabals and governments. You are always excluded from this loop by the ruse that you were not legally allowed to participate. On the contrary, it was the illegal mendacities of the dark that long ago tricked you into the belief that somehow you did not matter. This was really the second trick. The first was the fantastic one that a fall into limited consciousness was good for you, and the only way you could maintain your reality. These lies were the basis for the previous 13 millennia of your history. Now, together, we are reversing this folly forever!
Reversing these lies of the Anunnaki is the reason this first contact mission was sent here almost 20 years ago. The time approaches for you to return in joy to your fully conscious, naturally sovereign state. No longer is Heaven willing to tolerate the grand experiments of the dark. Under Heaven's direction, we came in great numbers to bring your divine abilities back into play and obtain the wisdom that you now possess. This galaxy is becoming a place of Light. Everywhere the dark once ruled with impunity now seeks the ways of the Light. This increase in the number of suitors to the Light's cause is due, in large part, to you. Your growing awareness and clear willingness to abandon the dark has raised a wondrous hue and cry throughout this galaxy. Not since the earliest moments of Anchara's decree for the Light has such an unsurpassed willingness among the dark empires been so evident. Your first tasks after metamorphosis and training will be to assist these great numbers in achieving their cherished goals.
For you, this is a time of precedents. The many crucial perceptions that you hold concerning government, prosperity and your abilities are to be swiftly washed away and replaced by beliefs that seem now to be beyond your ken. What full consciousness truly is can be experienced only by participation. This is why your mentor/trainer is so important to the overall process. We cannot overemphasize this to you. When you begin your journey by traveling to Inner Earth, you will be embarking on an extraordinary adventure. Behold your new residence as the gift that is to make you whole again! The Light chamber is a living, organic vehicle that is to transform you into something special. In this new form, you will become one of us. Once your training is complete, you will know your destiny and how best to unfold it. Together, you will transform and sustain this solar system and use it as a base from which to travel to the stars and beyond, to the universe! Along the way, you will help a myriad of other Beings achieve full consciousness.

They are waiting only for the divine right moment in which your world will alter in the twinkling of an eye. The dark's minions have run your present reality for far too long. All of us have suffered in one way or another as the dark's decrees have pushed us aside in pursuit of their own inner enjoyment. Their seemingly relentless manipulations are finally to be put to an end. Moreover, most of them will be arrested, tried and given a non-capital punishment. The world will sweep the dark aside and, in their place, put in power governance that truly uses your desires to manifest a prosperous and joyous reality. It is this new realm that will welcome Agartha and greet your space and spiritual families. It is this realm that can manifest your inner joy and allow us to freely walk among you.
This new realm is not a dream! It is taking shape in all the numerous meetings that we have overseen and through the many agreements that have been legally brought about. These documents are backed by the ascendancy of Heaven and the mighty technologies of the Galactic Federation. In this present time, we can all come together and celebrate an event that was prophesied by Heaven. The dark was given a moment in the divine plan to be in charge of your surface world. All Your Attempts Over The Eons To Find Love, Security & Peace Have Actually Been Attempts To Find Your Way Home To Your Creator’s Loving Embrace

These are exciting and inspiring times as the moment for your awakening draws ever closer. It is with great joy that we in the spiritual realms observe the fundamental change in attitudes occurring all over the world in preparation for this grand divine event. When it occurs, it will astound and delight you, as all sense of fear, danger, or insecurity falls away, and you find yourselves reaching out in love and acceptance to embrace one another indiscriminately, as you recognize your brotherhood, your oneness, and indulge in the joy of that knowledge.
You have been waiting a long time for this, frequently wracked with doubt and skepticism, as you observed the disharmony all around you. How, you wondered, could this inharmonious multitude of humanity ever change its ways and move from disagreement, dissemblance, and conflict to trust, honor, and respect for one another? And the answer is that you have been seeking the strength, the determination, and the courage to do this for a very long time. Consequently, because it is your will, and also, of course, the Will of your Father, it was impossible that you would not discover within yourselves these essential abilities.
You have always had these abilities, but they did not fit well with the games you chose to play in the illusion, where competitive power struggles were initially far more appealing to you. However, eventually, over time, you began to miss the all-embracing Love of your Father from which you had shut yourselves off by entering the illusion in your search for power and independence. These did not bring you the satisfaction you sought, even when it seemed that you were very successful, because you always had to protect and defend your positions, and in doing so found that you could trust no one.
At first this was fine, you felt powerful and invincible, until you discovered that you were not, and that there was no one to whom you could turn for total loyalty and support. Everyone, no matter how close you thought they were to you, had their own personal agendas because the illusion is all about separation and individuality, the complete opposite of God’s divine Realm where all is harmonious oneness. And that is a state that is almost impossible for you to conceive of as your memories of it have effectively atrophied after so long spent in unreality.
But, as your guides and angels as well as many channeled sources keep telling you, you have within you that inextinguishable divine Flame that your Father placed there to ensure you could always find your way back to Him when you chose to do so. All your attempts over the eons to find love, security, and peace have actually been attempts to find your way Home to your Father’s loving embrace. The reason that you have not yet been successful is because of your refusal to release your belief that you are separate from one another, and because of your continuing efforts to prove that you are good and honorable, whereas others are not and must be discriminated against and discarded as unworthy of your love and respect, and of God’s. This of course is the game of separation in action.
However, as many have also shown you, your divisive and unloving attitudes have been changing as your dissatisfaction with your present state of existence has intensified. The insanity of believing in “it’s me against the world” is at last dawning on almost every one of you, as you survey the distress this has brought you and the extensive damage it has caused. A better way of living is being sought and being found, as many creative ventures are coming into being that recognize you are all one, that there is no one who does not belong, does not have a right to respect, or is unlovable. That belief, that myth, that insane attitude is collapsing rapidly, as it needs to, to enable you to awaken into the glorious realization that you are indeed one with God and with each other in an infinitely perfect, divine, and harmonious relationship.
This is your heritage and your inheritance. You were created to enjoy and revel eternally in this divine state. You are to awaken into Reality because the game that you have been playing so intently and so painfully for so long is drawing to a close. And when it closes, suddenly, instantly, you will find that you are all winners. There will not be even one loser, because if there was, the divine Estate would not be perfect, and I assure you that it most certainly is. Prepare yourselves for ecstasy because it is inevitable.

Full Consciousness Holds The Sense and Awareness Of Being ONE With God & the Totality of the Divine Creation While Maintaining YOUR Personal Identity

Chapter 4: The Coming of the Golden Age... We'll Possess Unitive Consciousness
SaLuSa tells us that “Ascension is a process that is controlled by Higher Beings, who have assessed the state of Mankind’s level of consciousness. The result is that you are gently [being] moved onto a different path that helps you become enlightened.” (1) Ascension itself will occur “when the soul transforms its physical body into light and steps into the next level of consciousness; it is the aim of every soul on the earth.” (2)
For some Ascension will be effortless, Saul says. For some it will not:
“Those who are ready will find themselves there, suddenly, to their absolute joy and amazement – amazement because, although they have been praying for it, preparing for it, and longing for it, they can have no idea what it really means until they experience it.” (3)
“Those who are ready to make the change will move quickly and effortlessly into full consciousness. However, many who have not yet awakened will need a period of time, after they come to an awareness of what is happening, to adjust to this stunning realization. Then when they are ready they, too, will embrace full consciousness. It is a state in which God is personally experienced as truly present at all times in themselves, and everywhere else throughout His creation.
“Consequently, many teachers and guides in human form will be required to assist them to understand the exciting changes that are occurring, and to help them, gently and lovingly, to adjust their attitudes and perceptions so that they can prepare themselves swiftly and easily to move into this magnificent state.” (4)
This shift in consciousness, St. Germain tells us, will see us embark “into new territory the likes of which I have never seen in any of my lifetimes and you have never seen either. The greatest shift in humanity is taking place as you sit here right now. We’re talking about a shift of consciousness unlike any other.” (5) In the course of it, “all who wish it will become instantly aware of their divine God-given heritage,” Saul explains. (6)
“It is [God's] desire and intent that humanity move into its natural divine state of full consciousness – and so it will, at exactly the appropriate moment. When this happens, immeasurable quantities of divine energies of healing, compassion, peace, harmony, and love will immerse your solar system.” (7)
He describes what awaits for humanity at that time:
“The consequent change of perception that all will experience will lead to an immediate laying down of weapons, as all celebrate this wonderful release from the treadmill of karma. The energy signature of humanity and of planet Earth will change instantly from its present one of anger, fear, hate, and confrontation to one of love, acceptance, compassion, and renewal, which will shine with such incredible brilliance that it will be clearly visible throughout the galaxy and will demonstrate the completion of this stage of the divine plan of creation.” (8)
“We know that you sometimes reach a state of stillness within, and momentarily experience the exaltation of perfect peace,” SaLuSa notes. But “think what it will be like to move within its beauty and majesty all of the time, because that is how it will be” in the Golden Age.” (9)
It’s hard for people in Third Density to grasp what Ascension will bring, SaLuSa says:
“For those who have not yet experienced spiritual enlightenment, it is hard to convey in words how it affects the psyche. Difficult to explain what it is that instills a calmness and peace that is a delightful energy to experience. It is not just the knowing, but also its application in your life.” (10)
“With your finite minds you cannot truly understand what that means, but try imagining that you know everything that is, was and will be. Perhaps it sounds as too much for you to deal with, but when it occurs it will be a most natural development for you. You will be returning to a familiar state that you once held before you moved into the cycle of duality.” (11)
Saul tries to describe it:
“Full consciousness … is a state in which God is personally experienced as truly present at all times in themselves, and everywhere else throughout His creation. …
“The clarity of vision, perception, understanding, and the physical sensations that comes with full consciousness can only be experienced; descriptions of it are impossibly inadequate. And yet of course we have to talk about it and be aware that it is indeed a state of exhilaration and wonder for which we have been yearning for eons.” (12)
On another occasion, he again takes up the task:
“Full consciousness is a state of being in which the individual entity – while maintaining a sense of personal identity – also holds the sense, or awareness, of being one with God and the totality of the divine Creation.
“In this state, which is experienced — perpetually – for eternity – all knowledge, all memory, all wisdom is instantly available and known.
“All is at peace, in perfect joyful harmony, and the totality of All That Is is completely permeated and suffused with an infinite abundance of unconditional love.
“Nothing at all is rejected, discarded, or abandoned. All is accepted and totally loved because all of Creation is perfect.” (13)
SaLuSa concurs with Saul’s description:
“As time progresses you will change from one of limited knowledge to a Galactic Being of full consciousness. Then you will be the Master that you really are, and release your full potential. There will be little or no comparison to the Being you are now of limited consciousness.” (14)
“Your whole concept and understanding of life will change.” (15)
Archangel Michael approaches the subject by focusing on the expansion of our awareness: “Ascension is mind-expanding…. The awareness expands to include all humanity, the Earth, the solar system and its workings. No longer is the focus on the little self. The ultimate goal is to become a galactic Being and eventually attain a universal consciousness.” (16)
Metaphorically it will seem, SaLuSa tells us, as if we’ve just graduated from kindergarten: “After thousands of years slowly finding your way back through enlightenment, you are about to launch yourselves on a journey of immense meaning and opportunity. It is as though you have only just left the kindergarten, and are seeing for the first time the world outside.” (17)
Saul and SaLuSa link “full consciousness” with us seeing our oneness with God. Saul tells us:
“Full consciousness — humanity’s divine destiny — is that state of wonder and joy which comes from experiencing your Oneness with your divine Father. His Love for you is eternal and boundless because you are His children, created perfectly in His likeness, and consequently, you reflect back to Him in every moment the glory that He is. We — all sentient beings — are eternally and inseparably One with Him.” (18)
And SaLuSa says:
“With the understanding of Oneness, and your recognition of the Creator Source, there shall be the breaking down of those barriers that have kept you apart. Instead of playing on your differences, a new approach will look for all that is common to Man. In a great unification of souls, they will acknowledge that there is only the One God of consuming Love and Light.” (19)
Ag-Agria of Sirius informs us that this acceptance of Oneness will prove our greatest accomplishment:
“Spiritually your biggest leap forward will come from accepting that you are all One. For too long you have been separated by your schisms, color, language and creeds, but modern-day education and communications have narrowed that gap. There have been too many different gods, with too many interpretations as to their place in your lives.” (20)
Ascension will be “the first major step” in our upliftment,” according to SaLuSa. (21) He assures us that we are destined to “become ‘All Knowing.’” (22) “Once you reach this stage,” he says, “the difference will be quite staggering and it will seem that you are already a godly Being.” (23) Our predominant mood will be happiness, which is what we have always sought, SaLuSa tells us: “Happiness is what each of you seeks … but you rarely touch the pure vibrations that exist above the 3rd dimension.” (24)
But, he adds, our “future is to return to what you always were, and as one who exists as a Being of freedom, great joy and happiness.” (25)
“Peace and harmony, happiness and joy are your natural state of being, and you shall find these returning to you over the next few years, leading to Ascension. Heaven will surely manifest upon Earth, and you will soon forget the hardships and traumas of living through the cycle of duality. It is possible to lift yourselves out of the lower vibrations now, by focusing upon all that is wholesome and in balance with the Light. It is part of your progress towards Ascension and by your own efforts you will achieve success.” (26)
Saul suggests how majestic our life will be then:
“Joy is rolling in like a tidal wave to sweep you all up in the wonder of the Reality that God created, with limitless enthusiasm and perfect understanding of what His beloved children required and desired. Your eternal happiness is close at hand because it is His will and yours that it should be.” (27)
The nightmare will be left far behind, SaLuSa tells us:
“You are coming out of the nightmare to live the dream that will in fact become your new reality. You may have had fleeting experiences of true happiness, but it will have been little in comparison to what awaits you. Peace and happiness within and without is absolute bliss, and to be with souls exactly alike in this respect is heavenly. We know because that is how you will find us, as we have long lived in harmony with all life.” (28)
If only we could get a glimpse of these times, SaLuSa exclaims:
“If you could glimpse such levels you would see out the remainder of your time in a joyous state, without fearing the future that is opening up to you. Far from it, you would be euphoric and know beyond doubt that it has been divinely decreed, and that no mortal can prevent your fulfillment.” (29)
Thus, the attainment of unitive consciousness will bring us what we have always sought – happiness, contentment, peace. Moreover, we’ll dwell in this environment eternally. What will we choose to do then?

It’s hard for people in Third Density to grasp what Ascension will bring, SaLuSa says:
“For those who have not yet experienced spiritual enlightenment, it is hard to convey in words how it affects the psyche. Difficult to explain what it is that instills a calmness and peace that is a delightful energy to experience. It is not just the knowing, but also its application in your life.” (10)
“With your finite minds you cannot truly understand what that means, but try imagining that you know everything that is, was and will be. Perhaps it sounds as too much for you to deal with, but when it occurs it will be a most natural development for you. You will be returning to a familiar state that you once held before you moved into the cycle of duality.” (11)
Saul tries to describe it:
“Full consciousness … is a state in which God is personally experienced as truly present at all times in themselves, and everywhere else throughout His creation. …
“The clarity of vision, perception, understanding, and the physical sensations that comes with full consciousness can only be experienced; descriptions of it are impossibly inadequate. And yet of course we have to talk about it and be aware that it is indeed a state of exhilaration and wonder for which we have been yearning for eons.” (12)
On another occasion, he again takes up the task:
“Full consciousness is a state of being in which the individual entity – while maintaining a sense of personal identity – also holds the sense, or awareness, of being one with God and the totality of the divine Creation.
“In this state, which is experienced — perpetually – for eternity – all knowledge, all memory, all wisdom is instantly available and known.
“All is at peace, in perfect joyful harmony, and the totality of All That Is is completely permeated and suffused with an infinite abundance of unconditional love.
“Nothing at all is rejected, discarded, or abandoned. All is accepted and totally loved because all of Creation is perfect.” (13)
SaLuSa concurs with Saul’s description:
“As time progresses you will change from one of limited knowledge to a Galactic Being of full consciousness. Then you will be the Master that you really are, and release your full potential. There will be little or no comparison to the Being you are now of limited consciousness.” (14)
“Your whole concept and understanding of life will change.” (15)
Archangel Michael approaches the subject by focusing on the expansion of our awareness: “Ascension is mind-expanding…. The awareness expands to include all humanity, the Earth, the solar system and its workings. No longer is the focus on the little self. The ultimate goal is to become a galactic Being and eventually attain a universal consciousness.” (16)
Metaphorically it will seem, SaLuSa tells us, as if we’ve just graduated from kindergarten: “After thousands of years slowly finding your way back through enlightenment, you are about to launch yourselves on a journey of immense meaning and opportunity. It is as though you have only just left the kindergarten, and are seeing for the first time the world outside.” (17)
Saul and SaLuSa link “full consciousness” with us seeing our oneness with God. Saul tells us:
“Full consciousness — humanity’s divine destiny — is that state of wonder and joy which comes from experiencing your Oneness with your divine Father. His Love for you is eternal and boundless because you are His children, created perfectly in His likeness, and consequently, you reflect back to Him in every moment the glory that He is. We — all sentient beings — are eternally and inseparably One with Him.” (18)
And SaLuSa says:
“With the understanding of Oneness, and your recognition of the Creator Source, there shall be the breaking down of those barriers that have kept you apart. Instead of playing on your differences, a new approach will look for all that is common to Man. In a great unification of souls, they will acknowledge that there is only the One God of consuming Love and Light.” (19)
Ag-Agria of Sirius informs us that this acceptance of Oneness will prove our greatest accomplishment:
“Spiritually your biggest leap forward will come from accepting that you are all One. For too long you have been separated by your schisms, color, language and creeds, but modern-day education and communications have narrowed that gap. There have been too many different gods, with too many interpretations as to their place in your lives.” (20)
Ascension will be “the first major step” in our upliftment,” according to SaLuSa. (21) He assures us that we are destined to “become ‘All Knowing.’” (22) “Once you reach this stage,” he says, “the difference will be quite staggering and it will seem that you are already a godly Being.” (23) Our predominant mood will be happiness, which is what we have always sought, SaLuSa tells us: “Happiness is what each of you seeks … but you rarely touch the pure vibrations that exist above the 3rd dimension.” (24)
But, he adds, our “future is to return to what you always were, and as one who exists as a Being of freedom, great joy and happiness.” (25)
“Peace and harmony, happiness and joy are your natural state of being, and you shall find these returning to you over the next few years, leading to Ascension. Heaven will surely manifest upon Earth, and you will soon forget the hardships and traumas of living through the cycle of duality. It is possible to lift yourselves out of the lower vibrations now, by focusing upon all that is wholesome and in balance with the Light. It is part of your progress towards Ascension and by your own efforts you will achieve success.” (26)
Saul suggests how majestic our life will be then:
“Joy is rolling in like a tidal wave to sweep you all up in the wonder of the Reality that God created, with limitless enthusiasm and perfect understanding of what His beloved children required and desired. Your eternal happiness is close at hand because it is His will and yours that it should be.” (27)
The nightmare will be left far behind, SaLuSa tells us:
“You are coming out of the nightmare to live the dream that will in fact become your new reality. You may have had fleeting experiences of true happiness, but it will have been little in comparison to what awaits you. Peace and happiness within and without is absolute bliss, and to be with souls exactly alike in this respect is heavenly. We know because that is how you will find us, as we have long lived in harmony with all life.” (28)
If only we could get a glimpse of these times, SaLuSa exclaims:
“If you could glimpse such levels you would see out the remainder of your time in a joyous state, without fearing the future that is opening up to you. Far from it, you would be euphoric and know beyond doubt that it has been divinely decreed, and that no mortal can prevent your fulfillment.” (29)
Thus, the attainment of unitive consciousness will bring us what we have always sought – happiness, contentment, peace. Moreover, we’ll dwell in this environment eternally. What will we choose to do then?

Days of Darkness: Golden Opportunity to Rise Up Into the Light, But If YOU See Darkness Then It Shall Be
Thank you GFL and Blossom Goodchild for the clarification regarding the Days of Darkness --it turns out they are not so "dark" afterall!

The Galactic Federation of Light through Blossom Goodchild discusses a phenomenon sometimes known as the “three days of darkness,” which, for instance, Drunvalo has referred to. They prefer to call it a “time of nothingness.”
Not much is known about this experience but the Federation sources tell us that it will magnify whatever state of being we are in – love if in love, fear if in fear. This is one of the first discussions of it I’ve heard and I’m sure much more about it will be said in time. I cannot conceive that it would be something we need fear. I feel confident that it will be simply part of the Ascension process. But the dark will undoubtedly play upon people’s fears around it.

Good morning to you. There are a couple of things I would like to ask you about, but not sure if we shall have time to answer both in one session. So if not, we’ll leave one until next time. The first one is about the prophesy that the Mayans have talked about regarding our planet going into three days of total darkness (at some point) … and that whatever emotional state we are in will be heightened greatly during that time. Fine … if one is in LOVE … but not so good if one is in fear. If this IS going to take place I FEEL it important for as many people as possible to KNOW about it, so that when it happens we need not be in fear. Naturally, any wisdom on this issue would be greatly appreciated. IF you think it appropriate to do so of course?
Welcome to all who read these words and indeed to your sunny disposition Blossom. That which you have asked us to speak of can be interpreted in a way that isn’t actually as it seems. In that … there are those that even when the time comes, will not understand what is taking place … even though they may have been indicated toward the Truth of such a phenomena. We would advise that at such a time when what you think is darkness is to occur … it is only so if you choose to look at it that way … in darkness. We would speak of it otherwise. We would say it is a Golden opportunity to rise up into the Light. For in that time when one cannot see infront of their eyes their will be great opportunity … unlike any other one has had in this life time … to SEE THE LIGHT from within. For it is that LIGHT that will allow one to interpret what is taking place from within another place of themselves.
So … there will be the three days of ‘nothing’ then?
Approximately in your timing … we would encourage you to KNOW that this is to take place. It is a pivotal marking towards that which is to follow. For as the NEW DAWN arises after such ‘nothingness’ … one will wake up to a much different world.
In what way ?
During the time of ‘nothingness’ … there shall be an energy entering your planet that has been ‘saved’ … shall we say … for that very occasion.
I have to butt in … sorry, because it just came to me as clear as day, that this will be yet another time when we are to open our bottles of ‘LOVE’ that we have been storing.
Indeed, you are ahead of us! This energy is ‘insightful’ in that it will contain within it a ‘newness.'

By the time this ‘portal’ arrives … many, many more shall know about it and be prepared for it. This will allow many to be helped if they are one that has not been made conscious of the happening. The Awakening.

Now that we can … we shall! We ask of you to just allow our words to flow for we are aware that you are getting a vast download of information and you do not know where to … or how to begin putting into sequence that which we have just imparted .
When the time comes for this ‘transition’ it is of great importance that one accepts that ALL IS WELL. We cannot say exactly how long it will last, yet we approximate around three to five days of your Earthly time. During this time a ‘change’ will be taking place within you and around you, yet you will not ‘see’ it … for you shall see ‘nothing’ with your physical eyes at that time.
If we were prepared with candles … surely we would see each other and things around us … from the candle Light?
Little one … What you shall see will be that which is not there.
Which means in Earth tongue?
That your world will be changing into its new form. Therefore, that which is around you will be transforming in energy also. This transitional time is of great consequence to the entry into the GOLDEN AGE. As long as YOU KNOW YOU ARE LOVE … then there is nothing to fear.
When we say ‘portal’ … we do not mean that you will be rushed with great gusto at 1000miles an hour into a different dimension. And yet we chose this word wisely. For indeed that time will be allowing you to enter a portal of sorts. We can FEEL that your heart is beating faster and you are a little apprehensive at that which we are telling you … are you not?
Yep … even though we know it is meant to be … I FEEL I will be a little in the frame of mind of ‘what the ???” … with all respect.
You seem to have forgotten … or not be focusing upon … the most important factor! The energy that you will be within … the emotion that you choose to FEEL … during that time … will be greatly heightened. Therefore … imagine … if you choose to focus on the deepest LOVE … will this not be the most three – five incredible days that you have ever experienced?
With respect we would say … that you in your innocence are automatically perceiving this time to be one of fear because you cannot imagine what living without any form of Light will be like … for such a lengthy time. Yet we stress to you … there will be Light … YOURS!!! Each and everyone of you who allow yourself to turn inwards will be uniting with the energy of Light that is coming in ‘through the portal’. This will be the most exhilarating experience you have yet encountered upon your earth … and we say to you also that by the time this happens … much to exhilarate the senses will have taken place. Which will have allowed many more souls to awaken by the time this ‘wonder’ occurs. What takes place within you, blending with the energy coming through and by ‘sending out your bottles of LOVE’ to the very air you breath … will ascertain as to what vantage point your Golden Age will present itself to you when ‘The sun comes up’.
Is that how this time will come to an end? With the sun coming up ? Will we look upon THE NEW DAWN? (whooh! Rush of emotion!!)
Loved Ones of Earth … indeed this is so. We wish you to understand that this ‘topic’ we have spoken of is not going to take place tomorrow. What about those who spend the entire time in fear? What will happen to them during that time and when the sun rises?
Different scenarios for different cases. As you say in your world ‘horses for courses’. For want of a better way to explain what we desire. There will be some who become so afraid of their own shadow … by that we mean … afraid of who they are and the way in which they have chosen to ‘live/exist’ … that they will chose to leave the planet either by ‘natural’ means or otherwise. There will be those who through living actually within their deepest fear … that they then awaken from it. Words, words, words, words … so much that we are unable to divulge because it simply cannot be explained in your understanding.
Yet we would state that ‘YOU ARE ONE.’ This is a world of great LOVE that you are moving into. Those souls who have chosen to live in it … will live in it … and be of it. Those who still have learning to do before they can enter will be elsewhere … until such time when they KNOW they are worthy of it and understand who they are. There is not one that shall be left behind. Not one. Each shall be moved into the place of understanding which they have allowed themselves to reach. The pathway of LOVE never ends dearest ones. Always will you walk upon it … there is no rush … just positioning. This choice comes from you. How you are positioned along the pathway does not always mean that you have to walk every step. Sometimes it can be that an angel lifts you for a time and puts you down in your new place … for your soul was able to ‘jump’ ahead due to a particular state of ‘getting it’ and therefore ‘understanding’ allowed one to ‘take a short cut’.
Sometimes I wish I had the ‘oomph’ to keep on writing. For could we not go on and on and on leading from one thing into another? Yet, I am now feeling tired and a bit brainblown! (I just made that word up!)

Different scenarios for different cases. As you say in your world ‘horses for courses’. For want of a better way to explain what we desire. There will be some who become so afraid of their own shadow … by that we mean … afraid of who they are and the way in which they have chosen to ‘live/exist’ … that they will chose to leave the planet either by ‘natural’ means or otherwise. There will be those who through living actually within their deepest fear … that they then awaken from it. Words, words, words, words … so much that we are unable to divulge because it simply cannot be explained in your understanding.
Yet we would state that ‘YOU ARE ONE.’ This is a world of great LOVE that you are moving into. Those souls who have chosen to live in it … will live in it … and be of it. Those who still have learning to do before they can enter will be elsewhere … until such time when they KNOW they are worthy of it and understand who they are. There is not one that shall be left behind. Not one. Each shall be moved into the place of understanding which they have allowed themselves to reach. The pathway of LOVE never ends dearest ones. Always will you walk upon it … there is no rush … just positioning. This choice comes from you. How you are positioned along the pathway does not always mean that you have to walk every step. Sometimes it can be that an angel lifts you for a time and puts you down in your new place … for your soul was able to ‘jump’ ahead due to a particular state of ‘getting it’ and therefore ‘understanding’ allowed one to ‘take a short cut’.
Sometimes I wish I had the ‘oomph’ to keep on writing. For could we not go on and on and on leading from one thing into another? Yet, I am now feeling tired and a bit brainblown! (I just made that word up!)
We didn’t get around to my other topic. Next time perhaps. Thank you for sharing guys … should I say gals as well?

Those Who Have Hurt or Offended You Are Themselves Experiencing Considerable Pain and Suffering ...Why They Attacked You in the First Place
Thank you Saul and John for reminding me to rise above my hurt feelings, judgments and anger toward those who attack(ed) me. I remember NOT to pretend the hurt and anger isn't there, but rather to dig deep to forgive them and find compassion, or else I continue the cycle of anger and hurt. It's easy to like those who are kind and giving to me, but the real challenge comes in forgiving and loving those who are nasty, attacking, and hurtful --that's where the REAL work happens, AND frees me of lower vibrations allowing me to Ascend!

Judgment Closes Down Your Hearts
When the awakening of humanity occurs your joy will be boundless. You have been waiting a long time for this moment of transformation, struggling to release judgment, blame, and condemnation – which closes down your hearts – so that you could open your hearts to receive and share the abundance of Love that your Father offers you incessantly.
Now forgiveness – the key to open your hearts – of yourselves and of others is being seen and experienced in what, until very recently, would have appeared to be the most unexpected places. It is the most wonderful gift that you can offer to one another, and the most useful, as it dissolves the feuds that have caused intense suffering to generations of families, tribes, nations, and various other groups that have found within themselves irreconcilable differences that led to conflict.
The enormous increase in the numbers of you sharing forgiveness all across the planet is inspiring and uplifting, and is in marked contrast to the numerous conflicts that continue to bring misery and suffering to so many. You have all nursed and held on to grudges, judgments, and condemnation of those who have hurt or offended you and this brings you feelings, sometimes very intense, of bitterness when you call to mind those people and the offenses that they have committed against you. Bitterness is very damaging as it prevents you from experiencing any peace, contentment, or happiness, and if you engage with it by telling yourselves that you have a right to feel embittered, it feeds on itself until it pervades every area of your lives.
Forgiveness dissolves bitterness. However, when you are feeling embittered, it can be very difficult to embrace it and let it melt the bitterness away. In those instances it can be very helpful to remind yourselves that those who have hurt or offended you are themselves experiencing considerable pain and suffering, which is why they attacked you in the first place, and this will enable you to feel some compassion for them. Once you start to feel compassion for them, your resentment will ease, allowing forgiveness into your hearts to dissolve any bitterness residing there. When that occurs you will find yourselves able to embrace forgiveness enthusiastically for the peace and contentment it brings you as the stress of unforgivingness fades away. Eventually you will find that your grudges and resentments are gone, that you rarely make negative judgments, and that you have forgiven everyone, including yourselves. Finally you will discover that you have even stopped forgiving because there is no longer any need to forgive because all that remains within you is love – love for all, because you are one with all as you progress together towards awakening.
So embrace forgiveness and allow it to show you that there is truly nothing and no one to forgive, as you realize that pain, misery, and suffering are part of the illusion, and that when you forgive those whom you perceive to have caused those conditions, you have only love remaining within you. And of course this makes perfect sense because all were created from Love, in Love; no other state exists. Love is everywhere, It is all that there is, and so you are part of It, eternally and forever. It envelops and embraces all life, and nothing apart from It exists, as you will discover when you awaken – as you most surely will.
