Ascended Master Serapis Bey: There is ONLY Doing... We understand how hard some days will be over others. Because you have reached so far already, use this knowledge as inspiration to keep going. You have persevered so much already, another step or two is not truly going to hurt. Obstacles will come your way and they are there to help enrich what you have learned and to let you know what else you need to work on before you proceed ahead and claim your goal. Don’t frown at any mistakes -- look at them as offerings of new opportunities to try again making different selections that will produce different outcomes.

Let us begin with a moment of reflection, remembering when you told yourself with all seriousness that you were going to begin to be more productive or you were going to make a point to be more organized each and every day, possibly you were beginning a diet that never began. Even though you had the best of intentions and you were filled with great reasons to carry on what you wanted to do, your enthusiasm dissolved due to other temptations and a lack of discipline. 
 
It is very normal dear ones to have a fervent wish to improve and change yourself and various parts of your life, yet inaction finds its way and you give up due to feeling guilty found through the tirade of negative self-talk. It is important to your own personal and spiritual development for you to bring change into your life, without it there would be no learning or excelling certain aspects of yourself – you would simply stay exactly the same. The only way to get out of stagnation dear ones is by your own movement. Most of the time, what we have witnessed is that once you begin something, momentum kicks in and you are on your way. You are not expected to meet all your successes in one day, but make gradual and positive steps each day. There is nothing wrong with baby steps, and you may find with some things that you are bringing to your life that is new and exciting will move more quickly than others. You have always been the one in control of your journey. No matter how things are or where you sit right now, there is no blame to pass to anyone else. All choices were decided by you – yet we do not encourage you to blame yourself, we do encourage you to forgive yourself with the same amount of love and compassion you would share with another. 
 
If you haven’t brought in any new changes only because you became distracted and your enthusiasm has left you, remember this is also your choice. Become more accountable for the choices you make. You cannot bring new changes or learn new things if you don’t begin moving forward into a new and different direction. We understand that life can be tiresome, and when you begin to resist the positive energy of bringing in change that will bring about more good into your life on a personal and spiritual level we encourage you to push yourself a little harder. Motivate yourself with encouragement, put yourself in the company of supporting friends and family and find ways that will increase your productivity that will help you to begin to bring in the changes you want to see. 
 
If temptations have been the culprit to your inability to bring in changes when you promised yourself that you would, quickly remove yourself from this experience as it often produces guilt and will create a ton of negative self-talk that will hinder any possible growth. Accept dear ones that you derailed and get back on and be more determined than ever to bring in the changes that you know in your heart are of the highest of good. 
 
The changes you wish to bring about are important to you. Make them work, believe in them and focus on the outcome and how you will feel when you reach your success. If you really, truly wish to succeed in bringing any change to your life, then you will – don’t add pressure, just find ways that will motivate you and keep you on track that are uplifting and inspiring. Don’t become your own bully, become your own best friend. 
 
When is the best time to bring in changes? Now. You don’t wait until a good day to begin because every day is a good day. Nothing will ever get started if you don’t take action now. Create an action plan that is filled with achievable steps, create the start date as now and begin. There is no putting it off, because putting it off is a distraction caused by something else. Discipline yourself towards the goals you are wishing to accomplish. How badly do you want to bring those changes in? If you are trying to lose a few pounds, create a meal plan that will work for you that you will not deviate from – as we said before become your own best friend, don’t fight with yourself, take each step with love towards something better that is good, and not only good for yourself but from the positive energy you would be emitting, that good feeling will touch others in a wonderfully divine way. 
 
We mentioned just above that it is important to make achievable goals…little goals that will bring you face-to-face with the goal you have set out to meet. Understand dear ones; inactivity can be a powerful force if you allow this kind of inaction to be a part of your life. Changes can be difficult at first to begin, but only because they are new and you are uncertain. Maybe you haven’t built enough trust within yourself yet. Create action steps towards the goal you are aiming to reach to include ways that will help to increase your confidence and when your confidence is boosted so is your drive and ambition. Every little win you meet along your journey is big, it denotes progress and progress is what is going to conquer your inactivity one-step-at-a-time. We remind you to take small steps, don’t rush the changes to happen. You have much to learn along the way and we want for you to enjoy each step, embrace all newness that comes your way as a gift from God. You will reach your goal successfully, when you learn to love yourself and give yourself kindness and respect. As long as you keep going, even in a slow pace you are still actively bringing in change. There is no trying, there is only doing – become more proactive upon this journey you have embarked. 
 
Discipline and commitment combined provides you with a powerful partnership of strength and energy that will help to keep you on track and to achieve your goal of bringing in certain changes that you already know and realize are of your highest of good. Become the opposite of inactivity. Share your plans with others that are supportive, by doing so you are building a supportive network that is essential and helpful for you to stay firmly placed on your path that is leading you to the achievement of the goals you have prepared to reach. 
 
As we have mentioned prior, taking baby steps is not a bad way of going. Don’t look at what another person is doing; focus on your own steps. Don’t take on too much at first or you may find yourself becoming overwhelmed. As you begin to lose the uncertainty and doubt you will gain more trust in yourself and you will know when it’s okay to take on a little more and be able to accomplish the addition you added. Give yourself breaks with solitude and relaxation and congratulate yourself for how much you have achieved already. If it helps dear ones, create a journal so you can record how you feel and what you have learned of yourself and of your global backyard. Seeing in front of you what you, yourself has accomplished can be a big motivator to keep going to see what else you can discover and learn.
 Your challenges never have to be viewed with a negative tone, but also have the potential of being seen as positive with necessary lessons that are rich with information that will help grow your knowledge and develop deeper wisdom. Remember dear ones, even on days where tiredness tries to set in in order to derail your progress mark this down and how you countered this attempt – be confident and enthusiastic that you will accomplish each step that will bring you to the goal you have put so much energy in planning.

Don’t stop due to a little upset in your plans – be flexible and keep going. Things are bound to happen, know this as truth. You cannot prepare absolutely for them because you never know when they will happen or exactly what the obstacle will be. Remember your journey, the path you are on that is taking you one step closer to fulfilling the goal you have planned for, you are responsible for. You don’t really need to prove to anyone but yourself that you can accomplish and bring positive changes to your life. Each step dear ones is one step closer to going somewhere, gaining more knowledge; to growing and developing a deeper and more aware self and these steps you are taking ...are taking you into the path of success that will bring about positive changes that will fill your whole life with tranquility and satisfaction that you did it. The power has always been within you, re-discover your tenacious spirit and be all that we know you can be.
