Help for People in Jobs They Hate – Part 1/3

Nora 22This three-part post goes out to the Light Workers who increasingly find themselves caught between two worlds. The corporate or Joe Job and their passion and calling – the service of the Light Worker.
This is a topic that’s near and dear to my heart, since it was not long ago that I too had this experience. My goal is to help empower you to recognize that you can shift the situation that you’re in to be more tolerable, AND dare I say, enjoyable!
I have to thank a girlfriend of mine and a client who have both independently come to me for guidance on this matter.
How to find enjoyment in a job you hate. If you’re like my friend or client, your spiritual awakening has had an impact on the way you see the world. Perhaps this affects the level of happiness you experience at work.
My client, had a hard time relating to her military co-workers after her awakening. If you’re like my friend who works in a high-paced, pressure-cooker environment as an executive administrator, her boss seems to create opportunities for her to fall short.
In these situations, light workers feel that they have no other option but to stay in their jobs for the foreseeable future.
So whats a person to do?
Trust. Trust is the very first thing a person can do when they are feeling like life’s circumstances have got you wondering WTF?
Let go of the immediate struggle by not focusing on it, and trust that you have arrived at this point in time for a reason. Trust in the fact that you’re offering something that’s already very powerful. Your vibrational frequency.
Trusting and understanding that you’re not there by happenstance is an important step to empowering you, your truth and the contributions you make to your environment by simply BEing there.
Trusting that your contributions to the work environment can be beneficial to all involved and for the foreseeable future will allow your energy to become focused on aspects of your work and life that actually please you.
Being in a place of “making the best out of a less than ideal situation” bodes far better for your satisfaction in life than feeling stuck and miserable. Having hope about the future as opposed to making the best of it, is a better place still yet.

Nora 22Getting negative feedback from co-workers?
One of the reasons you may be, or being whispered about behind your back, or are thought of as the odd ball/misfit in the group, is because you are! BUT in a good way.
Your higher vibrational frequency can be discordant to those of different vibratory cycles – and that’s a good thing – the way of a way-shower. The good news is, this doesn’t mean that you have to quit your job tomorrow, or stay miserable.
Own it. Stand in that truth. Feel the confidence of that empowerment. Then allow yourself to remain confident in that truth without needing to disclose this to the people you work with.
Keep this truth to yourself. This is not appropriate work-time conversation.
First, and on your own free time, figure out why you’re at the job you’re at and how long you need to stay there.
Next, decide what your intention is. Is it to get through a year until retirement or is it to hang in there until you find another job? These decisions will help you by providing a timeline to work within.
Next, figure out where the discordant vibrational offering is coming from. In other words, who is “vibing” you out?
Is it the boss or is it a clique of folks that tend to be the gossipers?
Figure out order of magnitude: Boss, manager, co-worker, subordinate etc. Then proceed with your first priority. The person who has the biggest ax to grind with the largest paycheck, they’ll be first priority.
First thing’s first. Decide that you would like to grow and expand from this experience. Come into the present moment with a fresh perspective by forgiving all involved for any past drama. Put the past to rest, and start a new each and every day. If letting go and forgiving feels difficult, trying setting the intention to let go and allow forgiveness with the passage of time.
Come to work grounded. Do your inner prep-work before you step in the work door. Meditate, mantra, exercise do what you can to maximize your happiness quotient.
Remember that you’re a sovereign being. Each moment is a chosen moment by you. You can chose how you will feel about your work.

Help for People in Jobs They Hate – Part 3/3

Nora 22BEing a being of light has it’s perks. Did you know that you actually ARE a being of light?
Dr. Fritz Popp is a German Biophysicist. His research has actually clarified quite impressively that literally trillions of photons are working intelligently with your body in all aspects of your life. (http://www.colorpointinstitute.com/petermandel.htm#popp)
Cool right!? You can use this little known fact to help you have a more positive experience at work. Here are some suggestions.
The thoughts you think are in fact a LIGHT frequency. It’s directed and living within a framework of intelligent potential that your imagination can direct and shift with your attention and intention. It’s your light worker’s inner discernment that’ll guide you in the proper use of these gifts.
Cleaning up your space
If you’re miserable at work first take note of your mood and clean it up. Working within your energetic space to get it humming and happy is fun and easy.
Bubble or Force-Field Technique.
Imagine you have a large happy bubble that encompasses you. Expand it to about the size of a typical office cubical.
Bring in a color that really makes you smile. It could be a single color, one with sparkles or rainbow colored.
All that matters is that it makes you feel good. Once your happiness is at a peak place, or you feel a big goofy grin on your face it’s time for the work environment.
Here is a good technique to start with.
The Fairy Dust Visualization.
Imagine that you have an unlimited supply of fairy dust. Note that fairy dust has no negative effects and cannot be used for harm.
Now, imagine yourself sprinkling happy and whimsical fairy dust around your job place – Imagine it filling in the work environment with intelligent golden-white light.
Perhaps the conference room needs some see the fairy dust light up and go to the spaces that need the most light. Maybe the air ducts could spread a boost of joy into the nooks and crannies of the building.
Just spend a few seconds with these musings, then get back to work. Allow yourself to notice how the fairy dust shifts things throughout the day.
Noticing subtle shifts will encourage further experimentation in upliftment; adding to the tools you can use now to improve your world.
Golden sun rays of light are also fun visuals to play with.
As a light bringer, it is important to offer the energies, never force. As a light worker you have volunteered to be of service in the upliftment.
You will find the impact will ALWAYS be far greater when your light work is used with loving allowance. Keeping a personal policy of DO NO HARM is a good rule of thumb.
