I mentioned a few weeks ago I was reading a new book, at that time, I just bought entitled "Raising Our Vibrations for the New Age" written by Sherri Cortland (Huntsville, AR: Ozark Mountain Publishing, 2011). The author's Spirit Guides has elaborated on the concept of LightWorkers giving us a better understanding of one's role as a LightWorker (page 23-4):
"Sherri, to learn and grow on Earth is to make immense progress in much a shorter period of time than to undertake that learning on This Side [of The Veil] where we are Awake, and that is why Souls line up to reincarnate on this planet. But there is more occurring on Earth than souls working through their karma. Many millions of people who are currently incarnated are what we call LightWorkers, and many of them are not indigenous to the planet Earth. Whether they have the bulk of their incarnations on Earth or other planets, they are here on a special mission. They were recruited because they are energy specialists, Light specialists, and healing specialists.They are a SWAT team for the dimensional Shift and they are here, costumed as human beings, in order to get the job done. A LightWorkers efforts must happen from WITHIN THE HUMAN RACE as there is still a strict non-interference policy for the planet Earth. Remember, this is a planet of free will, and so the only way to effect change here is for the SWAT team to incarnate on Earth in human bodies and work undercover and within the restrictions of the planet.
How difficult is that? Wouldn't it be easier to just land the ships and say to the world, 'Here is what needs to be done. Let's do it together'?
That can't happen --it would be deemed interference. Having to be undercover is why so many entities are striving to wake up and do the work that needs to be done to facilitate the Shift. Fortunately, just by being on the planet, they are drawing and holding the Light. As they meet others, there is something about them that stirs something in those they meet, and in that way they help each other to wake up.Earth is an undercover operation of galactic proportions! It's all about entities touching others and causing one another to stir and realize who they are. Now they may not understand what's going on or even know they've been touched, but their subconscious knows it, and their Higher Selves are able to assist in that activation as well. It's like turning on a switch."

So what's my underlying message:
Get over yourself. Stop hiding. Stop running away from the inevitable. Embrace your multi-dimensionality AND your off-planet origin. Stop pretending it's "not real." Stop listening to the naysayers and to your mind, and listen to your heart.
Get off your ass, grab your voice, and take up your staff because PARTICIPATING in this energetic Dimensional Shift is EXACTLY why you, and you, and you chose to be here for the Big Show of 2012!
